Aging Characteristics of Lithium-Ion Battery Under Fast Charging Based on Electrochemical-thermalmechanical Coupling Model

The aging characteristics of lithium-ion battery(LIB)under fast charging is investigated based on an electrochemical-thermal-mechanical(ETM)coupling model.Firstly,the ETM coupling model is established by COMSOL Multiphysics.Subsequently,a long cycle test was conducted to explore the aging characteristics of LIB.Specifically,the effects of charging(C)rate and cycle number on battery aging are analyzed in terms of nonuniform distribution of solid electrolyte interface(SEI),SEI formation,thermal stability and stress characteristics.The results indicate that the increases in C rate and cycling led to an increase in the degree of nonuniform distribution of SEI,and thus a consequent increase in the capacity loss due to the SEI formation.Meanwhile,the increases in C rate and cycle number also led to an increase in the heat generation and a decrease in the heat dissipation rate of the battery,respectively,which result in a decrease in the thermal stability of the electrode materials.In addition,the von Mises stress of the positive electrode material is higher than that of the negative electrode material as the cycling proceeds,with the positive electrode material exhibiting tensile deformation and the negative electrode material exhibiting compressive deformation.The available lithium ion concentration of the positive electrode is lower than that of the negative electrode,proving that the tensile-type fracture occurring in the positive material under long cycling dominated the capacity loss process.The aforementioned studies are helpful for researchers to further explore the aging behavior of LIB under fast charging and take corresponding preventive measures. 展开更多

In order to accurately simulate the diffusion of chloride ion in the existing concrete bridge and acquire the precise chloride ion concentration at given time, a cellular automata (CA)-based model is proposed. The process of chloride ion diffusion is analyzed by the CA-based method and a nonlinear solution of the Fick's second law is obtained. Considering the impact of various factors such as stress states, temporal and spatial variability of diffusion parameters and water-cement ratio on the process of chloride ion diffusion, the model of chloride ion diffusion under multi-factor coupling actions is presented. A chloride ion penetrating experiment reported in the literature is used to prove the effectiveness and reasonability of the present method, and a T-type beam is taken as an illustrative example to analyze the process of chloride ion diffusion in practical application. The results indicate that CA-based method can simulate the diffusion of chloride ion in the concrete structures with acceptable precision. 展开更多

Electrocatalytic reduction of CO_(2) converts intermittent renewable electricity into value-added liquid products with an enticing prospect,but its practical application is hampered due to the lack of high-performance electrocatalysts.Herein,we elaborately design and develop strongly coupled nanosheets composed of Ag nanoparticles and Sn-SnO_(2) grains,designated as Ag/Sn-SnO_(2) nanosheets(NSs),which possess optimized electronic structure,high electrical conductivity,and more accessible sites.As a result,such a catalyst exhibits unprecedented catalytic performance toward CO_(2)-to-formate conversion with near-unity faradaic efficiency(≥90%),ultrahigh partial current density(2,000 mA cm^(−2)),and superior long-term stability(200 mA cm^(−2),200 h),surpassing the reported catalysts of CO_(2) electroreduction to formate.Additionally,in situ attenuated total reflection-infrared spectra combined with theoretical calculations revealed that electron-enriched Sn sites on Ag/Sn-SnO_(2)NSs not only promote the formation of*OCHO and alleviate the energy barriers of*OCHO to*HCOOH,but also impede the desorption of H*.Notably,the Ag/Sn-SnO_(2)NSs as the cathode in a membrane electrode assembly with porous solid electrolyte layer reactor can continuously produce~0.12 M pure HCOOH solution at 100 mA cm^(−2)over 200 h.This work may inspire further development of advanced electrocatalysts and innovative device systems for promoting practical application of producing liquid fuels from CO_(2). 展开更多

We evaluated the potential use of amino silane coupling agent (SiNH) to improve physical and mechanical properties of UF-bonded wheat straw (Triticurn aestivum L.) poplar wood particleboard. We examined the effects of varied content of silane coupling agent content and ratios of straw to poplar wood particles on particleboard prop- erties. The ratios of straw to poplar wood particles were 100:0, 85:15, 70:30 and 55:45. Silane coupling agent content was tested at three levels, 0, 5 and 10 %. The experimental panels were tested for their mechanical strength, including modulus of elasticity (MOE), modulus of rupture (MOR), intemal bonding (IB) and physical properties according to procedures specified in DIN 68763 (Chipboard for special purposes in building construction: concepts, requirements, testing, 1982-03, 1982). All board properties were improved by the addition of silane cou- pling agent. The use of poplar wood particles had a positive effect on the mechanical properties of wheat straw parti- cleboard but had a negative effect on physical properties (thickness swelling and water absorption). 展开更多

The determining factor of<em> Setaria italica </em>(L.) P. Beauv. is the coupling of its flowering stage and outcrossing rate which leads to low and unstable seed yields in self-pollinated foxtail millet hybrids and thereby limits their large-scale application. In this study, Datong 27, Datong 29 and gu 83 were screened and identified through meticulous observations of their pollination habitats. High exposure rate, degree of exposure and plump of stigma are good factors to accept foreign pollen. Datong 27 and Datong 29 have some additional characteristics, such as long filaments and exposed and full anthers that contain a large amount of pollen. We transformed into a series of stigma-exposed and plump sterile lines that easily accepted exotic pollen. New restorer lines with anthers that were full of powder and exhibited quick recovery, which improved the parental lines’ heterosexual characteristics. By tracking and monitoring the leaf development of the new sterile and restorer lines, a coupling law of leaf development was determined and a series of flowering control measures were formulated. These factors ensured that the parental lines encounter one another during the flowering stage. By utilizing fertilizer and water, the vitality of the female stigma, amount of powder scattered and powder loosening time were prolonged, which increased hybrid seed yields from 1500 to 3000 kg/hm<sup>2</sup>. These findings were helpful in resolving the technical problems of seed production that restricted the propagation of foxtail millet hybrids and supporting future large-scale applications. 展开更多

Strength Optimization and Prediction of Cemented Tailings Backfill Under Multi-Factor Coupling

In order to solve the problem of strength instability of cemented tailings backfill(CTB)under low temperature environment(≤20℃),the strength optimization and prediction of CTB under the influence of multiple factors were carried out.The response surface method(RSM)was used to design the experiment to analyze the development law of backfill strength under the coupling effect of curing temperature,sand-cement ratio and slurry mass fraction,and to optimize the mix proportion;the artificial neural network algorithm(ANN)and particle swarm optimization algorithm(PSO)were used to build the prediction model of backfill strength.According to the experimental results of RSM,the optimal mix proportion under different curing temperatures was obtained.When the curing temperature is 10-15℃,the best mix proportion of sand-cement ratio is 9,and the slurry mass fraction is 71%;when the curing temperature is 15-20℃,the best mix proportion of sand-cement ratio is 8,and the slurry mass fraction is 69%.The ANN-PSO intelligent model can accurately predict the strength of CTB,its mean relative estimation error value and correlation coefficient value are only 1.95%and 0.992,and the strength of CTB under different mix proportion can be predicted quickly and accurately by using this model. 展开更多

目前,傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)技术具有待测样品数量少、对特征基团灵敏度高、样品制备和分析简单等优点;电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)的优势也较为显著:微量元素的高灵敏度检出率,低检测限和多元素的同时分析;协同上述两种方法,可快... 目前,傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)技术具有待测样品数量少、对特征基团灵敏度高、样品制备和分析简单等优点;电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)的优势也较为显著:微量元素的高灵敏度检出率,低检测限和多元素的同时分析;协同上述两种方法,可快速对功能医用材料的化学元素和基团进行鉴定,从而为仿生医用抗菌材料的研发提供新的设计思路和理论依据。羟基磷灰石(HA)因其优异的骨传导和骨诱导特性被用于薄膜材料,钛植入表面HA薄膜已进入临床应用阶段。但是,HA的本真脆性和缺乏抗菌性,常常导致植入失败。因此,开发一种耐磨性好且抑菌性优的促成骨功能涂层成为当前急需要解决的难题。研究目的在于在钛表面制备耐磨性好且抑菌性优的促成骨功能涂层,初步探讨了涂层的抗菌离子缓释规律和生物活性。开拓性地在工业纯钛表面制备了明胶、银和镁离子改性的羟基磷灰石(Mg-Ag-HA/明胶)抗菌涂层。将银(Ag)引入羟基磷灰石涂层(HA)以改善其抗菌性能,镁(Mg)作为第二元素以提高生物相容性,明胶可以同时提高HA的生物相容性和力学性能。ICP-MS测定涂层中镁和银元素的释放量和可持续性。所得到的新型Mg-Ag-HA/明胶的SEM结果、Ca/P比值、化学特征峰和晶相通过FTIR,SEM,EDAX和XRD进行表征。结果表明:明胶的羧基与HA的钙离子之间已形成Ca—COO化学键,明胶和Mg-Ag-HA构成了有机-无机复合涂层;Mg和Ag元素被成功地引入到了HA晶格中,且分布均匀。模拟体液浸泡后,Mg-Ag-HA/明胶涂层试样表面有新的缺钙型的HA生成,且球形磷灰石中检测到新的Mg,Na和Cl元素;结果表明,新型复合涂层样品具有良好的生物活性。SEM和LSCM实验结果观察发现,小鼠颅骨成骨细胞在Mg-Ag-HA/明胶上粘附良好,细胞伸展大量伪足,未见细胞毒性。明胶的加入大大降低了复合镀层中Mg2+和Ag^+的释放速率,提高了复合镀层的生理稳定性,为镀层保持长期抗菌功能提供了保证。Mg-Ag-HA/明胶作为钛基涂层材料具有良好的抗菌离子释放能力和优异的生物相容性,为新型抗感染外科植入体的研发提供了新思路。 展开更多

Ag@SiO2纳米耦合结构同时具有等离激发和衍射散射特性,可有效调控光波的行进路径和能量分布,在薄膜太阳电池陷光领域极具潜力.本文基于时域有限差分方法和严格耦合波分析,建立三维电磁仿真模型,研究Ag@SiO2耦合结构对非晶硅电池光谱响应的调控机理,通过优化设计,得到高陷光电池器件.结果表明:当Ag和SiO2特征尺寸分别为18和150 nm时,共振波和衍射波达到最优耦合,通过耦合结构进入电池响应层的透射光谱最大,相应量子效率显著增强.与同尺寸的平面电池相比,其光电转换效率从7.19%提高到7.80%,相对提高了8.48%. 展开更多

Laser remelting experiments were performed by a 1.0?kW continuous CO 2 laser to investigate the rapid solidification behavior of Zn rich Zn Ag peritectic alloys. Three kinds of microstructures occurrs with the varying of laser scanning speed and Ag content in the alloys. It is mainly plate like single phase cellular η when the Ag content was lower than 1.8% (mole fraction). As the Ag content increased, instead of typical structure of primary dendrites of ε surrounded by peritectic η , a two phase plate like η+ε with primary dendrites of ε is found when the laser scanning speed was higher than a critical value. Intercellular spacing of cellular η or interphase spacing of two phase couple growth η+ε decreases with increasing laser scanning speed. 展开更多

在Ag-ITO复合纳米薄膜材料的合成中,分析Ag-ITO复合纳米薄膜的结构分布,采用光电特性分析,结合金属有机试剂交叉偶联反应的方法,构建Ag-ITO复合纳米薄膜的镍-光反应催化模型,通过单电子转移的过程控制方法,实现对烷基交叉偶联反应设计,... 在Ag-ITO复合纳米薄膜材料的合成中,分析Ag-ITO复合纳米薄膜的结构分布,采用光电特性分析,结合金属有机试剂交叉偶联反应的方法,构建Ag-ITO复合纳米薄膜的镍-光反应催化模型,通过单电子转移的过程控制方法,实现对烷基交叉偶联反应设计,构建Ag-ITO复合纳米薄膜表面孔径分布模型,结合镍金属催化剂和一级烷基卤代物底物反应的方法,在Ni(0)/Ni(II)双电子转移过程中,根据相应烷基镍物种的分布特性,实现对Ag-ITO复合纳米薄膜的光电特性参数分析,以光学活性苄基甲基醚作为催化剂,通过双芳基乙烷类反应特性,使得Ag-ITO复合纳米薄膜的光学纯度得以保持,采用烷基自由基与二价镍结合的方法,通过锰还原剂作用,实现一级胺、二级胺的交叉偶联反应。实验结果表明,Ag-ITO复合纳米薄膜在镍催化双烷基亲电试剂交叉偶联下,UV-Vis吸收光谱能力较好,吸附量变化可忽略不计,Ag-ITO复合纳米薄膜的化学稳定性得到了提高。 展开更多

一直以来,Ag纳米颗粒由于其优异的表面增强拉曼散射性能被广泛应用于各类表面增强拉曼(SERS)基底。其中,各向异性的Ag纳米结构在被不断探索。多元醇法是Ag纳米颗粒的一种常见的制备方法。然而这种方法过于复杂,结果难以重现。本研究使... 一直以来,Ag纳米颗粒由于其优异的表面增强拉曼散射性能被广泛应用于各类表面增强拉曼(SERS)基底。其中,各向异性的Ag纳米结构在被不断探索。多元醇法是Ag纳米颗粒的一种常见的制备方法。然而这种方法过于复杂,结果难以重现。本研究使用多元醇溶剂热法制备出Ag的金字塔结构(Ag NPy),并将其与聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)复合形成Ag@PDMS@Ag NPy的内外耦合结构的软基底用于对罗丹明6G(R6G)的检测。通过调节反应温度与聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)含量获得形貌均匀的Ag NPy。最终,形成的Ag NPy@PDMS@Ag NPy基底对R6G的检测限能达到10^(-12) mol·L^(-1)。 展开更多

水热耦合老化对橡胶改性沥青性能影响研究

为研究水热耦合老化对橡胶改性沥青性能的影响,该文模拟热老化及水热耦合老化试验,利用常规指标试验、动态剪切流变试验与凝胶色谱试验从宏观与微观层面研究不同老化环境对沥青高低温性能的影响,利用沥青与集料的低温黏结性试验研究不... 为研究水热耦合老化对橡胶改性沥青性能的影响,该文模拟热老化及水热耦合老化试验,利用常规指标试验、动态剪切流变试验与凝胶色谱试验从宏观与微观层面研究不同老化环境对沥青高低温性能的影响,利用沥青与集料的低温黏结性试验研究不同老化环境对界面性能的影响。结果表明:相较于热老化,水热耦合老化对橡胶改性沥青的延度与软化点的影响更显著;随着老化时间延长,橡胶改性沥青的车辙因子、相位角与临界温度增加,温度敏感性降低,即橡胶高温性能提高,但在水热耦合老化环境下其变化幅度会更大;热老化和水热耦合老化均导致沥青集料界面性能下降,但后者影响程度更大;大分子含量C_(LMS)(%)与分散度D值均随老化时间延长而增大,但水热耦合老化提高了前期的增长水平;D值和C_(LMS)(%)与软化点和延度具有良好的相关性。 展开更多
