把LCL滤波器作为电压源型并网逆变器与电网的接口已受到广泛关注。与单电感L滤波器相比,利用电感值较小的LCL滤波器对入网电流的高次谐波具有显著的衰减效果,特别是在低开关频率的大功率并网逆变系统应用中更具明显优势,但是仅采用... 把LCL滤波器作为电压源型并网逆变器与电网的接口已受到广泛关注。与单电感L滤波器相比,利用电感值较小的LCL滤波器对入网电流的高次谐波具有显著的衰减效果,特别是在低开关频率的大功率并网逆变系统应用中更具明显优势,但是仅采用直接入网电流控制时,LCL滤波器接口的并网逆变器系统存在稳定性问题。该文采用电网侧电感电流和逆变侧电感电流双闭环控制策略对并网电流进行直接控制,电网侧电感电流作为外环更容易抑制并网电流的谐波因素,且可以直接控制入网电流的单位功率因数,采用逆变器侧电感电流作为内环可以增加系统阻尼,从而可抑制系统振荡,增加系统稳定性。对该方案进行系统建模,并深入分析了滤波器参数、控制器参数及系统稳定性之间的精确量化关系。仿真和实验结果表明,该控制策略既可有效抑制入网电流谐振和实现进网电流的高功率因数运行,同时又具有良好的稳态和动态性能。 展开更多

This paper proposes a new Predictive Direct Power Control(P-DPC) solution for three-phase grid-connected inverters, which combines direct power control strategy with the predictive control strategy and space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM), obtaining both high transient performance and a constant switching frequency. This control solution can achieve decoupling control for active and reactive power and an adjustable power factor. Meanwhile, the grid-connected current can approximately be sinusoidal. In wind power generation system the grid-connected inverter is an important section for energy conversion and transmission, of which the performance has a direct influence on the entire wind power generation system. The mathematical model of the grid-connected inverter is deduced firstly. Then, the space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) is analyzed. The power factor can be controlled close to unity, leading or lagging, which is realized based on H-type current controller and grid voltage vector-oriented control. The control strategy is verified by the simulation and experimental results with a good sinusoidal current, a small harmonic component and a fast dynamic response. 展开更多

The overall performance of photovoltaic (PV) inverter imphes many different technical issues.One of the key criterias is based on the measurement of the conversion and the maximum power point tracking (MPPT) efficiency and its applicable evaluation in practice.Intense work has been done in the last few years to formulate applicable standards for measuring static and dynamic efficiencies worldwide.Besides that,this work is presenting on novel methods of analysis on non-trivial system characteristics impacting the final evaluation on the overall performance of the PV inverter.The elaborated testing procedures for complex system behavior under highly nonlinear conditions (unintentional partial shading, mismatching of DC strings) are explained and characterized.With the help of experimental results, the exclusive impact on the overall efficiency is illustrated and helpful statements are given on the resulting technical characteristics of MPP strategies. 展开更多

The conventional line commutat... There has been a noticeable increase in use of Solar PV based systems for power generation, given its renewable nature. A solar PV based grid tie inverters are used for dc-ac conversion. The conventional line commutated ac-to-dc inverters have square-shaped line current which contains higher-order harmonics. The line current with the high harmonic contents generates EMI and moreover it causes more heating of the core of distribution/power transformers. Alternatively, PWM based inverters using MOSFET/IGBT switches are also used for the same purpose. However, apart from higher switching losses, the power handling capability and reliability of these devices are quite low in comparison to thyristors/SCR. Nevertheless, the conventional thyristor based forced commutated inverters are not suitable for PWM applications due to the problems of commutation circuits. A pure sinusoidal line current or waveform with low har- monic contents is the most desirable. In the present work, a multilevel line commutated inverter topology has been proposed and analyzed which improves the wave shape and hence reduces the total harmonic distortion (THD) of the line current in a grid tie line commutated inverter. The scheme has successfully been implemented and tested. Moreover, the performance of the proposed topology is far better than the conventional line-commutated inverter. Compared with the traditi... A novel topology of the current-source grid-connected inverter is proposed based on the immittance converter theory. A control strategy of sine-sine pulse width modulation (PWM) is studied. Compared with the traditional current-source inverter, the power frequency inductors and power frequency transformer are replaced with high frequency inductors and a high frequency transformer. Thus, the proposed inverter has advantages of small volume, low cost, low total harmonic distortion (THD), low power losses, high power factor (PF) and simple control. Furthermore, grid voltage cannot influence output current of the grid-connected inverter and the current-source inverter with a high PF that approaches one has been realized. Finally, validity of the theory analysis and feasibility of the control scheme are shown by simulation and experimental results. 展开更多

The main content of the article is to control the three-phase grid connected inverter to meet the requirement of controlling the reactive power to zero at a node of the distribution network while maximizing the active power transmitted to the grid. The control circuits are synthesized on the dq coordinate system and verified on the simulation model by Matlab/Simulink. The proposed method overcame the flaws of loss increase, efficiency reduce and cost increase which were caused by damping resistance in LCL type grid-connected inverter, the system efficiency and power supply quality of the output were improved. This paper presents, tests and compares three earthing systems (TT, TN and IT) for Micro-Grid (MG) protection against various fault types during the connected mode. The main contribution of this work is including the models of all the micro sources which interfaced to the MG by power electronic inverters. Inverters in turns are provided with current limiters and this also included in the inverter models to exactly simulate the real situation in the MG during fault times. Results proved that the most suitable earthing system for MG protection during the connecting mode is the TN earthing system. That system leads to a suitable amount of fault current sufficient to activate over current protection relays. With using TN system, Touch voltages at the faulted bus and all other consumer’s buses are less than the safety limited value if current limiter is included with the transformer of the main grid which connects MG. For the two others earthing systems (TT and IT), fault current is small and nearly equal to the over load current which make over current protection relay can not differentiate between fault current and overload current. All models of micro sources, earthing systems, inverters, main grid and control schemes are built using Matlab?/Simulink? environment. 展开更多

弱电网下,锁相环在基波以上频段引入的负阻特性,会降低系统输出阻抗的相位,严重影响系统稳定性。鉴于此,该文通过系统控制框图等效变换,推导得到可以消除锁相环负阻特性的电网电压前馈函数,进而提出一种基于电网电压前馈控制的并网逆变... 弱电网下,锁相环在基波以上频段引入的负阻特性,会降低系统输出阻抗的相位,严重影响系统稳定性。鉴于此,该文通过系统控制框图等效变换,推导得到可以消除锁相环负阻特性的电网电压前馈函数,进而提出一种基于电网电压前馈控制的并网逆变器阻抗重塑控制策略。同时,为了提高该策略的普适性,该文利用函数近似和多目标约束为电网电压前馈函数的优化提供两种设计方法,并从系统基波电流跟踪性能、并网功率因数等方面进行误差分析,从而证明其函数优化设计方法的可行性。理论分析表明,优化后的电网电压前馈控制策略,可以有效地对系统输出阻抗相位特性进行重塑,很大程度上拓宽了系统对电网阻抗的适应范围。最后,通过仿真与实验验证所提控制策略的有效性。 展开更多

以并网逆变器为功率接口的新能源发电系统在弱电网条件下易发生振荡失稳问题。该文将并网逆变器的控制回路可视化为电路元件组成的虚拟阻抗,基于该电路模型分析了弱电网条件下电流内环与锁相环交互作用导致并网逆变器振荡失稳的机理,在... 以并网逆变器为功率接口的新能源发电系统在弱电网条件下易发生振荡失稳问题。该文将并网逆变器的控制回路可视化为电路元件组成的虚拟阻抗,基于该电路模型分析了弱电网条件下电流内环与锁相环交互作用导致并网逆变器振荡失稳的机理,在此基础上,提出了基于有源阻尼的稳定控制设计方法,并对不同有源阻尼控制的电路特性以及稳定性提升能力进行了对比分析。研究结果表明,针对锁相环引入负电阻造成的振荡失稳问题,阻抗-高通滤波器型有源阻尼控制策略具有更优的稳定性提升能力。最后通过PSCAD/EMTDC仿真和远宽StarSim控制器硬件在环实验对比了不同有源阻尼控制策略的振荡抑制效果,并验证了阻抗-高通滤波器型有源阻尼控制的动态性能。结果表明,所设计的稳定控制能够在200 ms内有效抑制系统振荡,并且可实现在短路比为1的极弱电网条件下稳定运行。 展开更多

二次调频能使电力系统在一次调频过程中始终满足频率稳定的要求。采用虚拟同步发电机VSG控制策略的并网逆变器在离网运行时仅具备一次调频特性,若VSG的输出频率超出安全工作区间时将会对微电网的稳定运行产生影响,因此,需在有功控制环... 二次调频能使电力系统在一次调频过程中始终满足频率稳定的要求。采用虚拟同步发电机VSG控制策略的并网逆变器在离网运行时仅具备一次调频特性,若VSG的输出频率超出安全工作区间时将会对微电网的稳定运行产生影响,因此,需在有功控制环加入固定积分系数来实现频率无差控制的二次调频,但传统二次调频存在恢复时间与频率振荡的固有矛盾。提出一种根据暂态导数极性分段优化的改进VSG二次调频策略,该策略基于频率恢复特性,将频率恢复过程划分为2个阶段,并分别配置不同的积分系数,使得整个频率恢复时间缩短,且避免了频率的振荡,并给出了所提方法关键参数的设定依据。最后通过仿真与基于HIL的半实物平台验证了所提策略的可靠性。 展开更多
