After a comprehensive analysis for the influential factors like anti-erodibility chemical constitutes, mineral components and micro-structure characteristics of the Pisha-sandstone, and by combining AHP and grey corre...After a comprehensive analysis for the influential factors like anti-erodibility chemical constitutes, mineral components and micro-structure characteristics of the Pisha-sandstone, and by combining AHP and grey correlation analysis, the anti-erodibility quantitative comparison for 5 types of Pisha-sandstones in Ordos is made on the basis of the grey multi-layer comprehensive assessment mode. The result shows that, from the anti-erodibility point of view, the order of those types is: Pink sandstone, celadon sandstone, purple sandstone, grey sandstone and commixed sandstone. For the evaluation process adopts a simple method, a direct, reasonable and practical result is given, which is also identical to the result of the field survey on soil and rock erosion problems. Consequently, the research on the Pisha-sandstone's anti-erodibility issue is turned from the qualitative description process to the quantitative evaluation stage.展开更多

In grey weighted clustering evaluation, the index clustering rule relies on the construction of the whitenization weight function, while the existing construction method of the linear function lacks the construction mechanism analysis and validity explanation. A normative construction principle is put forward by analyzing the construction mechanism of the function. Through proving the normative principle of the function,the basic modal function(BMF) is proposed and characterized by different function forms. Then, a new type of the whitenization weight function and its grey clustering evaluation model algorithm are given by studying the mechanism and nature of the construction of different forms of the function. Finally, the comparative study for self-innovation capability of defense science and technology industry(DSTI) is taken as an example. The results show that the different construction ways of the function have an effect on the clustering result. The proposed construction mechanism can better explain the index clustering rules and evaluation effectiveness,which will perfect the theoretical system of grey clustering evaluation and be applied to practice effectively.展开更多

Thus it can reflect the relation between attributive value and evaluation result,as well as the weight of evaluation indicator. Once evaluation indicators of each candidate are fuzzily quantified and fed into the trained network model,the corresponding evaluation result is outputted and the best alternative can be selected. Under this model,expert knowledge can be effectively acquired and expressed,and the quantificational evaluation can be implemented for kinematic scheme with multi-level evaluation indicator system. The weight A and the single factor evaluation matrix R were synthesized using the M( ·,+) fuzzy composite operator,obtaining a fuzzy matrix B between the factor set and the evaluation level. The agronomic traits of the new wheat variety Anmai 1241 were comprehensively evaluated,in order to provide comprehensive and objective theoretical basis for further improvement and production utilization of this vari...The agronomic traits of the new wheat variety Anmai 1241 were comprehensively evaluated,in order to provide comprehensive and objective theoretical basis for further improvement and production utilization of this variety.The winter water production test results of Anmai 1241 in 14 pilot sites of Henan Seed Management Station from 2016 to 2017 were summarized.The comprehensive performance of 11 agronomic traits of Anmai 1241 in different tests sites in Henan Province was evaluated by the grey correlation analysis and clustering analysis methods.The results showed that among the observed values of 11 traits,the variation coefficient,correlation degree and weight of black embryo rate were 181.64%,0.6679 and 0.1051,respectively.The clustering analysis showed that the 11 traits could be divided into 3 groups.The first type of traits(yield,number of grains per ear and 1000-grain weight)and the third group of traits(percentage of earbearing tillers,number of productive tillers and volume weight)belonged to the yield factor traits,and the sum of their weights was 0.5242.Yield and its related factors played an important role in the variety evaluation of Anmai 1241,and the effect of black embryo on yield should be eliminated in variety improvement.展开更多

Nowadays,data are more and more used for intelligent modeling and prediction,and the comprehensive evaluation of data quality is getting more and more attention as a necessary means to measure whether the data are usa...Nowadays,data are more and more used for intelligent modeling and prediction,and the comprehensive evaluation of data quality is getting more and more attention as a necessary means to measure whether the data are usable or not.However,the comprehensive evaluation method of data quality mostly contains the subjective factors of the evaluator,so how to comprehensively and objectively evaluate the data has become a bottleneck that needs to be solved in the research of comprehensive evaluation method.In order to evaluate the data more comprehensively,objectively and differentially,a novel comprehensive evaluation method based on particle swarm optimization(PSO)and grey correlation analysis(GCA)is presented in this paper.At first,an improved GCA evaluation model based on the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)is proposed.Then,an objective function model of maximum difference of the comprehensive evaluation values is built,and the PSO algorithm is used to optimize the weights of the improved GCA evaluation model based on the objective function model.Finally,the performance of the proposed method is investigated through parameter analysis.A performance comparison of traffic flow data is carried out,and the simulation results show that the maximum average difference between the evaluation results and its mean value(MDR)of the proposed comprehensive evaluation method is 33.24%higher than that of TOPSIS-GCA,and 6.86%higher than that of GCA.The proposed method has better differentiation than other methods,which means that it objectively and comprehensively evaluates the data from both the relevance and differentiation of the data,and the results more effectively reflect the differences in data quality,which will provide more effective data support for intelligent modeling,prediction and other applications.展开更多

In this paper, firstly, the conception of cities′ ability reducingearthquake disasters is presented, and the ability could be evaluated with three basic elements - the possible seis-mic casualty and economic loss during the future earthquakes that are likely to occur in the city and its surround-ings and time required for recovery after earthquake; based upon these three basic elements, a framework, whichconsists of six main components, for evaluating city′s ability reducing earthquake disasters is proposed; then thestatistical relations between the index system and the ratio of seismic casualty, the ratio of economic loss and re-covery time are gained utilizing the cities′ prediction results of earthquake disasters which were made during theninth five-year plan; at last, the method defining the comprehensive index of cities′ ability reducing earthquakedisasters is presented. 文摘Grey relational analysis is one of the most important methods in water quality evaluation system. As the traditional grey relational analysis has the defects of homogenization in static resolution ratio, small discrimination in correlation degree, and low precision in the weight of impact factors, this paper proposed an advanced grey relational analysis that used dynamic resolution ratio and comprehensive evaluation indicators. This method has been applied in the MIS software which monitors and evaluates the water quality in the lakes of the Four-Lake Basin. Compared with the traditional grey relational analysis and the cluster-factor analysis, this method could effectively enhance the reliability and accuracy of the results.
文摘The complexity and limited data samples in evaluation of complex system are obstacles for traditional evaluation method. Based on Grey relative degree theory and principal components analysis (PCA) method, a novel systemic evaluation method is put forward in this paper. Firstly, standardization method is modified for evaluation objective, and the method includes expression (2) and (3). Secondly, for few schemes of complex system, grey relative degree, expression (5), is substituted for relation coefficient. At last, validity of the method is verified by evaluating 3 schemes of a type of UUV.

文摘Web services is one of the basic network services, whose availability evaluation is of great significance to the promotion of users’ experience. This paper focuses on the problem of availability evaluation of Web services and proposes a method for availability evaluation of Web services using improved grey correlation analysis with entropy difference and weight (EWGCA).This method is based on grey correlation analysis, and use entropy difference to illustrate the changes of availability, set weight to quantize availability requirements of different operations or transactions in services. Through simulation experiment in high load scenarios for Web services, the experiment result shows that our method can realize hierarchical description and overall evaluation for availability of Web services accurately in the case of smaller test sample volumes or uncertain data even in the field of big data.

文摘Nowadays,data are more and more used for intelligent modeling and prediction,and the comprehensive evaluation of data quality is getting more and more attention as a necessary means to measure whether the data are usable or not.However,the comprehensive evaluation method of data quality mostly contains the subjective factors of the evaluator,so how to comprehensively and objectively evaluate the data has become a bottleneck that needs to be solved in the research of comprehensive evaluation method.In order to evaluate the data more comprehensively,objectively and differentially,a novel comprehensive evaluation method based on particle swarm optimization(PSO)and grey correlation analysis(GCA)is presented in this paper.At first,an improved GCA evaluation model based on the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)is proposed.Then,an objective function model of maximum difference of the comprehensive evaluation values is built,and the PSO algorithm is used to optimize the weights of the improved GCA evaluation model based on the objective function model.Finally,the performance of the proposed method is investigated through parameter analysis.A performance comparison of traffic flow data is carried out,and the simulation results show that the maximum average difference between the evaluation results and its mean value(MDR)of the proposed comprehensive evaluation method is 33.24%higher than that of TOPSIS-GCA,and 6.86%higher than that of GCA.The proposed method has better differentiation than other methods,which means that it objectively and comprehensively evaluates the data from both the relevance and differentiation of the data,and the results more effectively reflect the differences in data quality,which will provide more effective data support for intelligent modeling,prediction and other applications.

文摘Cities′ ability reducing earthquake disasters is a complex system involving numerous factors, moreover the re-search on evaluating cities′ ability reducing earthquake disasters relates to multi-subject, such as earthquake sci-ence, social science, economical science and so on. In this paper, firstly, the conception of cities′ ability reducingearthquake disasters is presented, and the ability could be evaluated with three basic elements - the possible seis-mic casualty and economic loss during the future earthquakes that are likely to occur in the city and its surround-ings and time required for recovery after earthquake; based upon these three basic elements, a framework, whichconsists of six main components, for evaluating city′s ability reducing earthquake disasters is proposed; then thestatistical relations between the index system and the ratio of seismic casualty, the ratio of economic loss and re-covery time are gained utilizing the cities′ prediction results of earthquake disasters which were made during theninth five-year plan; at last, the method defining the comprehensive index of cities′ ability reducing earthquakedisasters is presented. Thus the relatively comprehensive theory frame is set up. The frame can evaluate cities′ability reducing earthquake disasters absolutely and quantitatively and consequently instruct the decision-makingon reducing cities′ earthquake disasters loss.

文摘In the process of evaluating,the weights of indicators are firstly determined by AHP and Delphi methods;and the values of indicators are normalized by grey correlative coefficient method.A suit of means were put forward,by which a qualitative and quantitative evaluation indicator system suitable for the situation of China and uncertainties can be established.Both idiographic and operable methods and process were presented.Following the principle of elasticity,hiberarchy and maneuverability,a three-layer evaluation indicator system was established by AHP in Jiuyi ecological residential community,which includes 5 subsystems and 24 indicatiors.The weights of indicators are measured by AHP and expert estimate and their best indicators values up to par were determined by fuzzy mathematics and optimization.The whole evaluation indicator system not only has an active and practical effect on estimating ecological residential community,but also guides ecological residential community planning.

文摘Environmental risk assessment of tailings reservoir assessment system is complex and has many index factors.In order to accurately judge surrounding environmental risks of tailings reservoirs and determinate the corresponding prevention and control work,multi-hierarchical fuzzy judgment and nested dominance relation of rough set theory are implemented to evaluate them and find out the rules of this evaluation system with 14 representative cases.The methods of multi-hierarchical fuzzy evaluation can overall consider each influence factor of risk assessment system and their mutual impact,and the index weight based on the analytic hierarchy process is relatively reasonable.Rough set theory based on dominance relation reduces each index attribute from the top down,largely simplifies the complexity of the original evaluation system,and considers the preferential information in each index.Furthermore,grey correlation theory is applied to analysis of importance of each reducted condition attribute.The results demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed safety evaluation system and the application potential.
文摘In this paper, through understanding the basic situation of three villages at different stages of life cycle development about tourism, using the method of grey correlation analysis from the quantitative aspects, the results show that impact assessment on rural tourism in different stages is different [1]. The impact on tourism stable stage is the most;tourism decline stage is relatively weak;tourism development stage is the weakest.
文摘In recent years, since airspace restrictions and the volume of passenger traffic are increasing, the rate of flight delay is rising rapidly and the contradiction about it is outstanding. Flight delay event not only holds up passengers’ time, but also makes the airlines suffer a lot. So a scientific and reasonable guidance is necessary to reduce the delay effect. This paper firstly establishes a method to assess the degree of airport delays and get all factors which caused the flight delays quantification, and ultimately we offer a proposal to deal with the flow factor, which is the principal reason for flight delays.
