To address this issue, the MobileNetV1 network was developed, which employs depthwise convolution to reduce network complexity. MobileNetV1 employs a stride of 2 in several convolutional layers to decrease the spatial resolution of feature maps, thereby lowering computational costs. However, this stride setting can lead to a loss of spatial information, particularly affecting the detection and representation of smaller objects or finer details in images. To maintain the trade-off between complexity and model performance, a lightweight convolutional neural network with hierarchical multi-scale feature fusion based on the MobileNetV1 network is proposed. The network consists of two main subnetworks. The first subnetwork uses a depthwise dilated separable convolution (DDSC) layer to learn imaging features with fewer parameters, which results in a lightweight and computationally inexpensive network. Furthermore, depthwise dilated convolution in DDSC layer effectively expands the field of view of filters, allowing them to incorporate a larger context. The second subnetwork is a hierarchical multi-scale feature fusion (HMFF) module that uses parallel multi-resolution branches architecture to process the input feature map in order to extract the multi-scale feature information of the input image. Experimental results on the CIFAR-10, Malaria, and KvasirV1 datasets demonstrate that the proposed method is efficient, reducing the network parameters and computational cost by 65.02% and 39.78%, respectively, while maintaining the network performance compared to the MobileNetV1 baseline.展开更多

文摘Time series anomaly detection is crucial in various industrial applications to identify unusual behaviors within the time series data.Due to the challenges associated with annotating anomaly events, time series reconstruction has become a prevalent approach for unsupervised anomaly detection. However, effectively learning representations and achieving accurate detection results remain challenging due to the intricate temporal patterns and dependencies in real-world time series. In this paper,we propose a cross-dimension attentive feature fusion network for time series anomaly detection, referred to as CAFFN.Specifically,a series and feature mixing block is introduced to learn representations in 1D space.Additionally,a fast Fourier transform is employed to convert the time series into 2D space, providing the capability for 2D feature extraction. Finally,a cross-dimension attentive feature fusion mechanism is designed that adaptively integrates features across different dimensions for anomaly detection.Experimental results on real-world time series datasets demonstrate that CAFFN performs better than other competing methods in time series anomaly detection.

文摘Gliomas have the highest mortality rate of all brain tumors.Correctly classifying the glioma risk period can help doctors make reasonable treatment plans and improve patients’survival rates. This paper proposes a hierarchical multi-scale attention feature fusion medical image classification network(HMAC-Net),which effectively combines global features and local features. The network framework consists of three parallel layers:The global feature extraction layer, the local feature extraction layer, and the multi-scale feature fusion layer.A linear sparse attention mechanism is designed in the global feature extraction layer to reduce information redundancy. In the local feature extraction layer,a bilateral local attention mechanism is introduced to improve the extraction of relevant information between adjacent slices. In the multi-scale feature fusion layer,a channel fusion block combining convolutional attention mechanism and residual inverse multi-layer perceptron is proposed to prevent gradient disappearance and network degradation and improve feature representation capability. The double-branch iterative multi-scale classification block is used to improve the classification performance. On the brain glioma risk grading dataset, the results of the ablation experiment and comparison experiment show that the proposed HMAC-Net has the best performance in both qualitative analysis of heat maps and quantitative analysis of evaluation indicators. On the dataset of skin cancer classification, the generalization experiment results show that the proposed HMAC-Net has a good generalization effect.

文摘The precise and automatic segmentation of prostate magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)images is vital for assisting doctors in diagnosing prostate diseases. In recent years, many advanced methods have been applied to prostate segmentation, but due to the variability caused by prostate diseases, automatic segmentation of the prostate presents significant challenges. In this paper,we propose an attention-guided multi-scale feature fusion network(AGMSF-Net)to segment prostate MRI images. We propose an attention mechanism for extracting multi-scale features, and introduce a 3D transformer module to enhance global feature representation by adding it during the transition phase from encoder to decoder. In the decoder stage,a feature fusion module is proposed to obtain global context information. We evaluate our model on MRI images of the prostate acquired from a local hospital. The relative volume difference(RVD)and dice similarity coefficient(DSC)between the results of automatic prostate segmentation and ground truth were 1.21%and 93.68%,respectively.To quantitatively evaluate prostate volume on MRI,which is of significant clinical significance,we propose a unique AGMSF-Net.The essential performance evaluation and validation experiments have demonstrated the effectiveness of our method in automatic prostate segmentation.
文摘Olive trees are susceptible to a variety of diseases that can cause significant crop damage and economic losses.Early detection of these diseases is essential for effective management. We propose a novel transformed wavelet,feature-fused,pre-trained deep learning model for detecting olive leaf diseases. The proposed model combines wavelet transforms with pre-trained deep-learning models to extract discriminative features from olive leaf images. The model has four main phases:preprocessing using data augmentation,three-level wavelet transformation, learning using pre-trained deep learning models, and a fused deep learning model. In the preprocessing phase, the image dataset is augmented using techniques such as resizing, rescaling, flipping, rotation, zooming, and contrasting. In wavelet transformation, the augmented images are decomposed into three frequency levels.Three pre-trained deep learning models,EfficientNet-B7,DenseNet-201,and ResNet-152-V2,are used in the learning phase. The models were trained using the approximate images of the third-level sub-band of the wavelet transform. In the fused phase, the fused model consists of a merge layer, three dense layers, and two dropout layers. The proposed model was evaluated using a dataset of images of healthy and infected olive leaves. It achieved an accuracy of 99.72%in the diagnosis of olive leaf diseases, which exceeds the accuracy of other methods reported in the literature. This finding suggests that our proposed method is a promising tool for the early detection of olive leaf diseases.
文摘In the multi-radar networking system, aiming at the problem of locating long-distance targets synergistically with difficulty and low accuracy,a dual-station joint positioning method based on the target measurement error feature complementarity is proposed. For dual-station joint positioning,by constructing the target positioning error distribution model and using the complementarity of spatial measurement errors of the same long-distance target, the area with high probability of target existence can be obtained. Then, based on the target distance information, the midpoint of the intersection between the target positioning sphere and the positioning tangent plane can be solved to acquire the target's optimal positioning result. The simulation demonstrates that this method greatly improves the positioning accuracy of target in azimuth direction.Compared with the traditional the dynamic weighted fusion(DWF)algorithm and the filter-based dynamic weighted fusion(FBDWF)algorithm,it not only effectively eliminates the influence of systematic error in the azimuth direction, but also has low computational complexity.Furthermore, for the application scenarios of multi-radar collaborative positioning and multi-sensor data compression filtering in centralized information fusion,it is recommended that using radar with higher ranging accuracy and the lengths of baseline between radars are 20–100 km.
文摘With the popularisation of intelligent power, power devices have different shapes, numbers and specifications. This means that the power data has distributional variability, the model learning process cannot achieve sufficient extraction of data features, which seriously affects the accuracy and performance of anomaly detection. Therefore, this paper proposes a deep learning-based anomaly detection model for power data, which integrates a data alignment enhancement technique based on random sampling and an adaptive feature fusion method leveraging dimension reduction.Aiming at the distribution variability of power data, this paper developed a sliding window-based data adjustment method for this model, which solves the problem of high-dimensional feature noise and low-dimensional missing data.To address the problem of insufficient feature fusion,an adaptive feature fusion method based on feature dimension reduction and dictionary learning is proposed to improve the anomaly data detection accuracy of the model. In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method,we conducted effectiveness comparisons through elimination experiments. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional anomaly detection methods, the method proposed in this paper not only has an advantage in model accuracy, but also reduces the amount of parameter calculation of the model in the process of feature matching and improves the detection speed.

文摘The task of food image recognition,a nuanced subset of fine-grained image recognition, grapples with substantial intra-class variation and minimal inter-class differences. These challenges are compounded by the irregular and multi-scale nature of food images.Addressing these complexities, our study introduces an advanced model that leverages multiple attention mechanisms and multi-stage local fusion, grounded in the ConvNeXt architecture. Our model employs hybrid attention(HA)mechanisms to pinpoint critical discriminative regions within images, substantially mitigating the influence of background noise.Furthermore,it introduces a multi-stage local fusion(MSLF)module, fostering long-distance dependencies between feature maps at varying stages. This approach facilitates the assimilation of complementary features across scales, significantly bolstering the model’s capacity for feature extraction.Furthermore,we constructed a dataset named Roushi60,which consists of 60 different categories of common meat dishes.Empirical evaluation of the ETH Food-101,ChineseFoodNet,and Roushi60 datasets reveals that our model achieves recognition accuracies of 91.12%,82.86%,and 92.50%,respectively.These figures not only mark an improvement of 1.04%,3.42%,and 1.36%over the foundational ConvNeXt network but also surpass the performance of most contemporary food image recognition methods.Such advancements underscore the efficacy of our proposed model in navigating the intricate landscape of food image recognition, setting a new benchmark for the field.

文摘The widespread availability of digital multimedia data has led to a new challenge in digital forensics.Traditional source camera identification algorithms usually rely on various traces in the capturing process. However, these traces have become increasingly difficult to extract due to wide availability of various image processing algorithms.Convolutional Neural Networks(CNN)-based algorithms have demonstrated good discriminative capabilities for different brands and even different models of camera devices. However, their performances is not ideal in case of distinguishing between individual devices of the same model, because cameras of the same model typically use the same optical lens, image sensor, and image processing algorithms, that result in minimal overall differences. In this paper,we propose a camera forensics algorithm based on multi-scale feature fusion to address these issues. The proposed algorithm extracts different local features from feature maps of different scales and then fuses them to obtain a comprehensive feature representation. This representation is then fed into a subsequent camera fingerprint classification network.Building upon the Swin-T network,we utilize Transformer Blocks and Graph Convolutional Network(GCN)modules to fuse multi-scale features from different stages of the backbone network.Furthermore,we conduct experiments on established datasets to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed approach.
文摘Convolutional neural networks (CNNs) are widely used in image classification tasks, but their increasing model size and computation make them challenging to implement on embedded systems with constrained hardware resources. Experimental results on the CIFAR-10, Malaria, and KvasirV1 datasets demonstrate that the proposed method is efficient, reducing the network parameters and computational cost by 65.02% and 39.78%, respectively, while maintaining the network performance compared to the MobileNetV1 baseline.
文摘The Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic poses the worldwide challenges surpassing the boundaries of country, religion, race, and economy. The current benchmark method for the detection of COVID-19 is the reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)testing.Nevertheless,this testing method is accurate enough for the diagnosis of COVID-19.However,it is time-consuming,expensive,expert-dependent,and violates social distancing. In this paper, this research proposed an effective multimodality-based and feature fusion-based(MMFF)COVID-19 detection technique through deep neural networks. In multi-modality,we have utilized the cough samples, breathe samples and sound samples of healthy as well as COVID-19 patients from publicly available COSWARA dataset.Extensive set of experimental analyses were performed to evaluate the performance of our proposed approach.Several useful features were extracted from the aforementioned modalities that were then fed as an input to long short-term memory recurrent neural network algorithms for the classification purpose.Extensive set of experimental analyses were performed to evaluate the performance of our proposed approach. The experimental results showed that our proposed approach outperformed compared to four baseline approaches published recently. We believe that our proposed technique will assists potential users to diagnose the COVID-19 without the intervention of any expert in minimum amount of time.

文摘With the rapid spread of Internet information and the spread of fake news, the detection of fake news becomes more and more important.Traditional detection methods often rely on a single emotional or semantic feature to identify fake news, but these methods have limitations when dealing with news in specific domains. In order to solve the problem of weak feature correlation between data from different domains,a model for detecting fake news by integrating domain-specific emotional and semantic features is proposed. This method makes full use of the attention mechanism, grasps the correlation between different features, and effectively improves the effect of feature fusion. The algorithm first extracts the semantic features of news text through the Bi-LSTM(Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory)layer to capture the contextual relevance of news text.Senta-BiLSTM is then used to extract emotional features and predict the probability of positive and negative emotions in the text.It then uses domain features as an enhancement feature and attention mechanism to fully capture more fine-grained emotional features associated with that domain. Finally, the fusion features are taken as the input of the fake news detection classifier, combined with the multi-task representation of information, and the MLP and Softmax functions are used for classification. The experimental results show that on the Chinese dataset Weibo21,the F1 value of this model is 0.958,4.9% higher than that of the sub-optimal model;on the English dataset FakeNewsNet,the F1 value of the detection result of this model is 0.845,1.8% higher than that of the sub-optimal model, which is advanced and feasible.

文摘The diagnosis of COVID-19 requires chest computed tomography(CT).High-resolution CT images can provide more diagnostic information to help doctors better diagnose the disease,so it is of clinical importance to study super-resolution(SR)algorithms applied to CT images to improve the reso-lution of CT images. However, most of the existing SR algorithms are studied based on natural images, which are not suitable for medical images;and most of these algorithms improve the reconstruction quality by increasing the network depth, which is not suitable for machines with limited resources. To alleviate these issues,we propose a residual feature attentional fusion network for lightweight chest CT image super-resolution(RFAFN).Specifically,we design a contextual feature extraction block(CFEB)that can extract CT image features more efficiently and accurately than ordinary residual blocks. In addition,we propose a feature-weighted cascading strategy(FWCS)based on attentional feature fusion blocks(AFFB)to utilize the high-frequency detail information extracted by CFEB as much as possible via selectively fusing adjacent level feature information. Finally,we suggest a global hierarchical feature fusion strategy(GHFFS),which can utilize the hierarchical features more effectively than dense concatenation by progressively aggregating the feature information at various levels.Numerous experiments show that our method performs better than most of the state-of-the-art(SOTA)methods on the COVID-19 chest CT dataset. In detail, the peak signal-to-noise ratio(PSNR)is 0.11 dB and 0.47 dB higher on CTtest1 and CTtest2 at×3 SR compared to the suboptimal method, but the number of parameters and multi-adds are reduced by 22K and 0.43G,respectively.Our method can better recover chest CT image quality with fewer computational resources and effectively assist in COVID-19.

文摘Regular inspection of bridge cracks is crucial to bridge maintenance and repair. The traditional manual crack detection methods are timeconsuming, dangerous and subjective. At the same time, for the existing mainstream vision-based automatic crack detection algorithms,it is challenging to detect fine cracks and balance the detection accuracy and speed. Therefore, this paper proposes a new bridge crack segmentationmethod based on parallel attention mechanism and multi-scale features fusion on top of the DeeplabV3+network framework.First, the improved lightweight MobileNetv2 network and dilated separable convolution are integrated into the original DeeplabV3+network to improve the original backbone network Xception and atrous spatial pyramid pooling(ASPP)module, respectively, dramatically reducing the number of parameters in the network and accelerates the training and prediction speed of the model. Moreover,we introduce the parallel attention mechanism into the encoding and decoding stages. The attention to the crack regions can be enhanced from the aspects of both channel and spatial parts and significantly suppress the interference of various noises. Finally,we further improve the detection performance of the model for fine cracks by introducing a multi-scale features fusion module. Our research results are validated on the self-made dataset. The experiments show that our method is more accurate than other methods. Its intersection of union(IoU)and F1-score(F1)are increased to 77.96%and 87.57%,respectively.In addition, the number of parameters is only 4.10M,which is much smaller than the original network;also, the frames per second(FPS)is increased to 15 frames/s.The results prove that the proposed method fits well the requirements of rapid and accurate detection of bridge cracks and is superior to other methods.

文摘Credit Card Fraud Detection(CCFD)is an essential technology for banking institutions to control fraud risks and safeguard their reputation.Class imbalance and insufficient representation of feature data relating to credit card transactions are two prevalent issues in the current study field of CCFD,which significantly impact classification models’performance. To address these issues, this research proposes a novel CCFD model based on Multifeature Fusion and Generative Adversarial Networks(MFGAN).The MFGAN model consists of two modules:a multi-feature fusion module for integrating static and dynamic behavior data of cardholders into a unified highdimensional feature space, and a balance module based on the generative adversarial network to decrease the class imbalance ratio. The effectiveness of theMFGAN model is validated on two actual credit card datasets. The impacts of different class balance ratios on the performance of the four resamplingmodels are analyzed, and the contribution of the two different modules to the performance of the MFGAN model is investigated via ablation experiments.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed model does better than state-of-the-art models in terms of recall,F1,and Area Under the Curve(AUC)metrics, which means that the MFGAN model can help banks find more fraudulent transactions and reduce fraud losses.

文摘The deployment of vehicle micro-motors has witnessed an expansion owing to the progression in electrification and intelligent technologies. However, some micro-motors may exhibit design deficiencies, component wear, assembly errors, and other imperfections that may arise during the design or manufacturing phases.Conse-quently,these micro-motors might generate anomalous noises during their operation, consequently exerting a substantial adverse influence on the overall comfort of drivers and passengers.Automobile micro-motors exhibit a diverse array of structural variations, consequently leading to the manifestation of a multitude of distinctive auditory irregularities. To address the identification of diverse forms of abnormal noise, this research presents a novel approach rooted in the utilization of vibro-acoustic fusion-convolutional neural network(VAF-CNN).This method entails the deployment of distinct network branches, each serving to capture disparate features from the multi-sensor data, all the while considering the auditory perception traits inherent in the human auditory sys-tem.The intermediary layer integrates the concept of adaptive weighting of multi-sensor features, thus affording a calibration mechanism for the features hailing from multiple sensors, thereby enabling a further refinement of features within the branch network. For optimal model efficacy,a feature fusion mechanism is implemented in the concluding layer. To substantiate the efficacy of the proposed approach, this paper initially employs an augmented data methodology inspired by modified SpecAugment, applied to the dataset of abnormal noise sam-ples,encompassing scenarios both with and without in-vehicle interior noise. This serves to mitigate the issue of limited sample availability.Subsequent comparative evaluations are executed, contrasting the performance of the model founded upon single-sensor data against other feature fusion models reliant on multi-sensor data. The experimental results substantiate that the suggested methodology yields heightened recognition accuracy and greater resilience against interference. Moreover,it holds notable practical significance in the engineering domain,as it furnishes valuable support for the targeted management of noise emanating from vehicle micro-motors.

文摘With the intensifying aging of the population, the phenomenon of the elderly living alone is also increasing. Therefore, using modern internet of things technology to monitor the daily behavior of the elderly in indoors is a meaningful study.Video-based action recognition tasks are easily affected by object occlusion and weak ambient light, resulting in poor recognition performance. Therefore, this paper proposes an indoor human behavior recognition method based on wireless fidelity(Wi-Fi)perception and video feature fusion by utilizing the ability of Wi-Fi signals to carry environmental information during the propagation process. This paper uses the public WiFi-based activity recognition dataset(WIAR)containing Wi-Fi channel state information and essential action videos, and then extracts video feature vectors and Wi-Fi signal feature vectors in the datasets through the two-stream convolutional neural network and standard statistical algorithms, respectively. Then the two sets of feature vectors are fused, and finally, the action classification and recognition are performed by the support vector machine(SVM).The experiments in this paper contrast experiments between the two-stream network model and the methods in this paper under three different environments. And the accuracy of action recognition after adding Wi-Fi signal feature fusion is improved by 10%on average.
