This paper elaborates the diversity of culture from two aspects,the evolution of culture and different divisions of culture.From the origin,genetics and social learning are the key factors of its diversity;while from its divisions,it can be divided according to regions,history,"power" and individuals.Faced with the diversity of culture,collaboration is necessary for developing different cultures.However,collaboration doesn't mean giving up the native culture.Maintenance of the native culture is an important way to keep the diversity of culture.

Current Situation and Mode of Talent Training in Marine Cultural Industry Based on Collaborative Innovation of Governments,Enterprises,Colleges,Scientific Institutions and Users

Based on the present situation of talent training in marine cultural industry,the collaborative innovation mechanism of governments,enterprises,colleges,scientific institutions and users was used to construct the mode of talent training in marine cultural industry. It is needed to give full play to the active roles of governments,enterprises,colleges,scientific institutions and users in the training of marine cultural talents,develop training mode of innovative scientific and technological talents,speed up the construction of collaborative innovation ability of marine cultural talents,and improve the efficiency of talent training.

Based on the review of related concepts,the current situation and problems of talent training in marine cultural industry in China were analyzed,and talent training mechanisms of marine cultural industry based on collaborative innovation of governments,enterprises,colleges,scientific institutions and users were proposed to promote the transformation,upgrading and vigorous development of marine cultural industry,accelerate the spread of marine culture with Chinese characteristics,and build China into a maritime power.

Based on the literature review of collaborative innovation of governments, enterprises, colleges, scientific institutions and users, the ap-plication situation of collaborative innovation of governments, enterprises, colleges, scientific institutions and users in the talent training of marine cultural industry in maritime universities was analyzed, and the problems existing in the talent training of marine cultural industry were explored. Finally, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.

Research on Talent Training System of Marine Cultural Industry Based on Collaborative Innovation of Governments,Enterprises,Colleges,Scientific Institutions and Users

This paper focuses on the coupling between talent training system of marine cultural industry and collaborative innovation of govern-ments, enterprises, colleges, scientific institutions and users. Firstly, the significance of talent training in marine cultural industry for the construction of China as a maritime power was analyzed. Secondly, the current situation of talent training in China＇s marine cultural industry and the existing problems were analyzed. Finally, how to integrate the collaborative innovation of governments, enterprises, colleges, scientific institutions and us-ers into the talent training system of marine cultural industry was explored to help talent training to break through the bottleneck and promote the vig-orous development of marine cultural industry.

Culture Conflict and Resolution in English Teaching

With the appearance of globalization,communication across cultures plays an important role in English learning.However,in the traditional English teaching of China,we have mainly focused on teaching grammar and language skills.In this paper,the author employs collaborative learning model with the author's teaching practice to illustrate the conflict resolution and the importance of cultures from a dialogue of team work in the process of teaching.And in order to educate the consciousness of students in communication across cultures,the author puts forward some suggestions.

Intercultural Collaboration in Group Work at Chinese Universities

The empirical work on intercultural communication issues at university settings have mainly focused on the minority cul-tural groups and the majority groups are usually neglected.Most Chinese scholars are engaged in the development of cross-cultural communication competence of the Chinese EFL learners,the few researches on intercultural relations in Chinese universities are also on the international students.To compare the attitudes and motivations of both the International Students in China(ISCs)and the Chinese Home Students(CHSs)in intercultural collaboration(IC)in the group work,group discussion and questionnaire survey areemployed.Survey of the 445 CHSs and 87 ISCs show that the IC environment at Chinese universities is far from satisfactory.Those who have IC experiences find they have encountered difficulties in adapting to each other's language,race,religion,agenda,etc.Chinese students'language difficulty is regarded both groups as the first obstacle in their collaboration,but personality is the first concern in their choice of a workmate.Neither language proficiency nor IC courses are significant factor in their motivation for IC involvement.What they want most is the real collaboration opportunities and programs.The findings may provide some reference for Chinese universities in their construction of international and intercultural campus environment.

Searching for a Model of Good Leadership in the Light of Exodus 18:12-27 and African Culture

It is an undeniable fact that the success or the failure of any given society or community of human beings depends largely on who controls the affairs of that group.A leader without a clear vision and setting objectives simply drags the group being led into turmoil,while a good leadership paves the way to upward movement of a group of human beings under such a leadership.Searching for a model of good leadership becomes then a serious need in any human society since success is desired by everybody.This study has therefore searched for a recommendable or model of good leadership in the light of Exodus 18:12-27 and African culture.The biblical text was studied as a narrative peace dealing with the change of leadership style by Moses,the ancient leader of the Israelites.He changed from the sole-actor style of leadership to a collaborative and democratic type due to the good advice given to him by Jethro,his father-in-law.This type,in which there was decentralisation of leadership authority,was found to be beneficial to all involved,because the work of the leader(Moses)was made lighter and the led got quicker services.African concepts of leadership were also studied,and it was found out that the African/Igbo democratic style is highly recommendable because it is caring;it has good“listening ears”and excludes dictatorship,without degenerating to the laissez-faire type of leadership.Of the various types of leadership styles examined,the democratic,collaborative type ranks first as recommendable.The Jesus-model of leadership as entailing love and service rather than exploitation,as well as the transparency model of leadership offered by St.Paul in the NT,present themselves as models of good leadership.A good leader serves the interest of the group under his/her charge and not his or her selfish and nepotistic interest.

护理主导多部门协作管理提升血培养标本质量的效果研究

目的 :评价护理主导的多部门协作管理模式对血培养标本质量提升的效果,为护理临床实践和质量改进提供参考。方法 :成立护理主导多部门协作管理团队,开展质量改进,比较措施实施前后血培养标本送检率、合格率、污染率,以及护士血培养知识、态度、行为的变化。结果 :2023年5月—6月血培养标本送检率、送检方式为双瓶双侧的比例分别为19.1%、61.3%,高于2022年同期的4.7%、35.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2023年5月—6月和2022年同期污染率分别为2.9%和3.8%,呈下降趋势;2023年护士血培养相关知识、态度、行为得分分别为(12.69±2.81)、(5.89±0.44)、(36.73±3.40)分,高于2018年的(7.89±2.79)、(5.82±0.52)、(30.81±4.35)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :护理主导多部门协作管理模式下的质量改进策略,提高了血培养标本送检率和合格率,降低了血培养标本污染率,提高了护士血培养的知识、态度、行为水平,体现了护士在院感防控工作中的价值。

“政校企社”育人共同体是深化高职院校来华国际学生职业教育改革,破解语言、文化、职业技能融合发展困境,实现职业教育高质量发展、提高职业教育国际化水平的有力途径。从国际教育事业输入端即来华国际学生教育着手,聚焦高职类型教育,文章主张要坚定文化自信,对标“提质培优”关于“中文+职业技能”的要求,基于中文教学和职业技能教学融合视角,从育人主体、育人内容、育人路径、协同机制四个方面进行系统性梳理,并以协同治理理论为指导,尝试构建高职国际学生的政府、学校、行业企业、社区“四位一体”的育人共同体,推动高职院校国际学生职业教育内涵式发展。

合作型学校文化何以影响教师教学策略——基于教学效能感、组织承诺的中介效应分析

教师教学策略水平是提高教育教学质量的有效保证。学校文化为教师专业成长提供文化环境,是影响教师教学策略改进的重要因素。以W市14个区的4594名小学教师为调查对象,综合运用描述性统计、相关分析和结构方程模型等方法,探究合作型学校文化对教师教学策略的影响机制,以及教学效能感、组织承诺的中介效应。研究表明,合作型学校文化能显著促进教师教学策略改进;教学效能感、组织承诺在合作型学校文化和教师教学策略之间发挥部分中介作用,且教学效能感——组织承诺在合作型学校文化和教师教学策略之间具有链式中介作用。为持续提高教师教学策略水平,提高教育教学质量,应充分发挥校长文化领导作用,创设合作型学校文化;建立民主互助的教师团队,激发教师教学效能感;构建共生共治共享共荣的管理环境,培育教师组织承诺感。

文化遗产影响评估(CHIAs)保护利用协同目标及其嵌入机制

从保护利用协同目标入手,对国外的文化遗产影响评估实践进行剖析,总结了广州市文评实践的主要特点,针对文化遗产影响评估工作面临的3大难点——与保护管理系统结合方式复杂、自我完善程度不足、其他力量支撑与保障不足,提出由文化遗产影响评估先予机制、触发机制与保障机制共同构成的本土化文化遗产影响评估嵌入机制。

文化协同视域下中华文化对外传播范式研究——以中日合作电影为例

在“一带一路”倡议下,各国间人文合作交流日趋增多,中外合作电影作为人文艺术交流的媒介之一,已成为中华文化对外传播、建构对外话语体系的重要途径。文章以五十余年中日合作电影为研究对象,将文化协同与传播学相结合,将中日电影合作置于文化协同系统中,探究中日合作电影的中华文化传播路径以及传播效果,建构“共鸣・共在・共享・共感・共情・共创”中华文化的对外传播一般模式。研究中日合作电影中华文化的对外传播模式,为国际传播规律的把握、中华文化走向世界提供有利借鉴。

文化学习的多维解构:内涵阐释、脑科学机制及其教育路径研究

文化学习是一种以深度理解他者心灵为基础,通过间接学习的方式获取族群内其他个体的观念、技能和习俗等文化信息的社会性学习方法。其实现需要三要素:内部认知基础——深度理解他者心灵;外部环境条件——与他者接触或互动;实现途径——以他人为中介的间接学习。文化学习可分为模仿学习、教授学习和合作学习。文化学习有赖人脑镜像神经元,将理解他人的感受、意图、信念等变成了可以自动实现的神经生理过程。学校教育旨在以学生乐于接受的方式,将人类已有优秀文化传递给学生,要注重教师的教导和模范作用,构建学生学习共同体,并以叙事传递科学文化成果。
