The method adopts the overall design of backbone network, detection network and algorithmic parameter optimisation method, completes the model training on the self-constructed occlusion target dataset, and adopts the multi-scale perception method for target detection. The HNM algorithm is used to screen positive and negative samples during the training process, and the NMS algorithm is used to post-process the prediction results during the detection process to improve the detection efficiency. After experimental validation, the obtained model has the multi-class average predicted value (mAP) of the dataset. It has general advantages over traditional target detection methods. The detection time of a single target on FDDB dataset is 39 ms, which can meet the need of real-time target detection. In addition, the project team has successfully deployed the method into substations and put it into use in many places in Beijing, which is important for achieving the anomaly of occlusion target detection.展开更多

So far, several standard operators-based methods have been widely used for edge detection. However, due to inherent quality of images, these methods prove ineffective if they are applied without any preprocessing. In this paper, an image preprocessing approach has been adopted in order to get certain parameters that are useful to perform better edge detection with the standard operators-based edge detection methods. The proposed preprocessing approach involves computation of the histogram, finding out the total number of peaks and suppressing irrelevant peaks. From the intensity values corresponding to relevant peaks, threshold values are obtained. From these threshold values, optimal multilevel thresholds are calculated using the Otsu method, then multilevel image segmentation is carried out. Finally, a standard edge detection method can be applied to the resultant segmented image. Simulation results are presented to show that our preprocessed approach when used with a standard edge detection method enhances its performance. It has been also shown that applying wavelet edge detection method to the segmented images, generated through our preprocessing approach, yields the superior performance among other standard edge detection methods.展开更多

文摘Recently, deep learning-based image inpainting methods have made great strides in reconstructing damaged regions. However, these methods often struggle to produce satisfactory results when dealing with missing images with large holes, leading to distortions in the structure and blurring of textures. To address these problems,we combine the advantages of transformers and convolutions to propose an image inpainting method that incorporates edge priors and attention mechanisms. The proposed method aims to improve the results of inpainting large holes in images by enhancing the accuracy of structure restoration and the ability to recover texture details. This method divides the inpainting task into two phases:edge prediction and image inpainting.Specifically,in the edge prediction phase,a transformer architecture is designed to combine axial attention with standard self-attention.This design enhances the extraction capability of global structural features and location awareness. It also balances the complexity of self-attention operations, resulting in accurate prediction of the edge structure in the defective region. In the image inpainting phase,a multi-scale fusion attention module is introduced. This module makes full use of multi-level distant features and enhances local pixel continuity, thereby significantly improving the quality of image inpainting. To evaluate the performance of our method.comparative experiments are conducted on several datasets, including CelebA,Places2,and Facade.Quantitative experiments show that our method outperforms the other mainstream methods.Specifically,it improves Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio(PSNR)and Structure Similarity Index Measure(SSIM)by 1.141~3.234 db and 0.083~0.235,respectively.Moreover,it reduces Learning Perceptual Image Patch Similarity(LPIPS)and Mean Absolute Error(MAE)by 0.0347~0.1753 and 0.0104~0.0402,respectively.Qualitative experiments reveal that our method excels at reconstructing images with complete structural information and clear texture details.Furthermore, our model exhibits impressive performance in terms of the number of parameters, memory cost, and testing time.
文摘Aiming at the problem of low accuracy of traditional target detection methods for target detection in endoscopes in substation environments, a CNN-based real-time detection method for masked targets is proposed. In addition, the project team has successfully deployed the method into substations and put it into use in many places in Beijing, which is important for achieving the anomaly of occlusion target detection.

文摘To cope with the problems that edge detection operators are liable to make the detected edges too blurry for synthetic aperture radar(SAR)images,an edge detection method for detecting river in SAR images is proposed based on contourlet modulus maxima and improved mathematical morphology. The SAR image is firstly transformed to a contourlet domain.According to the directional information and gradient information of directional subband of contourlet transform, the modulus maximum and the improved mathematical morphology are used to detect high frequency and low frequency sub-image edges, respectively.Subsequently, the edges of river in SAR image are obtained after fusing the high frequency sub-image and the low frequency sub-image.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed edge detection method can obtain more accurate edge location and reduce false edges, compared with the Canny method, the method based on wavelet and Canny, the method based on contourlet modulus maxima, and the method based on improved(ROEWA).The obtained river edges are complete and clear.

文摘Pests detecting is an important research subject in grain storage field. In the past decades, many edge detection methods have been applied to the edge detection of stored grain pests.Although some of them can realize the stored grain pests detecting, precision and robustness are not good enough.Spectral residual(SR)saliency edge detection defines the logarithmic spectrumof image as novelty part of the image information. The remaining spectrumis converted to the airspace to obtain edge detection results.SR algorithm is completely based on frequency domain processing. It not only can effectively simplify the target detection algorithm, but also can improve the effectiveness of target recognition. The experimental results show that the edge results of stored grain pests detected by SR method are effective and stable.

文摘Focused on the task of fast and accurate armored target detection in ground battlefield,a detection method based on multi-scale representation network(MS-RN) and shape-fixed Guided Anchor(SF-GA)scheme is proposed.Firstly, considering the large-scale variation and camouflage of armored target,a new MS-RN integrating contextual information in battlefield environment is designed. The MS-RN extracts deep features from templates with different scales and strengthens the detection ability of small targets.Armored targets of different sizes are detected on different representation features.Secondly, aiming at the accuracy and real-time detection requirements, improved shape-fixed Guided Anchor is used on feature maps of different scales to recommend regions of interests(ROIs).Different from sliding or random anchor, the SF-GA can filter out 80% of the regions while still improving the recall.A special detection dataset for armored target, named Armored Target Dataset(ARTD),is constructed, based on which the comparable experiments with state-of-art detection methods are conducted.Experimental results show that the proposed method achieves outstanding performance in detection accuracy and efficiency, especially when small armored targets are involved.

文摘This paper proposes a mem-computing model of memristive network-based genetic algorithm(MNGA)by building up the relationship between the memristive network(MN)and the genetic algorithm(GA),and a new edge detection algorithm where image pixels are defined as individuals of population.First, the computing model of MNGA is designed to perform mem-computing,which brings new possibility of the hardware implementation of GA.Secondly,MNGA-based edge detection integrating image filter and GA operator deployed by MN is proposed. Finally, simulation results demonstrate that the figure of merit(FoM)of our model is better than the latest memristor-based swarm intelligence. In summary,a new way is found to build proper matching of memristor to GA and aid image edge detection.
文摘Edge detection is the process of determining where boundaries of objects fall within an image. It has been also shown that applying wavelet edge detection method to the segmented images, generated through our preprocessing approach, yields the superior performance among other standard edge detection methods.

文摘The conventional methods of edge detection can roughly delineate edge position of geological bodies, but there are still some problems such as low detection accuracy and being susceptible to noise interference. In this paper, three image processing methods,Canny,Lo G and Sobel operators are briefly introduced, and applied to edge detection to determine the edge of geological bodies.Furthermore, model data is built to analyze the edge detection ability of this image processing methods, and compare with conventional methods.Combined with gravity anomaly of Sichuan basin and magnetic anomaly of Zhurihe area, the detection effect of image processing methods is further verified in real data. The results show that image processing methods can be applied to effectively identify the edge of geological bodies. Moreover, when both positive and negative anomalies exist and noise is abundant, fake edge can be avoided and edge division is clearer, and satisfactory results of edge detection are obtained.

文摘In the seismic profile interpretation process,as the seismic data are big and the small geological features are difficult to identify, improvement of the efficiency is needed. In this study, structure tensor method in computer image edge detection processing is applied into the 2D seismic profile. Coherent attribute is used to extract formation edge. At the same time, extracting the eigenvalues and eigenvectors to calculate the seismic geometric properties which include dip and apparent dip, automatic identification is achieved. Testing the Gaussian kernel function with synthetic models and comparing the coherent attribute and dip attribute extraction results before and after, the conclusion that Gaussian filter can remove the random noise is obtained.
