To deal with the low location accuracy issue of existing underwater navigation technologies in autonomous underwater vehicles(AUVs),a distributed fusion algorithm which combines the model's analysis method with a multi-scale transformation method is proposed for integrated navigation system based on AUV.First,integrated navigation system theory and system error sources are introduced in details.Secondly,a navigation system's observation equation on the original scale is decomposed into different scales by the discrete wavelet transform method,and noise reduction is performed by setting the wavelet de-noising threshold.At last,the dynamic equation and observation equations are fused on different scales by the wavelet transformation and Kalman filter.The results show that the proposed algorithm has smaller navigation error and higher navigation accuracy. 展开更多

This paper reports on the fabrication and sensing characteristics of Polyimide-based humidity sensor,based on that,a new integrated circuit of humidity measurement has been designed.It is a novel capacitive-type systems on a chip structure using the MEMS process.The results show that the new sensor presents sensing characteristics over a humidity range from 10%~70% RH at 20℃,and the sensor is able to fabricated together with ICs technology.The result shows that integration of humidity sensor with integrated circuit of humidity measurement is considerably easier when they are built in sensing groove.The appeal of a new structure like this brings the possibility of applications that would require the flexibility of simple screen printing. 展开更多

The methods of fuzzy techniques, neural networks, classical factorial analysis and other data analysis are used in the system to analyze the objective and subjective data, and to build the relationship between them. Given the objective data of a new fabric sample, the system can provide its sensory hand data and its total hand grade. In meantime, the total hand grade can be obtained directly from the sensory fabric hand data if provided. A unified mathematical model is established to simulate the nonlinear unsteady percolation of shale gas with the consideration of the nonlinear multi-scale effects such as slippage, diffusion, and desorption. The continuous inhomogeneous models of equivalent porosity and permeability are proposed for the whole shale gas reservoir includ- ing the hydraulic fracture, the micro-fracture, and the matrix regions. The corresponding semi-analytical method is developed by transforming the nonlinear partial differential governing equation into the integral equation and the numerical discretization. The nonlinear multi-scale effects of slippage and diffusion and the pressure dependent effect of desorption on the shale gas production are investigated. 展开更多

The future 6G networks will integrates space and terrestrial networks to realize a fully connected world with extensive collaboration.However,how to build trust between multiple parties is a difficult problem for secure cooperation without a reliable third-party.Blockchain is a promising technology to solve this problem by converting the trust between multi-parties to the trust to the common shared data.Several works have proposed to apply the incentive mechanism in blockchain to encourage effective cooperation,but how to evaluate the cooperation performance and avoid breach of contract is not discussed.In this paper,a secure relay scheme is proposed based on the consortium blockchain system composed by different operators.In particular,smart contract checks the integrity of the message based on RSA accumulator,and executes transactions automatically when the message is delivered successfully.Detailed procedures are introduced for both uplink and downlink relay.Implementation based on Hyperledger Fabric proves the effectiveness of the proposed scheme and shows that the complexity of the scheme is low enough for practical deployment. 展开更多

In the present paper,a hierarchical multi-scale method is developed for the nonlinear analysis of composite materials undergoing heterogeneity and damage.Starting from the homogenization theory,the energy equivalence between scales is developed.Then accompanied with the energy based damage model,the multi-scale damage evolutions are resolved by homogenizing the energy scalar over the meso-cell.The macroscopic behaviors described by the multi-scale damage evolutions represent the mesoscopic heterogeneity and damage of the composites.A rather simple structure made from particle reinforced composite materials is developed as a numerical example.The agreement between the fullscale simulating results and the multi-scale simulating results demonstrates the capacity of the proposed model to simulate nonlinear behaviors of quasi-brittle composite materials within the multi-scale framework. 展开更多

Fabric-based composites with superior mechanical properties and excellent perceptive function are highly desirable.However,it remains a huge challenge to attain structure-function integration,especially for hybrid fabric composites.Herein,a skin-inspired interface modification strategy is proposed toward this target by constructing a hybrid smart fabric system consisting of two types of smart fabrics:carbon nanotube(CNT)/MXene-modified aramid fabrics and zinc oxide nanorod(ZnO NR)-modified carbon fabrics.Based on that,flexible piezoelectric pressure sensors with skin-like hierarchical perception interfaces are fabricated,which demonstrate superb sensitivity of 2.39 V·kPa^(-1)and are capable of various wearable monitoring tasks.Besides,the interface-modified hybrid fabric reinforced plastics can also be fabricated,which are proven to possess 13.6%higher tensile strength,10.1%elastic modulus.More impressively,their average energy absorption can be improved by 111.9%,accompanied with inherent damage alert capability.This offers a paradigm to fabricate structure-function integrated hybrid smart fabric composites for the smart clothing and intelligent aerial vehicles. 展开更多

The background pattern of patterned fabrics is complex,which has a great interference in the extraction of defect features.Traditional machine vision algorithms rely on artificially designed features,which are greatly affected by background patterns and are difficult to effectively extract flaw features.Therefore,a convolutional neural network(CNN)with automatic feature extraction is proposed.On the basis of the two-stage detection model Faster R-CNN,Resnet-50 is used as the backbone network,and the problem of flaws with extreme aspect ratio is solved by improving the initialization algorithm of the prior frame aspect ratio,and the improved multi-scale model is designed to improve detection of small defects.The cascade R-CNN is introduced to improve the accuracy of defect detection,and the online hard example mining(OHEM)algorithm is used to strengthen the learning of hard samples to reduce the interference of complex backgrounds on the defect detection of patterned fabrics,and construct the focal loss as a loss function to reduce the impact of sample imbalance.In order to verify the effectiveness of the improved algorithm,a defect detection comparison experiment was set up.The experimental results show that the accuracy of the defect detection algorithm of patterned fabrics in this paper can reach 95.7%,and it can accurately locate the defect location and meet the actual needs of the factory. 展开更多

电袋复合除尘器在循环流化床锅炉的应用效果研究

为了解和提升电袋复合除尘器在循环流化床锅炉应用的减排效果,通过一定的筛选方法和调研参数的选取,本文对应用于10台不同规格循环流化床锅炉的电袋复合除尘器的运行情况进行调研统计及研究,并考察了电袋复合除尘器在某2×300 MW典... 为了解和提升电袋复合除尘器在循环流化床锅炉应用的减排效果,通过一定的筛选方法和调研参数的选取,本文对应用于10台不同规格循环流化床锅炉的电袋复合除尘器的运行情况进行调研统计及研究,并考察了电袋复合除尘器在某2×300 MW典型循环流化床锅炉机组上的运行情况。研究结果表明:10台电袋复合除尘器进口粉尘浓度为14.8~69.0 g/m^(3),出口粉尘浓度均低于10 mg/m^(3),其中3台低于5 mg/m^(3),占比30%,说明电袋复合除尘器对于进口粉尘浓度高或者低均适用;设备运行阻力最大值为1100 Pa,最小值为580 Pa,平均值为843 Pa,平均值均优于国家标准要求的运行阻力(≤1200 Pa)30%;滤袋使用寿命平均值为9.2 a,整体大幅优于设计使用寿命;通过对某2×300 MW典型循环流化床锅炉机组研究发现,该烟气工况具有烟温高、进口粉尘浓度高、粉尘高比电阻等特性,但仍然可以确保除尘器出口粉尘排放长期稳定保持在10 mg/m^(3)以下,除尘器运行控制在800 Pa以下。该电袋复合除尘器已稳定运行14 a,滤袋进行过一次更换,更换前滤袋使用寿命达10 a,是预期寿命2倍以上。电袋复合除尘器在循环流化床锅炉及除尘难度大的工况中具有良好的减排节能效果。 展开更多
