When a new user accesses the CDMA system, the load will change drastically, and therefore, the advanced outer loop power control (OLPC) technology has to be adopted to enrich the target signal interference ratio (Silt) and improve the system performance. The existing problems about DS-CDMA outer loop power control for multi-service are introduced and the power control theoretical model is analyzed. System simulation is adopted on how to obtain the theoretical performance and parameter optimization of the power control algorithm. The OLPC algorithm is improved and the performance comparisons between the old algorithm and the improved algorithm are given. The results show good performance of the improved OLPC algorithm and prove the validity of the improved method for multi-service. 展开更多

This paper proposes a novel fuzzy admission control scheme based on coarse granularity service-aware technique. Different service has discriminative sensitivity to the same QoS characteristic parameter in general. The traffic class can be perceived by the service request parameter and the proposed QoS function. And requirements of dif- ferent applications can be met by maintaining the life parameter. From simulation results, the proposed scheme shows a better QoS provisioning than those traditional fuzzy logic based methods under the same admission probability. 展开更多

Providing the required metrics for different service respectively is a basic characteristic in multi-service networks. The different service can be accessed and forwarded differently to provide the different transmission performance. The state information between admission control and scheduling can be exchanged each other by the defined correlation coefficient to adjust the flow distribution in progress. The priority queue length measured by scheduler implicitly can describe the priority flows load. And the fair rate can describe the non-priority flows load. Different admission decision will be made according to the state of scheduler to assure the time-delay upper threshold for the priority flows under heavy load and the fairness for elastic flows in light load, respectively. The stability condition was conduced and proved. Simulation results show the policy can ensure both the delay for the priority flows and the minimal throughput for non-priority flows. 展开更多

This letter first formulates the problem as a mixed integer linear programming, which achieves optimal solution but has high computation. A prepaid subscriber is allowed to simultaneously implement multiple services in online charging mechanism of IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS). It is a noteworthy discussion to effectively distribute the limited account resources among concurrent services. An account-sharing algorithm is proposed for multi-services,which introduces resource reclamation and redistribution processes based on the resource reservation of standard specifications and dynamically adjusts them according to the changes of Quality of Service (QoS). Three performance indexes are investigated in the simulation experiments, which are average number of accommodated sessions, average number of completed ses- sions, and average number of iterations per accommodated session. The results show that in the normal QoS level, the three indexes of the proposed algorithm averagely increase by 18.7%, 5.4%, and 3.1% compared with the Prepaid Credit Distribution (PCD) algorithm, and by 2.1%, 1.0%, and 1.8% compared with the Prepaid Credit Reclaim (PCR) algorithm. In the poor QoS level, the performance advantages are greater, which averagely increase by 29.1%, 7.1%, and 2.8% compared with PCD, and by 9.4%, 4.1%, and 3.6% compared with PCR. 展开更多

With the challenge of great growing of services diversity,service-oriented supporting ability is required by current high-speed passive optical network( PON). Aimed at enhancing the quality of service( Qo S) brought by diversified-services,this study proposes an echo state network( ESN)based multi-service awareness mechanism in 10-Gigabite ethernet passive optical network( 10GEPON). In the proposed approach,distributed architecture is adopted to realize this ESN based multi-service awareness. According to the network architecture of 10G-EPON,where a main ESN is running in OLT and a number of ESN agents works in ONUs. The main-ESN plays the main function of service-awareness from the total view of various kinds of services in 10G-EPON system,by full ESN training. Then,the reservoir information of well-trained ESN in OLT will be broadcasted to all ONUs and those ESN agents working in ONUs are allowed to conduct independent service-awareness function. Thus,resources allocation and transport policy are both determined only in ONUs. Simulation results show that the proposed mechanism is able to better support the ability of multiple services. 展开更多

Moreover, the customers are impatient and may renege from the system withprobability (1−r ). The server is sent for repair as soon as it breakdowns;after repair,the service process starts again. Also, the server has the provision to initiate the servicewhen there areN customers accumulated in the system. Bitcoin is widely used as the most classic electronic currency for various electronic services such as exchanges,gambling,marketplaces,and also scams such as high-yield investment projects.Identifying the services operated by a Bitcoin address can help determine the risk level of that address and build an alert model accordingly.Feature engineering can also be used to flesh out labeled addresses and to analyze the current state of Bitcoin in a small way.In this paper,we address the problem of identifying multiple classes of Bitcoin services,and for the poor classification of individual addresses that do not have significant features,we propose a Bitcoin address identification scheme based on joint multi-model prediction using the mapping relationship between addresses and entities.The innovation of the method is to(1)Extract as many valuable features as possible when an address is given to facilitate the multi-class service identification task.(2)Unlike the general supervised model approach,this paper proposes a joint prediction scheme for multiple learners based on address-entity mapping relationships.Specifically,after obtaining the overall features,the address classification and entity clustering tasks are performed separately,and the results are subjected to graph-basedmaximization consensus.The final result ismade to baseline the individual address classification results while satisfying the constraint of having similarly behaving entities as far as possible.By testing and evaluating over 26,000 Bitcoin addresses,our feature extraction method captures more useful features.In addition,the combined multi-learner model obtained results that exceeded the baseline classifier reaching an accuracy of 77.4%. 展开更多

In this paper, an improved TSZ scheme was proposed by using oblivious polynomial evaluation (OPE) protocol and service parameters. Under the recondition of general sameness capabilities of both TSZ and improved TSZ scheme, the new scheme adds some advantages such as providing multi-service capability, user's non-repudiation and data provider's no-framing innocent users. This paper proposes a service-aware scheduling algorithm, in which the Mean Opinion Score (MOS) is chosen as the unified metric of the Quality of Experience (QoE). As the network needs to provide satisfactory services to all the users, the fairness of QoE should be considered. The Propor- tional Fair (PF) principle is adopted to achieve the trade-off between the network perfonmnce and us- er fairness. Then, an integer progranming problem is formed and the QoE-aware PF scheduling princi-ple is derived by solving the relaxed problem. Simu-lation results show that the proposed scheduling principle can perform better in terms of user fair-ness than the previous principle maximizing the sum of MOS. It also outperfoms the max-rain scheduling principle in terms of average MOS. 展开更多

Larger wireless access networks are required to meet the growing demand for mobile traffic and multimedia services. The use of RoF (Radio over Fiber) technology in combination with millimeter waves is a potential response to the requirements of broadband applications and high capacity networks. In this paper, we proposed a RoF architecture able to provide very high-speed wireless access points up to Gbps considering an indoor and outdoor environment conform to IEEE 802.11ad and IEEE 802.15.3c standard. Optical transmission and radio coverage have been studied by considering the uplink and downlink. System performance has been evaluated in the relation to the Error Vector Magnitude (EVM) for various modulation formats (BPSK, QPSK and 16QAM). Results showed that millimeter wave signals are successfully delivered over a 50 km fiber link and a wireless channel up to 32 m. Data throughput up to 5.28 Gbps has been reached. The proposed architecture can extend the range of applications for wireless communications in association with the unlicensed 60 GHz band with the advantages of better capacity, a wider coverage area and a reduction in the investment cost. 展开更多

According to the problem of energy consumption in wireless sensor network (WSN),this paper puts forward a routing optimization algorithm with quality of multi-service, using the function of routing optimization with quality of multi-service and membership function of satisfaction, which integrates the energy consumption of communication and residual and the information of time delay into the membership function of satisfaction to solve the equilibrium factor, so that it can become the optimal routing that balances the network lifetime, transmission delay of data, and node energy consumption of nodes. Simulation experiment shows that adopting the algorithm can make lifecycle of nodes longer and network transmit more data packets at the same time. Experimental results verify the algorithm can effectively balance the network energy, reduce the energy consumption and prolong the network lifetime. 展开更多

With the reduction in manufacturing and launch costs of low Earth orbit satellites and the advantages of large coverage and high data transmission rates,satellites have become an important part of data transmission in air-ground networks.However,due to the factors such as geographical location and people’s living habits,the differences in user’demand for multimedia data will result in unbalanced network traffic,which may lead to network congestion and affect data transmission.In addition,in traditional satellite network transmission,the convergence of network information acquisition is slow and global network information cannot be collected in a fine-grained manner,which is not conducive to calculating optimal routes.The service quality requirements cannot be satisfied when multiple service requests are made.Based on the above,in this paper artificial intelligence technology is applied to the satellite network,and a software-defined network is used to obtain the global network information,perceive network traffic,develop comprehensive decisions online through reinforcement learning,and update the optimal routing strategy in real time.Simulation results show that the proposed reinforcement learning algorithm has good convergence performance and strong generalizability.Compared with traditional routing,the throughput is 8%higher,and the proposed method has load balancing characteristics. 展开更多
