Effect and Significance of Comprehensive Training in Infection Prevention and Control on the Psychological Health of Oral Health Staff

Background:Oral health staff have close contact with patients in the process of diagnosis and treatment,and it is inevitable for them to come into contact with patients’secretions.Therefore,oral health staff are at greater risk of infectious diseases in their daily work,and their psychological health is also greatly challenged.Objective:To study the effect and significance of comprehensive training in infection prevention and control on the psychological health of oral health staff.Methods:We selected 400 oral health staff from a tertiary stomatological hospital in Guangzhou,China in this study.The respondents were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group.After the first round of investigation,the intervention group received comprehensive training in prevention and control of infection for three months,while the control group received no intervention.Results:The comprehensive training in infection prevention and control improved the respondents’psychological health and job satisfaction.Further strengthening infection prevention and control training for oral health staff will increase their self-confidence,improve their mental health,and increase their job satisfaction.Conclusion:For oral health staff,it is particularly important to formulate an effective and operable preventive and control training program and then implement it in a standardized manner.

Design and Implementation of a Comprehensive Training Program for Software Engineering Talents’ Practical Ability

In the process of cultivating software engineering professionals,the practical teaching of professional courses is an indispensable link.In order to enable students to understand,consolidate and master theoretical knowledge,improve the ability to solve problems by combining theory with practice,and achieve the goal of combining theoretical knowledge with practice.Adopting the planning of through-type training,complete the teaching work of three practical courses of software system design,software system construction,and software product construction.Through the implementation of the plan,the digitization of teaching resources,the virtualization of real enterprises,the intelligentization of teaching guidance,the visualization of teaching process,and the panorama of learning process are realized.By adopting the teaching methods of taskdriven online practice teaching,artificial intelligence-based teaching training support and teaching process,and result big data evaluation,the students’comprehensive practical ability can be improved finally,and the whole practice teaching reform can provide experience for the follow-up reform.

Methodology of the Comprehensive Teacher Training

Pedagogical tradition regarding musical education in Russia is one of the country culture achievements.Arrangement of quality musical pedagogy has been a matter of special importance within half a century history ofmusic education system forming. Training of music teachers is particularly important in the field of music theory,as the comprehensive musician training is specific for Russian music education, where besides playing a musicinstrument he must possess knowledge from the music theory field, make sense of music pieces, and understandand analyze them. The conservatism in teaching traditions preservation began interfering with changing priorities ofeducation. As a result, stagnation in the field of musical pedagogy was outlined in the early XXI century. This hasaffected teaching music and theoretical subjects, which became heavy, boring, and unpopular due to conservatismin teaching methods and focus on students＇ motivation. As professional regards, there has been an imbalance in theability to play the instrument and the inability to navigate in the music literature. Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Training Effect on Human Resource Development

Metacognitive Strategy Training in Reading Comprehension

Despite that language learning strategy(LLS) has been heatedly discussed since its emergence in 1975, its conceptualization, categorization and strategy training models are still in dispute. However, what commonly revealed by most studies is that there is a positive correlation between the use of language learning strategy and language learners' performance. This paper applies Dornyei's classification, known as cognitive strategies, metacognitive strategies, social strategies and affective strategies. By reviewing previous studies on the application of metacognitive strategy in English as a second language(ESL) reading comprehension, plenty of useful implications for reading pedagogy are suggested. It further explains how certain important metacognitive strategies, namely Semantic Mapping(SM) and Experience-Text-Relationship(ETR), can be implemented in second language reading comprehension, aiming to encourage language learners to be aware of learning strategies,"learn how to learn"(Cohen, 1988, p66)!

An Effective Online Collaborative Training in Developing Listening Comprehension Skills

The COVID-19 outbreak severely affected formal face-to-face classroom teaching and learning.ICT-based online education and training can be a useful measure during the pandemic.In the Pakistani educational context,the use of ICT-based online training is generally sporadic and often unavailable,especially for developing English-language instructors’listening comprehension skills.The major factors affecting availability include insufficient IT resources and infrastructure,a lack of proper online training for speech and listening,instructors with inadequate academic backgrounds,and an unfavorable environment for ICT-based training for listening comprehension.This study evaluated the effectiveness of ICT-based training for developing secondary-level English-language instructors’listening comprehension skills.To this end,collaborative online training was undertaken using random sampling.Specifically,60 private-school instructors in Chakwal District,Pakistan,were randomly selected to receive online-listening training sessions using English dialogs.The experimental group achieved significant scores in the posttest analysis.Specifically,there were substantial improvements in the participants’listening skills via online training.Given the unavailability of face-to-face learning during COVID-19,this study recommends using ICT-based online training to enhance listening comprehension skills.Education policymakers should revise curricula based on online teaching methods and modules.

Improving non-English majors' listening comprehension through strategy training

Listening is an important part in the second language learning process,so how to improve students’ listening comprehension especially for non-English majors becomes a main concern to teachers.For this purpose,a targeted listening strategy training was conducted in listening classes.Test results manifest that sixty participants get more or less improvement in their listening comprehension after receiving a strategy training every two hours over ten weeks.Low and middle achievers make relatively more progress than high-achievers.Interviews also indicate that high achievers use top-down strategies more than low achievers in listening process,while low achievers employ more bottom-up strategies than high achievers.This indicates that effective strategy training in listening class could enhance students’ listening performance.It is hoped that this study could give some insights to the future listening teaching.

Research on the Construction of Application- Oriented Software Engineering Semester Training System

"Semester Training"has been adopted as an important part of the personnel training in software engineering majors since it was first put forward.The ultimate goal of semester training is to improve the professional quality of students in an all-round way,then eventually achieve the goal of satisfactory employment for both students and enterprises.However,in order to achieve the above purpose,the design of traditional training project still has the following problems:the topic selection of traditional training is designed by teachers in college,which lacks the training of engineering ability aiming at practical problems;the content and technology of traditional project training are out of date,ignoring the urgent demand of software industry development for advanced technology application;the traditional project training inspects the mastery of knowledge in each semester Degree,ignores the incremental of a progressive training system.In view of the above problems,this study proposes an Application-Oriented Software Engineering Semester Training System.Practice has proved that the construction of the training system can effectively improve the quality of teaching,so as to further improve the comprehensive quality of students.

高质量发展视域下的中小学校本研修现状与改善策略研究

校本研修作为促进教师专业发展的可靠保障,在教育高质量发展的当下备受教育界的关注。对长春地区13个县(市)区的学校、教师抽样调查表明,教师在校本研修中存在思想认识不足、研修目标不够准确,以及学校的相应制度建设短板明显、对教师专业引领的作用发挥不足等问题。基于长期的教育科研实践与观察来分析校本研修实践中存在问题的根源及解决策略,以加大宣传力度、强化理论学习、健全研修制度、加强干预措施、完善教育信息化设备等途径,提升中小学校本研修的成效,提高教师的综合素质和专业水平,能够有效推动教育事业的高质量发展。

视频喉镜结合综合困难气道训练考核系统在急诊规范化培训住院医师气管插管培训中的应用研究

目的探讨视频喉镜结合综合困难气道训练考核系统在急诊规范化培训住院医师气管插管培训中的应用效果。方法选择2022年1月—2023年6月在首都医科大学宣武医院急诊科轮转的住院医师58人,随机分为对照组(n=28)和试验组(n=30)。对照组应用直接喉镜结合综合困难气道训练考核系统进行气管插管技能培训,试验组应用视频喉镜结合综合困难气道训练考核系统进行气管插管技能培训。培训结束后对两组住院医师进行气管插管技能考核,内容包括正常气道和困难气道的气管插管,分别比较两组住院医师气管插管时间、一次性插管成功率、喉镜对门齿的压力、气管插管位置正确率的区别。另外,分别对两组住院医师进行教学满意度问卷调查。结果普通气道气管插管中,试验组与对照组喉镜对门齿的压力和气管插管位置正确率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);一次性插管成功率试验组大于对照组,气管插管时间试验组小于对照组(均P<0.05)。在困难气道气管插管中,试验组的一次性插管成功率和气管插管位置正确率大于对照组(P<0.05),插管时间和喉镜对门齿的压力明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。调查问卷自评显示,试验组对气管插管自信心和学习兴趣大于对照组(P<0.05),满意度和技能评分两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用视频喉镜结合综合困难气道训练考核系统对急诊规范化培训住院医师进行气管插管培训可以提高气管插管成功率,减少对门齿的损伤,提高住院医师的学习兴趣。

教师模拟标准化病人联合临床医师技能培训考试系统教学模式应用于住院医师规范化培训中的效果

目的探讨教师模拟标准化病人(TSP)联合临床医师技能培训考试系统(OSCE)教学模式应用于住院医师规范化培训(以下简称“规培”)中的效果。方法选取2022年8月至2023年8月在潍坊医学院附属医院接受规培的住院医师60名,按随机抽签法分为两组,对照组30名培训过程中应用传统教学模式,研究组30名培训中应用TSP联合OSCE教学模式。比较两组规培医师培训前后的培训效果、综合能力及对规培医师对教学模式认同度。结果研究组培训后的理论、实践操作成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组培训后的迷你临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)、批判性思维能力测量表(CTDI-CV)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组规培医师对教学模式的认同度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TSP联合OSCE教学模式应用于住院医师规培中可有效提升其成绩及综合能力,且规培医师对此教学模式的认同度较高。

“贯通式”全科医学人才培养体系构建实践

为建设健康中国,实现全民健康,就要以农村和基层为重点,大力发展农村基层医疗卫生服务。面向基层培养具有全科医疗能力的人才,才能惠及全人群,覆盖生命全周期。山东协和学院围绕基层医疗卫生人才培养,定位高职层次的全科医学人才培养目标、改革教学体系和评价体系,建立保障体系,从而构建“贯通式”全科医学人才培养体系,培养服务生命全周期、健康全过程的基层全科医学人才。

虚实结合教学在护理综合技能训练课程中的应用

目的探讨虚实结合教学在护理综合技能训练课程中的应用效果。方法在明确教学方法、打造教学资源库、构建教学实施方案、明确教学评价内容的基础上,选取某高校2020级61名护理本科生为研究对象,在护理综合技能训练课程中对其开展虚实结合教学,教学过程包括单技能训练阶段、综合能力训练阶段。课程结束后,提取学生虚拟仿真实验平台访问次数、虚拟仿真实验训练时长数据;分析学生课程成绩;邀请学生填写护理综合技能训练课程满意度调查表,对课程的满意度进行评价。结果61名护理本科生中,虚拟仿真实验平台访问次数达16~20次者49名;虚拟仿真实验训练时长为138~272(203.43±28.67)min;课程成绩为(89.66±2.91)分。98.3%(58/59)的学生对课程的综合满意度达满意或非常满意,对实验教学过程、教学方法、教学设计、考核方式、课堂参与度感到满意或非常满意者分别占96.6%(57/59)、98.3%(58/59)、96.6%(57/59)、91.5%(54/59)、100%(59/59)、98.3%(58/59)。结论虚实结合教学在护理综合技能训练课程中取得了良好的应用效果,有助于提高学生课程成绩及对课程的满意度,值得推广。

基于模糊综合评判的住院医师规范化培训带教质量评价

带教质量直接影响住院医师规范化培训工作中最终输出人才的质量,对带教质量进行合理、有效的评价,是提升住院医师规范化培训质量、完善住院医师规范化培训制度的重要保证。针对住院医师规范化培训工作中带教质量评价因素的复杂性、模糊性以及定性指标难以量化的问题,提出一种基于模糊综合评判的带教质量评价方法。首先,进行一级评判,通过确定因素集、评价集,进行单因素评价,再确定各因素的权重,进行综合评价;其次,进行二级或多级综合评判,构建基于模糊综合评判的带教质量评价模型;最后,通过带教质量的模糊综合评价实例,对带教质量的评价方法进行研究。

综合困难气道训练考核系统在急诊规培住院医师气管插管培训中的应用

目的探讨综合困难气道训练考核系统在急诊规范化培训(规培)住院医师气管插管培训中的应用效果。方法选择2021年6月—2022年10月在首都医科大学宣武医院急诊科轮转的规范化培训住院医师57人,随机分为观察组29人和对照组28人。观察组气管插管技能培训应用综合困难气道训练考核系统进行,对照组应用简单气管插管模型进行,培训结束后对两组住院医师进行气管插管技能考核,分别比较两组住院医师在正常气道和困难气道气管插管成功率、气管插管时间、喉镜对门齿的压力、气管插管位置正确率的区别。分别对两组住院医师进行问卷调查,调查住院医师对2种教学方法满意度、培养自信心等方面的区别。结果观察组住院医师在普通气道气管插管的成功率、气管插管时间和气管插管位置正确率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在困难气道气管插管中,观察组插管成功率高于对照组(P=0.038),气管插管时间、喉镜对门齿的压力明显小于对照组(P<0.05),气管插管位置正确率两组比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.501)。调查问卷自评结果显示,观察组对培训方法的满意程度、气管插管自信心和学习兴趣高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用综合困难气道训练考核系统对急诊规范化培训住院医师进行气管插管培训可以提高困难气道气管插管成功率,减少对门齿的损伤,提高住院医师的学习兴趣。
