Multidisciplinary collaborative simulation (MCS) is an important area of research in the domain of multidisciplinary design optimization (MDO).Although previous research for MCS has to some extent addressed some issues like using of multiple tools,integration stability,control of step size,data synchronization,etc,further work is still necessary to study how to achieve improved precision.A theoretical model is formulated to describe and analyze the integration process of MCS.A basic algorithm with equal major steps is proposed based on the model,along with two methods of implementation for the model,namely the serial method and the parallel method.A further algorithm based on convergent integration step is proposed,which has a more flexible strategy for run-time integration.The influence of interpolation techniques on simulation performance is studied as well.Simulations of the performance of various algorithms with different interpolation techniques are performed for both a simple numerical example and a complex mechatronic product.The novel algorithm based on convergent integration step,when used with a high-order interpolation technique,has better performance in terms of precision and efficiency.The innovation of this paper is mainly on the validation of high precision of the proposed convergent integration step algorithm. 展开更多

High level architecture(HLA) is the open standard in the collaborative simulation field. Scholars have been paying close attention to theoretical research on and engineering applications of collaborative simulation based on HLA/RTI, which extends HLA in various aspects like functionality and efficiency. However, related study on the load balancing problem of HLA collaborative simulation is insufficient. Without load balancing, collaborative simulation under HLA/RTI may encounter performance reduction or even fatal errors. In this paper, load balancing is further divided into static problems and dynamic problems. A multi-objective model is established and the randomness of model parameters is taken into consideration for static load balancing, which makes the model more credible. The Monte Carlo based optimization algorithm(MCOA) is excogitated to gain static load balance. For dynamic load balancing, a new type of dynamic load balancing problem is put forward with regards to the variable-structured collaborative simulation under HLA/RTI. In order to minimize the influence against the running collaborative simulation, the ordinal optimization based algorithm(OOA) is devised to shorten the optimization time. Furthermore, the two algorithms are adopted in simulation experiments of different scenarios, which demonstrate their effectiveness and efficiency. An engineering experiment about collaborative simulation under HLA/RTI of high speed electricity multiple units(EMU) is also conducted to indentify credibility of the proposed models and supportive utility of MCOA and OOA to practical engineering systems. The proposed research ensures compatibility of traditional HLA, enhances the ability for assigning simulation loads onto computing units both statically and dynamically, improves the performance of collaborative simulation system and makes full use of the hardware resources. 展开更多

The superconducting dipole prototype magnet of the collector ring for the Facility for Antiproton and Ion Research (FAIR) is an international cooperation project. The collaborative simulation and testing of the developed prototype magnet is presented in this paper. To evaluate the mechanical strength of the coil case during quench, a 3-dimensional (3D) electromagnetic (EM) model was developed based on the solid97 magnetic vector element in the ANSYS commercial software, which includes the air region, coil and yoke. EM analysis was carried out with a peak operating current at 278 A. Then, the solid97 element was transferred into the solid185 element, the coupled analysis was switched from electromagnetic to structural, and the finite element model for the coil case and glass-fiber reinforced composite (G10) spacers was established by the ANSYS Parametric Design Language based on the 3D model from the CATIA V5 software. However, to simulate the friction characteristics inside the coil case, the conta173 surface-to-surface contact element was established. The results for the coil case and G10 spacers show that they are safe and have sufficient strength, on the basis of testing in discharge and quench scenarios. 展开更多

A multi-domain collaborative simulation(MDCS) system for dual clutch transmission(DCT) was presented based on controller area network(CAN) bus.An interface card of CAN bus was designed,in which MDCS subsystems were linked as the nodes according to the interface mode of MDCS.A DCT simulation model was established based on Matlab/Simdriveline,whose running process was accurately controlled by the designed control system.The playback system of vehicle state(VPS) was proposed whose input was the road-test data,with a real vehicle test environment for the development of transmission control unit(TCU) being provided.A DCT kinematic system model was set up,and the running status of DCT parts could be displayed in real time.The functions of MDCS were verified based on the extra-urban driving cycle(EUDC) and the vehicle road-test data respectively.The results show the functions of MDCS are accomplished,and the unified supporting platform for the development of TCU is achieved by MDCS. 展开更多

When designing a complex mechatronics system, such as high speed trains, it is relatively difficult to effectively simulate the entire system's dynamic behaviors because it involves multi-disciplinary subsystems. Currently, a most practical approach for multi-disciplinary simulation is interface based coupling simulation method, but it faces a twofold challenge: spatial and time unsynchronizations among multi-directional coupling simulation of subsystems. A new collaborative simulation method with spatiotemporal synchronization process control is proposed for coupling simulating a given complex mechatronics system across multiple subsystems on different platforms. The method consists of 1) a coupler-based coupling mechanisms to define the interfacing and interaction mechanisms among subsystems, and 2) a simulation process control algorithm to realize the coupling simulation in a spatiotemporal synchronized manner. The test results from a case study show that the proposed method 1) can certainly be used to simulate the sub-systems interactions under different simulation conditions in an engineering system, and 2) effectively supports multi-directional coupling simulation among multi-disciplinary subsystems. This method has been successfully applied in China high speed train design and development processes, demonstrating that it can be applied in a wide range of engineering systems design and simulation with improved efficiency and effectiveness. 展开更多

As a resource development model with both economic and ecological functions,the environmental friendliness of marine ranching products meets the environmental needs of consumers.However,the lack of technological innovation ability limits the development of marine ranching.Therefore,this research builds a marine ranching collaborative innovation system with multi-agent participation.Evolutionary game theory is used to analyze strategic choices of all parties and the conditions of system equilibrium,and numerical simulation is used to analyze the effect of relevant factors.This paper integrates the benefits from the improvement of environmental friendliness into the payoff matrix,and explains the significance of collaborative innovation to the development of marine ranching from the perspective of ecological environment.The results showed:the participation willingness of marine ranching enterprises is positively related to open innovation subject,while the participation willingness of the other two parties is negatively related to the government;The incentive effect of collaboration is negatively correlated with the government’s will,positively correlated with the other two parties;The incentive effect of government subsidies positively affects the willingness of the three parties to participate.Finally,suggestions are provided for each participant to maintain the strategic choice of marine ranching collaborative innovation system. 展开更多

The comprehensive evaluation of the co-designers for the collaborative design resources has been done from different aspects using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) ,and according to the evaluation results,the candidates are determined. Meanwhile,based on the principle of minimum cost,and starting from the relations between the design tasks and the corresponding co-designers,the optimizing selection model of the collaborators is established and one novel genetic combined with simulated annealing algorithm is proposed to realize the optimization. It overcomes the defects of the genetic algorithm which may lead to the premature convergenee and local optimization if used individually. Through the application of this method in the ship collaborative design system,it proves the feasibility and provides a quantitative method for the optimizing selection of the design resources. 展开更多

Common short bolts of equal length are widely used to support the roofs of roadways in coal mines.However, they are insufficient to keep the roof stable against large deformations, so docking long bolts with high levels of elongation that can adapt to large deformations of the surrounding rock have been adopted. This paper proposes a collaborative support method that uses long and short bolts. In this study,the mechanism of docking long bolts and collaborative support was studied. Numerical simulation, similarity simulation, and field testing were used to analyze the distribution law of the displacement, stress,and plastic failure in the surrounding rock under different support schemes. Compared with the equal-length short bolt support, the collaborative support changed the maximum principal stress of the shallow roof from tensile stress to compressive stress, and the minimum principal stress of the roof significantly increased. The stress concentration degree of the anchorage zone clearly increased. The deformation of the roof and the two sides was greatly reduced, and the subsidence shape of the shallow roof changed from serrated to a smooth curve. The roof integrity was enhanced, and the roof moved down as a whole. Plastic failure significantly decreased, and the plastic zone of the roof was within the anchorage range. The similarity simulation results showed that, under the maximum mining stress,the roof collapsed with the equal-length short bolt support but remained stable with the collaborative support. The collaborative support method was successfully applied in the field and clearly improved the stability of the surrounding rock for a large deformation roadway. 展开更多

Readily accessible equipment, aswell as structured training curriculum should be provided to guarantee adequate practice hours and skillproficiency. Dry-lab training is typically adopted before animal model surgery, usually comprising ofpurpose-built bulky simulators that is neither accessible nor portable. In this technical note, we designed ahome-made simulator, using two 4 L water jugs as operating space that are communicated inside, plus anobservation hole taped in between to mimic the triangular working space of laparoscopic surgery. Imagingwas achieved via smartphone camera, which was wirelessly connected to a laptop and a projector for realtime display on multiple screens, using built-in multi-screen collaboration software. A self-regulated andproficiency-based training curriculum was adopted. This dry-lab simulator is low-cost, highly portable andeasily replicable for basic laparoscopic skills training for the beginners to intermediate surgeons, whichmay serve as a good way for the standardized residency and specialist training program. 展开更多

目的将基于问题的学习(problem based learning,PBL)联合优化情景模拟教学模式(improving simulation instructional methods,iSIM)应用于产儿科团队合作培训,探讨该教学模式在产儿科对临床医学本科实习医师的团队合作能力、新生儿急救... 目的将基于问题的学习(problem based learning,PBL)联合优化情景模拟教学模式(improving simulation instructional methods,iSIM)应用于产儿科团队合作培训,探讨该教学模式在产儿科对临床医学本科实习医师的团队合作能力、新生儿急救实践技能和学生对教学模式的满意度的影响。方法将2022年7月—2023年6月在中山市人民医院产科和新生儿科轮转的四年级实习医师共72人,按工号末位奇偶数随机分为试验组(n=36)和对照组(n=36)。两组均实行小组教学,每6人为一个小组。所有人员前期均接受产科危重症、新生儿复苏的理论培训。其中,对照组采用传统授课+操作示范的教学模式;试验组采用PBL+iSIM情景模拟教学模式,期间穿插标准家属进行医患沟通,试验组和对照组每1个小组6个实习医师,利用Excel现场随机抽签确定所演练的角色分工。教学结束后比较两组实习医师理论、操作考核成绩、医患沟通能力和学生的满意度,并用团队合作评价工具(CSAT)进行评价,应用统计学方法,分析并评估PBL+iSIM情景模拟教学模式在产儿科团体合作培训与传统的教学模式培训教学效果差异。结果两组实习医师除了理论成绩和个人准备工作项目得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)外,操作考核成绩、医患沟通能力、学生的满意度以及CSAT评价指标总分和其他项目的组间差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05),结果提示PBL联合iSIM情景模拟教学模式优于传统的教学模式。结论PBL联合iSIM情景模拟教学模式应用在临床本科实习生的产儿科合作项目中有较大的优势,有利于提高临床医学本科实习生对产科和新生儿急救技能的掌握水平,提高教学效果和教学质量。 展开更多

为实现信道编译码硬件算法物理性能的快速、准确验证,提出一种软硬件协同的通用化信道编译码算法物理性能快速仿真与性能评估系统。PC上位机软件主要实现模拟信源/噪声数据生成、仿真数据后分析、数据/控制指令传输以及与FPGA下位机交... 为实现信道编译码硬件算法物理性能的快速、准确验证,提出一种软硬件协同的通用化信道编译码算法物理性能快速仿真与性能评估系统。PC上位机软件主要实现模拟信源/噪声数据生成、仿真数据后分析、数据/控制指令传输以及与FPGA下位机交互等功能;FPGA下位机通过设计数据调度与系统控制、信道编译码算法架构、加噪信道以及数据统计等单元,构建通用编译码算法验证系统硬件系统架构,支持不同信道编译码算法物理性能的高效、准确验证。以系统当前支持的BCH码、LDPC码、删余卷积码、RS码及其串行级联码的性能仿真为例开展性能测试,性能恶化最大值低于0.4 dB,在10-7误码率统计量级下,仿真时间低于12 s,验证仿真评估系统的准确性、可靠性与有效性。系统采用的通用级联架构还可支持其他信道编译码算法的快速移植与部署,可为信道编译码算法物理性能快速验证提供一种有效的解决方案。 展开更多

针对高峰时期高速公路出入口及周边区域交通需求过大和交通负荷分布不均而引起的区域交通拥堵问题,研究了高速公路出入口与邻接城市道路协同控制方法。首先通过研究高速公路出入口区域内各节点之间进出的交通需求和通行能力关系,以收费... 针对高峰时期高速公路出入口及周边区域交通需求过大和交通负荷分布不均而引起的区域交通拥堵问题,研究了高速公路出入口与邻接城市道路协同控制方法。首先通过研究高速公路出入口区域内各节点之间进出的交通需求和通行能力关系,以收费站及其衔接交叉口通行量最大为控制目标,构建高速公路出入口交通协同控制模型。其次,研究了城市道路区域边界节点与高速公路出入口之间进出的交通需求和通行能力关系,结合红波协调控制思想,构建城市路段交通信号协调控制模型。最后以南宁市石埠高速公路出入口及周边区域为例,通过开展VISSIM仿真试验验证方法的有效性和可行性。仿真结果表明:虽然协调区域上的边界节点交通负荷有所增加,但高速公路出入口衔接节点平均排队长度和平均延误分别降低了22.36%和13.10%,其他节点总的平均排队长度降低了18.54%,从区域路网的角度考虑,仿真结果表明了本文方法能有效缓解高速公路出入口及周边的区域性交通拥堵问题。 展开更多

研究既有地铁非站站停列车开行方案和越行站设置协同优化对提高线路通过能力和运输效率具有重要意义。将非站站停列车开行方案编制与越行站设置协同考虑,出行乘客以出行OD分类,构建以企业运营成本、乘客出行成本以及列车越行成本最低为... 研究既有地铁非站站停列车开行方案和越行站设置协同优化对提高线路通过能力和运输效率具有重要意义。将非站站停列车开行方案编制与越行站设置协同考虑,出行乘客以出行OD分类,构建以企业运营成本、乘客出行成本以及列车越行成本最低为目标的既有地铁线非站站停列车开行方案优化模型,考虑线路通过能力及快车停靠等约束,依据模型特点选用遗传模拟退火算法进行模型求解。以西安地铁14号线为例验证构建模型有效性,求解结果表明:与传统的站站停运营组织模式相比,乘客总在车时间降低29.84%,企业运营成本降低4.33%,车底购置成本降低5.23%,同时讨论不同越行站位置选择对企业运营成本的影响,为轨道公司实施非站站停运营组织模式及相关车站改造提供决策支撑。 展开更多

大规模协同虚拟环境下并行层次兴趣匹配算法

大规模协同虚拟环境运行过程中易产生大量冗余通信数据,影响虚拟现实技术性能的发挥。为了提升虚拟环境运行效率,提出并行层次兴趣匹配算法。创建协同虚拟环境概念模型,分解处理订阅区域信息,引入树结构理论搭建兴趣管理树,将订阅区域... 大规模协同虚拟环境运行过程中易产生大量冗余通信数据,影响虚拟现实技术性能的发挥。为了提升虚拟环境运行效率,提出并行层次兴趣匹配算法。创建协同虚拟环境概念模型,分解处理订阅区域信息,引入树结构理论搭建兴趣管理树,将订阅区域映射到兴趣管理树节点上,形成层次化结构,结合LSQR并行算法,实现更新区域与订阅区域的快速匹配。实验结果表明,提出算法获得的兴趣匹配消耗时间最小值为0.36 s,兴趣匹配成功指数最大值为0.94,充分证实了提出算法兴趣匹配性能较好。 展开更多
