To solve the problem of data fusion for prior information such as track information and train status in train positioning,an adaptive H∞filtering algorithm with combination constraint is proposed,which fuses prior information with other sensor information in the form of constraints.Firstly,the train precise track constraint method of the train is proposed,and the plane position constraint and train motion state constraints are analysed.A model for combining prior information with constraints is established.Then an adaptive H∞filter with combination constraints is derived based on the adaptive adjustment method of the robustness factor.Finally,the positioning effect of the proposed algorithm is simulated and analysed under the conditions of a straight track and a curved track.The results show that the positioning accuracy of the algorithm with constrained filtering is significantly better than that of the algorithm without constrained filtering and that the algorithm with constrained filtering can achieve better performance when combined with track and condition information,which can significantly reduce the train positioning error.The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified. 展开更多

Combining the observation data from five Multi-GNSS Experiment(MGEX)stations with the precise orbit and clock products from Global Positioning System(GPS)and BeiDou Navigation Satellite System(BDS),we studied the model of combined GPS/BDS precise point positioning,and then analyzed the convergence speed and short-time(6 h)positioning accuracy.The calculation results show that in static positioning,the average convergence time of GPS is about 50 min,and its horizontal accuracy is better than 2 cm while the vertical accuracy is better than 4 cm.The convergence speed of combined GPS/BDS is about 40 min,and its positioning accuracy is close to that of GPS.In kinematic positioning,the average convergence time of GPS is about 72 min,and its horizontal accuracy is better than 5 cm while the vertical accuracy is better than 12 cm.The average convergence time of GPS/BDS is about 57 min,and its horizontal accuracy is better than 3 cm while the vertical accuracy is better than 9 cm.Combined GPS/BDS has significantly improved the convergence speed,and its positioning accuracy is slightly than that of GPS. 展开更多

GPS positioning precision is affected by various error sources, and traditional combinations of GPS carrier phase observations have their own limitations such as the wide-lane, the narrow-lane and the ionospheric-free combinations. To obtain the optimal positioning precision, a new linear combination method is addressed through the variance-covariance (VCV) of the GPS multi-frequency carrier phase combination equations, and the impact of the positioning precision is analyzed with the changing of the observation errors deduced by the law of error propagation. For the high precision positioning with only one carrier phase combination, the optimal combination method is deduced and further validated by an example of a baseline resolution with 60 km length. The result indicates that this method is the simplest, and the positioning precision is the best. Therefore, it is useful for long baseline quick positioning for different precision requirements in various distances. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the correlation between computed tomography(CT)features and combined positive score(CPS)of programmed cell death ligand 1(PD-L1)expression in patients with gastric cancer(GC).Methods:This study reviewed an institutional database of patients who underwent GC operation without neoadjuvant chemotherapy between December 2019 and September 2020.The CPS results of PD-L1 expression of postoperative histological examination were recorded by pathology.Baseline CT features were measured,and their correlation with CPS 5 or 10 score groups of PD-L1 expression was analyzed.Results:Data for 153 patients with GC were collected.Among them,124 were advanced GC patients,and 29were early GC patients.None of the CT features significantly differed between CPS groups with a cutoff score of 5and a score of 10 in patients with early GC.In advanced GC,the presence of lymph nodes with short diameters>10mm was significantly different(P=0.024)between the CPS<5 and CPS≥5 groups.CT features such as tumor attenuation in the arterial phase,long and short diameter of the largest lymph node,the sum of long diameter of the two largest lymph nodes,the sum of short diameter of the two largest lymph nodes,and the presence of lymph nodes with short diameters>10 mm significantly differed between the CPS<10 and CPS≥10 groups in advanced GC.The sensitivity,specificity and area under receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve of logistic regression model for predicting CPS≥10 was 71.7%,50.0%and 0.671,respectively.Microsatellite instability(MSI)status was significantly different in CPS groups with cutoff score of 5 and 10 in advanced GC patients.Conclusions:CT findings of advanced GC patients with CPS≥10 showed greater arterial phase enhancement and larger lymph nodes.CT has the potential to help screen patients suitable for immunotherapy. 展开更多

Analysis of the Effect of Non-Invasive Positive Pressure Ventilation in Emergency Treatment of Severe Bronchial Asthma with Respiratory Failure

Objective:This study aims to evaluate the clinical efficacy of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation(NIPPV)in patients with severe bronchial asthma combined with respiratory failure.Methods:90 patients with severe bronchial asthma combined with respiratory failure between September 2022 and December 2023 were selected for the study and randomly divided into the experimental group(NIPPV-assisted treatment)and the control group.The differences between the two groups were compared in terms of total effective rate of treatment,days of clinical symptom disappearance,days of hospitalization,lung function indexes,incidence of adverse reactions,and quality of life.Results:Patients in the experimental group had a significantly higher total effective rate of treatment(97.78%)than the control group(75.56%).In terms of pulmonary function indexes,patients in the experimental group showed significant improvement after treatment,especially the increase in forced expiratory volume and forced vital capacity,while these improvements were not as obvious in the control group.In addition,the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group,suggesting that the application of NIPPV is relatively safe.Quality of life assessment also showed that patients in the experimental group had significantly better quality of life than the control group after treatment.Conclusion:This study demonstrated the effectiveness of NIPPV as an adjunctive treatment for severe bronchial asthma combined with respiratory failure.NIPPV can improve lung function,reduce the incidence of adverse effects,increase the overall effectiveness of the treatment,and contribute to the improvement of patients'quality of life.Therefore,NIPPV should be regarded as an effective and safe treatment in clinical management,especially in patients with severe bronchial asthma combined with respiratory failure,where its application has potential clinical significance. 展开更多

Objective: To analyze the application value of combined detection of sperm quality, sex hormone and ovulation in the diagnosis of infertility. Methods: The study was conducted from June 2021 to June 2022. Sixty infertile couples who received IVF cycle treatment in our hospital during this period were selected as the observation group, and 60 couples with good sperm quality and follicle number ≥ 5 who conceived naturally after gynecological disease treatment were selected as the control group during the same period. The sperm quality, sex hormones and ovulation of the two groups were observed, and the change of positive rate was detected by the combined detection method. Results: Compared with the control group, the observation group had less semen (2.82 ± 0.12) ml, lower concentration (69.17 ± 1.28) × 106/ml, normal sperm morphology rate (2.92% ± 0.11%), lower survival rate (70.25% ± 1.16%), higher deformed sperm index (1.39 ± 0.11), and significant differences between groups (P < 0.05);The levels of FSH (7.15 ± 1.33) U/L, LH (5.13 ± 0.53) mU/ml, E2 (72.34 ± 5.11) ng/L, AMH (3.87 ± 0.67) ng/ml and AFC (7.15 ± 0.76) in the control group were significantly better than those in the observation group (P < 0.05). Compared with the single detection method of the three groups, the positive detection rate of the combined diagnosis method was higher, and the difference between the groups was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: For the diagnosis of infertility, the combined detection method of sperm quality, sex hormone and ovulation can effectively clarify the problems existing in the couple, significantly improve the detection rate of the cause of the patient, and is more conducive to guiding clinical symptomatic treatment, which is worthy of promotion and reference. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of combination of Zhuanyindan (ZYD, 转阴丹, a self-made Chinese herbal preparation) and hormone in treating male infertility with positive antisperm antibody and its influence on nitric oxide (NO) level. Methods:Eighty-two patients were randomly divided (according to the digital list) into the WM group (n = 20, treated with prednisone), the TCM group (n=28, treated with ZYD) and the ICWM group (n=34, treated with prednisone plus ZYD). The clinical effect, negative converting rate of antisperm antibody, changes of NO level in semen and various parameters of sperm motion before and after treatment were observed. Results: The total effective rate in the ICWM group was 88.2%, that in theTCM group 75. 0% and in the WM group 65. 0%. Significant difference was seen in the ICWM and TCM group before and after treatment in NO level, sperm motion parameters, including linear motion speed, linearity, propulsion, whip frequency, sperm vitality and mean moving angle, and quality of semen ( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01). In the WM group, significant difference in comparison before and after treatment was seen in NO level, propulsion, whip frequency, mean moving angle and quality of semen, including vitality and survival rate (P<0. 01). 目的 观察三部配穴法针刺治疗慢性中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(CSC)的临床效果。方法 将2022年1月至12月于上海市第一人民医院就诊的84例慢性CSC患者按随机数字表法分为对照组(42例)与治疗组(42例),对照组予维生素B1片、肌苷片、三磷... 目的 观察三部配穴法针刺治疗慢性中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(CSC)的临床效果。方法 将2022年1月至12月于上海市第一人民医院就诊的84例慢性CSC患者按随机数字表法分为对照组(42例)与治疗组(42例),对照组予维生素B1片、肌苷片、三磷酸腺苷二钠片的基础治疗(40 d),治疗组在对照组的基础上联合三部配穴法针刺,隔天针刺1次,共20次(40 d)。比较两组临床疗效,比较两组治疗前后美国国立眼科研究院视功能问卷-25(NEI-VFQ-25)、中医症状证候量表、最佳矫正视力(BCVA)变化。结果 对照组脱落3例,治疗组脱落4例。治疗组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组NEI-VFQ-25评分、BCVA均高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组中医症状证候量表评分低于本组治疗前及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 三部配穴法针刺联合基础治疗慢性CSC效果显著,具有较高的临床推广及应用价值。 展开更多

可见光波段多路激光合束及闭环校正技术研究

为了实现可见光波段多路不同波长激光的周期性闭环校正,设计了一种具有光束指向和位置偏差独立监测与调节的激光合束系统。首先,根据系统的应用需求,提出了合束系统的设计指标与整体合束方案。然后,在合束方案的基础上,建立了合束系统... 为了实现可见光波段多路不同波长激光的周期性闭环校正,设计了一种具有光束指向和位置偏差独立监测与调节的激光合束系统。首先,根据系统的应用需求,提出了合束系统的设计指标与整体合束方案。然后,在合束方案的基础上,建立了合束系统的光束控制模型,并通过数值仿真得到了合束系统光束控制的解算方法。闭环合束系统通过光束指向和位置监测装置分别实现合束激光指向偏差与位置偏差的独立监测,并根据监测结果进行光束调节装置控制量的解算;进而通过两维摆镜和一维平移台分别实现光束指向和位置偏差的独立高效调节。最后,采用两路不同波长的激光束,配合光束监测与调节装置,搭建了闭环合束模拟实验平台,对周期性闭环合束系统的合束效果进行了验证。实验结果表明:在长时间的工作过程中,两路激光均实现了与基准光路的精密合束,合束指向精度优于±7μrad,位置精度优于±0.84 mm。本研究所组建的激光合束系统不仅具有合束精度高、校正速度快、光路扩展性强的优势,而且可实现激光束的周期性闭环校正,能够有效保证合束激光的长期工作稳定性。 展开更多

针对油菜种子粒径小、质量轻,单粒排种难度较大的问题,设计了一种正负气压组合滚轮式精密排种器。阐明了排种器工作原理,开展排种器吸种、携种和卸种环节受力分析和排种滚轮对种群拖带过程解析;提出了通过控制充种区种层高度和种群压力... 针对油菜种子粒径小、质量轻,单粒排种难度较大的问题,设计了一种正负气压组合滚轮式精密排种器。阐明了排种器工作原理,开展排种器吸种、携种和卸种环节受力分析和排种滚轮对种群拖带过程解析;提出了通过控制充种区种层高度和种群压力的防拖带堆积机理,设计了一种侧向充种、拖带种子自由回落的充种室结构,利用离散元仿真研究了充种种层高度和充种室结构对排种器充种区内充种性能的影响及对种群拖带堆积的解决情况;仿真结果表明,排种器内种子随着充种种层高度的增大,种群平均动能均值逐渐增大,对种群平均扰动能力逐渐增强;在充种种层高度50 mm条件下,设计的防拖带堆积充种室降低了充种区域底部种群所受的压力,未出现种群拖带堆积现象,且保持了对充种区域种群的扰动作用。在JPS-12型排种器检测试验台上进行了排种器性能试验,结果表明,当排种转速为15~30 r/min、吸种负压为1.0~1.2 kPa时,排种器合格指数均保持在90%以上;设计装配正负气压组合滚轮式精密排种器的播种机开展播种试验,田间实测出苗后株距稳定性变异系数为4.4%,各行苗数一致性变异系数为8.14%;研究结果表明设计的排种器满足精密播种要求。 展开更多

目的研究治疗后叶酸受体阳性循环肿瘤细胞(folate receptor-positive circulating tumour cells,FR+-CTCs)对可切除Ⅲ期鳞癌患者新辅助化学药物治疗(以下简称化疗)联合免疫治疗疗效的预测价值。方法收集首都医科大学附属北京胸科医院202... 目的研究治疗后叶酸受体阳性循环肿瘤细胞(folate receptor-positive circulating tumour cells,FR+-CTCs)对可切除Ⅲ期鳞癌患者新辅助化学药物治疗(以下简称化疗)联合免疫治疗疗效的预测价值。方法收集首都医科大学附属北京胸科医院2021年6月至2023年6月入院可切除Ⅲ期鳞癌患者,经过2周期新辅助化疗联合免疫治疗,记录患者以下指标:①一般临床资料:年龄、性别、临床分期、肿瘤位置、治疗前后白细胞计数;②治疗前后肿瘤标志物——血清癌胚抗原(carcinoembryonic antigen,CEA)、细胞角蛋白19片段(cytokeratin 19 fragment,CYFRA 21-1)、鳞状上皮细胞癌抗原(squamous cell carcinoma antigen,SCC)、FR+-CTCs数据;③患者术后病理结果,根据术后病理结果将患者分为两组,肿瘤病灶在病理层面上残存肿瘤细胞占比≤10%(缓解组,E组),肿瘤病灶在病理层面上残存肿瘤细胞占比>10%(NE组),比较E组和NE组患者的一般临床资料,治疗前后白细胞计数、肿瘤标志物和FR+-CTCs水平,将组间比较差异有统计学意义的变量纳入二元Logistic回归分析,统计分析出可切除Ⅲ期鳞癌患者新辅助化疗联合免疫治疗疗效的影响因素,采用受试者工作特征(receiver operating characteristics,ROC)曲线分析FR+-CTCs对其的预测价值。结果最终纳入24例患者,E组15例,NE组9例,两组患者一般临床资料、治疗前CEA、CYFRA 21-1、SCC、FR+-CTCs比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后CEA、CYFRA 21-1、SCC差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),E组治疗后FR+-CTCs显著低于NE组(P<0.05),二元Logistic回归分析显示,治疗后FR+-CTCs(OR=1.28,95%CI:1.00~1.63,P=0.047)是新辅助化疗联合免疫治疗的影响因素,ROC分析显示,治疗后FR+-CTCs截点值为10.10,特异度0.87,灵敏度0.89,曲线下面积(area under the curve,AUC)0.837。结论对可切除Ⅲ期鳞癌患者,治疗后FR+-CTCs低于10.10 FU/3 mL是预测新辅助化疗联合免疫治疗缓解效果的可靠指标。 展开更多

针对复杂环境下超宽带(UWB)无线定位系统存在非视距(NLOS)及随机误差的问题,提出一种基于改进Sage-Husa卡尔曼滤波算法(SHKF)的UWB/IMU组合定位方法。首先,设计了一种基于概率密度的提升树,将UWB/IMU特征数据的概率分布密度引入提升树... 针对复杂环境下超宽带(UWB)无线定位系统存在非视距(NLOS)及随机误差的问题,提出一种基于改进Sage-Husa卡尔曼滤波算法(SHKF)的UWB/IMU组合定位方法。首先,设计了一种基于概率密度的提升树,将UWB/IMU特征数据的概率分布密度引入提升树的损失函数中,鉴别出NLOS信号;然后,设计了一种改进SHKF算法,根据新息变化趋势定义自适应因子,实时调整对新息误差修正的策略以调节历史噪声对当前定位的影响,进而提升UWB/IMU组合定位的稳定性和精度。实验结果表明,所提方法将NLOS信号鉴别精度提升至99.12%,定位均方根误差降低至4.30 cm,提升了复杂环境下UWB/IMU组合系统定位精度。 展开更多

为了更好地适配非圆小籽粒种子的播种,解决机械式排种器易伤种,对种子尺寸适应性差的问题,设计了1种正负压气吸式精量排种器。根据农艺要求对排种器整体进行了设计;同时以小麦为研究对象,通过单因素试验,分析了吸种负压、排种器转速以... 为了更好地适配非圆小籽粒种子的播种,解决机械式排种器易伤种,对种子尺寸适应性差的问题,设计了1种正负压气吸式精量排种器。根据农艺要求对排种器整体进行了设计;同时以小麦为研究对象,通过单因素试验,分析了吸种负压、排种器转速以及投种高度3个因素对排种器性能的影响;通过响应面试验,得到了较优的参数组合:吸种负压为-3.5 kPa,排种器转速为19 r/min,投种高度为180 mm;对最优参数下精量排种器进行台架试验,结果表明,合格率为80.62%,重播率为9.22%,漏播率为10.16%。符合JB/T—10293—2013《单粒(精密)播种机技术条件》的要求。 展开更多

目的 研究液基薄层细胞学(Thinprep-Cytologic Test, TCT)检测联合人乳头瘤病者(Human Papillomavirus, HPV)检测对宫颈癌的诊断价值。方法 选取2022年1月—2023年10月淄博市妇幼保健院新院区检验科的100例疑似宫颈癌前病变患者为研究对... 目的 研究液基薄层细胞学(Thinprep-Cytologic Test, TCT)检测联合人乳头瘤病者(Human Papillomavirus, HPV)检测对宫颈癌的诊断价值。方法 选取2022年1月—2023年10月淄博市妇幼保健院新院区检验科的100例疑似宫颈癌前病变患者为研究对象,均实施HPV检测、TCT以及联合检测,以阴道镜下取宫颈活检病理诊断结果为金标准,分析上述单一及联合检测的阳性率以及诊断价值。结果 100例受检者中,HPV检查阳性检出率为20.00%,TCT阳性检出率为27.00%,TCT+HPV阳性检出率为35.00%;TCT+HPV的准确度(96.00%)、灵敏度(91.89%)高于TCT和HPV,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.000、15.457、7.974、18.231,P均<0.05)。结论 TCT+HPV具有较高的特异度、灵敏度及准确度,在宫颈癌诊断中具有积极意义。 展开更多

针对一般领域的命名实体识别方法不能直接用于中文医学专业实体的识别,现有的相关研究只专注于英文文本和扁平结构的医学实体识别等问题,通过对专业领域实体识别方法的研究,结合中文医学实体的特点提出了一种面向中文医学实体的级联识... 针对一般领域的命名实体识别方法不能直接用于中文医学专业实体的识别,现有的相关研究只专注于英文文本和扁平结构的医学实体识别等问题,通过对专业领域实体识别方法的研究,结合中文医学实体的特点提出了一种面向中文医学实体的级联识别方法。将每个字符元素相对于实体的位置标签嵌入模型,并结合中文医学实体跨度内不同元素的重要程度进行实体的融合表示。通过序列标注方法检测字符的位置标签,利用字符的位置信息指导候选实体生成,并进行实体语义分类。模型在CMeEE和CCKS2018数据集以及中文糖尿病科研文献数据集上分别进行扁平实体、嵌套实体和不连续性长实体的识别实验。实验结果表明,该方法能够有效地识别中文医学文本中不同结构的实体。 展开更多
