It is based on the satisfaction of contact condition of three given...This paper proposes a new approach to design pinion machine tool-settings for spiral bevel gears by controlling contact path and transmission errors. It is based on the satisfaction of contact condition of three given control points on the tooth surface. The three meshing points are controlled to be on a predesigned straight contact path that meets the pre-designed parabolic function of transmission errors. Designed separately, the magnitude of transmission errors and the orientation of the contact path are subjected to precise control. In addition, in order to meet the manufacturing requirements, we suggest to modify the values of blank offset, one of the pinion machine tool-settings, and redesign pinion ma- chine tool-settings to ensure that the magnitude and the geometry of transmission errors should not be influenced apart from minor effects on the predesigned straight contact path. The proposed approach together with its ideas has been proven by a numerical example and the manufacturing practice of a pair of spiral bevel gears.展开更多

However, there is a greater degree of uncertainty and complexity in information transmission of remanu?facturing service system, which leads to a critical need for designing planning models to deal with this added uncer?tainty and complexity. In this paper, a three?dimensional(3D) model of remanufacturing service information network for information transmission is developed, which combines the physic coordinate and the transmitted properties of all the devices in the remanufacturing service system. In order to solve the basic ITPO in the 3D model, an improved 3D ant colony algorithm(Improved AC) was put forward. Moreover, to further improve the operation e ciency of the algorithm, an improved ant colony?genetic algorithm(AC?GA) that combines the improved AC and genetic algorithm was developed. In addition, by taking the transmission of remanufacturing service demand information of certain roller as example, the e ectiveness of AC?GA algorithm was analyzed and compared with that of improved AC, and the results demonstrated that AC?GA algorithm was superior to AC algorithm in aspects of information transmission delay, information transmission cost, and rate of information loss.展开更多

By analyzing the spatial distribution features of major ions in Antarctic ice sheet and studying on the different time of the same volcanic event recorded by different ice cores from different regions in Antarctica, this paper intends to study the transmission path of nssSO 2- 4 and NO - 3. Results show that nssSO 2- 4 and NO - 3 are transmitted to the ice sheet through long distance and high altitude. The procedure of the transmission is that nssSO 2- 4 and NO - 3 are transmitted to the level between the top of troposphere and the bottom of stratosphere, then subsided to the ice sheet surface and spread to other regions.展开更多
An improvement strategy which controls the shift effort and the power summing planetary gear set of steering clutches and brakes have been proposed based on the dynamic model of synchroniser in order to decrease the w...An improvement strategy which controls the shift effort and the power summing planetary gear set of steering clutches and brakes have been proposed based on the dynamic model of synchroniser in order to decrease the wear of synchroniser inserts, make gear shift easy and reduce the shock noise for a positive independent mechanical split path transmission which attached an auto- matic shift system when shifting. A kinetics model for the process of synchroniser engagement is built and analyzed in the paper. Thus for optimizing the gear shift process which is divided into three phases a model reference fuzzy self-adaption system is adopted. Through a 6 000 km road experiment, the control strategy has proved feasible and dependable.展开更多

A fluid vibration transmission law of axial piston pump is studied in this paper. According to harmonic response analysis results, a transmission path analysis is used to establish a two-dimensional fluid vibration transmission path model in the vertical plane, which has characteristics of multi excitation sources, multi-path and multi-receptors. Model parameters are obtained by experimental and numerical analysis. Matlab is used to solve the model, and acceleration vibration response of three shells is got. To reduce the effect of mechanical vibration, the surface acceleration of pump is tested under low speed condition. Results show that the model can accurately reveal transmission law of fluid vibration and the accuracy is more than 90%.
