Classroom instruction is mainly the form of implementation of quality education in schools, the main venue of the teachers and students bilateral activities. The students in school spent most of their time in the classroom teaching. Therefore, it is the main front of the school education and students healthy growth. Instead of traditional classroom teaching in the new curriculum reform today, it is the learning being full of joy, independent, cooperate, and exploratory ways of learning, experience of the joy of success, positive evaluation to the diversification students. Vigorous and harmonious classroom learning atmosphere stimulates the students to actively participate in classroom, explore, and apply knowledge to solve problems. In this case, students can gain self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-belief, the courage to cynically express them and to express their unique insight. The designed P2P-SIP system applies SIP protocol to realize the underlying DHT, which guarantees zero-configuration, robustness and adaptability in P2P system. And maximum improvement in performance of the networks for multimedia system can be implemented by rapid networking and information sharing technology of the underlying P2P networks as well as fast call and location technology of SIP system. Experiments indicates that multimedia teaching management system based on SIP & P2P could meet the requirement of system design on data latency and calling location. 展开更多

Then, the related strategies mast be put forward improving the teaching facilities of multimedia. This paper mainly discusses the related strategies in order to create a better teaching environment and facilitate the training of teachers. After studying this paper, we will have a good knowledge of the multimedia teaching. Consequently, we can apply the multimedia into the traditional teaching. Multimedia resources are also very useful for teachers to meet the requirements in our modem society. This pilot study examined the effectiveness and students’perceptions of a multimedia module on intermediate Chinese-as-a-Foreign-Language(CFL)learners’understanding and use of the“shì...de”construction.The module was designed based on the First Principles of Instruction(Morrill,2002)and the Cognitive Theory of Multimedia Learning(Mayer,2009;2014).It provided a systematic and comprehensive approach to teaching the“shì...de”construction,one of the most challenging grammar points in CFL.Twenty-two CFL learners participated in this mixed-methods study.Data were collected using pre-and post-tests,a survey,think-alouds,and semi-structured interviews.Findings show that after using the module,students’understanding and use of the construction significantly improved,except for their understanding of the second usage.The students enjoyed using the module and appreciated how it was designed,the way it was presented,and its availability.The reasons for the effectiveness of the module were analyzed and led to suggested improvements to the design of the module.The detailed description of the design process and the research result contribute to the knowledge of designing grammar teaching modules with multimedia for online,blended,and flipped learning. 展开更多

目的探讨基于视频库的翻转课堂在运动障碍疾病教学中的效果。方法建立运动障碍疾病标准化诊断视频库。将2020年6—12月在浙江大学医学院附属第二医院神经内科实习的本科阶段医学生分为对照组和教改组。对照组采用常规教学方法,教改组采... 目的探讨基于视频库的翻转课堂在运动障碍疾病教学中的效果。方法建立运动障碍疾病标准化诊断视频库。将2020年6—12月在浙江大学医学院附属第二医院神经内科实习的本科阶段医学生分为对照组和教改组。对照组采用常规教学方法,教改组采用翻转课堂法。课后2组学生进行国际帕金森和运动障碍协会统一帕金森病评分量表第3部分(unified parkinson’s disease rating scale,UPDRS-3)评估,统计与标准分的差距。2组互换教学模式,再次评估MDS-UPDRS-3量表。最后,进行2组间教学满意度的评价比较。结果第一阶段结束,对照组与标准分差值Δ_(A1)为(7.43±2.60)分、教改组与标准分差值Δ_(B1)为(4.90±2.62)分,教改组小于对照组(P<0.05)。第二阶段结束,2组学生评分与标准分差值Δ_(A2)和Δ_(B2)的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。教改组的教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论与传统的教学方式相比,基于视频学习的翻转课堂可以使学生更快、更好地掌握帕金森病的诊断思路和查体方法。同时在学生满意度方面也有很大的优势,体现了这种方法在运动障碍疾病教学中的良好效果。 展开更多
