Methods The animal model of carbohydrate metabolism disorder was esta blished through swimming trainings and the content of blood glucose, muscle glyc ogen and liver glycogen in mice were all surveyed. Results When quiet, liver glycogen, muscle glycogen and blood g lucose of drug-taking group were much higher than those of control group(P< 0.05). Compared with control group, the liver glycogen and muscle glycogen of in stant drug-taking group after exercises level to a higher degree (P<0.05). The renewing level of liver glycogen, muscle glycogen and blood glucose in drug -taking group after spending 24 hours on recovery was evidently higher than tha t of control-group (P<0.05). The exhaustive swimming time of drug-taking g roup was longer than that of exercise-control group by 33.99%. Conclusi on Chitosan takes good effect on improving carbohydrate metabolism diso rder resulting from exercises.展开更多
