Synergism and Field Efficacy of Mixed Preparations of Pyraclostrobin and Tebuconazole to Glomerella cingulata 被引量:1

[Objective] This study was conducted to screen high-efficient low-toxicity new compound preparation for control of Glomerella cingulata. [Method] The toxicity of pyraclostrobin, tebuconazole and their mixed preparations to Glomerella cingulata was determined by mycelial growth rate method, and their control effects on Glomerella cingulata were evaluated by field efficacy test. [Result] The mixed preparations of pyraclostrobin and tebuconazole at mass ratios of 5:1, 3:1, 1:1, 1:3 and 1:5 exhibited ECso values to mycelial growth of Glomerella cingulata of 0.612 9, 0.530 1, 0.232 6, 0.232 8 and 0.329 6 iJg/ml, respectively; and the 5 preparations exhibit- ed synergistic coefficients (SRs) to Glomerella cingulata of 1.29, 1.33, 2.29, 1.84 and 1.22, respectively, and among them, the preparation with mass ratio of 1:1 showed the highest synergism. The field efficacy test showed that the field control effects of 1 000 times, 2 000 times and 3 000 times dilutions of 25% pyraclostrobin-tebuconazole suspension, 5 000 times dilution of 430 g/L tebuconazole suspension and 2 000 times dilution of 250 g/L pyraclostrobin EC were 91.54%, 90.80%, 82.88%, 76.43% and 74.10%, respectively. [Conclusions] Therefore, the mixed preparations of pyraclostrobin and tebuconazole showed remarkable synergism on control of Glomerella cingulata, and preparation with the mixing ratio of 1:1 exhibited the most significant synergism on Glomerella cingulata. For soaking treatment to fruit clusters with 1 000-2 000 times dilution of 25% pyraclostrobin .tebuconazole suspension, the field efficacy to Glomerella cingulata was over 90%. 展开更多

The electromagnetic separation method is a new approach to treat ship-based marine oily wastewater,in which oil droplets are dispersed in seawater(oil-seawater mixed flow).In order to clarify the separation process and determine the separation characteristics,the flow field and volume fraction of the oil droplets of the oil-seawater mixed flow under an applied electromagnetic field with different operating conditions were investigated by 2D numerical simulations with the Eulerian model.The results show that:(1)the downward Lorentz force causes seawater to flow downwards and the oil droplets to move upwards due to the electromagnetic separation force in the effective section of the separation channel;(2)the volume fraction of the oil droplets at the top of the outlet section increases with the current density,magnetic field,and the diameter of the oil droplet and decreases with the inlet velocity of the oily seawater.The results provide useful guidance for the design of electromagnetic separation devices of the oil-seawater mixed flow. 展开更多

The random crystal field (RCF) effects are investigated on the phase diagrams of the mixed-spins 1/2 and 3/2 Blume-Capel (BC) model on the Bethe lattice. The bimodal random crystal field is assumed and the recursion relations are employed for the solution of the model. The system gives only the second-order phase transitions for all values of the crystal fields in the non-random bimodal distribution for given probability. The randomness does not change the order of the phase transitions for higher crystal field values, i.e., it is always second-order, but it may introduce first-order phase transitions at lower negative crystal field values for the probability in the range about 0.20 and 0.45, which is only the second-order for the non-random case in this range. Thus our work claims that randomness may be used to induce first-order phase transitions at lower negative crystal field values at lower probabilities. 展开更多

The effect of random crystal field, ferromagnetic and ferrimagnetic exchange interaction on hysteresis loops and compensation phenomenon are discussed. A number of characteristic phenomena have been reported such as the observation of triple hysteresis loops at low temperatures and for negative values of random crystal field. Not only the discontinuity at T = 0 K, is found when both longitudinal fields are trimodal distributed, but also the trieritical behavior is observed in these phase diagrams between the bimodal and trimodal distributions of longitudinal fields, which is different from the single-spin one. Within the framework of an effective field approximation, the effects of single-ion anisotropy and different trimodal transverse fields of two sublattices on the critical properties of the mixed spin-1/2 and spin-1 Ising system are investigated on the simple cubic lattice. A smaller single-lon anisotropy can magnify magnetic ordering phases and a larger one can depress magnetic ordering phase for T-Ω1/2 space at low temperatures, while a smaller single-ion anisotropy can hardly change the value of critical transverse field for T-Ω1 space. On the other hand, influences of two different trimodal transverse fields concentrations on tricritical points and magnetic ordering phases take on some interesting results in T-D space. The main reason comes from the common action of single-ion anisotropy, different transverse fields and two trimodal distributions. 展开更多

The behavior of evacuees is evaluated in approximations of real situations, by using the agent simulation including different judgments of evacuees. The drive towards shorter design cycles for analog integrated circuits has given impetus to the development of Field Programmable Analog Arrays(FPAAs),which are the analogue counterparts of Field Programmable Gate Arrays(FPGAs).In this paper,we present a new design methodology which using FPAA as a powerful analog front-end processing platform in the smart sensory microsystem.The proposed FPAA contains 16 homogeneous mixed-grained Configurable Analog Blocks(CABs) which house a variety of processing elements especially the proposed fine-grained Core Configurable Amplifiers(CCAs).The high flexible CABs allow the FPAA operating in both continuous-time and discrete-time approaches suitable to support variety of sensors.To reduce the nonideal parasitic effects and save area,the fat-tree interconnection network is adopted in this FPAA.The functionality of this FPAA is demonstrated through embedding of voltage and capacitive sensor signal readout circuits and a configurable band pass filter.The minimal detectable voltage and capacitor achieves 38 uV and 8.3 aF respectively within 100 Hz sensor bandwidth.The power consumption comparison of CCA in three applications shows that the FPAA has high power efficiency.And the simulation results also show that the FPAA has good tolerance with wide PVT variations. 展开更多

The phase diagrams in the mixed spin-3/2 and spin-2 Ising system with two alternative layers on a honeycomb lattice are investigated and discussed by the use of the effective-field theory with correlations. The interaction of the nearest-neighbour spins of each layer is taken to be positive (ferromagnetic interaction) and the interaction of the adjacent spins of the nearest-neighbour layers is considered to be either positive or negative (ferromagnetic or antiferromagnetic interaction). The temperature dependence of the layer magnetizations of the system is examined to characterize the nature (continuous or discontinuous) of the phase transitions and obtain the phase transition temperatures. The system exhibits both second- and first-order phase transitions besides triple point (TP), critical end point (E), multicritical point (A), isolated critical point (C) and reentrant behaviour depending on the interaction parameters. We have also studied the temperature dependence of the total magnetization to find the compensation points, as well as to determine the type of behaviour, and N-type behaviour in Neel classification nomenclature existing in the system. The phase diagrams are constructed in eight different planes and it is found that the system also presents the compensation phenomena depending on the sign of the bilinear exchange interactions. 展开更多

Construction of seaside and underground wall bracing often uses stiffened deep cement mixed columns (SDCM). This research investigates methods used to improve the level of bearing capacity of these SDCM when subjected to cyclic lateral loading via various types of stiffer cores. Eight piles, two deep cement mixed piles and six stiffened deep cement mixing piles with three different types of cores, H shape cross section prestressed concrete, steel pipe, and H-beam steel, were embedded though soft clay into medium-hard clay on site in Thailand. Cyclic horizontal loading was gradually applied until pile failure and the hysteresis loops of lateral load vs. lateral deformation were recorded. The lateral carrying capacities of the SDCM piles with an H-beam steel core increased by 3-4 times that of the DCM piles. This field research clearly shows that using H-beam steel as a stiffer core for SDCM piles is the best method to improve its lateral carrying capacity, ductility and energy dissipation capacity. 展开更多

The single-phase heat transfer characteristics in a PWR fuel assembly are important. Many investigations attempt to obtain the heat transfer characteristics by studying the flow features in a 5 x 5 rod bundle with a spacer grid. The field synergy principle is used to discuss the mechanism of heat transfer enhancement using mixing vanes according to computational fluid dynamics results, including a spacer grid without mixing vanes, one with a split mixing vane, and one with a separate mixing vane. The results show that the field synergy principle is feasible to explain the mechanism of heat transfer enhancement in a fuel assembly. The enhancement in subchannels is more effective than on the rod's surface. If the pressure loss is ignored, the performance of the split mixing vane is superior to the separate mixing vane based on the enhanced heat transfer. Increasing the blending angle of the split mixing vane improves heat transfer enhancement, the maximum of which is 7.1%. Increasing the blending angle of the separate mixing vane did not significantly enhance heat transfer in the rod btmdle, and even prevented heat transfer at a blending angle of 50%. This fmding testifies to the feasibility of predicting heat transfer in a rod bundle with a spacer grid by field synergy, and upon comparison with analyzed flow features only, the field synergy method may provide more accurate guidance for optimizing the use of mixing vanes. 展开更多

One-time application of mixed fertilizer formed by the compounding of two controlled-release nitrogen fertilizers(CRUs)with targeted N supply during the periods from transplantation(TS)to panicle initiation(PI)and from PI to heading(HS)is expected to synchronize the double-peak N demand of rice.However,its effects on the yield and N use efficiency(NUE)of labor-intensive double-cropping rice were unknown.Two targeted CRU(CRU_(A)and CRU_(B))were compounded in five ratios(CRU_(A):CRU_(B)=10:0,7:3,5:5,3:7,and 0:10)to form five mixed fertilizers(BBFs):BBF1-5.A field experiment was performed to investigate the characteristics of N supply in early and late seasons under different BBFs and their effects on N uptake,yield,and ammonia volatilization(AV)loss from paddy fields of double-cropping rice.Conventional high-yield fertilization(CK,three split applications of urea)and zero-N treatments were established as controls.The N supply dropped significantly with the increased compound ratio of CRU_(B)during the period from TS to PI,but increased during the period from PI to HS.With the exception of the period from TS to PI in the late rice season,the N uptake of early and late rice maintained close synchronicity with the N supply of BBFs during the double-peak periods.Excessive N supply(BBF1 and BBF2)in the late rice season during the period from TS to PI increased N loss by AV.The effect of BBF on grain yield increase varied widely between seasons,irrespective of year.Among the BBFs,the BBF2 treatment of early rice not only stabilized the spikelets per panicle but also ensured a high number of effective panicles by promoting N uptake during the period from TS to PI and a high grain-filling percentage by appropriately reducing the N supply at the later PI stage,resulting in the highest rice yield.While stabilizing the effective panicle number,the BBF4 treatment of late rice increased the number of spikelets per panicle by promoting N uptake during the period from PI to HS,resulting in the highest rice yield.The two-year average yield and apparent N recovery efficiency of the BBF2 treatment during the early rice season were 9.6 t ha 1 and 45.3%,while those of late rice in BBF4 were 9.6 t ha 1 and 43.0%,respectively.The yield and NUE indexes of BBF2 in early rice and BBF4 in late rice showed no significant difference from those of CK.The AVs of BBF2 during the early rice season and of BBF4 during the late rice season were 50.0%and 76.8%lower,respectively,than those of CK.BBF2 and BBF4 could effectively replace conventional urea split fertilization in early and late rice seasons,ensuring rice yield and NUE and reducing AV loss in paddy fields. 展开更多

Galvanic corrosion behavior of AZ91D alloy/45 steel couple in 3.5 wt.%NaCl solution under 0,0.2 and 0.4 T magnetic field were studied by microstructure observation,immersion test and electrochemical measurement.The mixed potential theory was used to estimate the galvanic current density and the mixed potential of the galvanic corrosion between AZ91D alloy and 45 steel.The results indicated that magnetic field could accelerate the corrosion of AZ91D alloy,and impede the corrosion process of 45 steel.The effect of magnetic field on corrosion sensibility and corrosion rate of these two alloys increased as the intensity rising.The galvanic corrosion rate of the couple was accelerated by magnetic field.With the magnetic field intensity rising,the galvanic corrosion sensibility and corrosion rate of the couple increased.The effects of magnetic field on the galvanic corrosion performance of the couple and the corrosion behavior of AZ91D alloy and 45 steel were due to the appearance of field gradient force and magnetohydrodynamic(MHD)force.The mixed potential theory has a certain accuracy to estimate the Ecouple and icouple values in this work. 展开更多

An exact and a numerical solutions to the problem of a steady mixed convective MHD flow of an incompressible viscous electrically conducting fluid past an infinite vertical porous plate with combined heat and mass transfer are presented.A uniform magnetic field is assumed to be applied transversely to the direction of the flow with the consideration of the induced magnetic field with viscous and magnetic dissipations of energy.The porous plate is subjected to a constant suction velocity as well as a uniform mixed stream velocity.The governing equations are solved by the perturbation technique and a numerical method.The analytical expressions for the velocity field,the temperature field,the induced magnetic field,the skin-friction,and the rate of heat transfer at the plate are obtained.The numerical results are demonstrated graphically for various values of the parameters involved in the problem.The effects of the Hartmann number,the chemical reaction parameter,the magnetic Prandtl number,and the other parameters involved in the velocity field,the temperature field,the concentration field,and the induced magnetic field from the plate to the fluid are discussed.An increase in the heat source/sink or the Eckert number is found to strongly enhance the fluid velocity values.The induced magnetic field along the x-direction increases with the increase in the Hartmann number,the magnetic Prandtl number,the heat source/sink,and the viscous dissipation.It is found that the flow velocity,the fluid temperature,and the induced magnetic field decrease with the increase in the destructive chemical reaction.Applications of the study arise in the thermal plasma reactor modelling,the electromagnetic induction,the magnetohydrodynamic transport phenomena in chromatographic systems,and the magnetic field control of materials processing. 展开更多

Radial sheet is considered to be convectively heated. Convective boundary conditions through heat and mass are employed. The governing boundary layer equations are transformed into ordinary differential equations. Convergent series solutions of the resulting problems are derived. Emphasis has been focused on studying the effects of mixed convection, thermal radiation, magnetic field and nanoparticles on the velocity, temperature and concentration fields.
