AIM: To investigate the apoptotic effect of photoexcited titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanoparticles in the presence of visible light on human hepatoma cell line (Bel 7402) and to study the underlying mechanism. METHODS: Cerium-element-doped titanium dioxide nanoparticles were prepared by impregnation method. Bel 7402 human hepatoma cells were cultured in RPMI 1640 medium in a humidified incubator with 50 mL/L COL at 37℃. A 15 W fluorescent lamp with continuous wavelength light was used as light source in the photocatalytic test. Fluorescence morphology and agarose gel eletrophoresis pattern were performed to analyze apoptotic cells. RESULTS: The Ce (Ⅳ)-doped TiO2 nanoparticles displayed their superiority. The adsorption edge shifted to the 400-450 nm region. With visible light illuminated for 10 min, 10 μg/cm^3 Ce (lV)-doped TiO2 induced micronuclei and significant apoptosis in 4 and 24 h, respectively. Hochest 33 258 staining of the fixed cells revealed typical apoptotic structures (apoptotic bodies), agarose gel electrophoresis showed typical DNA ladder pattern in treated cells but not in untreated ones. CONCLUSION: Ce (Ⅳ) doped TiO2 nanoparticles can induce apoptosis of Bel 7402 human hepatoma cells in the presence of visible light. 展开更多

Electrostatic self-assembly method (ESAM) was used to prepare bentonite supported-nano titanium dioxide photocatalysts. The materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Methyl orange was used to estimate the photocatalytic activity of the materials. The effects of the calcination temperature and silane dosage on the photocatalytic activity of the samples were investigated. The experimental results show that the bentonite facilitates the formation of anatase and restrains the transformation of anatase to rutile. Part of nano-size TiO2 particles insert into the galleries of bentonite. The photocatalysts exhibit a synergistic effect of adsorption and photocatalysis on methyl orange. Photocatalysts prepared by ESAM method exhibit higher photocatalytic activity and better recycle ability than those of the traditional method. 展开更多

With rot index,weight loss rate,browning degree( BD),total soluble solids( TSS) content,malondialdehyde( MDA) content,polyphenol oxidase( PPO) activity and peroxidase( POD) activity,DPPH· scavenging rate as evaluation indexes,the preservation effect of the prepared freshkeeping agents on D. alata during the cold storage period was analyzed. The results showed that prochloraz added with nano-titanium dioxide significantly prolonged the storage life,reduced the rot rate and weight loss rate,and slowed the loss of pulp of D. alata. 钛酸酯偶联剂改性二氧化钛/环氧树脂基超疏水涂层的制备及其性能研究

针对目前超疏水涂层存在的制备过程复杂及价格高等问题,研究了制备过程简单及价格较低的超疏水涂层.用环氧树脂及聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)形成复合涂层,用钛酸酯偶联剂改性的纳米TiO2与PDMS在涂层表面构筑微纳疏水界面.通过SEM、接触角测... 针对目前超疏水涂层存在的制备过程复杂及价格高等问题,研究了制备过程简单及价格较低的超疏水涂层.用环氧树脂及聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)形成复合涂层,用钛酸酯偶联剂改性的纳米TiO2与PDMS在涂层表面构筑微纳疏水界面.通过SEM、接触角测量仪、电化学工作站等仪器对疏水涂层进行了结构及性能表征.测试结果表明:所制备涂层的接触角达到了160°,滚动角4°,达到了超疏水的效果.在30次砂纸摩擦循环后仍旧保持超疏水性.电化学和极化测试结果表明涂层的最佳腐蚀电位为330 mV,腐蚀电流密度1.93×10^(-12)A/cm^(2),极化电阻为2.97×10^(10)Ω/cm^(2),总阻抗值为1.03×10^(10)Ω/cm^(2),保护效率为99.95%,在酸碱溶液96 h后仍旧保持超疏水性.本研究制备的超疏水涂层,具有优异的耐腐蚀性能、抗损坏能力和自清洁的功能.同时具有制备方法简单及价格较低等优点,其在超疏水自清洁纺织品、医疗器械及金属制品的抗菌及防腐蚀等方面具有广泛的应用前景. 展开更多

以自制的不同类型的单组分室温硫化硅橡胶为基础,考察了脱酸型、脱醇型、脱肟型、脱丙酮型硅橡胶在高温老化条件下的性能变化。结果表明,脱丙酮型硅橡胶在高温老化后,其力学性能最好,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率保持率最高。因此在脱丙酮型硅... 以自制的不同类型的单组分室温硫化硅橡胶为基础,考察了脱酸型、脱醇型、脱肟型、脱丙酮型硅橡胶在高温老化条件下的性能变化。结果表明,脱丙酮型硅橡胶在高温老化后,其力学性能最好,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率保持率最高。因此在脱丙酮型硅橡胶基础上,考察生胶黏度及结构、白炭黑、耐热助剂等对单组分脱丙酮型室温硫化硅橡胶耐高温性能的影响。结果表明:单组分脱丙酮型室温硫化硅橡胶在200℃高温老化时,主要是侧链发生氧化反应;在300℃高温老化时,主要发生的是主链降解反应。低黏度生胶和侧基为低含量的苯基时,对硅橡胶耐高温性能有利;采用硅氮烷处理的气相法白炭黑作为补强填料时,硅橡胶耐高温性能较好;氧化铁红、氧化铈、氧化钛对硅橡胶耐高温性有小幅度的提高,而二氧化钛与氧化铁红复配使用时,因其协同作用,大幅度提高了硅橡胶的耐高温性能。在300℃×2 h老化后,硅橡胶的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率都保持在90%以上。 展开更多

采用流延成膜法,通过向聚乳酸(PLA)体系中添加无机抗菌剂纳米二氧化钛(nano-TiO2)共混制备得到PLA/nano-TiO2复合膜。为研究nano-TiO2的含量对PLA膜的性能的影响,测定了纯PLA膜及不同质量分数的PLA/nano-TiO2复合膜的密度、色度、溶解... 采用流延成膜法,通过向聚乳酸(PLA)体系中添加无机抗菌剂纳米二氧化钛(nano-TiO2)共混制备得到PLA/nano-TiO2复合膜。为研究nano-TiO2的含量对PLA膜的性能的影响,测定了纯PLA膜及不同质量分数的PLA/nano-TiO2复合膜的密度、色度、溶解率、力学性能、抗菌性能、水蒸气透过量等性能指标,并通过傅里叶红外光谱分析了其官能团变化,对比研究其实际应用价值。结果表明,由于nano-TiO2的加入,复合膜的密度、溶解率、拉伸强度均有一定降低,但色度、抗菌性能、水蒸气透过量及断裂伸长率都呈明显升高趋势。当nano-TiO2质量分数为1%时,透湿性最低为纯PLA膜的(132.1±10.0)%。PLA/3%nano-TiO2复合膜的抗菌性最佳,其对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈直径大小分别是(4.86±0.50)mm和(5.98±0.77)mm。PLA/2%nano-TiO2复合膜的色度达到最大值7.52±1.05,是纯PLA膜的(306.5±30.8)%。PLA/4%nano-TiO2复合膜有最高的断裂伸长率为(62.7±5.70)%。综合来看,PLA/2%nano-TiO2复合膜具有最佳的性能参数。将PLA与nano-TiO2复合,可以明显改善PLA膜的各方面性能,使其更有望用于食品包装领域。 展开更多

Diatomite-based porous ceramics were adopted as carriers to immobilize nano-TiO2 via a hydrolysis-deposition technique. The thermal degradation of as-prepared composites was investigated using thermogravimetric-differential thermal analysis, and the phase and microstructure were characterized by X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and transmission electron microscopy. The results indicated that the carriers were encapsulated by nano-TiO2 with a thickness of 300-450 nm. The main crystalline phase of TiO2 calcined at 650~C was anatase, and the average grain size was 8.3 nm. The FT-IR absorption bands at 955.38 cm1 suggested that new chemical bonds among Ti, O, and Si had formed in the composites. The photocatalytic (PC) activity of the composites was investigated un- der UV irradiation. Furthermore, the photodegradation kinetics of formaldehyde was investigated using the composites as the cores of an air cleaner. A kinetics study showed that the reaction rate constants of the gas-phase PC reaction of formaldehyde were k = 0.576 mg'm3·min^-1 and K = 0.048 m3/mg. 展开更多

A series of europium-doped titanium dioxide (TiO 2) fluorescent nano-material s prepared by sol-gel method is presented. The phase structure and crystalline sizes of TiO 2∶Eu, which is doped with different europium content and then he at-treated at different temperature, were investigated by XRD,TG,DTA and TEM. The results show that europium could be introduced into TiO 2 under high temper ature and it can suppress the structural phase transition from anatase to rutile and the crystal growth of TiO 2 in TiO 2∶Eu nano-materials. The fluorescenc e spectra were examined by fluorescence spectrophotometer, and the results show that the fluorescence intensity is the strongest when europium content is 2.68%( mole fraction) and the heat-treated temperature is 700 ℃. From the measurement results of the fluorescence lifetimes, it can be seen that the fluorescence lifetime c ould be prolonged when europium is incorporated in TiO 2. 展开更多

将纳米二氧化钛(Nano-TiO2)经过改性处理之后,按照不同的比例添加至低密度聚乙烯(PE-LD)树脂中混合造粒、流延制备改性薄膜,并以聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)薄膜为外层薄膜进行复合,最终得到高阻隔性改性抑菌薄膜。对薄膜的力学、抗菌及... 将纳米二氧化钛(Nano-TiO2)经过改性处理之后,按照不同的比例添加至低密度聚乙烯(PE-LD)树脂中混合造粒、流延制备改性薄膜,并以聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)薄膜为外层薄膜进行复合,最终得到高阻隔性改性抑菌薄膜。对薄膜的力学、抗菌及光学性能进行测试。结果表明,随着Nano-TiO2添加比例的递增,薄膜的力学性能和抗菌性能增强,而光学性能下降;其中,当Nano-TiO2以2.5%的比例添加至树脂中制备得到薄膜的抗张强度和雾度较大,而伸长率和透光率较小,但其阻气性、阻水性及抗菌效果较好,可以应用于食品的抗菌包装。 展开更多

In the present work, composites of poly (methyl methacrylate)/titanium oxide nanoparticles (100/0, 97.5/2.5, 95/5, 92.5/7.5, 90/10 and 0/100 wt/wt%)were prepared to be used as bioequivalent materials according to their importance broad practical and medical applications. Thermal properties as well as X-ray diffraction analyses were employed to characterize the structure properties of such composite. The obtained results showed variations in the glass transition temperature (Tg), the melting temperature (Tm), shape and area of thermal peaks which were attributed to the different degrees of crystallinity and the existence of interactions between PMMA and TiO2 nanoparticle molecules. The XRD patterns showed sharpening of peaks at different concentrations of nano-TiO2 powder with PMMA. This indicated changes in the crystallinity/amorphosity ratio, and also suggested that the miscibility between the amorphous components of homo- polymers PMMA and nano-TiO2 powder is possible.The results showed that nano-TiO2 powder mix with PMMA can improve the thermal stability of the homo-polymer under investigation, lead- ing to interesting technological applications. 展开更多

The two-step nano-scale self-assembly technique and the framework structure mechanism for forming mesoporous supports were employed for preparing Al2O3-TiO2 complex supports with large pore volume that were applied for manufacturing the resid hydrotreating catalysts. The influence of different TiO2 contents and calcination temperatures on specific surface area, pore volume and pore size distribution of complex supports was studied. TEM and SEM were employed to characterize the Al2O3-TiO2 complex supports. Test results revealed that the specific surface area of Al2O3-TiO2 complex supports was the largest at a TiO2 mass fraction of 20%, and when the calcination temperature was in the range between 300 ℃ to 700 ℃, the pore distribution of the complex support was stable. Characterization of the complex support by TEM and SEM demonstrated that TiO2 was homo- geneously distributed in the complex support, which was in favor of carrying active components. The Al2O3-TiO2 complex supports can function as the best catalyst support for resid hydrotreating catalysts. 展开更多
