An improving energy efficiency cooperation algorithm based on Nash bargaining solution in selfish user cooperative networks

A bandwidth-exchange cooperation algorithm based on the Nash bargaining solution (NBS) is proposed to encourage the selfish users to participate with more cooperation so as to improve the users' energy efficiency. ... A bandwidth-exchange cooperation algorithm based on the Nash bargaining solution (NBS) is proposed to encourage the selfish users to participate with more cooperation so as to improve the users' energy efficiency. As a result, two key problems, i.e. , when to cooperate and how to cooperate, are solved. For the first problem, a proposed cooperation condition that can decide when to cooperate and guarantee users' energy efficiency achieved through cooperation is not lower than that achieved without cooperation. For the second problem, the cooperation bandwidth allocations (CBAs) based on the NBS solve the problem how to cooperate when cooperation takes place. Simulation results show that, as the modulation order of quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM) increases, the cooperation between both users only occurs with a large signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). Meanwhile, the energy efficiency decreases as the modulation order increases. Despite all this, the proposed algorithm can obviously improve the energy efficiency measured in bits-per-Joule compared with non-cooperation. 展开更多

The multi-user symmetric cooperation model and the relay selection algorithm are proposed. Then, the time slot allocation problem is cast into a bargaining problem, and the optimal time slot allocation solution is obtained by Nash bargaining solution (NBS). Moreover, we also consider the implementations of the cooperation strategy, i.e., the grouping and admission control algorithm. Simulation results show that users can obtain larger rates under the symmetric cooperation strategy than the non-cooperative case. 展开更多

In this paper,we propose a cooperative spectrum sharing strategy based on the Nash bargaining solution.Specifically,the primary system leases a fraction of its transmission time to the secondary system in exchange for cooperation to improve its transmission performance.To gain access to the spectrum of the primary system,the secondary system needs to split a fraction of its transmission bandwidth to help to forward the primary signal.As a reward,the secondary system can use the remaining bandwidth to transmit its own signal.We find a unique solution for this time and bandwidth allocation using the Nash bargaining solution.Simulation results demonstrate that the performance of the primary and secondary systems can both be improved by the proposed spectrum sharing strategy. 展开更多

These solutions contain Fan's, Xie's and Yan's results and other new types of analytical solutions, such as rational function solutions and periodic solutions. Based upon the theory of the nonlinear quadric two-person nonzero-sum differential game,the fact that the time-limited mixed H2/H∞ control problem can be turned into the problem of solving the state feedback Nash balance point is mentioned. Upon this,a theorem about the solution of the state feedback control is given,the Lyapunov stabilization of the nonlinear system under this control is proved,too. At the same time,this solution is used to design the nonlinear H2/H∞ guidance law of the relative motion between the missile and the target in three-dimensional(3D) space. By solving two coupled Hamilton-Jacobi partial differential inequalities(HJPDI),a control with more robust stabilities and more robust performances is obtained. With different H∞ performance indexes,the correlative weighting factors of the control are analytically designed. At last,simulations under different robust performance indexes and under different initial conditions and under the cases of intercepting different maneuvering targets are carried out. In the presented work,the results are provided of examining the properties of a pore solution during the process of cement paste hardening.Based on the experimental data of W.P.Halperin et al,the evolution of the mass balance of structured physical water is analyzed as a combination of interactions of capillary,gel,and other components.The formation and development have been studied of the pore solution viscosity.The comparison of the reported dependences of the water viscosity on the size of the pores with the experimentally determined values of the pores’radius has allowed estimating the rise of avid the pore solution viscosity in the process of hardening of cement paste.The separation of the structured pore solution’s viscosity into capillary and gel components allows for a quantitative and qualitative consideration of the cement paste hardening as the process of forming a macrocapillary matrix,inside which a microporous structure is formed of the cement gel. 展开更多

By using this method abundant travelling wave so- lutions with arbitrary parameters of the Zakharov equations are successfully obtained.
