Research on the Ecological Wisdom of Traditional Dwellings of the Liangshan Yi Nationality Based on Regional Climate

As a typical building with ethnic and regional characteristics in southwest Chi-na, its construction skills contain rich local ecological wisdom. The detailed analysis of the climatic and geomorphological features of the Liangshan Yi nationality area shows that the thermal mass effect is the first choice for the passive adjustment strategy of residential dwellings. This study focuses on the typical representatives of traditional dwellings in Meigu County, analyzing the wisdom of ecological construction to improve the thermal mass effects of res-idential buildings at the macro (village), moderate (courtyard), and micro (building unit) levels. Based on this analysis, the study summarizes the “genetic factor library” of the ecological construction mode of traditional Yi residential dwellings. Finally, the measured data of the residential thermal environment and the simulation data of Ecotect software are used to study and judge the logic behind its ecological construction wisdom. The results show that the tradi-tional dwellings of the Yi nationality in Liangshan have six aspects of local en-vironmental knowledge to improve the thermal mass effects performance of buildings. The winter thermal environment of the house is comfortable, and the heat is sufficient;Rammed earth materials in residential buildings have more potent, powerful, and robust thermal mass effects performance than stone slabs and wooden boards.

Study on the Relationship between 5-HttLPR Gene and BDNF Gene Polymorphism and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder in Li and Han Nationality of Hainan Province

Objective: To investigate the correlation between 5-HTTLPR (5-and serotonin transporter linked polymer region) gene polymorphism and BDNF (brain derived neural factor) gene polymorphism and PTSD (post traumatic stress disorders) in Li and Han nationalities in Hainan Province. Methods: 167 Hainan Li PTSD patients, 141 Hainan Han PTSD patients and 158 healthy volunteers (control group) were investigated by ETI, caps, Toh, WCST, TMT and WAIS-RC. The polymorphisms of rs6265 locus of 5-HTTLPR and BDNF genes were detected by PCR (polymerase chain reaction) and page (polycylamide gel electrophoresis), and the correlation with PTSD was analyzed. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of PTSD. Results: The ETI score, total PTSD score and TMT time of Li PTSD patients were significantly higher than those of Han PTSD patients (P < 0.01). The comprehension, picture filling, picture arrangement, operation IQ and total IQ of WAIS-RC were significantly lower than those of Han PTSD patients (P < 0.01);The numbers of errors, TMT and Toh in WCST were significantly lower than those in Han PTSD patients (P < 0.01). There was no significant difference in the distribution of 5-HTTLPR genotype and allele between Li PTSD patients and control group (P > 0.05). SS genotype of 5-HTTLPR and (GA + AA) genotype of rs6265 locus may increase the risk of PTSD in Hainan Han population. AA and GA + AA genotypes at rs6265 locus may increase the risk of PTSD in Li population (P < 0.05). Among Li PTSD patients, the ETI score, PTSD total score, TMT time, Toh planning time and execution time of AA genotype at rs6265 locus were significantly higher than those of GG genotype;the total scores of comprehension and operation IQ, and Toh in WAIS-RC were significantly lower than those in GG genotype (P < 0.05). Among Han PTSD patients, the ETI score, PTSD total score and TMT time of SS genotype of 5-HTTLPR were significantly higher than those of LL genotype, and the comprehension, arithmetic and block diagram in WAIS-RC were significantly lower than those of LL genotype;The ETI score, PTSD total score and TMT time of patients with (GA + AA) genotype at rs6265 locus were also significantly higher than those of patients with GG genotype. The comprehension and block diagram in WAIS-RC were significantly lower than those of patients with GG genotype. The number of WCST errors in patients with AA genotype was significantly higher than those of patients with GG genotype, and the operational IQ in WAIS-RC was significantly lower than those of patients with GG genotype (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The LL genotype of 5-HTTLPR and the GG genotype of rs6265 locus are related to PTSD of Li and Han nationalities in Hainan, which are important protective factors for PTSD of Li and Han nationalities in Hainan.

The Development of the Integration of She Nationality Culture and Tourism in Fujian

The She nationality has formed its unique cultural system in the long historical development,and has rich cultural and folk heritage.Fujian is the main settlement of population of She nationality in China.Through data collection,investigation and visit,taking 18 villages of She nationality in Fujian Province as empirical objects,starting with the current situation of tourism development of She nationality township,and based on the research of relevant documents,this study analyzed the current situation of tourism development of She nationality in Fujian Province,the current situation and existing problems of the integration of tourism and She nationality culture.The analysis showed that the development of the indication of the integration of She nationality culture and tourism in Fujian was not obvious at present.It is necessary to do a good job in the protection and inheritance of original ecological culture of She nationality,and actively promote the innovation development of the integration of culture and tourism.

Association of Gghrelin Polymorphisms with Metabolic Syndrome in Han Nationality Chinese

Objective To investigate the association of ghrelin gene polymorphisms with metabolic syndrome in Han Nationality Chinese. Methods A total of 240 patients with metabolic syndrome and 427 adults aged above forty years were recruited. Genotypes were determined by polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis. Results The allelic frequency of the Leu72Met polymorphism was 17.3% in the patient group and 11.9% in the control group （x^2=7.36, P=0.007）. Metabolic syndrome was more prevalent among carriers of the Met72 variant （43.8 vs 33.1%, age- and sex-adjusted odds ratio=1.57, P=0.01）. No Arg51Gln variants were found in our study subjects. Conclusion Rather than being associated with its individual components, Leu72Met polymorphism is associated with metabolic syndrome in the Han Nationality Chinese. Arg51Gln polymorphism is rare in the Han Nationality Chinese.

Survey on Settlement Forms of Ethnic Groups in Mountainous Regions—A Case Study of Ancient Village of Gelao Nationality in Wuchuan

Taking ancient village of Gelao Nationality in Wuchuan for example,theories of settlement geography were used to analyze settlement landscapes of ethnic groups with cultural peculiarity in certain regions from the perspectives of geographical and humanistic environment,distribution form,internal structure and settlement characteristics. Regional and national cultural characteristics were demonstrated to promote the inheritance,promotion and protection of such old and traditional civilization in terms of landscape,and provide valuable references for relevant researches.

Tropical and Subtropical Urban Landscape Plant Cultivation in Southwest China—A Case Study of Honghe Hani and Yi Nationality Autonomous Prefecture

By studying current seedling production in Honghe Hani and Yi Nationality Autonomous Prefecture, tropical and subtropical urban landscape plant production in southwest China was analyzed. Local nurseries total 6.40 km 2 , accounting for 5.1% of total constructed land area in the prefecture, and only 0.02% of the total land area in the prefecture. Application of local plant species in landscape engineering and green coverage ratio lags far behind the indexes of Chinese livable city and indexes of relieving urban heat island effect. By making proper policies and measures, seedling production can be promoted, rare and endanged wild plant species should be fully used to construct garden city, control PM2.5 and protect the living environment.

Effects of Medicated Bamboo Cupping Therapy of Zhuang Nationality Medicine on Long-term Efficacy and Quality of Life in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia with Stagnation of Liver Qi and Spleen Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:To investigate the effect of medicated bamboo cupping therapy of Zhuang nationality medicine on long-term efficacy and quality of life in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with stagnation of liver Qi and spleen deficiency syndrome,and to provide a new,effective and easy to promote treatment method for functional dyspepsia.Methods:A total of 150 cases of functional dyspepsia treated in our hospital from March 2014 to October 2015 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into the treatment group(medicated bamboo cupping therapy),the control A group(Omeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets+Domperidone Tablets)and the control B group(acupuncture),50 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,the gastric electrical index,the recurrence rate and the quality of life were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control A group and the control B group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the main frequency and electrical amplitude in each group was significantly improved,and the rhythm disorder coefficient was significantly reduced(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control A group and the control B group,the difference of rhythm disturbance coefficient in the treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control A group and the control B group at 1 month,3 months and 6 months after drug discontinuance,with no significant difference(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,scores of each physiological function after treatment had no significant change(P>0.05),and the scores of physiological function,body pain,general health,vitality,social function,emotional function and mental health were significantly improved(P<0.05).The comparison of scores in each group had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The medicated bamboo cupping therapy of Zhuang nationality medicine on functional dyspepsia with stagnation of liver Qi and spleen deficiency syndrome can significantly improve clinical efficiency,and reduce the coefficient of rhythm.The long-term recurrence rate is low,and the quality of life is significantly improved.It is a convenient and effective treatment,which is worthy of promotion.

The Poverty Alleviation Model for Poor Nationalities in the Mountainous Areas of Western China: A Case Study of “Promotion for the Entire Lisu Nationality” in Naimu Danxia Village Group

In poor minority areas, poor living conditions, single industrial structure and weak public basic services often lead to a deep degree of poverty. This is the most difficult problem to solve in the fight against poverty. Yunlong Township, Luquan Yi and Miao Autonomous County, which is located in the alpine canyon area of Jinsha River in China, is a semi-closed agricultural township integrating "nationality, mountain area, poverty and backwardness". Located in the Xinshan Village Committee of this township, Naimu Danxia village group is a typical Lisu settlement. It is a key village group with a deep degree of poverty, and the incidence of poverty is 17.00%. In recent years, Naimu Danxia village group has adhered to the direction of unified promotion, internal and external blood creation and resource integration in the poverty alleviation work of the Lisu nationality in Luquan County. It has successfully taken a road of national unity, self-reliance and common poverty alleviation, and formed a unique poverty alleviation model of "promotion for the entire nationality". At the end of 2018, the incidence of poverty dropped to 0, successfully building a "demonstration village of national unity" at the municipal level in Kunming. Based on the field research and interviews, this paper analyzes and summarizes the specific methods, main achievements, practical experience and popularization and application measures regarding the poverty alleviation model of "promotion for the entire Lisu nationality" in the village group. It tries to provide necessary reference for accurate poverty alleviation and poverty eradication in similar minority areas in Yunnan Province and other provinces.

α-Glucosidase inhibitive diarylheptanoids from Ottelia acuminata var.acuminata,a traditional vegetable of Bai Nationality in Yunnan

Diabetes is an urgent health issue characterized by ethnic and regional variations,and is inseparable from the differ-ent dietary habits.It is worthy to note that the incidence of diabetes in Bai nationality has been reported to be much lower than Han in China.As a daily vegetable of Bai,the phytochemical and antidiabetic study of Ottelia acuminata var.acuminata had not been carried out.In this study,41 metabolites with diverse diarylheptanoid(six new ones,Otteacumienes A-F),flavone,sesquiterpenoid,coumarin,lignan,polyacetylene,and alkaloid skeletons were charac-terized from O.acuminata var.acuminata.Among them,the racemic nature of 3 was characterized by chiral resolution and calculated ECD methods.The biological study revealed diarylheptanoids showed significantα-glucosidase inhibi-tory activities with 5 as the most effective one(60-fold stronger than acarbose).Molecular docking studies indicated that these structures have different binding cavities with acarbose.This study demonstrated that O.acuminata var.acuminata might correlated with the low incidence diabetes of Bai and the diarylheptanoids may have potential therapeutic value for diabetes mellitus.

Establishment of Costume Design Database Based on Image Resources in Daur Nationality

Through collecting, summarizing and effectively classifying the image resources in Daur nationality,and applying the theories and methods of costume design,ethnology and computer science,it investigates into the retrieval method and indicator system of images resources in Daur nationality in the context of digitalization. The preliminarily established application model of Daur costume design database can search out all qualified image resources from the database quickly according to the prerequisites given by users so that they can obtain information promptly. In particular,costume designers can get inspirations of creation and enlightenment on their creative thinking. Therefore,the effective integration of art and scientific researches can be realized.

Key Artificial Cultivation Technique by the Naxi Nationality for Dioscorea bulbifera:A Traditional Medicinal and Edible Plant

Dioscorea bulbifera is a medicinal and edible plant of the Naxi nationality living in Lijiang area,and its tuber as a vegetable has the functions of clearing away heat and detoxification,and its bulbil has the functions of clearing away heat and resolving phlegm,relieving cough and relieving asthma,dispersing the accumulation of evils and detoxification,etc.Related studies have shown that it mainly contains steroids,diterpene lactones,flavonoids,polyphenols,alkaloids and so on,and it can also fight cancer,inhibit bacteria,relieve pain,resist inflammation and so on.There is also related literature about hepatotoxicity after taking it.The key technique of traditional vegetable cultivation in Lijiang area is systematically summarized in this paper for reference in the future cultivation process.

Relation between hepatitis B virus genotypes and gene mutation of basic core promoter in Li nationality

Objective：To investigate the relation between hepatitis B virus（HBV） genotypes and the double mutation of A-to-T nucleotide（nt） 1762 and G-to-A nt 1764 in basic core promoter（BCP T1762/A1764） in patients of the Li nationality. Methods：Subjects were 125 HBV DNA positive patients that belong to the Li nationality on Hainan Island. HBV DNA genotype was determined by real time fluorimetry polymerase chain reaction. BCP T1762/A1764 mutation was performed using the direct sequencing method. Results：The prevalence rates of genotype B, genotype C, genotype D, genotype C and D mixed infection（genotype C＋D） and genotype B and D mixed infection （genotype B ＋C） were 31.20%, 53.60%, 12.00%, 2.40% and 0.80% respectively. Mutation frequencies in patients infected with HBV genotype C（58.21%） were significantly higher than in those infected with other genotypes （P 〈 0.01 ）. The serum viral load of the patients with genotype C（5.74_＋ 1.21） was also higher than that of those with genotype B（P 〈0.01）. Conclusion：The major genotypes in the Li nationality were genotype C and genotype B. The infection of genotype D and mixed infection also occurred in the Li nationality. Genotype C HBV has a higher replication rate, and the different degrees of pathogenecity among HBV genotypes may be related to BCP T1762/ A1764 mutation frequency.

Cultural Inheritance of Miao Nationality in Western Hubei under the Background of Beautiful Countryside Construction

Miao nationality is an ancient minority with rich culture and long history,especially for its handicraft art.The Miao nationality migrated to western Hubei still retain their own cultural customs and has also experienced the integration of Tujia nationality and Han nationality,with high research and inheritance value.Based on the policy guidance of beautiful countryside construction and all-for-one tourism transformation,combined with the theory of local landscape design,the ways to revitalize the economy and inherit the culture of traditional villages of ethnic minorities in western Hubei are explored,so as to provide the reference for construction and development of traditional villages in other regions.

Comparison on Detection Results of Pathogen Nucleic Acids for Bronchoalveolar Lavage Fluid of Lung Infection Infants Between Uighur Nationality and Han Nationality

Objective:To analyze the detection results of pathogen nucleic acids for bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)of lung infection infants from Uighur nationality and Han nationality.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on the 318 infants with lung infection who were admitted to the hospital from April 2018 to April 2019.According to their nationality,they were divided into Uighur nationality group(190 cases)and Han nationality group(128 cases).The BALF specimens were collected to test pathogen nucleic acid.The distribution and positive rates of[respiratory syncytial virus(RSV),adenovirus(ADV),influenza virus A(IFA),influenza virus B(IFB),parainfluenza virus type 1(PIV I),parainfluenza virus type 2(PIV II),parainfluenza virus type 3(PIV III)],bacteria(Streptococcus pneumoniae,Haemophilus influenzae,staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,klebsiella pneumoniae),Mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP)and Chlamydia pneumoniae(CP)in both groups were observed and compared.Results:The virus detection for RSV,ADV and PIV III were on the top three in BALF from the children in both groups.The total positive rate of virus examination in Uighur nationality group was higher than that in Han nationality group(P<0.05).BALF in both groups was mainly on Streptococcus pneumoniae.The total positive rate of bacteria,MP and detection rate of chlamydia were higher in Uighur nationality group were higher than those in Han nationality group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The pathogen nucleic acid examination for bronchoalveolar lavage fluid in infants with lung viral infection is in the majority,mainly on RSV virus infection.The positive rates of virus,bacteria,MP and CP of children in Uighur nationality are high than those in Han nationality.

The Influence of Miao Nationality’s Culture in Yuan Xiang Region on the Later Poetry Creation of Qu Yuan

Miao culture is one of the minority cultures in China.It also has a certain impact on the development of Chinese literature and poetry.Chu ci is a new poetic style created by Qu Yuan,an ancient poet in China.It is the first collection of romantic poetry in the history of Chinese literature.Qu Yuan’s poetry creation is related to his life experience.Qu Yuan was exiled to Yuan Xiang region,and he had been in contact with the Miao ancestors in Yuan Xiang area during the exile.Therefore,the Miao land culture in Yuan Xiang area has a profound influence on Qu Yuan’s later poetry creation.This paper,taking Qu Yuan’s later poetry as an example,analyzes the influence of Miao culture on Chu ci in Yuan Xiang area,introduces Qu Yuan’s life and how to contact Miao culture,and probes into the influence of Miao nationality’s religious thought,customs,language and culture,oral folk song and pan song on the later poetry creation of Qu Yuan.
