Data on discrete,isolated attributes of the marine economy are often used in traditional marine economic research.However,as the focus of urban research shifts from internal static attributes to external dynamic linka...Data on discrete,isolated attributes of the marine economy are often used in traditional marine economic research.However,as the focus of urban research shifts from internal static attributes to external dynamic linkages,the importance of marine economic net-work research is beginning to emerge.The construction of the marine economic network in China’s coastal areas is necessary to change the flow of land and sea resources and optimize regional marine economic development.Employing data from headquarters and branches of sea-related A-share listed enterprises to construct the marine economic network in China,we use social network analysis(SNA)to discuss the characteristics of its evolution as of 2010,2015,and 2020 and its governance.The following results were obtained.1)In terms of topological characteristics,the scale of the marine economic network in China’s coastal areas has accelerated and expan-ded,and the connections have become increasingly close;thus,this development has complex network characteristics.2)In terms of spatial structure,the intensity of the connection fluctuates and does not form stable development support;the group structure gradually becomes clear,but the overall pattern is fragmented;there are spatial differences in marine economic agglomeration radiation;the radi-ation effect of the eastern marine economic circle is obvious;and the polarization effect of northern and southern marine economic circles is significant.On this basis,we construct a framework for the governance of a marine economic network with the market,the government,and industry as the three governing bodies.By clarifying the driving factors and building objectives of marine economic network construction,this study aims to foster the high-quality development of China’s marine economy.展开更多
Mill vibration is a common problem in rolling production,which directly affects the thickness accuracy of the strip and may even lead to strip fracture accidents in serious cases.The existing vibration prediction mode...Mill vibration is a common problem in rolling production,which directly affects the thickness accuracy of the strip and may even lead to strip fracture accidents in serious cases.The existing vibration prediction models do not consider the features contained in the data,resulting in limited improvement of model accuracy.To address these challenges,this paper proposes a multi-dimensional multi-modal cold rolling vibration time series prediction model(MDMMVPM)based on the deep fusion of multi-level networks.In the model,the long-term and short-term modal features of multi-dimensional data are considered,and the appropriate prediction algorithms are selected for different data features.Based on the established prediction model,the effects of tension and rolling force on mill vibration are analyzed.Taking the 5th stand of a cold mill in a steel mill as the research object,the innovative model is applied to predict the mill vibration for the first time.The experimental results show that the correlation coefficient(R^(2))of the model proposed in this paper is 92.5%,and the root-mean-square error(RMSE)is 0.0011,which significantly improves the modeling accuracy compared with the existing models.The proposed model is also suitable for the hot rolling process,which provides a new method for the prediction of strip rolling vibration.展开更多

Based on the patent information services platform, we obtain invention patent data for the electronic information industry in Liaoning from 1985 to 2015. This paper analyzes the cooperative innovation network structure, its spatiotemporal evolution and the triple helix relationship of government-industry-university(GIU) by using the social network analysis method and the triple helix theory as well as UCINet, ArcGIS and NetDraw. The empirical results show that: 1) the number of the subjects of the electronic information industry GIU cooperative innovation network in Liaoning demonstrates a gradual increase from 1985 to 2015, with the same trend in concentration. In terms of its subject and its centrality, the universities have a higher position, and the industries have a lower position,while the status of the government is still unclear. 2) The cooperative innovation network presents a core-periphery structure, and the polarization effect of innovation subjects tends to be obvious. There is certain distance-decay regularity in the cooperative innovation network, and a strong geographical proximity to cooperative innovation. 3) The compactness shows a downward trend as a whole. In terms of the extent of participation, the industries are better than the government but worse than the universities. The conservation of city green space includes a sound plan of green space and the non-statutory parks and green open space, which are open spaces of both public and private land to be greened, they both become the basis for constructing an ecological green network of great city environment. To manipulate cross-sectoral integration, the city greening practice performs effective implementation. The main objective of an approach is to perform the governance indices of green spaces by expert questionnaire and then draft the greening strategies for Taipei city to improve the green landscape and the quality of city environment. The research draws on the green infrastructure and green ecological network system, analyzes the green ecological resources and the characteristic and structure of city spaces in Taipei city, in the meanwhile, learns the domestic and international experiences of greening development. Given the new complexity of the social housing issue and the considered limits of the network governance, this work aims at looking for a possible different theoretical framework able to give different tools to simplify decision making processes without any alteration of any basic decisional element. The contribution given by this work is the proposition of what has been called "fluent governance" as a framework of decision making able to represent the whole spectrum of interventions in the process, also taking into account aspects not captured by standard models. The global Internet is composed of more than 70,000 autonomous domain networks interconnected through the Border Gateway Protocol(BGP).Studying the ecological evolution of BGP network is of great significance for anal...The global Internet is composed of more than 70,000 autonomous domain networks interconnected through the Border Gateway Protocol(BGP).Studying the ecological evolution of BGP network is of great significance for analyzing the evolution trend of the global Internet.This paper focuses on the evolution of Country-Level BGP network ecosystems in 24 years,and innovatively studies the relationship between Country-Level BGP network and economy,breaking through the limitations of traditional research that only focuses on BGP network.The results revealed that the number of global BGP networks has increased by nearly 23 times and that network interconnection has increased nearly 80 times over in 24 years.It was found that the growth of the global BGP network ecosystem has slowed overall due to major global security events,although the BGP network ecosystem in some Southeast Asian countries is developing against the trend.At the same time,there is a significant positive correlation between the BGP network ecology and the national economy in the time dimension;there is a strong positive correlation in the spatial dimension,but the trend is weakening year by year.展开更多

On the basis of identifying the key variables in the process of public opinion communication, DEMATEL-ISM model is used to explore the attribute positioning, relative importance level and hierarchical association mechanism of ante-variable and result variable, and then the governance strategies for fragment disordering public opinion in network circle groups of college students is designed. According to the study, exogenous stimuli, the uniqueness of discourse system, the number of spectacular texts and micro-narrative mode constituted the deep-rooted causes of fragment disordering public opinion. The unique situational and information attributes of network circle groups often become an important “booster” of disordered public opinion. The topic deviation is often accompanied with the formation of negative emotions. The corresponding public opinion governance strategies are sought from the aspects of shaping the network environment, adjusting the operation mechanism of the network circle group, improving the efficiency of using fragmented information, and optimizing the human resources of colleges.展开更多
This paper reconsiders the roles of China and some developed countries in the network of carbon emission transfers via international trade in value added from a new perspective of network governance.Network search int...This paper reconsiders the roles of China and some developed countries in the network of carbon emission transfers via international trade in value added from a new perspective of network governance.Network search intensity(NSI)and the extended gravity model are used with cross-country panel data to analyze the mechanism of China's engagement in network governance of carbon emission transfers.The results show that from 2000 to 2009,China was a net exporter of carbon emissions,even though it shifted from the semi-periphery to the core in the network of carbon emissions embodied in imports.Meanwhile,NSI had a significant positive impact on carbon emissions embodied in exports.Given China's important role in the global production network and division of labor,NSI may also affect industrial structure and the quality of the ecological environment to a large extent.This study analyses the network governance mechanism of China's participation in global carbon transfers.The results suggest that the technical complexity of export products and product heterogeneity do not change the positive impact of NSI on carbon emissions.展开更多

文摘Grassland resource governance is an important part of ecological civilization construction,and it directly af‐fects grassland governance performance.This study deploys principal-agent theory and uses social network analysis to compare grassland resource governance modes in China in terms of institutional settings and insti‐tutional network characteristics.This study found three types of grassland resource governance modes:self-designed,docked,and integrated.The self-designed mode forms a network structure with dual centers and multiple members,and has the second-best structural mode of the three types.The docked mode forms a net‐work structure with a single center in which the institution is the absolute core and is relatively divergent.It has the weakest structural advantage of the three types.The integrated mode forms a network structure with a single institution at the core and other institutions distributed evenly throughout the structure.This mode has the strongest structural advantage among the three types.This study offers the practical application of improv‐ing the practice of grassland governance in China and is theoretically significant because it can contribute to improving grassland governance modes and enriching the public goods resources governance.
文摘There is a substantial significance to construct city green spaces for improvement of the city environment and ecological function. The conservation of city green space includes a sound plan of green space and the non-statutory parks and green open space, which are open spaces of both public and private land to be greened, they both become the basis for constructing an ecological green network of great city environment. To manipulate cross-sectoral integration, the city greening practice performs effective implementation. The main objective of an approach is to perform the governance indices of green spaces by expert questionnaire and then draft the greening strategies for Taipei city to improve the green landscape and the quality of city environment. The research draws on the green infrastructure and green ecological network system, analyzes the green ecological resources and the characteristic and structure of city spaces in Taipei city, in the meanwhile, learns the domestic and international experiences of greening development. By means of city green space of activation transformation and program of action under greening performance, Taipei city promotes the green image and the quality of city environment and green city landscape.

文摘Network governance, widely used as theoretical model in investigations on social housing, is not free from critiques, first of all, for the fact that it has a uni-directionality of bottom-up processes, when oriented to public deliberation, or top-down when decision-makers are technical experts at the political level. Given the new complexity of the social housing issue and the considered limits of the network governance, this work aims at looking for a possible different theoretical framework able to give different tools to simplify decision making processes without any alteration of any basic decisional element. The contribution given by this work is the proposition of what has been called "fluent governance" as a framework of decision making able to represent the whole spectrum of interventions in the process, also taking into account aspects not captured by standard models. The paper reports an experimentation of the proposed model conducted in Italy in the field of renovating social housing policy.
文摘The aim of this work is to investigate the general functional properties of the intracellular governing gene/epigene networks. A body of mathematics used in automata and graphs theories is adequate for revealing the general dynamic properties of governing gene and epigene networks and provides a methodic basis for efficient analytical algorithms. The obtained results permit to reveal the properties of the characteristic function (transitions and outputs) of the cellular automata as models for the intracellular governing gene/epigene networks.

文摘The emergence of government microblog not only widens the channels for the people to participate in politics,but also is of great significance for the government to understand public opinion and promote the process of political democratization.In recent years,the frequency of network language in Chinese government microblog has gradually increased.Taking the“Beijing release”official microblog as an example,this paper discusses the characteristics of network language,and puts forward some suggestions on the use of network language in government microblog:in terms of syllables,network language below three syllables should be selected to meet the requirements of short length of government microblog;In terms of part of speech,network terms such as nouns,verbs and adjectives can express emotional attitude and value judgment;In terms of emotion and style,emotional attitude forms such as intimacy,love and respect are selected.In addition,the norms of network language in government microblog can not be generalized.We should not only pay attention to the expression effect,but also set foot in multiple disciplines and fields.
文摘The global Internet is composed of more than 70,000 autonomous domain networks interconnected through the Border Gateway Protocol(BGP).Studying the ecological evolution of BGP network is of great significance for analyzing the evolution trend of the global Internet.This paper focuses on the evolution of Country-Level BGP network ecosystems in 24 years,and innovatively studies the relationship between Country-Level BGP network and economy,breaking through the limitations of traditional research that only focuses on BGP network.The results revealed that the number of global BGP networks has increased by nearly 23 times and that network interconnection has increased nearly 80 times over in 24 years.It was found that the growth of the global BGP network ecosystem has slowed overall due to major global security events,although the BGP network ecosystem in some Southeast Asian countries is developing against the trend.At the same time,there is a significant positive correlation between the BGP network ecology and the national economy in the time dimension;there is a strong positive correlation in the spatial dimension,but the trend is weakening year by year.
文摘Clarifying the evolution structure of public opinion induced and spread by fragmentation in college students’ network circle group is the key to understanding college students’ online social psychological demands, grasping the development trend of public opinion, and designing targeted public opinion governance strategies. On the basis of identifying the key variables in the process of public opinion communication, DEMATEL-ISM model is used to explore the attribute positioning, relative importance level and hierarchical association mechanism of ante-variable and result variable, and then the governance strategies for fragment disordering public opinion in network circle groups of college students is designed. According to the study, exogenous stimuli, the uniqueness of discourse system, the number of spectacular texts and micro-narrative mode constituted the deep-rooted causes of fragment disordering public opinion. The unique situational and information attributes of network circle groups often become an important “booster” of disordered public opinion. The topic deviation is often accompanied with the formation of negative emotions. The corresponding public opinion governance strategies are sought from the aspects of shaping the network environment, adjusting the operation mechanism of the network circle group, improving the efficiency of using fragmented information, and optimizing the human resources of colleges.

文摘This paper reconsiders the roles of China and some developed countries in the network of carbon emission transfers via international trade in value added from a new perspective of network governance.Network search intensity(NSI)and the extended gravity model are used with cross-country panel data to analyze the mechanism of China's engagement in network governance of carbon emission transfers.The results show that from 2000 to 2009,China was a net exporter of carbon emissions,even though it shifted from the semi-periphery to the core in the network of carbon emissions embodied in imports.Meanwhile,NSI had a significant positive impact on carbon emissions embodied in exports.Given China's important role in the global production network and division of labor,NSI may also affect industrial structure and the quality of the ecological environment to a large extent.This study analyses the network governance mechanism of China's participation in global carbon transfers.The results suggest that the technical complexity of export products and product heterogeneity do not change the positive impact of NSI on carbon emissions.

文摘Network Security Situation Awareness System YHSAS acquires,understands and displays the security factors which cause changes of network situation,and predicts the future development trend of these security factors.YHSAS is developed for national backbone network,large network operators,large enterprises and other large-scale network.This paper describes its architecture and key technologies:Network Security Oriented Total Factor Information Collection and High-Dimensional Vector Space Analysis,Knowledge Representation and Management of Super Large-Scale Network Security,Multi-Level,Multi-Granularity and Multi-Dimensional Network Security Index Construction Method,Multi-Mode and Multi-Granularity Network Security Situation Prediction Technology,and so on.The performance tests show that YHSAS has high real-time performance and accuracy in security situation analysis and trend prediction.The system meets the demands of analysis and prediction for large-scale network security situation.
