A Study on the Path of Promoting External Dissemination of Regional Culture with Translation Technology under the Background of New Quality Productivity

With the introduction of the concept of new quality productivity characterized by high technology,efficiency,and quality,various industries in China have ignited a high spirit of innovation and development.Against this background,this article analyzes the significance and current situation of the external dissemination of regional culture and combines the application of translation technology empowered by new quality productivity to explore a path suitable for the wider,more effective,and higher-quality external dissemination of regional culture.The aim is to provide practical experience for promoting the effective dissemination of regional culture in China to the world and better build a cultural power.

A Study on the Pedagogical Application of Chinese New Year Culture in International Chinese Language Education

Culture teaching is an inseparable part of International Chinese Language Education,and it has great significance in international Chinese language teaching.Students can enhance their interest in Chinese language learning and improve their learning effect through understanding the excellent traditional Chinese culture,at the same time,culture teaching can help to disseminate the Chinese culture and promote the development of a multicultural world.Taking the teaching of Chinese New Year culture as an example,we analyze the current teaching materials involving Chinese New Year culture with high popularity and acceptance,put forward effective teaching methods matching the feasibility of teaching Chinese New Year culture,and then present the specific teaching design of Chinese New Year culture,in order to provide references for the teaching of culture in International Chinese Language Education.

Influential Factors of Restorer of New Cytoplasmic Male Sterile(NER) on Anther Culture

Some influential factors of anther culture were studied preliminarily by conducting anther culture of the restorers of new cytoplasmic male sterile （NER）. Several results were obtain from this experiment and they were listed as follow：① MS cultrure medium with such hormones as 2,4-D 2 mg/L,6-BA 0.5 mg/L, NAA 0.5 mg/L was the best suitable for callus induction of NER. ②The difference of induction rate was significantly different between different plant age groups. From the 110th day to 141th day,the induction rate was increased with the increase of age and the difference of induction rate reached 0.01 significant difference level. The induction rate reached the highest value in the 141th day then it declined gradually. ③The combined use of 2, 4-D and 6-BA with proper increase of 2,4-D was good for inducing callus. ④The green plantlet induction rate of NER was increased when the concentration of 6-BA increased from 2 mg/L to 4 mg/L. Adding ZT from 0.5 mg/L to 2 mg/L. 6-BA would led 2.47% increase of green plantlet olantlet induction rate.

Pioneering Park is a theme park with the pioneering spirit as the subject, which successfully absorbs the artistic method of traditional natural garden layout and combines the modern landscape design concept with plant landscaping as the dominant part, utilizes the recreational environment integrating with national style and modern concept to represent the pioneering spirit of the age.

Establishment on Isolated Microspore Culture Optimized System for Restorer of New Cytoplasmic Male Sterile (NER) of Brassica napus L.

[Objective]The aim was to establish optimized system for NER isolated microspore culture of Brassica napus L.. [Method]Twenty varieties of NER of Brassica napus were grown under uncontrolled temperature and light conditions,and their isolated microspore from anthers were used as explants in vitro culture. The influencing factors of microspore culture were preliminarily studied. [Result]The difference of genotypes was important influencing factors to embryoid yield. The embryoid yield increased by supplementing with 6-BA and NAA,culturing in solid-liquid double layer medium with activated charcoal; The difference was not significant of embryoid yield between culturing in medium supplemented with colchicines and the CK. The rates of cotyledonous embryoids directly developed into normal plantlets increased through enriching with 0.1-0.2 mg/L NAA and being treated on slim illumination two days before being inducted into normal plantlets. [Conclusion]The technical system of microspore culture of restorer of new cytoplasmic male sterile （NER） was established,which and lays a foundation for accelerating genotype purification of NER introgressive line.

Study on New Rural Residential Construction and Residential Culture in Longnan Region of Gansu Province

Residential construction is the important part of new rural construction,also the great event relating to the living of the general farmers,but also the physical appearance of rural area.Taking advantage of the post-quake reconstruction and new rural construction,combining with the inheritance and development of traditional culture,the new rural construction should be the first to be launched,constructing applicable and beautiful residences with rich residential cultural connotation.Longnan Region is economically underdeveloped,but it is with a beautiful environment and the forest coverage rate is high.Therefore,the discussion and investigation on the residential style and culture in this district are of great significance to the construction of the ethnic,economic and beautiful residential construction mode during new residential construction in Longnan Region.Through the analysis of the economic situation,environmental condition of Longnan Region and the analysis of the structure,function,architectural composition and existing problems of the present residence,the author discussed the style and structure of the present residence.The author also studied the protection and inheritance of the residential culture in Longnan Region,emphasizing the inheritance and development of residential culture and gave new cultural connotation to the new rural residential construction.All these provided reference for the new rural construction and planning in this area.

Development and Utilization of Catering Culture and New Countryside Construction in Guizhou of China

The paper pointed out that catering cultural resources played an important role in vitalizing Guizhou,promoting rural tourism development,innovating characteristic mountainous economy,increasing villagers' income and constructing ecological civilization.It emphasized that development and utilization of catering resources could contribute to promotion of economic development and preservation of good ecology on condition that natural environment was not destroyed.Advantages and potentials for development and utilization of catering culture in Guizhou had been analyzed,which lied in diversified food production methods,abundant food materials,obvious regionality,colorful national catering cultures,green foods and so on.It proposed that Guizhou catering culture had gained attention of relevant departments currently and had been developed to a certain degree.Its development status was introduced in brief.On this basis,it put forward relevant strategies,emphasized depending on government's guidance,stimulating villagers' activity,rooting in the soil of Guizhou historical culture,paying attention to establishment and protection of native catering cultural brand,and doing well in sales promotion.

Isolation and diagnosis of Helicobacter pylori by a new method: Microcapillary culture

AIM:To investigate the performance of the microcapillary culture method(MCM) in Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori) isolation and diagnosis.METHODS:Microcapillary culture(MC),classical culture(CC),rapid urease(CLO) test,and histopathologic examination(HE) were performed with biopsy samples.Homogenized biopsy samples were loaded into capillary tubes and incubated for 48 h at 37 ℃ without providing a microaerophilic environment.Additionally,three or four loops of the homogenized sample were inoculated in a ready-to-use selective medium(Becton Dickinson,Helicobacter Agar,Modified) specific for the isolation of H.pylori and incubated at 37 ℃ in a microaerophilic atmosphere provided by Campy Gen(Becton Dickinson,Gas Pack).Bacteria reproducing in microcapillary tubes were evaluated in an inverted microscope and also were evaluated after performing a CC with the content.Results obtained by CC,CLO test,and HE were compared with those of MC.The diagnostic performances of the methods used in this study were evaluated for specificity,sensitivity,positive predictive value(PPV),negative predictive value(NPV),and CI.RESULTS:H.pylori was found positive by CLO test +HE and/or CC culture in 26 patient antrum and corpus biopsy samples.In 25(25/26) patient biopsy samples,H.pylori was isolated by MCM,whereas in only 14(14/26) patient biopsy samples,H.pylori was isolatedby CC.CLO test and HE were found positive in 17(17/26) patient biopsy samples.Comparing the results of the isolation of H.pylori by MCM,CC,CLO test,and HE,the sensitivity of the MCM was found as 96%,the specificity as 80%,the PPV as 83%,the NPV as 95%,and the 95%CI as 0.76(χ2 =31.51,P < 0.01) whereas the sensitivity of the CC was found as 54%(χ2 =19.15,P < 0.01),and the sensitivity of the CLO test and HE were found as 65%(χ2 =25.26,P < 0.01).CONCLUSION:This new microcapillary cultivation method for H.pylori has high diagnostic sensitivity compared with CC,HE,and CLO tests.

The paper mainly studies a new way of combining American culture with English language teaching and learning by means of the VOA Special English feature programs. It is based on a 5-year period of teaching practice, experience and reflection.
