New industrialization in China, different from its past economic development pattern or patterns in developed nations, is the country’s theoretical innovation based on the positive and negative experiences of industr...New industrialization in China, different from its past economic development pattern or patterns in developed nations, is the country’s theoretical innovation based on the positive and negative experiences of industrialization at home and worldwide. New industrialization has various novel characteristics, including new sources of efficiency, new factors of production, new organizational forms, and new constraints. In addition, it has certain particularities arising from modernization with Chinese characteristics. This article summarizes the characteristics of new industrialization from the perspectives of people-centered approach, quality-first concept, independent innovation, green low-carbon economics, digital-real integration, and open circulation. There are four systems for promoting new industrialization: A self-sustained scientific and technological system, a high-end advanced manufacturing system, a green low-carbon circular system, and a division of labor system with domestic and international circulation. A new ^11Be(p,d) transfer reaction experiment is performed in inverse kinematics with a radioactive11 Be beam at26.9 MeV. Three low-lying states, namely the 0+ground state, the 2^+ state at Ex = 3.37 MeV, and the ...A new ^11Be(p,d) transfer reaction experiment is performed in inverse kinematics with a radioactive11 Be beam at26.9 MeV. Three low-lying states, namely the 0+ground state, the 2^+ state at Ex = 3.37 MeV, and the multiplet at around 6 MeV in10 Be, are populated by this one-neutron transfer reaction. These three states in10 Be are clearly discriminated from the -value spectrum, which is rebuilt from energies and angles of the recoil deuterons in coincidence with10 Be. A spectroscopic factor for each state is extracted by comparing the experimental differential cross sections to the theoretical calculation results using the finite range adiabatic distorted wave approximation method with different global nucleon-nucleus potentials. It is found that the newly extracted spectroscopic factors for the 0+and 2+states are consistent with the previous ones, but the factor for the multiplet is smaller than the value in the reference, and the possible reason is discussed.展开更多

The estimation of the difference between the new competitive advantages of China’s export and the world’s trading powers have been the key measurement problems in China-related studies.In this work,a comprehensive e...The estimation of the difference between the new competitive advantages of China’s export and the world’s trading powers have been the key measurement problems in China-related studies.In this work,a comprehensive evaluation index system for new export competitive advantages is developed,a soft-sensing model for China’s new export competitive advantages based on the fuzzy entropy weight analytic hierarchy process is established,and the soft-sensing values of key indexes are derived.The obtained evaluation values of the main measurement index are used as the input variable of the fuzzy least squares support vector machine,and a soft-sensing model of the key index parameters of the new export competitive advantages of China based on the combined soft-sensing model of the fuzzy least squares support vector machine is established.The soft-sensing results of the new export competitive advantage index of China show that the soft measurement model developed herein is of high precision compared with other models,and the technical and brand competitiveness indicators of export products have more significant contributions to the new competitive advantages of China’s export,while the service competitiveness indicator of export products has the least contribution to new competitive advantages of China’s export.展开更多

The most distinguishing characteristic of drug abuse in |apart is that use of stimulants, mostly methamphetamine, accounts for over 80% of the arrests. Abuse of a stimulant called Philopon was widespread after the Second World War in ]apan, but the situation was dramatically improved after 1954 because the Japanese government enacted the Stimulant Control Act and restructured the police system and Japanese society recovered from post-war unrest. The situation of drug abuse in Japan has become less serious compared to the past and to the situation in many other countries, because we are taking comprehensive and nationwide measures, including proactive disclosure of the situation, control, drug abuse prevention class, and introduction of partial suspension of sentence. On the other hand, as in many countries, the rapid spread of new psychoactive substances (NPS) in recent years became a serious social issue. The situation of NPS has been rapidly improving due to comprehensive and government-wide measures, but the means of acquisition is quickly shifting to the Internet. One way to solve the problem of measurement precision caused by deformity for thermal expansion, friction and load etc is to use an inertial sensor to measure a change in the length of the rod on a parallel machine. H...One way to solve the problem of measurement precision caused by deformity for thermal expansion, friction and load etc is to use an inertial sensor to measure a change in the length of the rod on a parallel machine. However, the characteristic of dynamic measurement in the inertial sensing system and the effects of the machine's working environment, bias error, misalignment and wide band random noise in inertial measurement data results in the in-accuracy of system measurement. Therefore, on the basis of the measurement system a new inertial sensing system is proposed; the drifting of error is restrained with a method of inertial error correction and the system's position and the velocity state variables are predicted by the data fusion. After measuring the whole 300mm movement in an experiment, the analyses of the experimental result showed that the application of the new inertial sensing system can improve the positional accuracy about 61% and the movement precision more than 20%. Measurement results also showed that the application of the new inertial sensing system for dynamic measurement was a feasible method to improve the machine's dynamic positioning precision. And with the further improvement of the low-cost solid-stateacceleramenter technology, the application of the machine can take a higher position and make the speed dynamic accuracy possible.展开更多
