Innovative Research on Enterprise Marketing Strategies under the Background of New Media

Marketing is one of the comprehensive development strategies for production-oriented and service-oriented enterprises, and it is also an effective path to increase income and revenue for enterprises. By operating and selling the main products, services, cultural concepts, and many more of the enterprise in a market-oriented manner. We aim to deepen the impression of the enterprise among consumers, enhance its market influence, and seek more opportunities for cooperation and development for the enterprise. However, with increasingly fierce market competition, traditional marketing models are no longer able to maximize their effectiveness. This article firstly analyzes the positive impact of new media background on enterprise marketing in expanding the scope of information release, improving marketing targeting, and creating new marketing platforms. Secondly, it explores the problems faced by enterprises in the current marketing process, such as outdated ideological concepts, insufficient team building, and rigid marketing content. Finally, strategies such as updating marketing concepts, strengthening team building, and innovating marketing content were proposed to provide some reference and inspiration for enterprises to smoothly promote marketing work under the background of new media.

Research on the Reform of Practical Teaching of Internet of Things Engineering in the Context of New Engineering

The emergence of new engineering disciplines has resulted in the growing trend of cross-discipline,and the enhancement of students’technical application ability has become the main teaching objective of engineering disciplines.For this reason,the Internet of Things(IoT)engineering program should be actively reformed,providing students with sufficient opportunities to improve their practical skills.This paper identifies the challenges within practical teaching of IoT engineering,delves into effective strategies for practical IoT teaching within the context of emerging engineering disciplines,and presents practical teaching experiences from the School of Information Engineering at Hainan University of Science and Technology as a case study.The aim is to offer guidance and insights to educators in this field.

Research on Online-Offline Hybrid Teaching Mode of College English in the Context of New Liberal Arts

English is an important course in colleges,and students’proficiency in the language can significantly affect their learning in multiple disciplines.At present,offline classroom teaching is still the primary mode of college English teaching,and online teaching has not been widely used.Under the background of new liberal arts,the teaching tasks and objectives of college English have changed,and it is imperative to carry out online-offline hybrid teaching mode.This paper analyzes the feasibility of the online-offline hybrid teaching mode of college English,summarizes its problems,and explores its implementation strategies in the context of the new liberal arts,to provide references for teachers.

Management of Medical Technology under the New Medical Policy Background in China

INTRODUCTIONThe National Health and Family Planning Commission of People＇s Republic of China released the ＂Regulations on canceling the admission approval of the third class medical technologies and relevant works＂ in July 2015. According to the new regulation, the obligations and responsibilities of health administration departments for the admission approval of the clinical applications on the third- and the second-class medical technologies will be transferred to medical institutions that perform the operations.

A new algorithm of background equalization in digtal sonar

Background equalization technique has been extensively studied in the field of fre quency spectrum analysis. It has been proved an effective method to improve line spectrum extraction. In a multi-beam digital sonar system, the time/bearing display is the most im portant interface between signal processing module and console module. It has been proved that the system gain is often lost in the illterface between these two modules. Background equalization technique can improv the overall performance of the time/bearing display win dow. The result of post processing of multi-beam data is filtered each time before displayed in screen. It is shown that the algorithm of median value filtering combined with OTA (Order Truncate Average) method is an efficient technique to equalize the non-uniform, non-stationary background data. A variable length of window is adopted to match the different width of main lobe of beam patterns. The results of system simulation show that the algorithm described in this paper is efficient in the case that the background of multi-beam data is not uniform
