Objective:To explore the impact of the construction of a clinical midwifery teaching faculty and the development of an evaluation system under the new nursing model on the current teaching quality.Methods:From July 20...Objective:To explore the impact of the construction of a clinical midwifery teaching faculty and the development of an evaluation system under the new nursing model on the current teaching quality.Methods:From July 2022 to March 2023,10 clinical teaching teachers and 20 midwifery interns from Beijing Anzhen Hospital affiliated with Capital Medical University were selected as the subjects of this study.The clinical teaching teachers and midwifery interns were divided into an observation group and a control group,with each group including 5 clinical teaching teachers and 10 midwifery interns.The observation group received daily management and evaluation under the new nursing model,while the control group received management and evaluation under the traditional nursing model.The teaching quality evaluation of clinical midwifery teaching teachers by midwifery interns,the exit exam scores of midwifery interns,and the scores of clinical teaching teachers’internship lectures and teaching rounds were compared between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the scores for teaching attitude,teaching skills,and teaching management in the teaching quality evaluation of clinical midwifery teaching teachers were higher than those in the control group.The professional theory scores(91.28±3.64)and overall nursing comprehensive scores(92.56±4.38)of midwifery interns in the observation group were higher than those of midwifery interns in the control group(81.58±2.27 and 80.29±3.33,respectively).The scores for internship lectures(89.32±4.15)and teaching rounds(90.64±5.52)in the observation group were also significantly higher than those in the control group(80.46±3.28 and 81.24±4.38,respectively),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The management of the clinical midwifery teaching faculty under the new nursing model effectively improved the quality of clinical teaching.It significantly enhanced the teaching effectiveness of clinical teaching teachers and the proficiency of midwifery interns in clinical operations,making it worthy of promotion and use.展开更多
Because the static evaluation is unable to reflect the dynamic features of economic benefits and the contribution of sustainable development of low-carbon new energy to economic benefits is huge,this article puts forw...Because the static evaluation is unable to reflect the dynamic features of economic benefits and the contribution of sustainable development of low-carbon new energy to economic benefits is huge,this article puts forward the dynamic evaluation model of economic benefits under the development of low-carbon new energy.Total energy,energy consumption structure,industrial structure,GDP,total population and energy supply structure were taken as independent variables,and the carbon intensity was taken as the dependent variable.Through t-test and decision coefficient,total energy,energy consumption structure,GDP and total population were determined as the main factors of influencing low-carbon economy.Based on these four main factors,the dynamic evaluation index system of economic benefits was constructed.Experimental results show that the proposed model can comprehensively reflect the economic benefit level and the contribution of low-carbon new energy.Therefore,this method has high evaluation accuracy,which can provide scientific reference for the economic benefit management of relevant management departments.展开更多

This essay uses the super efficiency DEA model and Malmquist index method to analyze the performance of new-energy-automotive industry listing corporation. The data is from Year 2011 to 2013. Background:This study aims to develop and validate a Structured Training Effectiveness Evaluation(STEE)tool based on the Kirkpatrick model for newly graduated registered nurses in the operating room in China.Methods:T...Background:This study aims to develop and validate a Structured Training Effectiveness Evaluation(STEE)tool based on the Kirkpatrick model for newly graduated registered nurses in the operating room in China.Methods:The first phase will involve focus group and individual interviews with nursing educators and newly graduated registered nurses selected using purposive sampling.The data will be analyzed thematically to identify key components necessary to develop the STEE tool.The second phase will develop and validate the STEE tool through a panel of experts using the Delphi method.The item weights will be determined with the analytic hierarchy process technique.The third phase will involve implementation and evaluation of the STEE tool with an exploratory,nonexperimental,and comparative analysis.Descriptive and inferential statistical analyses will be performed with SPSS version 23.Results:The STEE tool for newly graduated registered nurses in the operating room will be useful for evaluating training effectiveness during standardized training.The results obtained with this tool will clarify the effectiveness of training,thereby helping transform nursing students into competent nurses.Conclusion:In this way,this study will provide practical guidance for improving standardized training programs and help newly graduated nurses manage their transition to the clinical work environment and remain in their posts.展开更多
