Developing the new quality productive forces is an inherent requirement and an important focus for promoting high-quality development. However, it is not enough to understand the whole picture merely from a domestic perspective. The concept of new quality productive forces was put forward due to the changes in the international environment, including the emergence of anti-globalization trends and the economic policies of some major economies that are less open than before. With the changes in the global economic concept, China's economic development needs its innovative theory. As the world's second-largest economy, China is committed to the development of new quality productive forces and will make significant contributions to global development. In theory, it shows direction for the development of new quality productive forces on a global scale. In practice, it provides experiences for other economies to develop new quality productive forces. It also helps address the common challenges facing global development. The competition between major countries in traditional fields will continue, but in the case of the development of new quality productive forces, it will show some new characteristics. It will be more reflected in the field of strategic emerging industries, the confrontation risk in major country rivalry will be reduced, and strategic planning and design will become more important. 展开更多

With the progress of science and technology and the acceleration of industrialization,the modern industrial park is an important carrier of industrial development.The importance of its standard plant design has become increasingly prominent.With the development of new quality productive forces as the background,this research deeply discusses the key points of standard plant design in modern industrial parks.This paper uses literature review and case analysis to systematically analyze the important role of standard plant design in developing new quality productive forces in modern industrial parks and puts forward suggestions for optimizing design.It is found that the rationality,intelligence,and environmental protection of plant design are the key factors affecting the development of new quality productive forces.The paper summarizes the core points of modern industrial park standard plant design to provide a reference for the future development of related industries. 展开更多

New Insights on the Deflection and Internal Forces of a Bending Nanobeam

Nanowires, nanofibers and nanotubes have been widely used as the building blocks in micro/nano-electromechanical systems, energy harvesting or storage devices, and small-scaled measurement equipment. We report that the sur- face effects of these nanobeams have a great impact on their deflection and internal forces. A simply supported nanobeam is taken as an example. For the displacement and shear force of the nanobeam, its dangerous sections are different from those predicted by the conventional beam theory, but for the bending moment, the dangerous section is the same. Moreover, the values of these three quantities for the nanobeam are all distinct from those calculated from the conventional beam model. These analyses shed new light on the stiffness and strength check of nanobeams, which are beneficial to engineer new-types of nano-materials and nano-devices. 展开更多

Based on the review of present force coefficients estimation methods, a new method in the frequency domain, revised cross-spectrum estimation method, is presented in this paper. Some experiments on the wave-current force on inclined cylinders are also described and the wave current force coefficients are estimated by the revised cross-spectrum estimation method. From the results, it is found that the wave and current directions have some regular effect on the coefficients. According to the results, some empirical formulas are obtained for converting the wave-current force coefficients on inclined cylinders into a unified coefficient. Comparisons show that the unified coefficients are in good agreement with other results. 展开更多

The article considers the quantum information channel (QIC) described by the byuon theory (BT)—the theory of the appearance of the world around us: physical space, the world of ultimate particles, living matter etc., based on the interaction of non-observable objects (the byuons) nature. The information transporter in the QIC is object 4b (four contact interaction of the four vacuum states of the byuon), carrying information about the information image of the object in physical space—a quantum medium formed by objects 4b. The article proposes a hypothetical model explaining the effects of ultra-high dilutions of chemical and biological substances (UHDS), the search for the physical nature of the action of which is currently underway.
