Strategies on Curriculum Reform of Hotel Management by Integrating Theory and Practice into Teaching

Integrating theory and practice into teaching is an advanced pedagogy, particularly suitable for the cultivation of applied talents in higher vocational colleges. In this paper, the author first discusses the connotation of the teaching method as integration of theory and practice and illustrates the background and significance of employing this teaching method in the curriculum reform of hotel management in higher vocational colleges. After that, the teaching content, methods as well as evaluation system are elaborated for implementing the integration of theory and practice teaching, and finally, some countermeasures are put forward for improving this teaching method.

Teaching Reform of Fundamentals of Combustion for Energy and Power Engineering Majors in Agricultural Colleges and Universities in the Context of New Engineering Course

The Fundamentals of Combustion course is an important compulsory course for Energy and Power Engineering Majors under the background of carbon peaking.According to the characteristics of teaching and scientific research at present,combined with the characteristics of complexity,interdisciplinary and rapid technology update of this course,this paper discusses the teaching content and teaching design of this course to meet the needs of talents of production,teaching and research under the background of new engineering course.It proposes more applicable teaching methods and practical means to broaden students horizons,stimulate students autonomous learning momentum,master the professional knowledge application ability,and cultivate innovative and competitive engineering professionals to adapt to the new energy strategy.

Exploration on the Practice System of Computer Software Course under the New Engineering

The rapid development of information technology and the new economy is a challenge to the training of computer technology and engineering professionals. The cultivation of engineering talents in Computer Engineering under the new engineering is an important part of the construction and exploration of new engineering in universities. According to the teaching reform of computer specialty in the new engineering construction, starting from the practice of curriculum system of software, mainly discusses the basic ideas of practice teaching reform of the course of computer software, software engineering practice curriculum system and practice curriculum system implementation method. The basic ideas of teaching reform practice in the course of the software include: expanding computer professional students' knowledge, strengthening students' computer science and software engineering knowledge and engineering practice ability, strengthening the frontiers of computer science and technology guide. Software practice course system is divided into three levels, including basic language course, engineering basic professional practice course and the professional practice course of engineering application direction. The implementation method of engineering application practice curriculum system is discussed in detail, such as strengthening university-enterprise cooperation, introducing teachers of social training institutions and guiding students to participate in subject competition and innovation projects.

A Philosophic Idea of Being "ALIVE" in Living Educational Theory——Talking about the Character Education in the New Curriculum

This paper is mainly discussing about the significance of the Living Educational Theory Action Research raised by Dr. Jack Whitehead, also it gives a clear distinction between traditional AR Theory and that in the LETAR. Because of the distinctive features like "individual", "living" and "practical" characteristics been embodied in the Living Educational Theory, it can be very well applied in the character education of improvement in the individual and group practice, therefore, implementation of the "New Curriculum" as a case to prove what has been discussed.

A Study of New Consumption from the Perspective of Mediatization:Essence, Contributing Factors, and Reinvention of Rules

Most of the existing literature on the emergence of new consumption and its essence is based on the discussion of micro consumption phenomena. This paper takes new consumption phenomena in the digital media-dominated polymedia environment as the object of study to review the theoretical history of “mediatization,” and explores new consumption’s emergence, essence, and related issues systematically through deductive reasoning. More specifically, this paper is to first interpret the mediatization theory and then analyze two dimensions(i.e., the formation of mediatized consumption and the resultant reinvention of practice rules) from the perspective of media affordances. On this basis, we conclude mediatized consumption’s essence, forms, and practice rules. This study indicates that new consumption is essentially mediatized consumption, which concerns “media-shaped consumption” and “consumption-shaped media,” and that new consumption has two representations;consumption-oriented media and banal consumption. Media affordances make new consumption fields human-oriented, connecting “people” and “things,” and are becoming a major contributor to the formation of mediatized consumption. Thus, the practice rules concerning “people, goods, and fields” in the new consumption sector are reinvented;the social interactions in the “middle region” are highlighted;the imaginative, narrative, and social characteristics of goods are emphasized;and the cross-field integration of consumption is realized.

Process and Analysis the Junior High School Students' Teaching Material of Ren'ai Version

Since the application of the new curriculum,the English teaching material of the national junior high school is no longer unified.Thus,there come numerous junior high school English tesching materials,such as Renjiao,Beijing Normal University,Oxford,Cambridge,New Concept,Ren’ai and so on and so forth.These abundant teaching materials offer the majority of teachers and students a broad choice space and are different from the traditional teaching material.Among these materials,Ren’ai version is introduced to Zhangzhou City,Fujian Province.Compared with the traditional teaching materials,Ren’ai version has a new form both in language and content,which put forward to higher request on teachers and students.As is published recently,there is not much related research.This article,on one hand,makes a brief analysis on the characteristics of the material.On the other hand,it gives some suggestions on how to handle the material with the help of Constructivism,the Task-based Teaching theory and Cognitive Psychology,hoping to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching and the students’English comprehensive ability.

在国家推动新文科建设的背景下,新文科理念也在深深影响着课程建设的方向。基于此,以一流课程建设为前期基础,力求以新文科理念推动课程思政教学改革。通过分析新文科理念,优化课程建设思路,进而提出新文科理念下课程思政教学改革实施策略。通过线上线下教学融入中国传统文化,实施信息化德育教育,以反思争鸣设计教学活动,增强评价的科学性,融合多元化创新手段,最终落实立德树人根本任务,实现人才综合能力素质的全面提升。

中小学教师跨学科素养测评模型的构建研究

新课程改革对跨学科教学提出了更高的要求,教师跨学科素养培养迫在眉睫。研究者对访谈资料进行编码分析,提炼出中小学教师跨学科素养的组成要素,构建了中小学教师跨学科素养测评的模型,并利用该模型测评了6931名中小学教师的跨学科素养水平。结果发现,我国中小学教师跨学科素养整体水平良好,但跨学科知识和跨学科能力两项指标水平较低,教龄、任教学段和是否参加相关培训显著影响教师的跨学科素养水平。基于以上发现,研究认为,提升教师跨学科素养水平需要从强化教师的跨学科意识和内生动力,增加跨学科综合规训,构建多样化教师跨学科共同体等方面发力。

新农科背景下农业认知实践课程改革与探索

跨学科主题学习活动设计系统性思考:困境与策略

跨学科主题学习是指向素养发展的学习新形态,随着新课标明确提出跨学科主题学习活动设计的概念与要求,相关研究与实践已成基础教育课程改革的最前沿话题与热点领域。学界已经意识到形式化、功利化等错误倾向,“拼盘式教学”“浅层次教学”“绩效评估模糊失范”等问题均有系统性的特征。该研究聚焦于其中的困境表征,采用程序化扎根的研究方法,从现有文献及专家访谈数据中循迹跨学科主题学习的困境范畴。研究发现跨学科主题学习活动设计存在思想观念、制度体系以及社会条件三个层面困境,分别体现在过度依赖固定脚本、内容隔离、缺乏整合,停留在表面整合、内容缺乏衔接、跨而不和,学习目标局限、品格和能力培养分离,传统教研组织封闭、开放性和整合性弱,依赖传统教育方式、跨学科认知不足以及学校环境制度制约、存在惯性和固定性六方面的问题,均指向“学用割裂”的系统性问题,表现为固化和浅表化,其中的根本问题又指向对跨学科的本质理解不深入。基于此,提出以“大跨”+“小跨”的学科整合新形态突破知识与逻辑边界,以“定两端,放中间”的模块化要素配置方式突破固化程序,以“八卦图式”替代“水果拼盘式”场域元素内在关联克服浅表化倾向的优化策略。

医学院校美育课程体系建设研究与实践

在新医科背景下医学院校愈发重视美育课程体系的搭建,应医学教育本质要求、学科建设要求,以及育人要求,优化美育课程体系现已成为医学院校美育课程研究重中之重,这既能为课程教学工作助力,又能促进学生全面发展。基于当前医学院校美育课程体系建设中存在的问题,有针对性地提出问题解决措施,以期取得新时代医学院校美育课程体系建设的良好效果,真正深化医学院校美育课程教学改革。

新工科背景下材料专业实践教学体系建设路径探索

新工科作为一种全新的教育理念,不仅要求大学生具备过硬的专业技术,还要具有创新精神、实践能力和工程素养,因此,高校要注重大学生的思想政治教育,而实践教学是实现这一目标的重要途径之一。针对目前专业实践教学体系建设存在的不足,结合应用型地方高校材料专业自身发展现状以及新工科教育理念,从实践教学中的基地建设、方案建设、思政建设、考评制度建设、师资队伍建设等方面提出了相应举措,以期为地方应用型高校实践教学改革提供参考与借鉴。

心脏康复整合理念的课程思政在老年心血管病教学中的作用

目的探讨基于心脏康复整合理念的课程思政在老年心血管病临床教学中的作用。方法选取解放军总医院海南医院2019级、2021级临床医学专培生作为研究对象,共112名。随机分为对照组和研究组,各56名。对照组采用基于心脏康复整合理念的专科实操教学方法,研究组采用基于心脏康复整合理念融入课程思政内容的教学方法。对比分析2组理论和实操考核成绩得分、田纳西自我概念量表(Tennessee self concept scale,TSCS)、教学满意度以及自我效能评价得分。结果研究组理论和实操考核成绩得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组TSCS得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组对教学的满意度(91.07%)高于对照组(71.43%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组自我效能评价得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于心脏康复整合理念融入思政教育效果显著,可有效提升临床医学专培生的理论和实操考核成绩得分、TSCS得分、教学满意度和自我效能评价得分。基于心脏康复整合理念的思政教育,体现了老年心血管病诊疗的真正价值。

材料成型及控制工程专业实践教学改革探索——以“生产实习”课程为例

新工业革命势必对高等教育尤其是工程教育产生变革性影响。“新工业革命4.0”背景下,工程人才培养应符合科技创新和智能时代需求,适应未来新工业挑战。以材料成型及控制工程专业作为工程学科典型代表,探索新工业革命技术创新要素与材料成型及控制工程专业实践教学结合点,更新符合新工业革命要求的教学内容及知识体系,在信息化、智能化和知识碎片化的时代背景下,提出材料成型及控制工程专业实践教学改革的方式方法,包括打造实验平台、建立稳定的校外实习基地、促进教学环境智能化、鼓励团队学习法等,以期为我国高等工程教育及人才培养提供借鉴。

基于微电影制作的思政课实践教学创新模式的探索

在思想政治理论课实践教学过程中,以微电影为新载体进行教学,是高校思想政治理论课教学改革创新的新模式。微电影教学是伴随着近年来新媒体的广泛应用而兴起的。微电影实践教学模式有其独特的优势,既能够提升大学生的思想境界,培养大学生的创新能力与合作能力,促进大学生完成从“知”到“行”的转化,也有助于提升教师的信息化素养,更有助于社会主义核心价值观的广泛传播。以微电影为载体开展思政课实践教学能够实现教师主导性与学生主体性的统一,深刻性与趣味性的统一,将理论实现升华,真正实现“入脑”“入心”。但微电影实践教学实施过程中也存在一些问题,会削弱微电影教学模式的育人效果。因此在实践过程中微电影实践教学要不断优化思路,增强育人功能。

“单片机原理与应用”是一门集理论性、实践性和应用性为一体的课程,蕴含丰富的思政元素,在开展思想政治教育与课程教学同步进行有机结合的教学模式上具有很大潜力。在理实一体化教学模式下,以LED数码管动态显示器授课单元为例,深入挖掘课程教学中蕴含的思政元素,根据该课程的教学目标、教学实施和考核评价等环节进行具有针对性的教学设计。通过采用启发式和主题讨论式等教学方法将思政元素有机融入课程教学的各个环节中,探索课程思政与专业课程有机融合的有效方案,达到“同向同行,形成协同效应”的育人效果。
