Open World Recognition of Communication Jamming Signals

To improve the recognition ability of communication jamming signals,Siamese Neural Network-based Open World Recognition(SNNOWR)is proposed.The algorithm can recognize known jamming classes,detect new(unknown)jamming classes,and unsupervised cluseter new classes.The network of SNN-OWR is trained supervised with paired input data consisting of two samples from a known dataset.On the one hand,the network is required to have the ability to distinguish whether two samples are from the same class.On the other hand,the latent distribution of known class is forced to approach their own unique Gaussian distribution,which is prepared for the subsequent open set testing.During the test,the unknown class detection process based on Gaussian probability density function threshold is designed,and an unsupervised clustering algorithm of the unknown jamming is realized by using the prior knowledge of known classes.The simulation results show that when the jamming-to-noise ratio is more than 0d B,the accuracy of SNN-OWR algorithm for known jamming classes recognition,unknown jamming detection and unsupervised clustering of unknown jamming is about 95%.This indicates that the SNN-OWR algorithm can make the effect of the recognition of unknown jamming be almost the same as that of known jamming.

Analysis and Application on the Optimum Restrictive Parameters of Open Hydrostatic Slideway

Open hydrostatic slideway has many advantages, that is, high moving precision, low power in friction, non-crawling and long working life. Near constant clearances of hydrostatic slideway may be obtained in a wide load range by applying new type variable restrictors, new static characteristic formulas and optimum restrictive parameters. Hydrostatic slideway has two characters. One is that the scope of external load is very large. Generally, the largest load is 2 to 6 times the smallest, the other is that the algebraic equation is a horizontal S shape curve, showing that the relation between slideway clearance and external load is a three exponents formula. The curve of the numerical values of this kind of three exponents formula just is the working curve when the hydrostatic slideway is moving. If one section is selected as the slideway work curve randomly without any analysis, the slideway clearance will be changed acutely along with the variation of external load. Selecting the optimum restrictive parameters and the beeline through two inflexions of the curve or tangent of the curve as the range of workload can ensure the minimal change of sliding clearance. Simultaneously, the hydrostatic sliding way has high beeline moving precision [2] .

Drilling in the Water by “Creating a Safe and Free Passage for the Movement of People and Equipment between the Surface and the Bottom”, Using Several Methods for Extracting Natural Resources and Scientific Research

The research develops a new plan that follows a precise system for drilling at the bottom of the water, by creating a “digging corridor” that allows people to move from the top of the surface of rivers or seas and oceans to the bottom, allowing all the huge mechanical equipment to be lowered to continue drilling at the bottom vertically, until reaching rocky soil;in order to change the drilling paths and “develop the attack”, and establish long corridors to obtain the dysfunctional economic wealth, the project can be used in scientific research and the establishment of cities in the future below the seabed. There are different characteristics of drilling in fresh and salt water, due to the difference in water quality, current speed and nature soil analysis, erosion power, and erosion. The research was divided between easy ways to reach simple depths (10 - 20 meters), using various cheap means, and strategies for establishing “drilling corridors” at medium (more than 20 - less than 100 meters) and large depths (from 100 meters - less than 1 kilometer), which depends on the construction of a concrete building with a large base, which enables it to successfully perform its role, and at great depths (more than 1 kilometer) require adding more supports to the building, and emergency plans have been taken care of.
