寒冷地区光伏墙体综合传热特性的数值模拟研究

近年来BIPV项目逐渐增多,对光伏墙体的研究多以光伏组件电热性能为重点,少有结合节能墙体热工性能对不同构造光伏墙体的综合传热特性优化开展的研究。以天津地区为应用场景,分别建立符合天津市居住建筑四步节能设计技术指标的基础墙体... 近年来BIPV项目逐渐增多,对光伏墙体的研究多以光伏组件电热性能为重点,少有结合节能墙体热工性能对不同构造光伏墙体的综合传热特性优化开展的研究。以天津地区为应用场景,分别建立符合天津市居住建筑四步节能设计技术指标的基础墙体、普通光伏墙体和嵌入保温隔热一体化板的新型光伏墙体的传热模型,采用ANSYS FLUENT软件对其温度分布、表面热流密度进行数值模拟,对模拟结果进一步分析获得不同类型墙体的传热系数和光伏组件的电性能。结果表明:较基础墙体,夏季普通光伏墙体内表面得热量可增加46.88%,冬季普通光伏墙体内表面失热量可减少5.47%;新型光伏墙体中的保温隔热层厚度宜不小于20 mm,此时,夏季新型光伏墙体内表面得热量最大可增加18.16%,冬季新型光伏墙体内表面失热量最小可减少20.07%。基于计算结果,寒冷地区的建筑外墙应用光伏组件时,散热构造措施可简化。 展开更多

[研究目的]网络问政已成为新时代主要的政民互动方式之一。通过充分挖掘网络政民互动内容的特征,可以了解民众的民意诉求,亦可以及时发现地方政府部门工作中有待改善之处。[研究方法]根据框架理论,采用自然语言处理技术挖掘中部超大城市领导留言板互动内容中的语言特征、内容特征及行为特征,并分析不同特征间的潜在关联。[研究结论]研究表明,语言特征方面,民众留言弱者框架的占比最高,抗争框架所占比例较低。政府偏好使用描述话语和共情话语,规则话语的使用频次较低。内容特征上,各项领域内容特征与城市统计年鉴相应数据存在关联性,能够客观反映各领域存在的问题,且通过聚类能够有效发掘热点议题和实体辅助政府回应。行为特征方面,民众投诉/求助类留言比例与人均地区生产总值具有相关性。政府回复的行为特征与民众留言的内容特征存在潜在关联,其中政府行为的处理类型受民众留言的内容特征影响最大,缺乏关注语言特征和行为特征。 展开更多

针对电动汽车电池管理系统从控板服役过程中因温度过高和不均影响整车动力性、安全性问题,本文基于CFD理论,采用Icepak软件建立并验证了某商用BMS从控板热分析模型。首次在车载服役条件下,基于热分析模型开展了温度场分析和热均匀性优... 针对电动汽车电池管理系统从控板服役过程中因温度过高和不均影响整车动力性、安全性问题,本文基于CFD理论,采用Icepak软件建立并验证了某商用BMS从控板热分析模型。首次在车载服役条件下,基于热分析模型开展了温度场分析和热均匀性优化研究。BMS从控板热仿真分析表明,均衡模块及供电模块因局部积热温度均超过BMS的设计温度限值60℃,整个BMS从控板最大温差为21.0℃。为此,进一步开展了BMS从控板散热路径分析,并通过改变均衡电阻间距、布局、PCB基材以及增设导热硅胶垫进行散热优化设计。提高了BMS从控板的散热能力,使BMS从控板的最高温度控制在设计规定值60℃以下,同时整个电路板的温差降为6.9℃,提高了BMS从控板在实际车载服役条件下的安全性和可靠性,可望为BMS从控板热设计与优化提供理论方法。 展开更多
