Objective To study the pharmaceutical distribution industry against the background of new infrastructure construction since it is vital to the health and life of the public,and to offer some suggestions to further improve the industry quality and achieve industry upgrading.Methods The national strategies for new infrastructure as well as the underlying logic for enterprise digital transformation were analyzed to provide the outlook on the digital transformation trend of the pharmaceutical distribution industry.Results and Conclusion In the future,the pharmaceutical distribution industry shall transform the pattern,channel,management and control,and experience in the entire business chain in a digital way by focusing on connection efficiency,data efficiency and decision-making efficiency.

Chinese New-coined Words Management in P.R.C

The paper relies on the language management model. First of all, the thousands of new words coined each year in China can be roughly divided into eight groups. Besides, it exemplifies the problems that have occurred in communication. Last but not least, to reflect language management acts/processes, it reports the efforts the language authorities and governmental bodies have made in the struggle to solve the problems. Analysis of Power Quality for Distribution Networks Using Active Compensator

This paper concentrates on compensating the power quality issues which have been increased in day-to-day life due to the enormous usage of loads with power electronic control.One such solution is compensating devices like Pension Protection Fund(PPF),Active power filter(APF),hybrid power filter(HPF),etc.,which are used to overcome Power Quality(PQ)issues.The proposed method used here is an active compensator called unified power quality condi-tioner(UPQC)which is a combination of shunt and series type active filter con-nected via a common DC link.The primary objective is to investigate the behavior of the compensators in the distribution networks.The performance of two configurations of UPQC,Right Shunt UPQC(RS-UPQC)and Left Shunt UPQC(LS-UPQC)are tested in the distribution networks under various load con-ditions by connecting them at the source side of harmonic generation using a spe-cially constructed transformer called inductively filtered converter transformer which adopts special wiring scheme at the secondary side.PSCAD(Power Sys-tems Computer Aided Design)/EMTDC(Electromagnetic Transients with DC Analysis)software is used to model the compensators connected to the nonlinear load.Both RS-UPQC and LS-UPQC are tested at the distribution side of the sup-ply system with Hysteresis current controller for shunt and Sinusoidal pulse with modulation controller for series at various locations of power system network and their results are compared.

A New Research about Pion Parton Distribution Function

A new fit of the pion parton distribution functions is provided. Only valence quark distributions are used at a low evolution scale and are evolved with the modified Dokshitzer- Gribov-Lipatov-Altarelli-Parisi equation which is briefly introduced in this work, and the sea quark and gluon distributions are only generated by the quantum chromodynamics processes. We find that the patton distributions can explain the pion-nucleon experiments data well, and it can also be compared with the data from the leading neutron data of experiments at HERA. The momentum distributions among the partons are discussed and our results are consistent with some models.

This article discusses the above questions by focusing on the historical development of the term "玉米", presenting the different attitudes of common people, linguists and the government, and analyzing some common social understanding of these terms.

The Application of Translation Strategies in the Chinese—Specific New Words to English

With China's all-round social development,especially entering the 21century,the social economy,science and technology and also the language changes are in a fast speed.Particularly,the growth of the Chinese-specific new words is much faster than any other periods.Along with the intercultural communication,the English translation of Chinese-specific new words has become a new research focus.Firstly,the paper is to introduce the growth background of the new lexical words,and then gives a definition and classifies them into the specific fields,after that the paper will discuss the two translation strategies-domestication and foreignization in translating the Chinese-specific new words to English.Comparing the strengthens and shortcomings of the two strategies,the paper draws a conclusion—regard the two translation strategies in a dialectical way.

Description of a new species and new distributional data for two species of Aphytis (Hymenoptera: Aphelinidae) from China

Aphytis tridentatus Gao and Li sp. nov. is described and illustrated from southwest China, and A. bangalorensis Rosen and DeBach is newly recorded from China. New distributional data for A. chionaspis Ren are also provided.

A new finite-dimensional thermal coherent state and its Wigner distribution function

This paper constructs a new type of finite-dimensional thermal coherent states （FDTCS）, which differs from the proceeding thermal coherent state in construction, as realisations of SU（2） Lie algebra. Using the technique of integration within an ordered product of operator, it investigates the orthonormality and completeness relation of the FDTCS. Based on the thermal Wigner operator in the thermal entangled state representation, the Wigner function of the FDTCS is obtained. The nonclassical properties of the FDTCS are discussed in terms of the negativity of its Wigner function.

Preparation and Biological Distribution of New BATOs

Seven new boronic acid adducts of technetium(III) tris(dioxime) (BATO) were prepared and the biodistribution in mice of Tc-99m labelled BATOs were determined. The uptake of 1.62%1D in mice heart at 2 min after injection of (TcCl)-Tc-99m(MeCDO)(3)BMe indicates high myocardial extraction of this BATO. (TcCl)-Tc-99m(MeCDO)(3)BMe shows promise as a myocardial perfusion imaging agent.

MEASUREMENTS OF PARTICLE NUMBER SIZE DISTRIBUTIONS AND NEW PARTICLE FORMATION EVENTS DURING WINTER IN THE PEARL RIVER DELTA REGION,CHINA

Particle number size distribution(PNSD) between 10 nm and 20 μm were measured in the Pearl River Delta(PRD) region in winter 2011.The average particle number concentration of the nucleation mode(10-20 nm),Aitken mode(20-100 nm),accumulation mode(100 nm-1μm) and coarse mode(1-20 μm) particles were 1 552,7 470,4 012,and 19 cm-3,respectively.The volume concentration of accumulation mode particles with peak at 300 nm accounted for over 70% of the total volume concentration.Diurnal variations and dependencies on meteorological parameters of PNSD were investigated.The diurnal variation of nucleation mode particles was mainly influenced by new particle formation events,while the diurnal variation of Aitken mode particles correlated to the traffic emission and the growth process of nucleation mode particles.When the PRD region was controlled by a cold high pressure,conditions of low relative humidity,high wind speed and strong radiation are favorable for the occurrence of new particle formation(NPF) events.The frequency of occurrence of NPF events was 21.3% during the whole measurement period.Parameters describing NPF events,including growth rate(GR) and source rate of condensable vapor(Q),were slightly larger than those in previous literature.This suggests that intense photochemical and biological activities may be the source of condensable vapor for particle growth,even during winter in the PRD.
