Rethinking of Teaching Reform of Land Resource Management Discipline in Local Normal Colleges and Universities under the New Situation

The Agriculture and Forestry discipline in local normal colleges and universities plays an important role in cultivating talents and higher education to serve the local"agriculture,rural areas and farmers".The Land Resource Management discipline is a science that studies the use,allocation,and management of land resources and assets,and has comprehensive and practical features.In the context of the proposal of the rural revitalization strategy and the establishment of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the State Council,the importance of cultivating land resource management talents who understands both land planning and urban planning is self-evident,and the teaching reform of Land Resource Management discipline is receiving much attention.Taking the Land Resource Management discipline of Jiangxi Normal University,a key normal university in Jiangxi Province as an example,combining the characteristics of the discipline setting and the development process,we analyzed the existing problems in its development,so as to provide recommendations for the teaching reform of Land Resource Management discipline in local normal colleges and universities.

Survey and Analysis on the Students Satisfaction with Undergraduate Teaching Management in Local Agricultural Colleges and Universities:A Case Study of Tianjin Agricultural University

Local agricultural colleges and universities undertake the important task of training rural revitalization talents suitable for regional characteristics.Only by mastering students'satisfaction with teaching management can we find the problems existing in teaching management.Taking Tianjin Agricultural University as an example,this paper analyzes the undergraduates'satisfaction with teaching management by questionnaire and SPSS24.0.The results show that undergraduates can actively and actively participate in undergraduate teaching management,but their satisfaction is not high.There are significant differences in teaching evaluation management satisfaction among students of different majors and grades.It is suggested to improve the level of teaching management from the aspects of guiding and cultivating a new concept of management and education,establishing and perfecting a scientific and rigorous teaching management system,strengthening the information-based construction of teaching management and strengthening personnel training.

Research on the cultivation of innovative and creative thinking for science and technology talents in local engineering colleges and Universities

The direct target of engineering education is to cultivate engineers and industry leaders with the qualifi ed skills and strong competencies. To cultivate skilled technological talents in a local engineering college, the fi rst subject is to establish the discipline according to the major strategy of the local economic development requirements, so that the professional regional service function is relatively strong. Secondly, the individual work orientation and development direction are considered as well in the cultivated process. These aspects are required such as renewing education idea, strengthening the education of humanity quality, perfecting the system of continuing education, establishing the mechanism of lifelong learning.

Research on the evaluation index system of development work of the transformation of the secondary school of newly-built local undergraduate colleges and universities in our country

The newly-built local undergraduate colleges and universities positively respond to the call of national policy and successively joined the rank of transition to the application of technology-based development of university, in order to seek their own development path. Whether the transformation development work of secondary college can succeed or not directly decide whether the transformation work of the whole college can carry on smoothly or not. This essay, by establishing eighteen secondary indicators, investigates seven aspects of the newly-built local undergraduate colleges and universities secondary college transformation work, such as the general idea, specialty construction, talents training mode, teaching staff construction, integration of production with teaching, social services and quality assurance, hoping that it can play a reference to the work of other colleges and universities.

Research on Ways to Improve the Innovative and Entrepreneurial Ability of Poor College Students in Northwest China

Improving the ability of innovation and Entrepreneurship of impoverished college students in local colleges and universities could alleviate employment pressure to a certain extent, solve employment difficulties and help college students realize their self-worth, which are related to social stability and economic development. By using the methods of questionnaire and individual interviews, this paper investigates some of the students who set up files for poverty alleviation in northwest local colleges and universities, and understand the current situation of innovation and Entrepreneurship of poor college students. It is hoped that the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship can be improved by enhancing the awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship, improving the education system, innovating learning mode, building a practical platform and implementing quality management.

师范专业认证背景下地方综合性高校地理科学专业人才培养模式构建──以宁波大学为例

地方高校大学生就业质量测度及其提升路径

解决大学生高质量充分就业的难点在于提升地方高校大学生就业质量。构建就业质量指标体系和测度模型是研究就业质量的基础。基于宏观数据及本地区地方高校调查数据,测度毕业生就业质量,结果表明:地方高校与非地方高校毕业生就业质量差距较大;男生比女生就业质量更高;高学历的就业质量显著更高;校园招聘的方式越来越成为提高就业质量的重要方式;党员就业质量在某些方面要高于非党员就业质量;沿海并不比本地就业质量更高。据此,提出了重视校园招聘平台、充分挖掘高校在本地资源,适度拓展家庭资源等地方高校大学生就业质量提升路径。
