TRANSFORMATION AND TRANSITION OF TEACHING MODEL AND STUDENTS' LEARNING STYLES AT THE NEWLY-ESTABLISHED LOCAL COLLEGES

Attention should be given to the transformation in English teaching at the newly-established colleges during the transition stage. This paper attempts to deal with the teaching models and learning styles at the newly-established colleges in the hope that such colleges promote the teaching according to the New College English Teaching Curriculum Requirements(For Trial Implementation).

Some Thoughts on Talent Cultivation in Local Agricultural Colleges and Universities--A Case Study of Tianjin Agricultural University

According to the requirements of the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for Cultivation of New Professional Farmers,developing agriculture through science and education,enhancing agriculture through talents,and consolidating agriculture though new professional farmers is adhered to as a major strategy. However,its implementation is faced with the imbalance between the educational level of the agricultural population and the number of agricultural population. To this end,local agricultural universities should be based on regional agricultural development,scientifically analyze the level and structure of the demand for talents in regional agricultural development,and find the right position,committed to cultivating applied talents for regional agricultural development and value linkages between agriculture and secondary and tertiary industries.

Rethinking of Teaching Reform of Land Resource Management Discipline in Local Normal Colleges and Universities under the New Situation

The Agriculture and Forestry discipline in local normal colleges and universities plays an important role in cultivating talents and higher education to serve the local"agriculture,rural areas and farmers".The Land Resource Management discipline is a science that studies the use,allocation,and management of land resources and assets,and has comprehensive and practical features.In the context of the proposal of the rural revitalization strategy and the establishment of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the State Council,the importance of cultivating land resource management talents who understands both land planning and urban planning is self-evident,and the teaching reform of Land Resource Management discipline is receiving much attention.Taking the Land Resource Management discipline of Jiangxi Normal University,a key normal university in Jiangxi Province as an example,combining the characteristics of the discipline setting and the development process,we analyzed the existing problems in its development,so as to provide recommendations for the teaching reform of Land Resource Management discipline in local normal colleges and universities.

Survey and Analysis on the Students Satisfaction with Undergraduate Teaching Management in Local Agricultural Colleges and Universities:A Case Study of Tianjin Agricultural University

Local agricultural colleges and universities undertake the important task of training rural revitalization talents suitable for regional characteristics.Only by mastering students'satisfaction with teaching management can we find the problems existing in teaching management.Taking Tianjin Agricultural University as an example,this paper analyzes the undergraduates'satisfaction with teaching management by questionnaire and SPSS24.0.The results show that undergraduates can actively and actively participate in undergraduate teaching management,but their satisfaction is not high.There are significant differences in teaching evaluation management satisfaction among students of different majors and grades.It is suggested to improve the level of teaching management from the aspects of guiding and cultivating a new concept of management and education,establishing and perfecting a scientific and rigorous teaching management system,strengthening the information-based construction of teaching management and strengthening personnel training.

The newly-built local undergraduate colleges and universities positively respond to the call of national policy and successively joined the rank of transition to the application of technology-based development of university, in order to seek their own development path. Improving the ability of innovation and Entrepreneurship of impoverished college students in local colleges and universities could alleviate employment pressure to a certain extent, solve employment difficulties and help college students realize their self-worth, which are related to social stability and economic development.
