Tourism Development Paths for the Leap-forward Development of Ecological Civilization—A Case Study of Northern Doumen District in Zhuhai City,China

A section more than 300 km2 in the Northern Domen District of Zhuhai City was designed to the Ecological Agricultural Zone of Zhuhai City,on the basis of introducing connotations of ecological civilization and basic conditions of this district,it was proposed that the leap-forward development pattern from agricultural civilization to ecological civilization should be applied,and 2 realization paths were summarized as developing urban agriculture and ecotourism.Ecotourism development was taken as the focus,tourist resources in the study area introduced,and bottleneck of its ecotourism development analyzed(lack of unified planning,poor consciousness of protecting historical and cultural resources;backward infrastructure,poor attractiveness for investment;insufficient propaganda and popularity;backward product development and insufficient integration of existing scenic spots.From the perspective of bottleneck of ecotourism development,the development of eco-culture and sightseeing tourism was proposed,specifically,to build a tourism spatial layout of "one axis,two wings and four centers";establish a functional circle of eco-cultural tourism,including cultural and recreational ecosphere centering on Mount Huangyang,tidal land water system ecosphere with key nodes of Dongjiao and Xijiao Villages,modern eco-agricultural sightseeing tourist circle,intangible cultural tourist circle of the waterfront Baijiao Township.

Edge Effect and Optimized Rural Tourism Planning——With Rural Tourism Planning of Lintong District in Xi'an City as a Study Case

Edge effect theory is introduced in this study to define the concepts and connotations of marginal zone and edge effect in the planning of rural tourism,and it is proposed that edge effect should be paid more attention.By taking the rural tourism planning of Lintong District for an example,the development and realization approaches of edge effect in rural tourism planning are further analyzed from both overall and detailed planning.

Sustainable development of marine tourism economy in Zhoushan Archipelago New District

Based on the general and concrete principles of index system of marine economy and the choices of the evaluation index, this paper analyzes the index importance by means of AHP and establishes a set of the evaluation index system of marine economy in the Zhoushan Archipelago New District, to which an overall analysis and appraisal is given. The main factors that have limited the sustainable development of marine economy, in combination with the factors that influence its development, are put forward in accordance with its connotation of sustainable development of marine economy and sustainable development strategy based on marine tourism development.

Study on Optimization of Tourism Resources in Wanzhou District,Chongqing Municipality Based on Eco-conserving Division

On the basis of analyzing current situation of tourism resources in ecological conservation zones of Wanzhou District, this study explored causes of the tourism resource problems, and proposed corresponding suggestions for the optimization of local tourism resources against the background of ecological civilization construction and integrated multiple planning.

Construction of a Beautiful Village under the Concept of “the Integration of Scenic Spots and Villages”:A Case Study of Nanmen Branch in Wanli District,Nanchang City

Under the background of building a beautiful China,the integration of beautiful rural construction and rural tourism is one of the effective ways to build a sustainable village that is livable,suitable for industry and suitable for tourism.Nanmen branch in Wanli District,Nanchang City is based on the development concept of "the integration of scenic spots and villages",and carries out comprehensive regulation and develops complex tourism in six aspects:defining functional orientation,optimizing spatial distribution,deepening the theme image,innovating tourism products,creating advantageous industries,and improving service packages,so as to promote the beautiful rural construction.

An Empirical Study on Agritainment Consumption Behavior of Urban Residents——A Case Study of Huangpi District of Wuhan City

Based on the theory of consumer behavior,with reference to theories of the tourism,according to EBM model in consumer behavior model,it analyzed the agritainment consumption behavior through building a three-stage model for the agritainment consumption behavior,namely decision stage before travel,travel stage,and evaluation stage after consumption. Taking the urban residents of Huangpi District of Wuhan City as the research objects,using SPSS software,it designed the questionnaire and conducted the survey of agritainment tourists,and analyzed basic characteristics of tourists and their consumption behavior characteristics. In conclusion,the age of tourists has a significant influence on their choice of destination,information channel,and entertainment activities. It is recommended that operators of agritainment can set up entertainment activities according to different age of tourists and transmit information to the right tourists in the right place.

Tourism Marketing Strategies for Satellite City against the Background of New Urbanization

Considering the development features of new urbanization, and tourism development conditions of Xinzhou District, Wuhan City, this paper explored the inner integrated point of new urbanization and tourism industry, and on this basis proposed strategies for tourism marketing of satellite city by innovating traditional marketing, and applying new marketing methods, so as to build a high-efficiency, high-coverage marketing network, to promote the development of urban tourism, the integration of industries, and economic strength of satellite city, and to push forward the further implementation of new urbanization.

文旅融合背景下历史街区社会韧性测度与业居关联微干预调节——以重庆市磁器口街区为例

文章以文旅融合发展背景下历史街区经济韧性与社会韧性平衡保持为目标,提出“业居关联”的历史街区社会韧性议题研究思路,建构出以态征测度、回归分析、阈值计算为分析步骤,以居民保有率、邻里网络密度、环境滋扰指数和商铺比例、房租价格、访客载荷为表征指标因子的历史街区业居态征定量测度与关联分析方法;以重庆市磁器口历史街区的多期多区多态数据为研究样本,揭示出文旅商业化进程中历史街区社会韧性的3项衰减机理:空间竞价导致本地居民外迁、业态置换导致邻里阻隔、访客超载导致生活滋扰,以及相应业居作用关系下街区社会韧性保持的业居指标阈值。上述方法与指标结论遵循历史街区业居态征交互影响、动态变化的现实逻辑,突破了历史街区韧性研究“评调脱节”的技术瓶颈,有助于将定量评测结论转化为定量调控措施,可为我国历史街区社会韧性研究和文旅融合发展实践提供有益参考。

公共文化质效导向的文旅型历史街区多尺度统筹保护与空间焕活

信息时代与后城市化时期,历史文化街区逐渐呈现出场域公共化、空间资产化、职能文旅化、价值人本化的“四化”演变趋势,进而孕生出以文化休闲和旅游服务为主导职能的街区类型。其同时具有场域公共属性和文化资产属性,是城市公共文化活动开展的重要空间载体。提升文旅型历史街区的公共文化质效,有助于促进城市历史文化传承和提升公众文化生活品质,是当前历史文化街区保护更新研究的重要议题。以文旅型历史街区的演生规律、甄别特征和现实问题解析为基础,从城市文化传承、地方认同培育、文娱生活服务、大众文创孵化4个方面定义了其公共文化质效内涵,并据此制定了以城区文化线路建构、片区文化生境维育、街区文化场域活化、小微文化场景营造为行动路径的文旅型历史街区统筹保护与空间焕活方法,为该类型历史街区的类型甄别、质效判定及保护活化实践提供参考。

山西省旅游休闲街区高质量发展的对策研究

以山西省旅游休闲街区为例,总结了山西省旅游休闲街区的建设与形成,并针对目前存在的主要问题从部门联动提升管理、挖掘特色创新业态、加强软硬件建设提升服务水平、多方营销扩大市场知名度等方面提出了改进建议,以期为促进旅游休闲街区的高质量发展提供有价值的参考。

历史商业街区景观环境研究——以呼和浩特固伦恪靖公主府商业街为例

固伦恪靖公主府是呼和浩特清代建筑群,是依照清代典章营建的王府级传统建筑群落,具有清代早期建筑特征。通过分类对比法、查阅资料法将所搜集到的历史文献资料展开研究比对,结合实地调研的方式,对呼和浩特固伦恪公主府商业街的景观进行分析。依据景观规划的三元素,从样本的文化元素、历史脉络和文化内涵3个方面对呼和浩特固伦恪公主府商业街的地理环境以及风土人情进行梳理和总结,以此获得富有地域性和文化性街巷景观设计的基本思路。针对景观环境提升提出了改善建议,包括追求传统建筑与现代建筑风貌的协调统一,丰富该地区传统地域文化特色和传统风俗活动,加强历史文化街区的历史文化氛围,提升呼和浩特固伦恪公主府商业街的景观风貌。以期为固伦恪靖公主府商业街建筑群落的景观提升和建设提供参考。

基于POI数据的乡村旅游资源空间分布特征——以天津市蓟州区为例

为探讨蓟州区乡村旅游资源点的空间分布特征及其影响因素,推动乡村旅游产业发展,优化乡村旅游资源空间结构,本研究以蓟州区乡村旅游资源POI数据为研究基础对旅游资源进行分类,利用标准差椭圆、地理集中指数、基尼系数以及核密度估计分析等方法,研究蓟州区乡村旅游资源空间分布特征,结合地理探测器的研究方法对其影响因素进行探测识别。结果表明,蓟州区乡村旅游资源空间分布呈现出三大特性,即景区依赖性、集聚性和向心性,以“一片区,两个增长极”的空间集聚格局为主,总体特征表现为北部密度高、南部密度低。各类乡村旅游资源分布特征具有差异性:自然旅游资源分布于蓟州区西部与北部,以A级旅游景区为核心吸引物形成集聚格局,并通过极化效应推动乡村旅游资源在集聚区内进一步增加;人文旅游资源主要分布于蓟州区中部与西部,呈现出以增长极为主的空间集聚格局。地理探测器分析结果显示,乡村旅游资源的空间集聚格局是基于自然本底因素形成,并受到社会经济和客源吸引潜力因素的共同驱动,影响因素按解释能力从高到低分别为海拔高度(0.81)、A级旅游景区数量(0.68)、旅游发展政策(0.55)、旅游收入(0.53)。自然本底奠定了空间集聚的资源基础,A级旅游景区作为空间集聚的核心增长极,旅游发展政策引导强化了其地域根植性,而经济社会因素又影响着空间集聚的市场规模。双因子的交互效应比单因子的影响力高,产生非线性增强与双因子增强两种效应。研究表明,蓟州区乡村旅游资源在空间上呈集聚、不均衡的分布特征,受自然本底条件、社会经济水平及客源吸引潜力等因素的综合影响。

农文旅融合视角下的贾汪区乡村产业发展路径研究

农文旅是依托农业生产,融合自然与农业、当地人文气息以及现代旅游业的一种高效产业,是一种以领略农村田野风光,体验农事生产劳作,了解风土民俗和回归自然为旅游目的的生活方式。随着游客大量参与乡村旅游,消费需求普遍升级,农文旅融合发展不仅是产业升级的需要,更是乡村振兴的有力手段,不断支持和引导“三农”创新发展。以内蒙古红山区为例,分析其农文旅发展现状及薄弱环节,探讨深化红山区农文旅深度融合的路径。

典型街区旅游美食地方性指标体系建构与实证评价——基于网络数据挖掘的研究

地方美食是旅游目的地的核心要素之一,但近年来,各地旅游美食的地方性危机逐渐凸显。文章从宏观视角出发,以城市典型街区为研究对象,以美食店铺为基本单元,采用网络数据挖掘的方法,以地理距离和我国各级非物质文化遗产名录为评价标准的核心参照,构建了旅游美食地方性的指标体系,进而对中国主要城市典型街区的旅游美食地方性进行了实证评价。研究主要有以下结论。1)旅游美食地方性的指标体系由3个二级指标和7个基本指标构成。2)目前,我国主要城市典型街区的旅游美食地方性总体处于较低水平,其中,环境地方性和服务地方性的缺失问题尤其突出。3)各城市典型街区中旅游美食地方性高分店铺数量和比例表现较好,大理大理古城、西安北院门、成都宽窄巷子、福州三坊七巷和杭州清河坊的高分店铺较多。4)区域旅游美食地方性与人文地理区划存在一定关联,中国西南一带少数民族聚集区相对较高。该研究在研究视角、旅游美食地方性指标体系构建以及网络数据挖掘等方面具有一定的创新性。

成渝地区文旅融合的时空分异特征和空间演进

基于2008—2021年四川省15个地级市和重庆市面板数据,对成渝地区文旅产业融合水平进行测度,探究文旅融合的时空分异特征和空间演进规律,并实证分析影响成渝地区文旅融合的内外因素。研究发现:文旅产业融合度整体处在严重失调阶段,融合水平两极分化,成都、重庆显著领先于其他14市;文旅产业融合度在时间上呈现缓慢增长态势,空间上区域一体化趋势较弱,“虹吸效应”突出,“马太效应”凸显,城市间不存在“追赶效应”,高融合度城市融合增长更快,空间关联性呈现下降态势;旅游产业相关要素相较于文化产业要素具有更强的促融合作用。因此,为更好地推动成渝地区文旅产业的深度融合,应强化落实一体化协同合作机制,聚焦重大项目牵引和文旅数字技术应用,深入实施差异化应用措施,创新文旅深度融合环境支撑。

乡村振兴背景下黄陂区全域旅游“破题出圈”的实践路径探析

全域旅游的多维度目标同乡村振兴战略的总要求高度契合,已成为实施乡村振兴战略的重要抓手。通过分析黄陂区全域旅游赋能乡村振兴的地理、交通、经济、旅游区位优势,识别黄陂区全域旅游赋能乡村振兴3个方面的障碍因素,最终总结出黄陂区全域旅游“破题出圈”、赋能乡村振兴的4条实践路径:“全域旅游+农业”“全域旅游+工业”“全域旅游+文化”“全域旅游+康养”。

基层公共图书馆文旅融合的实践与探索——以厦门市翔安区图书馆为例

基层公共图书馆是社会主义公共文化服务体系的重要组成部分,推动文旅融合发展是大势所趋、职责所在。本文以全国首批文旅公共服务机构功能融合试点单位厦门市翔安区图书馆的文旅融合实践为例,阐述基层公共图书馆要按照“宜融则融,能融尽融”的要求,从团队、场馆、平台、业务、活动、项目“6个融合”全面推动文旅融合发展,初步探索了基层公共图书馆文旅融合的路径方法,总结试点工作经验启示,旨在为基层公共图书馆推进文旅融合提供参考。

城市历史街区文旅可持续发展评价研究

鉴于遗产旅游资源的遗产属性及特点,文旅可持续发展是遗产旅游发展的内在需求及未来趋势。历史街区是城市重要的遗产旅游资源,历史街区的文旅高质量可持续发展评价除了要考量经济、社会与生态的可持续(一般维度),还应重点关注资源与文化的可持续(特色维度)。文章运用德尔菲法构建分析框架及其指标体系并进行初步赋权。研究结论为文化遗产类旅游资源的高质量可持续发展评价研究与开发策略制定提供参考依据。
