Transcendence and Wandering

Shen Congwen and Thomas Hardy are both known for their regional novels,Hardy for his "Wessex" novels,and Shen Congwen for his "World of Xiangxi" .Both writers display a sense of transcendence and wandering in their female characters.Both Xiao Xiao in Shen Congwen' s Xiao Xiao and Eustacia in Hardy' s The Return of the Native transcend the traditions and customs of their times,and experience a consequent wandering.But the ways of the two writers in presenting their heroines is quite different.While Xiao Xiao was mentally active but did nothing except follow the traditional system,Eustacia' s thought was followed by her own words and actions.

The Path Dependence of Enterprise Strategic Adjustment and Its Transcendence Analysis

The world today is in a period of great development and integration of economy,information,and technology,especially the high-tech industries represented by big data,cloud computing,and artificial intelligence.It is promoting the rapid increase of human productivity and leading the changes in various industries.Enterprises are facing more and more uncertain external environments.The previous organizational strategy,personnel structure,and operating strategies have been unable to adapt to the turbulent external environment,and innovation has become the norm.Therefore,how to find an innovative breakthrough point on the original strategic road on which to survive has become a matter of life and death.From the perspective of path dependence theory,this paper analyzes the characteristics of path dependence and transcendence path dependence during the adjustment of corporate strategy,and analyzes the internal causes and mechanisms of its generation with the help of the PEST model.Based on this,the negative impact of path dependence on the adjustment of the strategy was found.Furthermore,it was found above that the degree of transcendence path dependence in corporate strategic adjustment is determined by two factors:its ability to drive independent innovation in a dynamic environment and its ability to transform strategically.Finally,according to the research conclusions,it proposes countermeasures to overcome the path dependence of enterprises when adjusting their strategies,and provides suggestions for companies to find breakthrough points in disruptive innovation.

从整体主义哲学看中国古代哲学超越性概念与范畴的翻译

中国古代哲学超越性概念与范畴的翻译问题,关系到中国哲学在世界哲学之林如何自我定位以及与世界哲学如何对话。对中国古代哲学是否存在超越性概念与范畴以及如何翻译这一问题,文化上的排外论、兼容论和多元论有不同的回答和主张。多元论中的普遍主义强调文化共同性,特殊主义则强调个体的独特性。立足普遍性可以发现各种文化之间的联系,但不是为了寻求一种把独特性沦为背景的世界语言;立足特殊性能够尊重各种文化的独特性,但是不能由此认为它们必然彼此互不相干。标举中国哲学独特性的特殊论者,倾向于放弃西方哲学传统中被认为具有高度超越意义的概念和范畴。整体主义是普遍性与特殊性的统一,整体主义哲学翻译观认为,中西哲学传统中有着一些共通的问题意识和思维范畴。中国哲学中的超越性范畴是确然存在的,诸如“天”“道”“自然”等普遍的人类经验和问题范畴,大可以寻找最相似的译名,这是“同”;而对这些范畴提供具体的解释和论述,就是在提供中国哲学对这些普遍问题的独特回应。哲学概念和范畴翻译中体现的这种“同-异”张力,尊重了中国哲学对共同问题的特有回应这一事实。这种名同实异、异趣同调的翻译主张能帮助中国哲学实现与世界哲学真正平等的对话与交流,为人类整体智慧的提升做出贡献。

肺癌患者自我超越现状及影响因素分析

背景与目的肺癌患者存在不同程度的自我超越,其能够激发患者的自我意识,推动其积极面对生活中的负性事件,从而改善患者的生活质量及健康结局,但国内关于肺癌患者自我超越的研究鲜有报道,相关影响因素尚未明确。本研究旨在了解肺癌患者自我超越现状并探讨其影响因素,为临床干预决策提供理论依据。方法选取2023年9月至2024年2月在四川大学华西医院肺癌中心入院治疗的243例肺癌患者为研究对象;采用一般资料调查表、自我超越量表、Herth希望量表及社会支持评定量表进行调查,并对肺癌患者自我超越的影响因素进行分析。结果肺癌患者自我超越总均分为(44.73±8.94)分,希望水平总均分为(37.60±4.98)分,社会支持总均分为(41.31±7.27)分。肺癌患者自我超越与希望水平及社会支持均呈正相关(P<0.001,P<0.001)。学历、希望水平及社会支持是肺癌患者自我超越的影响因素(P<0.05,P<0.001,P<0.05)。结论肺癌患者的自我超越处于较低水平,受希望水平与社会支持的影响。医护人员应重视提高肺癌患者的希望水平,开展针对性心理干预,同时引导其增强社会支持感知,从而促进患者自我超越的实现。

中国员工工作价值观的代际变迁

随着时代发展,我国工作场所中的员工队伍构成呈现出多样化趋势。多代际并存,使得理解不同代际员工的工作价值观变得迫切而重要。本文基于Inglehart的现代化演进理论,通过采用不同研究设计、不同测量工具、不同分析方法和不同研究视角的三个研究,对不同代际(改革前一代、改革一代和后改革一代)员工工作价值观的变迁展开了系统而深入的分析。研究结果显示,我国不同代际员工的工作价值观既存在差异,又存在相似之处,后改革一代的工作价值观较之其他两代差异最为明显。具体而言,相比于改革前一代与改革一代,后改革一代的物质主义工作价值观最低,后物质主义工作价值观最高;后改革一代相比于前两个代际对开放工作价值观的重视程度最高,但三代员工在自我超越工作价值观上没有显著差异。研究还发现,不同代际员工对物质主义工作价值观的重视程度仍然高于后物质主义。本研究丰富了工作价值观代际差异以及新生代员工研究的知识体系,研究结果也可以为处在大变局中的企业管理实践提供借鉴和参考。

工作繁荣在教练型领导与护士职业成长间的中介效应

目的探讨护士工作繁荣对教练型领导与职业成长关系的中介效应。方法采用多阶段分层抽样法,选择河南省7所三级甲等医院的447名护士为研究对象,使用护士职业成长量表、教练型领导感知评价量表(护士他评版)和工作繁荣量表进行调查。结果护士评估的教练型领导评分为69.61±19.17,工作繁荣评分为49.93±10.12,职业成长评分为49.00±10.07,三者之间互为正相关(均P<0.05)。分层回归分析结果显示,在控制一般资料变量后,教练型领导及工作繁荣能解释职业成长总变异的38.2%。工作繁荣在教练型领导与职业成长之间起中介作用,中介效应占总效应的52.560%。结论教练型领导有助于提升临床护士工作繁荣水平,进而促进其职业成长,提示护理管理者施展教练型领导以挖掘护士职业发展潜力。

“语境”考论

语境的多样性、非明确性、建构性等特点,使得我们试图寻找一个原初的或确定的语境变得不可能。但文本理解需要语境,人们批判或解构语境,比如文本与语境僵化的二分法,目的不是要否定或取消语境,而是为了更好地理解文本。语境建构大致可分为文本外建构、文本与语境的协商两个方面,而在事件现象学中,文本在自身显现中超越了语境,文本的意义不再需要语境来阐释。不同的语境建构理论体现了不同的理解文本的方式和路径,语境问题与文本的意义生产密切相关。理解文本永远不可能有一个最终的语境或语境理论,也不会有一个最终的语境建构的实施方案,我们只能在避免诸多关于语境的错误认识中,结合文本意义的生产特点,针对不同的研究对象建构不同的语境。

清人《论语》笔记对前代的传承与超越

清代是笔记集大成的时代,清人《论语》笔记是清代学者带有强烈的自觉意识撰著而成的学术著作,不仅是今人研究清代《论语》的重要文献来源,也是考辨清代学术演进路径的关键文献资料。从释读方法看,清人《论语》笔记以传承汉、宋二学传统为主,分别从文字训诂、经文义理入手,以求对《论语》本义的确解。从解经思想看,清人笔记突破了前代《论语》研究篇幅冗长少有变通、严守家传与师说、治经手段单一的局限,无论是其灵活自由的条辨形式,还是实事求是的解经原则,抑或会通博洽的学术视野,都可谓是对汉代以来《论语》研究的发展与超越。

山水何以可游?——论山水画中的形而下之道及其超越性

山水画之所以“可居”“可游”,因其有道,山水之道既体现为形而上的哲思,也呈现为画面上的逶迤细路。它并非某种凸显于画面有形体、有细节的视觉对象,却常呈现为被山水树石等物装裱的虚空。五代北宋时期的全景山水和我们的身体图式相契合,为观者“步入”山水画之中开了方便之门,也奠定了中国山水画的空间知觉方式。画面路径多开始于画幅下端并向上方横斜蜿蜒,在观者的知觉中被解读为向画面深处延展,散点透视则营造了一个动态知觉过程,使得“游观”成为可能。山水画中的路形态多样,但其在视觉上多显现为深远山水意境中的“细路”。“三远”图式即意味着画面上的道路,需要被呈现为“窄”和“细”的形态,否则便无法凸显咫尺万里之势,与“细路”相对应的是“独往”,呼应着中国传统哲学与诗学中的“独往”,从而获得与天地精神相往来的超越。

慢性心力衰竭患者自我超越水平的影响因素

目的 探究慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者自我超越水平及其影响因素。方法 回顾性选取2021年5月至2023年5月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的157例CHF患者,分别采用一般资料调查表、中文版自我超越量表(CSTS)、领悟社会支持量表及Herth希望指数量表调查患者一般资料、自我超越水平、领悟社会支持水平及希望水平,分析CHF患者自我超越水平的影响因素。结果 本次调查共发放157份问卷,有效回收146份,有效回收率为92.99%(146/157)。146例CHF患者CSTS评分为(41.26±7.93)分,其中>45分者40份,占比27.40%。不同病程、心功能分级、受教育程度、月收入、领悟社会支持、希望水平患者CSTS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,心功能分级Ⅲ级是CSTS评分升高的危险因素,大专及以上、月收入>10 000元、高水平领悟社会支持、高度希望水平是CSTS评分升高的保护因素(P<0.05)。结论 CHF患者自我超越水平主要与心功能分级、受教育程度、月收入、领悟社会支持水平、希望水平有关,针对上述因素制定防治措施有助于提高自我超越水平,改善心理状态。
