Physical mechanisms and influencing factors on the effective stress coefficient for rock/soil-like porous materials are investigated, based on which equivalent connectivity index is proposed. The equivalent connectivity index, relying on the meso-scale structure of porous material and the property of liquid, denotes the connectivity of pores in Representative Element Area (REA). If the conductivity of the porous material is anisotropic, the equivalent connectivity index is a second order tensor. Based on the basic theories of continuous mechanics and tensor analysis, relationship between area porosity and volumetric porosity of porous materials is deduced. Then a generalized expression, describing the relation between effective stress coefficient tensor and equivalent connectivity tensor of pores, is proposed, and the expression can be applied to isotropic media and also to anisotropic materials. Furthermore, evolution of porosity and equivalent connectivity index of the pore are studied in the strain space, and the method to determine the corresponding functions in expressions above is proposed using genetic algorithm and genetic programming. Two applications show that the results obtained by the method in this paper perfectly agree with the test data. This paper provides an important theoretical support to the coupled hydro-mechanical research. 展开更多

It is shown by a lot of numerical calculations that the wellbore pressures are much more sensitive to permeability very near the well than to permeability a few gridblocks away from the well. When an initial pressure gradient existent sensitivity coefficients in the region are closer to the active well than to the observation well. Sensitivity coefficients of observation well at the line between the active well and the observation well are influenced greatly by the initial pressure gradient. 展开更多

Based on the Wallerian degeneration in the spinal cord pathways,the changes in synaptic connections,and the spinal cord-related cellular responses that alter the cellular structure of the brain,we presumed that brain diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)parameters may change after spinal cord injury.However,the dynamic changes in DTI parameters remain unclear.We established a Beagle dog model of T10 spinal cord contusion and performed DTI of the injured spinal cord.We found dynamic changes in DTI parameters in the cerebral peduncle,posterior limb of the internal capsule,pre-and postcentral gyri of the brain within 12 weeks after spinal cord injury.We then performed immunohistochemistry to detect the expression of neurofilament heavy polypeptide(axonal marker),glial fibrillary acidic protein(glial cell marker),and NeuN(neuronal marker).We found that these pathological changes were consistent with DTI parameter changes.These findings suggest that DTI can display brain structure changes after spinal cord injury. 展开更多

脊髓型颈椎病患者临床表现与MRI及DTI量化值的相关性研究

目的探究脊髓型颈椎病(CSM)患者临床表现与磁共振(MRI)及弥散张量成像(DTI)量化值的相关性。方法选取2020年1月至2022年12月期间河北中石油中心医院65例CSM患者作为研究对象,根据日本骨科协会(JOA)评分将患者分为轻度组、中度组、重度组... 目的探究脊髓型颈椎病(CSM)患者临床表现与磁共振(MRI)及弥散张量成像(DTI)量化值的相关性。方法选取2020年1月至2022年12月期间河北中石油中心医院65例CSM患者作为研究对象,根据日本骨科协会(JOA)评分将患者分为轻度组、中度组、重度组,均行MRI及DTI检查,分析各组患者病变节段最狭窄层面脊髓MRI表现,及DTI参数[表观弥散系数(ADC)、各向异性分数(FA)]、本征值(λ1值、λ2值、λ3值),采用Pearson相关性分析ADC值、FA值及本征值与JOA评分的相关性。结果重度组患者MRI T2WI高信号占比高于中度组和轻度组(χ^(2)=35.033,P<0.05),中度组与轻度组MRI信号表现分布差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.931,P>0.05);三组病变节段ADC值比较:重度组>中度组>轻度组(F=40.042,P<0.05);FA值比较:重度组<中度组<轻度组,组间差异均有统计学意义(F=33.145,P<0.05);三组病变节段λ1值比较差异无统计学意义(F=0.344,P>0.05),三组λ2值与λ3值比较,均重度组>中度组>轻度组,组间差异有统计学意义(F=25.296,62.994,P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析显示,ADC值与JOA评分呈负相关(P<0.05),FA值与JOA评分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论MRI常规扫描及DTI量化值可反映CSM患者脊髓病变节段损伤程度,其中ADC值和FA值与患者的临床症状严重程度呈线性相关性。 展开更多

目的探讨磁共振(MRI)弥散张力成像(DTI)在早产儿脑白质损伤(WMI)及神经发育预后评估中的应用价值。方法选择早产儿149例,均行头部MRI+DTI检查,记录感兴趣区(ROI)各向异性分数(FA)、表观弥散系数(ADC)值,根据检查结果将早产儿分为WMI组4... 目的探讨磁共振(MRI)弥散张力成像(DTI)在早产儿脑白质损伤(WMI)及神经发育预后评估中的应用价值。方法选择早产儿149例,均行头部MRI+DTI检查,记录感兴趣区(ROI)各向异性分数(FA)、表观弥散系数(ADC)值,根据检查结果将早产儿分为WMI组40例、nWMI组109例,并按检查时纠正胎龄分为33~34周、35~36周、≥37周,比较WMI组与nWMI组各胎龄FA值、ADC值。39例早产儿在纠正月龄约6个月时用格塞尔(Gesell)发育量表评估发育情况,其中适应性行为发育落后18例、个人-社会行为发育落后16例、大运动行为发育落后21例、精细运动行为发育落后25例、语言行为发育落后19例,Spearman相关法分析FA值、ADC值与Gesell发育量表评分的相关性。结果nWMI组不同纠正胎龄阶段各ROI的FA值均高于WMI组(P均<0.05)。纠正胎龄33~34周,WMI组侧室旁白质、胼胝体膝部白质的ADC值高于nWMI组(P均<0.05);纠正胎龄35~36周,WMI组胼胝体膝部、内囊后肢ADC值高于nWMI组(P均<0.05);纠正胎龄≥37周,WMI组半卵圆中心白质、脑室旁白质、胼胝体膝部及内囊后肢白质ADC值高于nWMI组(P均<0.05)。大运动发育落后早产儿脑室旁白质的ADC值与Gesell发育量表评分呈负相关(r=-0.594,P<0.05),认知行为发育落后早产儿内囊前肢的ADC值与Gesell发育量表评分呈负相关(r=-0.524,P<0.05)。结论DTI检查的内囊前肢、后肢及脑室旁白质FA值可反映早产儿WMI情况,脑室旁白质ADC值可反映其大运动发育情况。 展开更多

目的探究磁共振成像(MRI)多序列扫描诊断原发性颞叶癫痫(TLE)的价值。方法选取2022年1月至2023年8月在驻马店市中心医院收治的原发性TLE患者50例作为观察组,同期选取健康志愿者50例为对照组,均进行MRI多序列扫描。检测两组感兴趣区(ROI... 目的探究磁共振成像(MRI)多序列扫描诊断原发性颞叶癫痫(TLE)的价值。方法选取2022年1月至2023年8月在驻马店市中心医院收治的原发性TLE患者50例作为观察组,同期选取健康志愿者50例为对照组,均进行MRI多序列扫描。检测两组感兴趣区(ROI)的表观扩散系数(ADC)、部分各向异性(FA)值、脑血流量(CBF)值、N-乙酰天冬氨酸/肌酸比值(NAA/Cr)、胆碱/肌酸比值(Cho/Cr),分析各参数及联合诊断原发性TLE的临床价值。结果观察组ADC值高于对照组(P<0.05),FA值、NAA/Cr值均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的右海马头、左海马头、右杏仁核、左杏仁核的CBF值及总体均值高于对照组(P<0.05);两组Cho/Cr比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);ADC值约登指数最大时对应截断值0.96×10^(-3)mm^(2)/s,AUC为0.700,敏感度为74.00%、特异度为78.00%;FA值约登指数最大时对应截断值0.30,AUC为0.671,敏感度为86.00%、特异度为78.00%;CBF总体均值约登指数最大时对应截断值56.02 mL/100g/min,AUC为0.769,敏感度为84.00%、特异度为82.00%;NAA/Cr值约登指数最大时对应截断值1.74,AUC为0.717,敏感度为86.00%、特异度为68.00%;四者联合诊断内侧颞叶癫痫(mTLE)的价值最高,AUC为0.811,敏感度为94.00%、特异度为64.00%。结论将ADC、FA、CBF、NAA/Cr四项指标联合检测,比单一使用其中任意一项指标对mTLE的诊断具有更高的准确性,临床价值较高,值得推广。 展开更多

This makes it increasingly important to assess, soon after birth, the prognosis of children with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. Computed tomography, ultrasound, and conventional magnetic resonance imaging are helpful to diagnose brain injury, but cannot quantify white matter damage. In this study, ten full-term infants without brain injury and twenty-two full-term neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (14 moderate cases and 8 severe cases) underwent diffusion tensor imaging to assess its feasibility in evaluating white matter damage in this condition. Results demonstrated that fractional anisotropy, voxel volume, and number of fiber bundles were different in some brain areas between infants with brain injury and those without brain injury. The correlation between fractional anisotropy values and neonatal behavioral neurological assessment scores was closest in the posterior limbs of the internal capsule. We conclude that diffusion tensor imaging can quantify white matter injury in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. 展开更多

Exploring the relationship between different structure of the spinal cord and functional assessment after spinal cord injury is important. Quantitative diffusion tensor imaging can provide information about the microstructure of nerve tissue and can quantify the pathological damage of spinal cord white matter and gray matter. In this study, a custom-designed spinal cord contusion-impactor was used to damage the T_(10) spinal cord of beagles. Diffusion tensor imaging was used to observe changes in the whole spinal cord, white matter, and gray matter, and the Texas Spinal Cord Injury Score was used to assess changes in neurological function at 3 hours, 24 hours, 6 weeks, and 12 weeks after injury. With time, fractional anisotropy values after spinal cord injury showed a downward trend, and the apparent diffusion coefficient, mean diffusivity, and radial diffusivity first decreased and then increased. The apparent diffusion-coefficient value was highly associated with the Texas Spinal Cord Injury Score for the whole spinal cord(R = 0.919, P = 0.027), white matter(R = 0.932, P = 0.021), and gray matter(R = 0.882, P = 0.048). Additionally, the other parameters had almost no correlation with the score(P 〉 0.05). In conclusion, the highest and most significant correlation between diffusion parameters and neurological function was the apparent diffusion-coefficient value for white matter, indicating that it could be used to predict the recovery of neurological function accurately after spinal cord injury. 展开更多

We report a patient with severe ataxia due to Dandy-Walker malformation, who showed functional recovery over 10 months corresponding to a change in a cerebellar peduncle lesion. A 20-month-old female patient who was diagnosed with Dandy-Walker syndrome and six age- and sex-matched healthy control subjects were enrolled. The superior cerebellar peduncle, the middle cerebellar peduncle, and the inferior cerebellar peduncle were evaluated using fractional anisotropy and the apparent diffusion coefficient. The patients' functional ambulation category was 0 at the initial visit, but improved to 2 at the follow-up evaluation, and Berg's balance scale score also improved from 0 to 7. Initial diffusion tensor tractography revealed that the inferior cerebellar peduncle was not detected, that the fractional anisotropy of the superior cerebellar peduncle and middle cerebellar peduncle decreased by two standard deviations below, and that the apparent diffusion coefficient increased by two standard deviations over normal control values. However, on follow-up diffusion tensor tractography, both inferior cerebellar peduncles could be detected, and the fractional anisotropy of superior cerebellar peduncle increased to within two standard deviations of normal controls. The functional improvement in this patient appeared to correspond to changes in these cerebellar peduncles. We believe that evaluating cerebellar peduncles using diffusion tensor imaging is useful in cases when a cerebellar peduncle lesion is suspected. 展开更多

目的:利用磁共振弥散张量成像(DTI)探讨合并认知障碍的无症状性脑梗死患者脑白质结构改变特点。方法:收治住院的28例无症状性腔隙性脑梗死不伴脑白质病变患者,按照蒙特利尔认知评估表(MoCA)大于等于26分分为认知正常组和认知障碍组,住... 目的:利用磁共振弥散张量成像(DTI)探讨合并认知障碍的无症状性脑梗死患者脑白质结构改变特点。方法:收治住院的28例无症状性腔隙性脑梗死不伴脑白质病变患者,按照蒙特利尔认知评估表(MoCA)大于等于26分分为认知正常组和认知障碍组,住院期间行头颅DTI检查,利用基于兴趣区(ROI)分析方法,测量两组患者同一水平、镜面对称的双侧侧脑室前角、后角、侧脑室体旁、半卵圆中心近腹侧、半卵圆中心近背侧看似正常脑白质的表观弥散系数(ADC)和各向异性分数(FA)值。结果:认知正常组与认知障碍组在右侧侧脑室前角、双侧侧脑室后角、双侧侧脑室体旁、双侧半卵圆中心近腹侧、双侧半卵圆中心近背侧ADC值比较无统计学差异(均P>0.05),但是左侧侧脑室前角ADC值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。认知正常组与认知障碍组在右侧侧脑室前角、右侧侧脑室后角、左侧侧脑室体旁、左侧半卵圆中心近背侧FA值比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05),两组患者在左侧侧脑室前角、左侧侧脑室后角、右侧侧脑室旁、双层半卵圆中心近腹侧、右侧半卵圆中心近背侧FA比较值差异存在统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:无症状性脑梗死患者的认知损害,多表现在执行功能、注意力、语言流畅性;左侧侧脑室前角、左侧侧脑室后角、右侧侧脑室旁、双层半卵圆中心近腹侧、右侧半卵圆中心近背侧的白质纤维参与了多个认知域的形成。 展开更多

But the mea-(surement) of rotatory optics element is difficult for the rotatory optical fiber. A simple principle and method for measuring rotatory optics element are put forward in this paper. Firstly by using electromagnetic theory it was demonstrated that the rotatory optics element has a simple linear relation with the rotatory angle, and then the rotatory optics element has a simple linear relation with the magnetic field strength (or bias current in the helix coil) . Secondly a measurement system for the rotatory optics element in the rotatory optical fiber was designed. DTI技术在伴与不伴2型糖尿病失眠患者中的应用研究

目的利用磁共振弥散张量成像(DTI)技术观察在伴或不伴2型糖尿病(T2DM)的失眠症患者脑精微解剖结构的变化。方法收集25例合并T2DM的失眠患者纳入伴T2DM失眠组,选择同期临床资料匹配的25例未合并T2DM的失眠患者纳入不伴T2DM失眠组,选择同... 目的利用磁共振弥散张量成像(DTI)技术观察在伴或不伴2型糖尿病(T2DM)的失眠症患者脑精微解剖结构的变化。方法收集25例合并T2DM的失眠患者纳入伴T2DM失眠组,选择同期临床资料匹配的25例未合并T2DM的失眠患者纳入不伴T2DM失眠组,选择同期健康志愿者25例作为对照组。记录所有受试者的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、失眠严重指数量表(ISI)和DTI检查。结果不伴T2DM失眠组和伴T2DM失眠组ADC值及PSQI、ISI评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),伴T2DM失眠组ADC值及PSQI、ISI评分均高于不伴T2DM失眠组(P<0.05)。不伴T2DM失眠组和伴T2DM失眠组不同位点FA均低于对照组(P<0.05),伴T2DM失眠组不同位点FA均低于不伴T2DM失眠组(P<0.05)。PSQI、ISI与不同位点FA均呈负相关(P<0.01),PSQI、ISI与不同位点ADC值均呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论DTI技术能够无创地为失眠症患者提供更精准、更早期的影像学评价,为制定失眠症及失眠症向T2DM发展的临床预防诊断提供策略,也为患者采用个体化治疗提供参考。 展开更多

弹性阻抗(EI)的提出是基于Zoeppritz方程有关近似垂直入射的P‑P波反射系数近似表达式,对地层性质和观测系统有特定的假设条件,如阻抗界面两侧的弹性系数差异小、入射角较小等,在实际应用中具有一定的局限性。此外,EI不同于声阻抗,没有... 弹性阻抗(EI)的提出是基于Zoeppritz方程有关近似垂直入射的P‑P波反射系数近似表达式,对地层性质和观测系统有特定的假设条件,如阻抗界面两侧的弹性系数差异小、入射角较小等,在实际应用中具有一定的局限性。此外,EI不同于声阻抗,没有确定的量纲,不是一个物理量,无法直接解释其物理含义。为此,从阻抗本身的物理定义入手,将应力矢量的两个分量和速度矢量的两个分量分别相除取反,构成阻抗张量,该阻抗张量具有明确的量纲。针对P波入射的情形,利用阻抗张量的法向分量(T)近似表达反射系数,并发展了相应的反演方法。数值算例结果表明:T反演、EI反演的结果基本一致,且均与理论值吻合较好,但在低速层处,T反演的横波阻抗相对较平稳,振荡较小;相对于EI而言,由于T的定义式中没有指数运算,因此反演结果对速度、密度和角度的敏感度降低,反演结果相对稳定。实际地震资料测试结果表明,反演结果与实际钻井资料吻合较好,同相轴强弱反映了明显的阻抗差异;两套薄储层呈清晰的低泊松比异常。由于所提方法仅使用两个角度的数据进行反演,故对入射角范围较窄的观测系统尤为适用。法向阻抗分量扩展了叠前地震反演的内涵,是对地震阻抗反演的有益补充。 展开更多

目的为慢性肾小球肾炎等肾病变的早期定量诊断提供新的影像诊断依据。方法选取腹部弥散张量成像扫描的不同年龄阶段的成人男女性检查正常者60例,在图像后处理工作站划分肾皮质和肾髓质的感兴趣区,测量各项异性分数(FA)值和表观弥散系数(... 目的为慢性肾小球肾炎等肾病变的早期定量诊断提供新的影像诊断依据。方法选取腹部弥散张量成像扫描的不同年龄阶段的成人男女性检查正常者60例,在图像后处理工作站划分肾皮质和肾髓质的感兴趣区,测量各项异性分数(FA)值和表观弥散系数(ADC)值,生成纤维示踪图像。比较不同侧别、性别、部位、年龄组之间的肾皮质和肾髓质的FA值、ADC值。结果左右侧、男女性和不同部位、不同年龄组的正常肾皮质和肾髓质的FA值、ADC值差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但是左肾的ADC值略高于右肾,肾上极的ADC值略高于中部、下极,男性的FA值略高于女性,女性的ADC值略高于男性,肾皮质和肾髓质的FA值、ADC值随着年龄增高而逐渐略有降低。正常肾皮质和肾髓质的FA值、ADC值差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),肾髓质的FA值高于肾皮质,肾皮质的ADC值高于肾髓质。结论弥散张量成像可以反映正常肾结构的特点,为肾及其病变的微细结构变化提供了客观影像诊断依据。 展开更多
