The paper proposes the identification method of linear and non-linear chromatographic system. Isotherms and lumped mass transfer coefficients of chromatography separating isomer sorbitol and mannitol on D80 adsorbent are determined. The analyses of root mean square error of chromatography elution curves are carried out. The results show that the system studied is non-linear and the theoretical elution curves of the non-linear chromatographic model are more accurate than those of the linear chromatographic model. Results of parameter sensitivity analyses show that elution curves of non-linear chromatographic separation are more sensitive to the variation of parameter "ai" in the adsorption isotherms than to the variation of parameter "bi" as well as lumped mass transfer coefficients. 展开更多

Combining wavelet transforms with conventional log differential curves is used to identify fractured sections is a new idea.In this paper,we first compute the mother wavelet transform of conventional logs and the wavelet decomposed signals are compared with fractures identified from image logs to determine the fracture-matched mother wavelet.Then the mother wavelet-based decomposed signal combined with the differential curves of conventional well logs create a fracture indicator curve,identifying the fractured zone.Finally the fracture density can be precisely evaluated by the linear relationship of the indicator curve and image log fracture density.This method has been successfully used to evaluate igneous reservoir fractures in the southern Songnan basin and the calculated density from the indicator curve and density from image logs are both basically consistent. 展开更多

[Objectives]This study aimed to investigate the pathogenicity,growth characteristics and drug resistance of Streptococcus suis type 2.[Methods]Bacterial isolation and identification,biochemical experiments,determination of growth curve and correlation curve between OD 600 values and viable counts,drug susceptibility tests,pathogenicity analysis,and histopathological observations were carried out.[Results]The Streptococcus strain isolated from infected pigs was identified as Streptococcus suis type 2,which was named TA01 strain.TA01 strain reached the growth peak at 6-8 h post-incubation,and viable counts gradually declined after 8 h of incubation.The correlation equation between OD 600 values and viable counts is y=24.659 x-1.076 1,R^2=0.996 7.TA01 strain was sensitive to penicillin,erythromycin,florfenicol and oxacillin,and resistant to ciprofloxacin,polymyxin B and clindamycin.According to the results of pathogenicity analysis,all the mice in 3.6×10^9 cfu/mouse group died within 48,and these dead mice exhibited acute pyaemia septica.Based on the Reed-Muench formula,it was calculated that LD 50 of TA01 strain was 1.137×10^8 cfu/mouse.Pathological examination showed obvious blue-stained bacteria clusters,accompanied by neutrophil infiltration.[Conclusions]TA01 strain was a virulent strain of Streptococcus suis type 2.Compared with Streptococcus strains which were isolated and reported in China,TA01 strain exhibited strong virulence and rapid proliferation. 展开更多

Nowadays,the number of vehicles in China has increased significantly.The increase of the number of vehicles has also led to the increasingly complex traffic situation and the urgent safety measures in need.However,the existing early warning devices such as geomagnetic,ultrasonic and infrared detection have some shortcomings like difficult installation and maintenance.In addition,geomagnetic detection will damage the road surface,while ultrasonic and infrared detection will be greatly affected by the environment.Considering the shortcomings of the existing solutions,this paper puts forward a solution of early warning for vehicle turning meeting based on image acquisition and microcontrollers.This solution combines image acquisition and processing technology,which uses image sensor to perceive traffic condition and image data analysis algorithm to process perceived image,and then utilize LED display screen to issue an early warning. 展开更多

The rapid expansion of Internet of Things(IoT)devices deploys various sensors in different applications like homes,cities and offices.IoT applications depend upon the accuracy of sensor data.So,it is necessary to predict faults in the sensor and isolate their cause.A novel primitive technique named fall curve is presented in this paper which characterizes sensor faults.This technique identifies the faulty sensor and determines the correct working of the sensor.Different sources of sensor faults are explained in detail whereas various faults that occurred in sensor nodes available in IoT devices are also presented in tabular form.Fault prediction in digital and analog sensors along with methods of sensor fault prediction are described.There are several advantages and disadvantages of sensor fault prediction methods and the fall curve technique.So,some solutions are provided to overcome the limitations of the fall curve technique.In this paper,a bibliometric analysis is carried out to visually analyze 63 papers fetched from the Scopus database for the past five years.Its novelty is to predict a fault before its occurrence by looking at the fall curve.The sensing of current flow in devices is important to prevent a major loss.So,the fall curves of ACS712 current sensors configured on different devices are drawn for predicting faulty or non-faulty devices.The analysis result proved that if any of the current sensors gets faulty,then the fall curve will differ and the value will immediately drop to zero.Various evaluation metrics for fault prediction are also described in this paper.At last,this paper also addresses some possible open research issues which are important to deal with false IoT sensor data. 展开更多

It is of great significance for gully prevention and management to identify the potential sediment source of debris flow.Debris flow in a gully always originates from tributaries that have different gravity potential energies and sediment condition.In this study,tributaries of the Jiangjia Gully(JJG) in Yunnan province,China,are taken as the study area to determine the possible sediment sources of debris flow.It was found that tributaries with a high evolution index(EI,the integral of the hypsometric curve) always had high gravity potential energy,which favors the occurrence of landslide activity.Furthermore,the relationship between sediment distribution,gravity potential energy,and EI is compared,respectively.The results showed that the EI had a greater influence on the occurrence of landslides,and sediments were concentrated in tributaries with EI between 0.5 and 0.6.Accordingly,tributaries with EI > 0.5 were identified as the sediment sources of debris flow.In addition,the shape of a tributary was related to EI and can reflect the condition of water and sediment storage. 展开更多

This paper develops a feedforward neural network based input output model for a general unknown nonlinear dynamic system identification when only the inputs and outputs are accessible observations. In the developed model, the size of the input space is directly related to the system order. By monitoring the identification error characteristic curve, we are able to determine the system order and subsequently an appropriate network structure for systems identification. Simulation results are promising and show that generic nonlinear systems can be identified, different cases of the same system can also be discriminated by our model. 展开更多

准噶尔盆地莫西庄地区三工河组二段岩性复杂多样、变化快,单砂岩体中薄层岩性频繁互层,存在较强的岩性、物性、含油非均质性特征。精细划分薄互层岩性并识别其分层界面是开展储层识别、流体解释及有效储层厚度确立等重要的前提工作。为... 准噶尔盆地莫西庄地区三工河组二段岩性复杂多样、变化快,单砂岩体中薄层岩性频繁互层,存在较强的岩性、物性、含油非均质性特征。精细划分薄互层岩性并识别其分层界面是开展储层识别、流体解释及有效储层厚度确立等重要的前提工作。为了精确地识别薄互层岩性的分层界面,从测井信息采集分辨率与信号分析角度出发,提出了基于小波与反褶积相结合的薄互层岩性分层界面识别方法。首先,利用小波变换多尺度分解和重构原理,对自然伽马测井曲线进行高、低频分解,提取出反映地层岩性变化的有效信号与高频噪声;然后,对有效信号进行重构,构建一条去除噪声能够表征更接近真实地层信息的自然伽马测井曲线;最后,利用反褶积方法对重构的自然伽马测井曲线进行高分辨率处理,很大程度上提高了自然伽马测井曲线响应薄层岩性的纵向分辨率。经实例井取心岩性资料验证,利用该方法处理得到高分辨率自然伽马测井曲线的形态与数值特征能够有效地提高单砂岩体中多套薄互层岩性分层界面识别的精度,为莫西庄三工河组二段储层有效性精细评价提供了依据。 展开更多

为深入了解兔支气管败血波氏杆菌(Bordetella bronchiseptica,Bb),试验将病兔体内分离得到的菌株进行菌株鉴定、生长曲线测定、致病性研究、药敏试验及耐药基因检测,期望了解该菌的生长规律,为临床用药及防控奠定基础。通过Gram染色镜... 为深入了解兔支气管败血波氏杆菌(Bordetella bronchiseptica,Bb),试验将病兔体内分离得到的菌株进行菌株鉴定、生长曲线测定、致病性研究、药敏试验及耐药基因检测,期望了解该菌的生长规律,为临床用药及防控奠定基础。通过Gram染色镜检、分离培养、16S rDNA序列分析对分离菌株进行鉴定,测定了该分离株的生长曲线、半数致死量、耐药性并对分离菌株进行β-内酰胺酶耐药基因的检测。结果表明:分离得到1株革兰氏阴性杆菌,命名为P201215,该分离株的16S rDNA基因序列与GenBank中支气管败血波氏杆菌(登录号为NR113628.1)的同源性为99%。分离株的对数生长期为2~9 h,9 h后进入平台期;对KM小鼠的半数致死量为1.19×107 CFU。药敏试验结果显示,分离株对部分头孢菌素类药物耐药,对大部分β-内酰胺类、喹诺酮类、四环素类及氨基糖苷类药物敏感,PCR检测未检出超广谱β-内酰胺酶耐药基因。 展开更多

在雷达系统、舰船系统、数据中心等大型复杂系统中,供配电系统变流器端口阻抗信息的完整、快速、准确获取,是研判系统可靠性的重要基础。现有研究大都使用分段线性拟合值方法进行阻抗识别,不仅需要大量阻抗测量才能获得完整的阻抗特性,... 在雷达系统、舰船系统、数据中心等大型复杂系统中,供配电系统变流器端口阻抗信息的完整、快速、准确获取,是研判系统可靠性的重要基础。现有研究大都使用分段线性拟合值方法进行阻抗识别,不仅需要大量阻抗测量才能获得完整的阻抗特性,并且可能因过度测量而对系统的正常运行造成干扰。针对这些问题,从阻抗特性曲线的非线性拟合入手,提出一种“非线性曲线拟合、全局误差估计、优选测量点频率”的阻抗识别方法,实现基于曲线拟合误差估计的测量点优化选择,以较少阻抗测量代价获取宽频带阻抗特性。与现有的方法相比,所提方法更有助于测量点的合理选择、阻抗谐振峰的准确识别,从而更高效地实现宽频带阻抗的识别,为复杂供配电系统运行状况的研判提供可靠依据。算例仿真证实了所提方法的有效性。 展开更多

【目的】2023年4月至2023年5月,西藏拉萨市多地出现牦牛严重腹泻、便血甚至死亡的现象。试验旨在确定牦牛腹泻的病原菌并研究其生物学特性,以期为该地区牦牛腹泻病的防治提供参考。【方法】采集新鲜牦牛腹泻粪便样品进行厌氧培养,通过... 【目的】2023年4月至2023年5月,西藏拉萨市多地出现牦牛严重腹泻、便血甚至死亡的现象。试验旨在确定牦牛腹泻的病原菌并研究其生物学特性,以期为该地区牦牛腹泻病的防治提供参考。【方法】采集新鲜牦牛腹泻粪便样品进行厌氧培养,通过培养特性及染色镜检进行初步鉴定;对可疑阳性菌株进行生化特性、多重PCR毒素基因分型及cpe、netB、cpb2毒素鉴定,并进行cpa、cpb2、16S rRNA基因的遗传进化分析、部分分离株生长曲线测定及动物致病性试验;采用K-B法测定分离株的体外药物敏感性,统计不同分离株的多重耐药结果。【结果】从样品中分离纯化得到8株分离菌,在厌氧培养基中生长旺盛,在TSC培养基、5%脱纤维绵羊血平板、卵黄琼脂培养基上均呈现与产气荚膜梭菌相似的典型菌落,革兰染色为紫色大杆菌,初步判定为产气荚膜梭菌,命名为XZ-1~XZ-8。分离株生化检测结果与产气荚膜梭菌相符;分离株均携带cpa和cpb2基因,为A型产气荚膜梭菌;16S rRNA基因分析结果显示,8株分离株与产气荚膜梭菌参考株的相似性为97.3%~100%,在系统进化树中处于同一分支,而与屎肠球菌、大肠杆菌参考株处于不同分支;分离株cpa和cpb2基因存在一定的变异性。生长曲线显示,3株分离株(XZ-1、XZ-4、XZ-7)生长规律基本一致,其中0~4 h为迟缓期,4~8 h为对数期,8~22 h为稳定期,22 h后开始进入衰亡期。动物致病性试验结果显示,分离株对昆明小鼠具有较强的致病性。分离株对苯唑西林、红霉素、氯霉素、氧氟沙星、米诺环素、头孢哌酮、利福平及罗红霉素敏感,对青霉素、哌拉西林、羧苄西林、麦迪霉素、头孢曲松等22种药物均存在不同程度的耐药性,存在多重耐药性,其中XZ-7株耐药数量多达11种,6重以上耐药的菌株占75.0%。【结论】本研究成功从拉萨严重腹泻、血便牦牛粪样中分离出8株A型产气荚膜梭菌,分离株对小鼠具有较强的致病性,对青霉素、哌拉西林、羧苄西林等药物存在不同程度的耐药性。研究结果为该地区牦牛腹泻病防控提供了参考依据。 展开更多

本研究旨在建立一种基于高分辨率熔解曲线(high resolution melting,HRM)技术高效鉴别丹参及其混伪品的方法。研究采用硅胶吸附柱法纯化基因组DNA,并针对鼠尾草rDNA ITS2区序列设计特异性引物,通过依次对引物浓度、DNA模板浓度、退火温... 本研究旨在建立一种基于高分辨率熔解曲线(high resolution melting,HRM)技术高效鉴别丹参及其混伪品的方法。研究采用硅胶吸附柱法纯化基因组DNA,并针对鼠尾草rDNA ITS2区序列设计特异性引物,通过依次对引物浓度、DNA模板浓度、退火温度和循环次数进行系统优化,建立了ITS2熔解曲线模型,并采用HRM技术对不同来源丹参及其混伪品(甘西鼠尾草、云南丹参和鼠尾草)进行鉴别。结果表明,在最适引物浓度为2.5~10.0μmol/L,DNA模板浓度为26.95~53.90 ng/μL,退火温度为58℃,循环数为35~45时可获得稳定、均一、特异的PCR扩增曲线。该方法通过对比熔解温度(Tm)即可实现对丹参与甘西鼠尾草、云南丹参及鼠尾草的真伪鉴别,在丹参及其伪品的快速检测方面具有独特的优势。 展开更多

用于获取锂离子电池正负极开路电势曲线的纽扣电池试验需要对电池进行破坏性拆解,而且试验过程中电池极易受到污染。为解决此问题,提出了一种利用伪参比电极获取锂离子电池正负极相对开路电势曲线的方法。该方法将锂电池外壳作为参比电... 用于获取锂离子电池正负极开路电势曲线的纽扣电池试验需要对电池进行破坏性拆解,而且试验过程中电池极易受到污染。为解决此问题,提出了一种利用伪参比电极获取锂离子电池正负极相对开路电势曲线的方法。该方法将锂电池外壳作为参比电极,通过小倍率充放电试验直接测得电极与外壳之间的相对开路电势。通过商用钛酸锂电池对所提方法进行试验验证,结果表明利用所提方法计算得到的电池电压和实际测量的电池电压的均方根误差仅为4.2 mV,且在同批次电池上辨识得到的热力学参数随电池容量衰减而减小。试验结果验证了伪参比电极法可在不破坏电池的情况下获取到可信度较高的相对开路电势曲线。 展开更多

页岩岩相的识别、划分在页岩油气勘探开发工作中具有重要的理论及实际意义。以苏北盆地溱潼凹陷古近系阜宁组二段页岩为研究对象,通过对典型钻井溱页1井岩心样品进行全岩/黏土X射线衍射分析,应用前人的页岩矿物组分“三端元”图解,得出... 页岩岩相的识别、划分在页岩油气勘探开发工作中具有重要的理论及实际意义。以苏北盆地溱潼凹陷古近系阜宁组二段页岩为研究对象,通过对典型钻井溱页1井岩心样品进行全岩/黏土X射线衍射分析,应用前人的页岩矿物组分“三端元”图解,得出该地区的页岩岩相类型。同时,利用一种基于原子搜索优化算法优化的BP(反向传播算法)神经网络方法对测井信息进行数据挖掘,以此建立黏土矿物、硅质矿物、碳酸盐岩矿物相对含量的预测模型,实现了通过自然能谱到页岩矿物含量的定量表征。最后应用该模型对溱页1井和沙垛1井阜宁组二段进行岩性预测及岩相识别,其识别结果与样品实测数据的岩相划分结果高度一致。研究为实现页岩岩相的间接识别提供了一个经济、快速、高效的方法,可通过测井曲线有效地预测页岩岩相组合体的主要矿物成分,为缺乏取心、实测样品井段的岩相识别提供依据。 展开更多

目的评估荧光定量PCR熔解曲线法检测真菌核酸的准确性及临床应用价值。方法纳入460例疑似或确诊为呼吸道真菌感染患者为研究对象,以荧光定量PCR熔解曲线法作为考核方法,以真菌26S rRNA基因核酸测定试剂盒联合Sanger测序法作为参考方法,... 目的评估荧光定量PCR熔解曲线法检测真菌核酸的准确性及临床应用价值。方法纳入460例疑似或确诊为呼吸道真菌感染患者为研究对象,以荧光定量PCR熔解曲线法作为考核方法,以真菌26S rRNA基因核酸测定试剂盒联合Sanger测序法作为参考方法,采集各研究对象痰液样本并同步使用考核方法、参考方法检测,计算两种方法的Kappa值以评价结果的一致性。结果以参考方法为对照,考核方法检测结果总符合率为92.83%(427/460);此外,与参考方法相比,考核方法检测8种真菌(白念珠菌、光滑念珠菌、克柔念珠菌、近平滑念珠菌、热带念珠菌、新生隐球菌、季也蒙念珠菌、曲霉菌)的阳性符合率、阴性符合率、总符合率分别为97.34%(183/188)、97.06%(264/272)、97.17%(447/460);100.00%(33/33)、99.77%(426/427)、99.78%(459/460);100.00%(16/16)、99.55%(442/444)、99.57%(458/460);98.11%(52/53)、99.75%(442/444)、99.57%(458/460);95.08%(58/61)、99.50%(397/399)、98.91%(455/460);100.00%(9/9)、99.56%(449/451)、99.57%(458/460);85.00%(17/20)、99.32%(437/440)、98.70%(454/460);97.59%(81/83)、97.88%(369/377)、97.83%(450/460);两种方法检测结果一致性评价的Kappa值均大于0.8。对两种方法不一致结果进行复核检测,结果发现有53.7%(22/41)的检测结果与考核方法一致,有46.3%(19/41)的检测结果与参考方法一致。结论使用荧光定量PCR熔解曲线法能同时检测8种真菌,且检测结果与参考方法高度一致,在真菌检测中具有独特优势,且有重要的临床应用价值。 展开更多
