Cellulase in Anoplophora glabripennis adults fed on original host tree species and non-original host trees

Cellulase activities of Anoplophora glabripennis （Motsch.） adults from two host plants （Populus simonii x p pyramidliscr cv. Opera Hsu. and Salix matsudana Koidz） fed on three different host tree species （Acer negundo Linn., S. matsudana Koidz and P simonii x P pyramidliscr cv. Opera Hsu.） were investigated. Enzyme activities of endoglucanase and β-glucosidase in the intestines of the insects were measured. The results show that there are no statistically significant differences in the enzyme activities of endoglucanase between male and female insects from the two host plants fed on three host trees, neither inβ-glucosidase. No statistically significant differences in the enzyme activities of endoglucanase and β-glucosidase were found between males and females from the two plants fed on three host tree species, except that the endoglucanase activity in males from the opera poplar fed on Hankow willow is lower than that fed on ash-leaf maple and opera poplar.

明宁靖王夫人吴氏墓出土团窠双龙戏珠纹暗花缎褶裙形制考

对明代吴氏墓出土团窠双龙戏珠纹暗花缎褶裙形制进行研究推考,探讨明代命妇褶裙形制特征。运用实验考古学、文献图像查阅、个案分析与多元类比相结合的方法,对该裙的出土背景、面料、形制、裙片拼缝方式、褶裥制式及数量、裙与上衣组配方式等方面进行深入分析。结果表明:团窠双龙戏珠纹暗花缎褶裙为两片一腰样式的侧褶裙,裙片共用七幅料拼缝,裙两侧捏“四对四”抱合对褶,为明代较为典型的褶裙制式,具有明显的传承性;该裙与墓中出土短上衣组配,体现了弘治年间江南地区命妇着装的礼仪性与时尚性,代表了明中期命妇典型的生活着装配伍。

明代江南地区纺织业发达,工艺精湛,留下众多宝贵的服饰遗存。通过对出土实物的复原,再现服饰原貌,展现明代服饰特色,对推动服饰的保护传承具有一定的积极作用。文章选取无锡七房桥钱樟夫妇墓出土四合如意云纹缎绵裙为研究对象,通过对出土实物资料的搜集整理、数据测量、面料分析、形制阐释及纹样解析对四合如意云纹缎绵裙进行一比一复原。通过相同工艺、结构和质料装饰完成裙装复原,以期再现明代典型马面裙的服饰原貌。

Representation of Family in the Narratives of Smiling Flower(Gol-e Khandān)

The development of a childs personality is profoundly influenced by the environmental stimuli after their formation.Within this context,lullabies and childhood stories assume significant roles in this formative process.The familial environment serves as the primary locus from which individuals acquire their beliefs and personalities.This research investigates the portrayal of family dynamics within the narrative framework of the Persian story Smiling Flower(Gol-e Khandn).In the majority of narratives of this story,featuring the Laughing Flower,a magical agency is bestowed upon an infant girl,thereby shaping her future.The analysis of this narratives themes prioritizes the familial element,particularly the central figures of parents,who play pivotal roles in the cultivation of the childs personality.Examination of parental representation within this narrative elucidates the prominence of the maternal figure,albeit acknowledging the undeniable influence exerted by the fathers demeanor and character on the childs trajectory.

年轻乳腺癌患者妻子角色期望的质性研究

目的通过对自我和身份的反思,探索年轻乳腺癌患者为回归家庭需要履行的妻子角色期望,为医务工作者制订癌症家庭康复的相关干预措施提供参考依据。方法采用描述性现象学方法和目的取样法。于2023年3月一4月在江苏省徐州市某三级甲等医院的乳腺外科和肿瘤内科选取年轻乳腺癌患者及其配偶进行半结构化的面对面访谈。访谈内容被逐字转录,采用科莱兹现象学方法进行分析。结果16例乳腺癌患者和6名配偶参与了访谈,平均年龄分别为(35.95±3.36)岁和(37.67±5.28)岁。在治疗和康复期间,关于年轻乳腺癌患者妻子角色期望内容共提炼出3个主题,8个子主题:自尊自爱(保障自己的生命、坦然面对疾病、重拾女性角色的自信);夫妻关系的调适(和谐有效的夫妻沟通、为婚姻和爱情给予支持、共创美好的夫妻生活);协助家庭康复(减轻配偶的照护与经济负担、家庭日常的管理)。结论年轻乳腺癌患者及其配偶对妻子角色的期望主要包括自我、夫妻和家庭三个方面。自尊和自爱是最基本的期望,而调整夫妻关系和协助家庭康复则是更高的期望。

从性别视角来看,清末修订新刑律是男性话语书写的法律改革。以夫妻法律关系演变为例,夫为妻纲是中国古代夫妻法律关系形成的基础性原则。清末新刑律草案以模范列强为宗旨,废除夫为妻纲,引入夫妻平等理念。在修律过程中,礼、法双方分别从家族主义进路和国家主义进路就夫妻平等展开激烈的争论,争论的本质是双方对妇女归属权的争夺。男性话语书写下的夫妻平等带有强烈的国家主义烙印,女性处于被动的他者地位。从传统律典中妇女处于蒙昧、需要被教导的状态,到新刑律草案中妇女处于需要被改造的状态,妇女在摆脱家族主义的桎梏之后,又进入国家主义的牢笼之中。

唐代“别宅置妇”盛行,朝廷屡次颁布禁令,此风气仍未能改善。“别宅妇”的存在受诸多因素影响,家庭内部夫妻关系不和是极为重要的成因。“别宅置妇”现象的实质是在唐朝悍妻妒妇普遍存在的社会环境中,丈夫一方调节家庭关系以及试图恢复传统一夫一妻多妾制的表现形式之一。唐朝政府试图通过禁令来调整这一现象的努力,尽管短期内没有见效,但却符合社会主流观念。

1905-1919年的《申报》通过建构“贤母良妻”与“女国民”两种女子形象影响着现实中女子教育与女权运动的发展。《申报》中的“贤母良妻”继承了我国传统女子形象中的道德约束特征,同时亦吸纳了西方和日本女子形象中的近代因素。作为政治话语的“女国民”诞生于“贤母良妻”影响之下,有名无实。“贤母良妻”与“女国民”均未能摆脱被动的工具地位,该阶段的女子教育与女权运动难以取得实质性进展。因而,《申报》未能实现女子形象由社会话语到政治话语的转变。以此为基,观照现实:媒体应避免图像化宣传女性,女性社会角色应在家国互动中定义,女子教育与女权运动的根本目标是实现女性独立。
