A construction method of two channels non-separable wavelets filter bank which dilation matrix is [1, 1; 1,-1] and its application in the fusion of multi-spectral image are presented. Many 4×4 filter banks are designed. The multi-spectral image fusion algorithm based on this kind of wavelet is proposed. Using this filter bank, multi-resolution wavelet decomposition of the intensity of multi-spectral image and panchromatic image is performed, and the two low-frequency components of the intensity and the panchromatic image are merged by using a tradeoff parameter. The experiment results show that this method is good in the preservation of spectral quality and high spatial resolution information. Its performance in preserving spectral quality and high spatial information is better than the fusion method based on DWFT and IHS. When the parameter t is closed to 1, the fused image can obtain rich spectral information from the original MS image. The amount of computation reduced to only half of the fusion method based on four channels wavelet transform. 展开更多

In view of that existing opening technologies of front cover for rocket launch canister have disadvantages such as causing damage on the ground equipment,not being reused and easily broken.A novel reusable non-separation spring-driven opening scheme is proposed to achieve rapid and reliable opening of the front cover.The mathematical model of the opening process of the front cover is established by the rigid body dynamics theory.To establish a response surface model to optimize the opening scheme,three main influencing factors of the opening process are obtained through the designed experiments,including the pre-compression,the stiffness of the thrust spring,and the thrust spring force arm length.In addition,the prescribed kinematic law was taken as constraint,and the smaller thrust spring preliminary pressure and angular velocity was taken as optimization expectations.The results show that the opening scheme meets the design requirements on opening process well.It also shows that the optimized scheme can reduce the kinetic energy of the front cover,and the impact on the canister effectively,achieving a reliable and rapid opening of the front cover. 展开更多

First, the technique of target detection is applied to dynamic images (image sequences) to segment images into different targets and background regions. Then different fusion rules are employed in different regions so that the target information is preserved as much as possible. In addition, steerable non-separable wavelet frame transform is used in the process of multi-resolution analysis, so the system achieves favorable characters of orientation and invariant shift. Compared with other image fusion methods, experimental results showed that the proposed method has better capabilities of target recognition and preserves clear background information. 展开更多

We employ a recently amended Born-Oppenheimer (hereafter shortly BO) approximation <a href="#1">[1]</a> to treat inelastic scattering of slow electrons from highly excited Rydberg atoms like e<sup>-</sup> + He(1<em>s</em> <em>n</em><em>s</em>)→He<sup>-** </sup>for <em>n</em> <span style="white-space:nowrap;">&#8811;</span> 1. Along these lines we replace the standard BO set of potentials by an evolution operator. In this way we take a momentum-momentum coupling inadvertently disregarded by BO into account. The BO eigenvalue problem is now replaced by an evolution equation. One eigen-evolution has been identified as Wanner channel. That channel describes the diffraction of electron pairs from a potential ridge. That diffraction causes a phase jump of π/2 in the channel evolution. Moreover we present a new conservative attractive force controlling the motion of the electron pair as a whole in the nuclear field whose potential is given by <img src="Edit_b22c3b40-4eb3-4060-aa36-c333530638c6.bmp" alt="" />. The coupling constant <em>g</em> has been calculated. That potential foreign to the standard BO approximation manifests itself by an entirely new series of isolated resonances located slightly below the double ionization threshold. This resonance ensemble compares favorably with experimental data. Further we present an evolution which forces the electron pair to the electrostatically unstable top of the potential ridge. That evolution may be regarded as quantum version of Wannier’s converging trajectory, and manifests itself here as Fresnel distribution. 展开更多
