Survey and Countermeasures on Current Situation of Life Education for College Students in Local Normal Colleges and Universities

Life education is the precondition of all education.This paper explored the current situation of life education for college students in local normal colleges and universities through questionnaire survey,and traced the history of life education in the world and China.Combined with history and reality,it analyzed the current problems of life education for college students mainly in three aspects,namely,the lack of connectivity in the educational process,the excessive productization of education,and the fragmentation of life education.Finally,it came up with pertinent recommendations in line with these problems.

随着教育现代化的推进,体育教育也在不断地进行改革和创新,体育师范生是未来体育教育的主力军,因此有必要注重智能教育素养的培养和发展。该文分析了智能教育素养内涵,基于体育师范生人才培养目标,分析了体育师范生智能教育素养的培养意义和策略,旨在促进体育师范生智能教育素养、创新能力的发展。

地方高校师范生混合式学习行为意向影响因素研究

随着卓越教师培养计划2.0的推进,高校师范生人才培养模式改革提至新高度,能深度融通线上学习和线下教学的混合式学习已然成为高校教学改革的新常态。师范生是否愿意开展混合式学习直接影响高校教学改革的成效,师范生混合式学习行为意向的影响因素为深化教学改革力度提供了重要参考。在分析混合式学习行为意向研究现状基础上,基于UTAUT模型构建范生混合式学习行为意向假设模型,在对地方高校师范生混合式学习现状调查基础上,借助结构方程模型分析验证测试数据与假设模型中潜在变量之间的关系,研究发现,加强态度能力培养、效果效能提高、物力人力支持以及分层与分科教学等能够促进地方高校师范生开展混合式学习。

我国师范生批判性思维发展的意义、现状及建议

目前,世界各国普遍注重批判性思维教育。师范生是未来的准教师,批判性思维在其教育教学中具有重要意义。本研究从实践角度出发,基于我国师范生批判性思维培养的现状,结合影响师范生批判性思维培养的因素,对师范生批判性思维的培养提出一些相关对策及建议,以期为对我国师范生培养提供参考。

师范生是教师队伍的后备军,公费师范生政策的实施为壮大和优化教师队伍做出了巨大贡献。新时代教师队伍建设对公费师范生培养提出了新要求。基于全面质量观和教育质量观,坚持立德树人、学生中心、产出导向和国家标准,注重全面性、时代性、角色性和民族性,构建了满足国民要求、时代要求、文化要求、能力要求和乡情要求的“师德为先、能力为重、发展为要”“三位一体”的培养质量标准体系,对于提高公费师范生培养质量、壮大乡村教师队伍、提升乡村教师层次、促进教育公平具有重要意义。

“教育科学研究方法”课程教学改革的实践探索

教师专业化时代要求教师成为研究者,教师成为研究者要从职前教育阶段开始培养。“教育科学研究方法”课程是师范生掌握教育科学研究方法和技能、形成教育科学研究能力的重要途径。改革“教育科学研究方法”课程的教学可以从三个方面来进行,教学目标方面知识-方法-精神三位一体,教学过程方面导-学-练-用系统推进,教学途径方面课堂教学、见习、实习、毕业论文全方位育人,提高“教育科学研究方法”课程的实践性,提高师范生教育科学研究能力培养的实效性。

“五育”并举视域下大学生志愿服务常态化建设路径研究

大学生志愿服务是“五育”并举的主要形式,为保持常态化的志愿服务,进而提升大学生的道德素养与服务社会的能力,文章在厘清“五育”并举的背景与大学生志愿服务常态化建设的内涵、把握志愿服务常态化建设目标的前提下,从学校引导与学生参与相统一、学生发展与社会需求相协调、时代发展与学科优势相结合等三个方面提出相关的建设路径,以期充分发挥志愿服务常态化对“五育”并举的积极作用,实现三全育人的目标。
