Robust Radiometric Normalization of the near Equatorial Satellite Images Using Feature Extraction and Remote Sensing Analysis

Relative radiometric normalization (RRN) minimizes radiometric differences among images caused by inconsistencies of acquisition conditions rather than changes in surface. Scale invariant feature transform (SIFT) has the ability to automatically extract control points (CPs) and is commonly used for remote sensing images. However, its results are mostly inaccurate and sometimes contain incorrect matching caused by generating a small number of false CP pairs. These CP pairs have high false alarm matching. This paper presents a modified method to improve the performance of SIFT CPs matching by applying sum of absolute difference (SAD) in a different manner for the new optical satellite generation called near-equatorial orbit satellite and multi-sensor images. The proposed method, which has a significantly high rate of correct matches, improves CP matching. The data in this study were obtained from the RazakSAT satellite a new near equatorial satellite system. The proposed method involves six steps: 1) data reduction, 2) applying the SIFT to automatically extract CPs, 3) refining CPs matching by using SAD algorithm with empirical threshold, and 4) calculation of true CPs intensity values over all image’ bands, 5) preforming a linear regression model between the intensity values of CPs locate in reverence and sensed image’ bands, 6) Relative radiometric normalization conducting using regression transformation functions. Different thresholds have experimentally tested and used in conducting this study (50 and 70), by followed the proposed method, and it removed the false extracted SIFT CPs to be from 775, 1125, 883, 804, 883 and 681 false pairs to 342, 424, 547, 706, 547, and 469 corrected and matched pairs, respectively.

Two-Dimensional Numerical Simulation of the DC Glow Discharge in the Normal Mode and with Einstein’s Relation of Electron Diffusivity

This paper presents an investigation of a DC glow discharge at low pressure in the normal mode and with Einstein＇s relation of electron diffusivity. Two-dimensional distributions in Cartesian geometry are presented in the stationary state, including electric potential, electron and ion densities, longitudinal and transverse electrics fields as well as electron temperature. Our results are compared with those obtained in existing literature. The model used in this work is based on the first three moments of Boltzmann＇s equation. They serve as the continuity equation, the momentum transfer and the energy equations. The set of equations for charged particles presented in monatomic argon gas are coupled in a self-consistent way with Poisson＇s equation. A parametric study varying the cathode voltage, gas pressure, and secondary electron emission coefficient predicts many of the well-known features of DC discharges.

New Sino-US Strategic Gambling and China’s Strategy

Since confidence is fading and anxiety is increasing in the US,America’s China policy has become more radical. In the short term, the US has the upper hand and China is in a relatively passive position. In the medium-and long-term, there will be more balance between them. This current strategic gambling between China and the US will be the major issue of international politics in the first half of the 21 st century and the most prominent external challenge China faces. China needs to make strategic adjustments but the gamble may be worthwhile in correcting imbalance in the international order and in the co-evolution of the two countries.

Prevalence of Metabolic Obese Normal Weight and Related Risk Factors in South China

[Objectives]Metabolic obese normal weight(MONW)is becoming one of the pubic problems which are threatening human health.Whereas,MONW was facing a great challenge for limited attention,especially for the female in China.The aim of this research was to estimate the prevalence of MONW and its related risk components in South China.[Methods]A community-based cross-sectional study was performed on 3349 residents aged 18-93 years in The First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University,Guangzhou,China,in 2019.Data was collected by physical examination data which included physical measurements and laboratory examinations.[Results]In all subjects,55%were females(M/F=1509/1840).The prevalence of MONW was 16.09%(0.04%for male,16.05%for female,P<0.001).The prevalence increased significantly with increasing age in both genders(P<0.001).The binary logistic regression analysis shows that among the risk factors with MONW,age,BMI,gender,systolic pressure,hypertension[Male:ORs=2.56,95%CI(1.23,5.32);Female:ORs=2.88,95%CI(1.76,4.71)]and hypertriglyceridemia[Male:ORs=3.23,95%CI(1.67,6.19);Female:ORs=2.57,95%CI(1.64,4.03)]were found to be statistically significant.The level of ALT in MONW group was(27.88±15.85)in male and(24.33±15.75)in female,which were significantly higher than those in the non-MetS group.[Conclusions]The prevalence of MONW was pretty high.We considered MONW be significantly associated with the increase of ALT.Female gender,advanced age,and elevated ALT were independent risk factors for MONW.It was high time that the government should raise the public attention toward metabolic function in normal weight population.Effective prevention and treatment strategies for MONW and its risk factors should be developed targeting different ages and genders.

双关系预测与特征融合的实体关系抽取模型

现有分阶段解码的实体关系抽取模型仍存在着阶段间特征融合不充分的问题,会增大曝光偏差对抽取性能的影响。为此,提出一种双关系预测和特征融合的实体关系抽取模型(entity relation extraction model with dual relation prediction and feature fusion,DRPFF),该模型使用预训练的基于Transformer的双向编码表示模型(bidirectional encoder representation from transformers,BERT)对文本进行编码,并设计两阶段的双关系预测结构来减少抽取过程中错误三元组的生成。在阶段间通过门控线性单元(gated linear unit,GLU)和条件层规范化(conditional layer normalization,CLN)组合的结构来更好地融合实体之间的特征。在NYT和WebNLG这2个公开数据集上的试验结果表明,该模型相较于基线方法取得了更好的效果。

1949—1978年天津市对日交往是中日交往的重要组成部分,也是地方外事服务国家外交工作的典型表现。天津市30年的对日交往,符合中日关系发展的整体脉络和阶段性特点,也经历了“初始交往”“民间交往”“半官半民”“正常交往”四个发展阶段,体现了和平友好的交往主题和互惠互利的交往原则,为新中国成立后中日建立最初联系、推动中日民间往来、促成中日邦交正常化做出了贡献,也为改革开放后的天津市对日交往提供了实践经验。1949—1978年以天津市为代表的地方对日交往奠定了中日民间交往的基础,为促进中日友好,巩固和发展中日关系做出了历史贡献。

Research on evaluations of several grey relational models adapt to grey relational axioms

Grey relational analysis is an important part of the grey systems theory, and it is the basis of the grey clustering analysis, grey decision-making and grey controlling. To research whether grey relational models satisfy the four grey relational theorems, several kinds of grey relational models are commented. Some problems including the properties of normality, pair symmetry and wholeness are discussed. The phenomenon that the lower value of almost each grey relational model is not equal to zero is proved. The contradiction problems between the properties of wholeness and pair symmetry are verified. Finally, several propositions are constructed to explain the above problems.
