基于80α噬菌体内溶素与SpyCatcher/SpyTag系统的高效金黄色葡萄球菌检测工具设计

金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)广泛分布于自然界,是导致食源性疾病的主要病原体之一。为构建一种简便且灵敏的检测金黄色葡萄球菌的方法,该文将80α噬菌体内溶素模块中有着特异性宿主识别和结合作用的催化结构域与细胞结合域模块(Amidase 3⁃CBD)利用SpyCatcher/SpyTag蛋白交联系统有方向性的固定在Ni磁珠表面从而构建免疫磁珠Ni⁃SpyCatcher⁃SpyTag⁃Amidase 3⁃CBD用于捕获金葡金黄色葡萄球菌,再利用等温扩增(re⁃combinase polymerase amplification,RPA)和CRISPR/Cas12a显色切割即可在37℃下2 h内完成检测,并且人工污染牛奶样品中金黄色葡萄球菌的最低检测限为1×102 CFU/mL。该技术不需要专业技术人员或辅助设备,便可实现对金黄色葡萄球菌的高效检测。

The American Quest for Identity： Theme and Form in the Catcher in the Rye, Invisible Man and Slaughterhouse Five

The paper focuses on certain similarities in theme and form which link these three novels and examines the extent of presentation of the style of narration set in motion by all three writers.

A Study on the Interaction Between The Catcher in the Rye and the Readers From the Perspective of Iser’s Reader-Response

The Catcher in the Rye has been popular with readers since its publication,and critics at home and abroad have also conducted a lot of research on it.But they mainly proceed from the author and the text to evaluate and analyze,ignoring the readers who are essential participants in text interpretation in the eyes of reader-response critics.In order to make up for this shortcoming,this article will take Iser’s reader-response criticism as a research perspective,starting from the three aspects of implied reader,response-inviting structure,and gaps to explore the interaction between the text of The Catcher in the Rye and the readers during the reading process.This research is expected to provide a new interpretation of this novel and provide reference for future research in related fields.

本文以翻译伦理为观照,以The Catcher in the Rye的施咸荣、孙仲旭两个汉译本为例,探讨代词间接回指语的汉译。结果表明:(1)代词间接回指语的汉译方法从宏观上看,以直译为主,辅之以回指语的去除、明晰化和回指语的增益、转换等,虽然施译本的直译比例远超孙译本;当涉及到具体句子,不同译本中代词间接回指语的译法颇有差异;(2)"文化转向"背景下的翻译伦理及其再现、服务、交际、规范等伦理细则是一个合适的参照和分析手段,可以从微观上分析代词间接回指语各译例的得失;(3)两个汉译本服务于各自的时代,施译更多地想要忠实原文和作者,而孙译兼顾作者和读者。虽然总体上在回指语翻译方面孙译本超过施译本,但都体现了翻译伦理,因此各有千秋,说明了译者风格的客观存在。

Dynamic Responses of Rotor Drops onto Double-decker Catcher Bearing

In an active magnetic bearing （AMB） system, the catcher bearings （CBs） are indispensable to protect the rotor and stator in case the magnetic bearings fail. Most of the former researches associated with CBs are mainly focused on the dynamic responses of the rotor drops onto traditional single-decker catcher bearings （SDCBs）. But because of the lower limited speed of SDCB, it cannot withstand the ultra high speed rotation after rotor drop. In this paper, based on the analysis of the disadvantages of SDCBs, a new type of double-decker catcher bearings （DDCBs） is proposed to enhance the CB work performance in AMB system. In order to obtain thc accurate rotor movements before AMB failure, the dynamic characteristics of AMB are theoretically derived. Detailed simulation models containing rigid rotor model, contact model between rotor and inner race, DDCB force model as well as heating model after rotor drop are established. Then, using those established models the dynamic responses of rotor drops onto DDCBs and SDCBs are respectively simulated. The rotor orbits, contact forces, spin speeds of various parts and heat energies after AMB failure are mainly analyzed. The simulation results show that DDCBs can effectively improve the CBs limit rotational speed and reduce the following vibrations, impacts and heating. Finally, rotor drop experiments choosing different types of CBs are carried out on the established AMB test bench. Rotor orbits, inner race temperatures as well as the rotating speeds of both inner race and intermediate races after rotor drop are synchronously measured. The experiment results verify the advantages of DDCB and the correctness of theoretical analysis. The studies provide certain theoretical and experimental references for the application of DDCBs in AMB system.

Investigation of ex-vessel core catcher for SBO accident in VVER-1000/V528 containment using MELCOR code

To mitigate consequences of core melting,an ex-vessel core catcher is investigated in this study.Instructions should be obeyed to cool down the corium caused by core melting.The corium destroys the reactor containment and causes radioactive materials to be released into the environment if it does not cool down well.It is important to build a core catcher system for the reception,localization,and cool down of the molten corium during a severe accident resulting from core melting.In this study,the role of a core catcher in the VVER-1000/v528 reactor containment during a station black out(SBO)accident is evaluated using the MELCOR1.8.6 code.In addition,parametric analyses of the SBO for(i)SBO accidents with emergency core cooling system(ECCS)operation,and(ii)without ECCS operation are performed.Furthermore,thermal–hydraulic analyses in dry and wet cavities with/without water are conducted.The investigations include the reduction of gases resulting from molten–corium–concrete interactions(H_(2),CO,CO_(2)).Core melting,gas production,and the pressure/temperature in the reactor containment are assessed.Additionally,a full investigation pertaining to gas release(H_(2),CO,CO_(2))and the pressure/temperature of the core catcher is performed.Based on MELCOR simulations,a core cavity and a perimeter water channel are the best options for corium cooling and a lower radionuclide release.This simulation is also theoretically investigated and discussed herein.The simulation results show that the core catcher system in addition to an internal sacrificial material reduces the containment pressure from 689 to 580 kPa and the corresponding temperature from 394 to 380 K.Furthermore,it is observed that the amount of gases produced,particularly hydrogen,decreased from 1698 to 1235 kg.Moreover,the presence of supporting systems,including an ECCS with a core catcher,prolonged the core melting time from 16,430 to 28,630 s(in an SBO accident)and significantly decreased the gases produced.

Dynamics of Rotor Drop on New Type Catcher Bearing

In an active magnetic bearing(AMB)system,the catcher bearings(CBs)are indispensable to protect the rotor and stator in case the magnetic bearings fail or overload.A new CB structure composed of two ball bearings is introduced.Detailed simulation models containing contact model between rotor and inner race,double-decker catcher bearing(DDCB)model as well as single-decker catcher bearing(SDCB)model are established using multibody dynamics simulation software MSC.ADAMS.Then,using those established models,the rotor orbits and the contact forces between rotor and inner race are simulated respectively after rotor drop on DDCBs and SDCBs.The simulation result shows that the rotor vibration range using DDCBs is significantly smaller than that using SDCBs;the maximum contact forces drop about 15%—27% compared with the contact forces using SDCBs.Finally,the test bench for the rotor drop experiments is built and the rotor drop experiments for different types of CBs are carried out.Labview data acquisition system is utilized to collect the displacement of rotor and the rotating frequencies of both inner race and intermediate races after rotor drop.The experimental results are comparatively analyzed,and the conclusion that DDCB can help to reduce vibration amplitude and collision force is obtained.The studies can provide certain theoretical and experimental references for the application of DDCBs in AMB system.

Experimental study on sand particles accumulation,migration and separation efficiency in slug catcher

Sand production often leads to the failure of production equipment on offshore platform.Therefore,a new idea has been put forward,which is installing cyclone or baffle in the internal of the slug catcher for better sand control.In this paper,an experimental study is presented,which mainly includes sand particles accumulation shape,migration law and separation performance.The results suggest that the accumulation area is mainly divided into two zones:the crowded settlement zone and the free settlement zone.The crowded settlement zone has a special shape,which can be characterized by two parameters:accumulation length and accumulation angle.Axial sampling analysis shows obvious particle classification.Median particle size decreases with the increase of the axial distance,and the range of particle size distribution narrows gradually.The separation experiment shows that the gas velocity has the greatest influence on the separation efficiency.When the gas velocity is 14 m·s^ 1,the separation efficiency drops sharply,which can be abated by installing cyclone separator.In addition,the separation efficiency tends to be a constant under different gas velocities by installing baffle with appropriate height.Then the effectiveness and rationality of installing internal components can be strongly proved.All these provide important guidance for maximizing the sand control function of the slug catcher.

Translation of The Catcher in the Rye from the Perspective of Skopos Theory——A Case Study of Sun Zhongxu's Translation Work

This paper analyzes the E-C translation of the book The Catcher in the Rye from the perspective of Skopos theory,taking Sun Zhongxu's translation work as an example,in which,literature method and case study method are adopted.The paper finds that Sun Zhongxu uses many colloquial expressions to convey the meaning of the source language.His translation strategies,his translation of American slangs,and his choices of words all reflect the three rules of Skopos theory.

A Proposed Core Catcher System and Thermite Experimental Results

To prevent direct contact of the melt and basemat concrete of the cavity in a postulated core melt accident, a core catcher concept is suggested. Upon ablation of the sacrificial layer on top of the core catcher while molten core material is discharged, a mixture of water and gas is injected from below. It is expected that a simultaneous injection of water and gas could prevent a possible steam explosion/spike and also suppress the rapid release of steam which might result in fast over-pressurization of the containment. A test facility for the core catcher using a thermite reaction technique for the generation of the melt was designed and constructed at Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute （KAERI）. The first series of tests were performed by using a mixture of Al, Fe2O3, and CaO as a stimulant. As a first try, only water was injected from the bottom of the melt through five water injection nozzles when the melt front reached the water injection nozzles. A description of the test facility for the core catcher, the thermite composition, and the methods of experiment is included. The test results are discussed.

Drifting Sand Endangering Gezira Irrigation Scheme in Central Sudan, History and Impact

This study was carried out at Gezira area in Central Sudan that lies between longitude 32° and 32° 50＇ and latitude 14° and 14°15＇. It dealt with the history of the sand, its source and rate of movement towards Gezira scheme and monitored the trend of blowing sand over 10 years. To find out the origin of drifting sand, sand samples were collected from the sandy area west to the White Nile and from the study area. Heavy minerals analysis was carried out on these samples and its mineral assemblage was matched with the mineral of both sand at western bank of the White Nile and the Blue Nile. To picture the trend of moving sand, Multispectral Scanning System （MSS, 1975）, and Thematic Map （TM, 1985） were used to delineate the sandy areas and their trend with time. The rate of the blowing sand was quantified using Bottemane sand catcher. The heavy mineral results showed that the mineral of the drifting sand in the study area are quite similar to the sand of sand dune west to the White Nile indicating the same origin. The sand was transported by southern and southwestern winds through a corridor across the White Nile to its eastern bank, where the most likely water transported sediment was reworked by wind and transported further to the northeast. Between 1972 and 1985, the sand invaded the area at an average rate of about 30 km2 per year and map of 1985 demonstrated a corridor across the White Nile for sand movement. The area was subject to 7 days sand storm with an average of 35 kg/m.d and in summer time, the average amount of moving sand was about 28 kg/m.d. These results demonstrated the future hazard of drifting sand and its impact, which has to be tackled immediately to protect Gezira scheme.

研制开发的FJ-Ma-0 2松墨天牛引诱剂 ,在福州国家森林公园低密度虫口的松阔混交林内 ,当年新诱捕点每个诱捕器平均引诱到 1 1 9 3头松墨天牛 ,其中 46 48%为雌成虫 ,平均每头雌虫怀卵量为 3 7 82粒。在福建中部地区诱虫高峰时间为 5— 8月。在诱虫点周围翌年虫口数量可降低 2 3。研制的活虫捕捉器 ,通过简单原理可直接捕捉活虫 ,其活虫可供各种试验使用。

阴离子垃圾捕集剂在AKD施胶中的应用

阴离子垃圾的积累给纸机网部抄造及纸的性质带来很多影响,尤其是纸张施胶效果。为更好地解决阴离子垃圾对施胶效果的影响,尤其是改善AKD中性施胶的施胶效果,采用电荷密度更高的聚合物(PEI、PDADMAC)代替阳离子淀粉对阴离子垃圾进行捕集。结果表明使用电荷密度较大、聚合度较小的有机阳离子聚合物对纸张的施胶效果有明显的改善,可在一定程度上减轻抄纸系统积累阴离子垃圾对施胶的影响。

采用ATC和助留剂控制废纸浆微胶粘物含量

将聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDADMAC)用作阴离子垃圾捕捉剂,丙烯酰胺和丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵的阳离子共聚物[P(MC-AM)]作助留剂,考察了它们在高电导率、高阴离子性的新闻纸抄造系统中控制微胶粘物的效果。研究结果表明,单独使用任何一种助剂,效果均不理想;但是当把PDADMAC作用于浓浆、把P(MC-AM)作用于稀释浆时,微胶粘物的控制效果极佳。这说明利用阴离子垃圾捕捉剂和经特殊设计的阳离子助留剂间的协同作用,可以很好地控制废纸浆中的微胶粘物问题。

基于AMESim的断带捕捉器液压控制系统仿真研究

通过对矿用带式输送机断带捕捉器的液压控制系统进行分析,利用AMESim仿真软件对该液压系统进行建模与仿真,得到不同工况下液压缸压力及液压缸内活塞位移的参数曲线,分析研究断带捕捉器液压控制系统在工作中的特性,为今后对该液压控制系统的性能优化提供依据。
