As a special area with high altitude,low temperature,abundant and diverse resources,the development of agricultural modernization has itself development attribute and feature. Agricultural development area of Tibet mainly concentrates in the " one river and two streams" basin. In this paper,combining the development of modern agriculture on the plateau,the connotation and characteristics of the development of plateau modern agriculture are illustrated from the angle of environment economics. Based on the observation method,linking theory with practice and combining literature research method,descriptive study is conducted,and the specific problems in the development of plateau modern agriculture in the agricultural basin are found. For example,the development of agriculture in Tibet has low utilization rate of resources and unbalanced distribution,agricultural mechanization shows gradient development,productivity and agricultural extension are backward,efforts to promote innovation and science knowledge are not enough,agricultural pollution expands,and the awareness of environmental protection is low. In view of the above problems,we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions: developing local advantage characteristic agriculture,developing cooperative economic organization,establishing the training promotion mode of theory combining with practice,establishing agricultural industry system of sightseeing tourism ecology. In the multi-year development and construction,it develops regional large agriculture,builds irrigation and water conservancy facilities,vigorously changes medium and low-yield land,actively develops animal husbandry and agriculture,and gradually promotes the effective combination of traffic industry and transportation industry,which has made considerable achievements. Flow-Induced Stream-Wise Vibration of Circular Cylinders

Results from a series of studies on the stream-wise vibration of a circular cylinder verifying Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers Standard S012-1998, Guideline for Evaluation of Flow-induced Vibration of a Cylindrical Structure in a Pipe, are summarized and discussed in this paper. Experiments were carried out in a water tunnel and in a wind tunnel using a two-dimensional cylinder model elastically supported at both ends of the cylinder and a cantilevered cylinder model with a finite span length that was elastically supported at one end. These cylinder models were allowed to vibrate with one degree of freedom in the stream-wise direction. In addition, we adopted a cantilevered cylinder model that vibrated with two degrees of freedom in both the stream-wise and cross-flow directions under the same vibration conditions as an actual thermocouple well. The value of the Scruton number (structural damping parameter) was changed over a wide range, so as to evaluate the value of the critical Scruton number that suppressed vibration of the cylinder. For the two-dimensional cylinder, two different types of stream-wise excitations appeared in the reduced velocity range of approximately half of the resonance-reduced velocity. For the stream-wise vibration in the first excitation region, due to a symmetric vortex flow, the response amplitudes were sensitive to the Scruton number, while the shedding frequency of alternating vortex flow was locked-in to half of the Strouhal number of vibrating frequency of a cylinder in the second excitation region. In addition, the effects of the aspect ratio of a cantilevered cylinder on the flow-induced vibration characteristics were clarified and compared with the results of a two-dimensional cylinder. When a cantilevered circular cylinder with a finite length vibrates with one degree of freedom in the stream-wise di-rection, it is found that acylinder with a small aspect ratio has a single excitation region, whereas a cylinder with a large aspect ratio has two excitation regions. Furthermore, the vibration mechanism of a symmetric vortex flow was investigated by installing a splitter plate in the wake to prevent shedding of alternating vortices. The vibration amplitude of acylinder with a splitter plate increased surprisingly more than the amplitude of a cylinder without a splitter plate. For a cantilevered cylinder vibrating with two degrees of freedom, the Lissajous figure of vibration of the first excitation region shows the trajectories of elongated elliptical shapes, and in the second excitation region, the Lissajous trajectories draw a figure “8”. The results and information from these experimental studies proved that Standard S012-1998 provides sufficient design methods for suppressing hazardous vibrations of cylinders in liquid flows. 展开更多

针对水稻传统直播方式存在的成本高、易倒伏、产量低、草害严重等问题,选取三种机型、两种水稻品种,在湖南省汉寿县水稻高产示范区进行了机械化直播高产栽培技术对比试验。试验结果显示,机械化穴、条播可实现一季晚稻直播的高效作业,每6... 针对水稻传统直播方式存在的成本高、易倒伏、产量低、草害严重等问题,选取三种机型、两种水稻品种,在湖南省汉寿县水稻高产示范区进行了机械化直播高产栽培技术对比试验。试验结果显示,机械化穴、条播可实现一季晚稻直播的高效作业,每667m^(2)可减少成本76.87元(其中雇工43.33元、种子16.54元、除草剂17元),增产84.8 kg,增收210.3元,总共节支增收达287.17元,可有效减少“煮芽”现象、省种节本、增产增收、控制草害,在我国南方湖区具有较高的推广与应用价值。 展开更多

针对传统图像加密算法,密钥生成理论不坚实,密钥长度固定,取值范围有限的不足,提出具有坚实理论基础的变长密钥图像加密算法。给出均匀化趋势定理和偏差定理,然后依据该定理设计了混沌序列均匀化生成算法,用于生成服从均匀分布的随机数... 针对传统图像加密算法,密钥生成理论不坚实,密钥长度固定,取值范围有限的不足,提出具有坚实理论基础的变长密钥图像加密算法。给出均匀化趋势定理和偏差定理,然后依据该定理设计了混沌序列均匀化生成算法,用于生成服从均匀分布的随机数。在此基础上,应用该随机数生成欲加密明文长度以及对应长度的密钥,并通过密文随机扰动混沌序列和随机反馈加密技术,实现了具有一次密钥流的变长密钥图像加密。理论分析和实验结果表明,提出的图像加密算法不仅继承了传统加密算法的一次密钥流的优点,而且由于理论坚实且引入变长密钥加密机制,密钥空间及其取值具有伸缩性,增加了破译难度,增强了图像的安全性。 展开更多

目的 观测无隆突钩双腔支气管导管 (DLT)管端位置与吸气峰压 (Ppeak)以及肺顺应性环形状改变的关系 ,探讨用Ppeak和顺应性环的变化评估DLT管端位置的可行性。方法拟行右侧剖胸手术的成年患者 32例 ,静脉诱导后插入左MallinckrodtDLT ,... 目的 观测无隆突钩双腔支气管导管 (DLT)管端位置与吸气峰压 (Ppeak)以及肺顺应性环形状改变的关系 ,探讨用Ppeak和顺应性环的变化评估DLT管端位置的可行性。方法拟行右侧剖胸手术的成年患者 32例 ,静脉诱导后插入左MallinckrodtDLT ,吸入氧化亚氮和地氟醚维持麻醉。按纤维支气管镜 (FOB)确认DLT管端位置和通气方式将观测过程分为四个阶段 :第一阶段 (S1) ,管端位置正确的双肺通气 ;第二阶段 (S2 ) ,管端位置正确的左侧单肺通气 ;第三阶段 (S3 ) ,管端插入左下支气管 (置管过深 )的左侧单肺通气 ;第四阶段 (S4) ,管端处在左支气管开口 (置管偏浅 )的左侧单肺通气。每阶段均机械通气 15min。结果 回归方程预计插管深度与FOB检查符合者占 71 9%。S2时Ppeak值比S1时增加 5 0 8% ,肺顺应性 (Cdyn)值减少 36 2 % ;S3 时Ppeak值比S1时增加 87 4 % ,Cdyn值减少 5 6 8%。P V环曲线斜率向右明显移位 ,环体显著延长。 结论 用无隆突钩DLT行肺隔离 ,在无FOB定位的条件时 ,联合应用听诊法、回归方程预计插管深度、动态监测气道峰压和P V环的变化综合评估 ,可提高DLT管端的正确到位率。单肺通气的气道峰压超过双肺通气时的 1 6 5倍 ,且气道峰压超过 2 5cmH2 O ,应高度怀疑DLT管端发生过深移位。 展开更多

目的探讨吸气峰压(Ppeak)、肺顺应性数值(Cdyn)变化的量化指标和肺顺应性环的改变评估老年患者无隆突钩右双腔支气管导管(DLT)管端位置的准确性。方法96例行胸科手术老年患者根据回归方程计算的插管深度插入Mallinckrodt右DLT,在单肺通... 目的探讨吸气峰压(Ppeak)、肺顺应性数值(Cdyn)变化的量化指标和肺顺应性环的改变评估老年患者无隆突钩右双腔支气管导管(DLT)管端位置的准确性。方法96例行胸科手术老年患者根据回归方程计算的插管深度插入Mallinckrodt右DLT,在单肺通气(OLV)时出现Ppeak超过双肺通气(TLV)的1.5倍,Cdyn低于TLV的0.5倍,且Ppeak超过22cmH2O共22例。在TLV15min后(S1),右侧OLV5min(S2),以纤维支气管镜(FOB)观察并调整管端至正确位置,右侧OLV15min(S3)。结果FOB发现19例DLT管端位于右中间支气管,3例管端进入右下肺支气管,需退出0.5~1.9cm。S2OLV后124±39s患者脉搏血氧饱和度(SpO2)开始下降。S2的Ppeak比S1增加91.0%,S3比S1仅增加43.4%;S2的Cdyn比S1减少62.7%,S3比S1仅减少33.6%。S2的压力-容量环曲线斜率向右明显移位,流速-容量环体面积减少。结论老年患者单肺通气时采用上述量化指标,在SpO2下降前以FOB观察调整DLT管端位置,使FOB的应用时机提前。 展开更多
