China’s Perspectives on the Modern Educational Value of Critical Information Literacy

Critical information literacy is a new and important direction of information literacy education for university students in the new media era.By comparing critical information literacy between China and the West,combining with the research on information literacy education in China in the past 20 years,and based on the three major relationships that Chinese philosophy is concerned about that people need to face in the world of life,i.e.,the individual and the self,the individual and nature,and the individual and the society,this paper defines critical information literacy as that individuals,as information subjects,discover,select,confirm,and evaluate the information they are exposed to by obtaining and discriminating the content elements of the information world(information sources,information,and information assets)and using critical thinking skills and methods,creatively interpret or solve the relevant problems arising from the interaction between individuals and self,individuals and nature,individuals and society,and form the literacy that represents the knowledge,ability,attitude,habit,and level of the information subject through continuous reflection and practice.In order for human beings to better understand the world and construct it responsibly,critical information literacy can play a greater role and educational value.It not only helps contemporary college students build knowledge of“good questioning”and enhance their“reasoning”skills,but also encourages them to maintain a“firm standpoint,”cultivate a habit of“healthy skepticism,”and enhance their“decision-making”skills.

New Perspective for the Philosophy of Science： Re-Construction and Definition of New Branches ＆ Hierarchy of Sciences

In this work, author evaluated past theories and perspectives behind the definitions of science and/or branches of science. Also some of the philosophers of science and their specific philosophical interests were expressed. Author considered some type of interactions between some disciplines to determine, to solve the philosophical/scientific problems and to define the possible solutions. The purposes of this article are： （i） to define new synthesis method, （ii） to define new perspective for the philosophy of science, （iii） to define relation between new philosophy perspective and philosophy of science, （iv） to define and organize name, number, relations, and correct structure between special science branches and philosophy of science, （v） to define necessary and sufficient number of branches for philosophy of science, （vi） to define and express the importance and place of new philosophy of science perspective in the new system, （vii） to extend the definition/limits of philosophy of science, （viii） to re-define meanings of some philosophical/scientific theories, （ix） to define systematic solution for the conflicts, problems, confusions about philosophy of science, sciences and branches of science, （x） to define new branches of science, （xi） to re-construct branches and hierarchy of science, （xii） to define new theories about science and branches of science. Author considered R-Synthesis as a method for the evaluation oftbe philosophy, philosophy of science, sciences and branches of science. This R-Synthesis includes evaluation of eight categories of general/specific perspective, 21-dimensions, and 12 general subjects （with related scope and contents） for the past 12,000 years. It is a kind of synthesis of science and non-science, physical science and non-physical science, religious science and non-religious science, and others. In this article, author defined 27 possible definitive/certain result cases for this new synthesis. Author defined the possible formation stages shortly to express new disciplines, new constructional and/or complementary theories. These theories are considered to define 21 major effective disciplines. New philosophy perspective is defined （R-Philosophy） shortly. New perspective and sub branches are defined for the philosophy of science. Major sciences are defined due to new basic philosophies. 42-basic components are defined for each science branch. New and/or re-constructed sciences, branches of science, basic sciences, and new hierarchy of science are defined with figure. Electromagnetic sciences, information sciences, and system sciences are defined specifically. Hybrid Sciences, New Era Science, and Ideal Scientific System are defined with general/specific figure. Relation between the some old branches and new branches of science was expressed generally due to new perspective of philosophy of science.

New Perspective for the Philosophy of Religion: New Era Theory, Religion and Science

In this article,author expressed the meaning of“belief”,possible effective factors in human life,and how these factors can be effective on person and/or communities.With this respect,the meaning of religion,the possible interaction and relation between religion and science evaluated.42 past/present theories of religion and evaluation of the past/present works of the 87 philosophers of religion are explained.Author considered new synthesis(R-Synthesis),and also new era philosophy,new and re-constructed branches of philosophy,and some systems/constructions to express the new perspective for philosophy of religion.Author applied 27(+)possible definitive/certain result cases of the synthesis for R-Religion discipline specifically,and did the followings under new perspective:(i)eliminated some religious subjects,(ii)unified some religious subjects,(iii)modified some religious subjects,(iv)united some religious subjects in upper phase,(v)separated some religious subject,(vi)defined all religious subjects under one framework,(vii)integrated all religious subjects,(viii)defined new religious subjects,(ix)re-defined some religious subjects,(x)removed some religious subjects and put new religious subjects instead,(xi)added some religious subjects,(xii)kept/protected some religious subjects,(xiii)proposed progression for religious subjects,(xiv)changed the priority of some religious subjects,(xv)increased the importance of some religious subjects,(xvi)strengthened the ethics,(xvii)integrated philosophy branches under one framework,(xviii)others.Some of the purposes of this article are:(i)to define new synthesis method,(ii)to define good and/or correct new perspective and structure for philosophy of religion,science of religion,theories of religion,and related subjects,(iii)to extend the definition/limits of philosophy of religion with new perspective,(iv)others.As result of the synthesis,new perspective for philosophy of religion explained by considering the following concepts/sections:(a)theories of religion,(b)17 upper constructional philosophies and philosophy of religion,(c)eight complementary branches of philosophy of religion,(d)14 lower constructional philosophies and philosophy of religion,(e)science of religion,(f)new theory of religion and its relations with other disciplines.Author defined New Era Theory,New Era Religion,New Era Belief,Progressive Religion and their relations with other religions,beliefs,religious/non-religious movements,and the relation with other theories of religion.Also,power authorities and functional position levels in the New Era Belief,and Religion of God,Knowledge of God/gods,Nature of God/gods concepts are explained generally/specifically.

Construction of China Osmanthus City and Intellectual Property Right Protection in Xianning City in the Context of Three New Developments

Xianning City of Hubei Province is one of the five major traditional osmanthus producing areas in the world and the hometown of osmanthus in China. Xianning is constructing China Osmanthus City in the whole city. This paper first introduces the main characteristics of the osmanthus industry in Xianning City, and analyzes the characteristics of traditional knowledge, biological genetic resources, new plant varieties, patents, geographical indications, and trademarks. Then, it studies the intellectual property resources of the osmanthus industry, and analyzes the main problems existing in the construction of China Osmanthus City and intellectual property right protection. Finally, it comes up with constructive recommendations including applying for China and Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems, developing colored-leaf osmanthus varieties, creating a regional public brand of osmanthus specialty products, and building a new development pattern of osmanthus industry.

The Transformation of Archival Philosophy and Practice Through Digital Art

In many ways, digital practices have precipitated remarkable changes in the global accessibility of art. However, the digital revolution has also radically influenced the conservation processes surrounding art, including archiving, preserving, and remembering. This paper explores the conservation of digital （or ＂variable media＂） artworks for the future benefit of culture, with particular reference to creators and viewers of art, as well as participants in interactive artworks. More specifically, this paper focuses on the philosophical and technical approaches adopted by creators, conservators, and philosophers involved in the preservation of variable media artworks. Issues of programming, interoperability between archival systems, and enhanced public access increasingly inform the design of digital archives. Indeed, the continuously shifting technological landscape-marked by the centrality of digital technologies to everyday life-problematizes the preservation of digital art through mainstream museological paradigms. Part of this analysis of digital art conservation will be drawn from the archival philosophies of Boris Groys and Rick Prelinger.

Political Reasoning and the Typology of Arguments in the Context of Political Philosophy

The main purpose of this article is to present the initial phase of the project in the field of argumentation theory and political philosophy. Project concerns studies of different types of rationality in the context of the argumentation. Background consideration is the problem of incommensurability and incompatibility types of rationality in political and ideological disputes. The first step is the establishment of a category of argumentative potential as a criterion for the typology of argument, which will build a map of argumentation, which will provide a starting point for a discussion. Apart from demonstrating the disproportion of discourses, the conclusion of the argument is to prove the local character of rationality.

Research on Chinese Education Philosophy of "Truth, Kindness, and Aesthetics Combination "

Chinese Education Philosophy of "Truth, Kindness, and Aesthetics Combination" manifests in the research on Chinese education from aesthetics perspective. It aims at the "narrow and limited view" of "not the general aesthetics, but the artistic beauty only", and it aims at biased opinion of "the interest saying", "the fine arts saying", "the esthetic sense saying" on aesthetics. It also aims at serious distraction of "LEFT in form but RIGHT in essence" of the mainstream ideology "the thought", "the revolution", "politics" and so on. It is a complex study of Chinese education from the philosophy of the unity of Truth, Kindness, and Aesthetics of oriental aesthetics, the consensus of Truth, Kindness, and Aesthetics of Western aesthetics, and the identity of Truth, Kindness, and Aesthetics of Marx aesthetics. From aesthetics perspective, it studies Chinese education, "combing" the reversed relationships among "truth", "kindness" and "aesthetics" in Chinese, adopting the methods of "research with great ease", "cases study", and "combination of ration and perception", to achieve "truth" of in Chinese, "kindness" of and "aesthetics" of , promote the development of "Chinese intellectual education", "Chinese moral education", and "Chinese aesthetic education" harmoniously, to realize the "Truth, Kindness, and Aesthetics Combination" of Chinese education and to reach the brand-new boundary territory of "human development and integrity construction" effectively.

On the Legislative Concept and New Rules of the System of Marriage and Family in China's Civil Code

Twenty-four new or revised systems or rules have been incorporated in the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China for the purpose of strengthening the State's protection of marriage and family,promoting development of family civilization,and respecting the autonomy of the parties to marriage and family.Furthermore,they are designed for advancing equal marriage and family status,implementing the principle for the best interests of children,and protecting the rights and interests of the weak in marriage and family.In the Marriage and Family Section of the Civil Code,the Chapter 1“General”has got the new principle of the State protecting marriage and family,new advisory rule for promoting development of marriage and family civilization,and new principle for protecting the best interest of adoptees.Moreover,it has defined the types of relatives,close relatives and family members.In the Chapter 2“Marriage,”the lawful circumstances for prohibiting marriage and for invalidating marriage are reduced,the scheme of revoking a marriage is revised and supplemented;the obligation of telling the truth about major diseases,and the right for the innocent party to claim damages for an invalid or revoked marriage,are added.In the Chapter 3“Family Relations,”the rules of husband and wife's family agency right and its restriction,the rules of marital common debt determination,the rules of marital common property split,and the rule of litigation for the confirmation and denial of parent-child relationship,are added;in the Chapter 4“Divorce,”the pre-divorce coolingoff period and the time for dissolution of marriage relationship are added,the legal circumstances for divorce in litigation,the rules for dealing with child support during divorce,and the principle of splitting the common property of divorced couples are supplemented,the applicable conditions of divorce financial compensation and divorce financial assistance are modified,and the legal circumstances for divorce damage compensation is increased;in the Chapter 5“Adoption,”the age of adoptees and the number of adopted children are relaxed,the conditions of adopters are revised,and the adoption evaluation rules are added.

中国页岩气新区带、新层系和新类型勘探进展、挑战及对策

近年来,中国页岩气聚焦“三新”(尚未开展工作或工作程度低的新区带、新层系及新类型)领域,加大理论攻关与勘探力度,页岩气增储上产再上新台阶。基于中国页岩气“三新”领域理论与勘探新进展,分析其勘探特点、变化趋势和发展前景,探索中国特殊页岩气地质理论,明确页岩气发展挑战与对策。结果表明:中国在四川盆地及邻区创新建立了五峰组-龙马溪组特色的高-过成熟度海相页岩气富集理论,累计发现页岩气田9个,探明页岩气地质储量近3×10^(12)m^(3),形成了450×10^(8)m^(3)/a的页岩气产能,年产页岩气250×10^(8)m^(3)。明确了近年来中国页岩气“三新”领域勘探具三大特点:①四川盆地及邻区五峰组-龙马溪组在深层、极浅层勘探取得重大新发展;②四川盆地筇竹寺组和吴家坪组等多个新层系实现新突破;③鄂尔多斯盆地西缘乌拉力克组获得新发现,东缘山西组取得新突破。页岩气“三新”领域的勘探实现了三大战略性转变:①目标由单一类型、单一盆地和单一层系转变为多类型、多盆地和多层系;②选区由盆内或盆缘为主转变为盆内、盆缘兼顾盆外弱改造区;③思路由纯粹富有机质页岩转变为富有机质页岩系统。通过梳理中国页岩气“三新”领域勘探挑战,指出“三新”领域是中国页岩气可持续发展的方向,并提出了下一步发展对策。

习近平关于新质生产力的阐释是对马克思主义经典作家生产力理论的继承和发展,是对中国特色社会主义生产力理论的丰富和发展,并汲取新古典经济增长理论成分。该阐释深化了对发展生产力的指导理念、催生动因、主要内容及表征特点的认识。从科技创新、新型劳动者、新型劳动资料、新型劳动对象、要素优化组合五个维度构建新质生产力评价指标体系,并采用熵值法和指数分解法,以Wind数据库中422家深圳上市公司为样本,测度深圳新质生产力发展水平和构成要素特征。结果显示:深圳新质生产力实力指数得分从2016年0.24快速增至2022年0.88,新质生产力发展呈现快速上升态势;剖析其构成要素变化,新型劳动资料指数增速最快并呈现“”型增长态势,新型劳动对象和新型劳动者指数增速紧居其后并呈现“∕”型增长态势,科技创新指数增速较快呈现“√”型增长态势,要素优化组合指数呈现“S”型波动上升态势。深圳新质生产力是由新型劳动资料主导带动、新型劳动对象和新型劳动者主力支撑、科技创新和要素优化组合共同保障发展壮大,且各构成要素在不同时间差异体现新质生产力发展偏向差异。概之,新质生产力已在深圳战略性新兴产业发展中形成并加速成长壮大。

OBE理念下高校城市水资源管理课程改革及实践探索

该文提出将人文元素融入课堂并顺应OBE教学理念对城市水资源管理进行课程改革。该课程是环境及给排水专业一门理论实践性兼具的模块专业选修课。OBE是以学生为本,采用逆向思维方式建立课程体系的一种新型教育理念;譬如历史、文化、思政等人文元素的融入能增加课堂的趣味性。改革旨在培养环境领域的高级工程技术人才。实践结果表明,OBE理念应用于实际课堂后,教师的授课导向性更明确——注重对学生解决实际问题能力的培养;而在课堂中融合人文元素后学生对课程的理解程度明显加深。故实践该模式对学生提高其综合素质,学习其他课程,培养环保理念和增强创新能力均有积极影响,且能较好地顺应新时代下国际工程教育对专业选修课程的要求。

新发展理念视域下高校党建高质量发展研究
