Comprehensive evaluation and spatial-temporal evolution characteristics of urban resilience in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle

To clarify the connotations and extensions of urban resilience,this study focuses on the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle with 16 cities as research subjects.A comprehensive evaluation index system was constructed to measure the resilience of each city from 2003 to 2020.The spatial-temporal evolution characteristics were analyzed using Kernel density estimation,standard deviation ellipse,and spatial Markov chain analysis,and the spatial Tobit model was introduced to discover the influencing factors.The results indicate the following:①Urban resilience in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle displays an upward trend,with the center of gravity moving to the southwest,and the polarization phenomenon intensifying.②The urban resilience level in a region has certain spatial and geographical dependence,while the probability of urban resilience transfer differs in adjacent cities with different resilience levels.③Urban centrality,economic scale,openness level,and financial development promote urban resilience,whereas government scale significantly inhibits it.Finally,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions to improve the urban resilience of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle.

The Impact of Digital Finance on High-Quality Development of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle

This paper developed a comprehensive evaluation system that was able to quantify the levels of high-quality development across the cities within the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,and investigate the impact that digital finance had on the cities’high-quality development and the underlying mechanisms through which it achieved this.This comprehensive evaluation system was constructed using statistical data from these cities for the period 2014 to 2020 while also taking China’s high-quality development philosophy into account.The key findings revealed that:(a)Digital finance was able to significantly promote high-quality development in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle;(b)Digital finance had a significant positive effect in promoting innovative,coordinated,green,open,and shared development;(c)Digital finance was able to stimulate the high-quality development in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle by boosting entrepreneurial dynamism;(d)Digital finance had a significant impact on the high-quality development of the axis areas,while its impact was less discernible in non-axis areas.The insights from this research offer a deeper understanding of the factors that drive high-quality development,the role digital finance plays,and the mechanisms through which digital finance is able to propel high-quality development at the city cluster scale.

Research on Sports Public Service Supply in the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle under the Background of Regional Economic Development

Using literature,questionnaires,interviews,and mathematical statistics to investigate the current situation of sports public services in the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-city Economic Circle.The results show that there are some problems in Chengdu-Chongqing sports public services,such as big difference in the development level of supply between urban and rural areas,low supply level,low efficiency,supply mechanism defect,lack of social sports instructors,an outstanding contradiction between the quality of sports public service and residents’demand.To address the problems,government departments should accelerate the transformation of government functions,improve the relevant regulations and systems,increase the investment in sports public services,improve the quality of supply,cultivate the backbone team,integrate resources,and combine the national characteristics with regional characteristics,take into account the personalized needs of the residents,combine the sports public services with intelligence,and build the service system of“Internet+Fitness.”

On the Digital Transformation of the Automobile Manufacturing Industry in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle:Mechanism of Action and Feasible Paths

With a long industrial chain and a powerful ability to drive other industries,the automobile manufacturing industry has a prominent strategic position in the national economy.In recent years,many countries have put on their agenda the digitalization of the automobile manufacturing industry,leading to an connected,autonomous,shared,and electric(also known as CASE)①development trend in the industry.As one of the six major automobile industry clusters in China,the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle has achieved initial results in the digital transformation of the automobile manufacturing industry.However,the region is still faced with some constraints,such as insufficient digital infrastructure,relatively slow development of new automobile products,insufficient innovation ability of the automobile industry,and complex digital transformation of small and medium-sized automobile enterprises(automobile SMEs).This paper intends to construct a framework for the mechanism of action of the digital transformation in the automobile manufacturing industry,analyze the effects of the digital transformation of the automobile manufacturing industry in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,and propose feasible paths for the digital transformation of the automobile manufacturing industry in the region by drawing on domestic and international experience in this regard.The specific paths include:(a)Smoothing the“dual-core”data chain to facilitate the digital transformation of the automobile manufacturing industry;(b)Developing the new energy vehicle(NEV)industry to upgrade the quality of automobile products;(c)Achieving corner overtaking in the digital transformation of the automobile manufacturing industry with digital technology;(d)Jointly building the automobile industrial park to promote the digital transformation of the industry;(e)Addressing problems facing automobile SMEs in digital transformation via targeted policy tools.

Analysis of the Higher Education Research in the Chengdu-Chongqing Region:A Comparative Perspective Based on Three Major Economic Circles in China

Drawing on literature regarding higher education research retrieved from the CNKI database from 1997 to 2021,this paper used CiteSpace to analyze the current status of higher education research in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle.By comparing it with that in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and the Yangtze River Delta,this paper concluded that the level of higher education research within a region is in line with the level of the region’s economic and social development.As higher education research in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle draws more and more attention,its research areas and topics are becoming increasingly diversified.However,by comparison,the research in this region features a late start and lower participation of researchers and research institutions,resulting in insufficient research in both quantity and quality.Therefore,it is essential to encourage more experts and scholars to participate in higher education research in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle.Efforts should also be made to strengthen academic exchanges and cooperation between scholars in Chengdu and Chongqing and establish a long-term cooperation mechanism for higher education research between the two cities.Improved higher education research will definitely facilitate the construction of first-class universities,thus providing human capital and intellectual support for the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle.

Urbanization Level Analysis of Chongqing 1 Hour Economic Circle Based on AHP and GIS

With Chongqing 1 Hour Economic Center as an example, AHP was adopted to comprehensively analyze factors influencing the economic development of all districts and counties of Chongqing City, economic development scores were calculated and urbanization level of each district and county was comparatively analyzed. The results showed that the economic development level and the urbanization level of almost all districts and counties were not coordinated, then the reasons were briefly elaborated and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposed.

Research on the hierarchical structure of the metropolitan system and economic development of the provincial capital urban circle in Shandong

Regional development is the trend for future urbanization,and the urban circle is a highly efficient economic spatial pattern of regional development.This study selects statistical data of urban area population,GDP,and the output value of tertiary industry for seven cities in China- Jinan,Zibo,Tai'an,Laiwu,Dezhou,Liaocheng,and Binzhou- in the Shandong provincial capital urban circle from 2005 to 2009.It uses the principles and Zipf model,rank-size rule,and Lotka logarithmic model to analyze and study the hierarchical structure of the metropolitan system and economic development of the Shandong provincial capital urban circle.Based on the above research,this paper provides references for decisionmaking on enhancement of the metropolitan system structure,improvement in core city primacy index,the optimal adjustment of industrial structure and the optimal allocation of essential resources.

Coordinated Development of Land Use and Ecological Environment in Hefei Economic Circle

From the land use and ecological environment of Hefei Economic Circle,this paper established two sets of subsystem evaluation indicator system. It separately determined the weight coefficient of indicators in two indicator system. Using the coordination degree model,it made a scientific evaluation and analysis of coordinated development of land use and ecological environment in Hefei Economic Circle. Finally,on the basis of analysis results,it came up with pertinent recommendations for coordinated development of land use and ecological environment in Hefei Economic Circle.

Several Thoughts on the Green Development of the Economic Circle around Mount Qomolangma

The Economic Circle around Mount Qomolangma is an economic spatial structure with Mount Qomolangma in the center of a circle with echelon extensions. There exist various effects and laws like the peaks of pyramid effect, the cultural source effect, the ecological butterfly effect, the law of value gradient distribution, and the inverse law of diminishing marginal utility. The Himalayas are the "Shenque"(which is believed to be the most secret and crucial acupoint for humans) of the Earth, and the "brain" of human beings. We must make the protection of the Himalayas a common task for all humans and establish the theory that the area around Mount Qomolangma should be regarded as the model and base of green development. The ten countries around Mount Qomolangma should build a partnership for green development and take a green lowcarbon path for sustainable development.

Relationship between Industrial Coupling Coordination and Carbon Intensity in the Bohai Rim Economic Circle

Coordinated development of new high-tech industries and traditional industries is crucially important for economic growth and environmental sustainability,and it has become a focus of academic and governmental bodies.This study establishes the comprehensive evaluation index system of high-tech industries and traditional industries,and uses the method of principal component analysis,coupling and coupling coordination degree model to determine the level of industry coordinated development.Then,Pearson correlation test is used to further analyze the correlation between regional industrial coupling coordination and carbon intensity of the seven provinces in the Bohai Rim Economic Circle(BREC).The results are as follows.(1)There is a negative correlation between industrial coupling coordination and carbon intensity.(2)The degree of industrial coordination of Beijing,Tianjin,and Shandong is significantly higher than other provinces in the BREC,as both the high-tech industries and traditional industries of these three provinces have reached a high level of development and achieved high coupling.The high-tech industries of the three provinces show positive changes,whereas the traditional industries show negative changes,which indicates that the new high-tech industries are driving the upgrading of the traditional industries by the application of high technologies.(3)From 2011 to 2016,the number of provinces with a low degree of high-tech and traditional industrial coordination fell from three to one.The traditional industries in Hebei and Inner Mongolia have been upgraded by strengthening their technological innovation with the introduction of rapid high-tech industrial development.These findings are a useful reference for regional industrial coupling coordination and carbon emission reduction.

Research on the Cultivation of the Innovative Subcenters in Sichuan Based on the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle Strategic Background

This paper summarizes the development experience of the subcenters in leading provinces, including their establishment mode, strategic positioning, development mode and economic development. It also analyzes the economic development characteristics, regional patterns, and location distributions of Mianyang, Deyang, Leshan, Yibin, Luzhou, Nanchong and Dazhou, the seven alternative subcenters in Sichuan province. It focuses on the analysis of their basic situations regarding scientific and technological(S&T) innovation development including investment in S&T innovation, talent team construction, S&T achievements, industrial structure and S&T platforms compared with the innovative subcenters in leading provinces. Results show that the scale of S&T innovation activities in the seven alternative subcenters in Sichuan province needs to be improved. Finally, based on the ChengduChongqing economic circle strategy, this paper puts forward the thoughts and suggestions on how to cultivate the innovative subcenters in Sichuan province.

A Valid Method for the Forecasting Economic Life Circle of Equipment

Research on the Contribution of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference in Promoting the Construction of the Chengdu- Chongqing Economic Circle

The influence applied by the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference(CPPCC)in promoting the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle cannot be ignored.At present,the Sichuan Committee of CPPCC and Chongqing Committee of CPPCC are actively participating in the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle by building collaborative platforms,conducting joint consultations,and holding consultations on special issues.From three aspects,namely the unique advantages of the CPPCC,the fact that full consultation between CPPCCs in different regions is conducive to coordinating the interests of local governments of the same level,and that fact that it is also conducive to promoting inter-governmental cooperation,this article elaborates on the necessity of the contribution of the CPPCC in promoting the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle and discusses four paths for the CPPCC’s promotion of the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle:Strengthening the Communist Party of China’s leadership over the political consultation work of the CPPCC,using the CPPCC to consolidate the consensus of“a Sichuan-Chongqing close family,”innovating the form,content,and objects of democratic supervision,and building the information exchange mechanisms between the CPPCCs of Sichuan and Chongqing.

Analysis on Current Situation and Measures of International Talent Nurturing in Latin American Colleges and Universities among the Chengdu- Chongqing Economic Circle

With the proposal of the Belt and Road Initiative,the exchanges and cooperation between China and Latin America in various fields are rapidly warming up,and both sides actively promote cross-regional,cross-country,and cross-cultural international talent education.The proposal of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle coincides with a great change unseen in a century.Under the background of far-reaching and complicate changes in both domestic and international environment,the trend of all-round cooperation between the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle and Latin American countries and regions has been deepening.However,the quantity,quality,level and economic cross-regional training of regional Latin American international talents still present some structural imbalances and challenges compared with the development of trans-regional economic cooperation.Based on this,the study will focus on the current situation of nurturing international talents in Latin America by the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,and provide suggestions for the joint training of talents in Latin America and China-Latin America educational cooperation and exchanges.It will also make for jointly build a China-Latin America Community of Shared Future and respond to the Belt and Road initiative with a certain reference value.

Clinical and economic impact of infliximab one-hour infusion protocol in patients with inflammatory bowel diseases:A multicenter study

AIM To assess the impact of short infliximab(IFX) infusion on hospital resource utilization and costs.METHODS All inflammatory bowel diseases(IBD) patients who received IFX 1 h infusion from March 2007 to September 2014 in eight centers from Southern Italy were included in the analysis. Demographic, clinical and infusion related data were collected. The potential benefits related to the short infusion protocol were assessed both in terms of time saving and increased infusion unit capacity. In addition, indirect patient-related cost savings were evaluated.RESULTS One hundred and twenty-five patients were recruited(64 with ulcerative colitis and 61 with Crohn's disease). Median duration of disease was of 53 mo and mean age of pts at diagnosis was of 34 years(SD: ± 13). Adverse infusion reactions were reported in less than 4% both before and after short infusion. The total number of infusions across the selected centers was of 2501(30.5% short infusions). In the analyzed cohort, 1143 h were saved(762 in the infusion and 381 in observation phases) through the rapid IFX infusion protocol. This time saving(-15% compared to the standard protocol in infusion phase) represents, from the hospital perspective, an opportunity to optimize infusion unit capacity by allocating the saved time in alternative cost-effective treatments. This is the case of opportunity cost that represents the value of forgone benefit which could be obtained from a resource in its next-best alternative use. Hence, an extra hour of infusion in the case of standard 2-h IFX represents a loss in opportunity to provide other cost effective services. The analysis showed that the short infusion increased the infusion units capacity up to 50% on days when the IFX infusions were scheduled(infusion phase). Furthermore, the analysis showed that the short IFX infusion protocol leads to time savings also in the post-infusion phase(observation) leading to a time saving of 10% on average among the analyzed centers. Finally, the short infusion protocol has been demonstrated to lead to indirect cost savings of €138/patient(average-€17.300 on the whole cohort).CONCLUSION A short IFX infusion protocol can be considered time and cost saving in comparison to the standard infusion protocol both from the hospital's perspective, as it contributes to increase infusion units capacity, and the patients' perspective, as it reduces indirect costs and the impact of treatment on everyday life and work productivity.

海洋渔业碳排放效率的时空演变及影响因素——以北部海洋经济圈为例

促进海洋渔业低碳化、绿色化、可持续发展既是海洋生态文明建设要求,也是促进海洋经济高质量发展的重要手段。从碳排与碳汇视角核算海洋渔业碳排放,采用超效率SBM模型测算2006—2019年北部海洋经济圈海洋渔业碳排放效率,并借助STIRPAT模型分析海洋渔业碳排放效率影响因素。结果显示:(1)2006—2019年北部海洋经济圈海洋渔业碳排放量不断上升;海洋渔业碳排放量区域差异较大;海洋渔业碳排放增长率的变化趋势较为一致。(2)海洋渔业碳排放效率总体水平不高,呈现缓慢下降—波动上升—波动下降变化态势;各项效率指数均具有一定波动性;分地区看,山东整体明显高于河北、辽宁和天津。(3)海洋渔业科技水平是海洋渔业碳排放效率最主要影响因素,海洋渔业规模、海洋经济规模、对外开放程度、海洋产业结构是重要影响因素。

地方政府竞争对土地资源错配的影响研究——基于成渝地区双城经济圈面板数据

成渝地区双城经济圈是我国经济的重要新兴增长极,但其发展相对滞后,经济增长内生动力不足,依靠土地出让的地方政府竞争行为依然普遍存在,不利于土地资源的高效配置。基于政府土地出让视角,构建地方政府博弈模型,选取成渝地区双城经济圈2009—2017年城市面板数据,采用系统GMM的实证研究表明:成渝地区政府竞争与土地资源错配呈现显著的“U”形变化特征,地区经济发展水平是这一影响的重要作用机制;在替换变量和剔除核心城市后,结论依然稳健;此外,由于政府竞争博弈行为的反复特征,土地资源错配程度存在动态循环的正向累积趋势。

成渝地区双城经济圈无偿献血志愿服务运营模式分析与改进

目的调研分析成渝地区双城经济圈无偿献血志愿服务队伍的建设及运营模式,提出改进策略,为优化献血志愿服务管理策略提供科学依据。方法研究选取了2024年1月—6月期间,重庆和成都各500名共1000名志愿者作为研究对象,采用问卷调查法收集数据。问卷内容包括基本信息和评分量表两部分,后者采用李克特量表对行为方式、主观意识、服务动机、生活幸福感及持续服务意向进行评分。数据通过SPSS 26.0进行统计分析,包括描述性统计、因子分析、线性回归分析以及模型拟合度评估。结果研究发现,年轻(如18~25岁)、高学历(如本科及以上)和高收入(如月收入8001元以上)群体在服务动机(得分分别为3.38,3.40,3.47,P<0.05)和生活幸福感(得分分别为3.53,3.57,3.63,P<0.05)上得分显著较高;成都志愿者在主观意识(得分3.59,P<0.01)、服务动机(得分3.35,P<0.01)和持续服务意向(得分3.57,P<0.05)上显著高于重庆志愿者(得分分别为3.51,3.28,3.39);线性回归分析显示,生活幸福感(偏回归系数=0.214,P<0.001)、服务动机(偏回归系数=0.200,P<0.001)、主观意识(偏回归系数=0.117,P=0.013)和行为方式(偏回归系数=0.130,P=0.019)对持续服务意向有显著正向影响;模型拟合度评估表明,模型的拟合度良好,卡方自由度比(χ^(2)/df)=1.844,GFI=0.933,RMSEA=0.006,CFI=0.919,NFI=0.958,NNFI=0.942,均满足拟合优度标准。结论本研究揭示了影响无偿献血志愿者行为及态度的关键因素,并发现成都和重庆地区在志愿服务方面的差异。建议通过增强社会责任感、优化招募与培训策略、提升服务动机和主观意识、关注生活幸福感、建立激励机制及加强区域合作等措施,促进成渝地区双城经济圈内无偿献血志愿服务队伍的高质量发展。

数字经济赋能成渝地区双城经济圈制造业高质量发展

基于2008—2020年成渝地区双城经济圈的城市数据,采用CRITIC-熵权法与TOPSIS相结合的方法测算数字经济发展水平和制造业高质量发展水平,考察数字经济对成渝地区双城经济圈制造业高质量发展的影响。研究表明:第一,数字经济能够显著推动成渝地区双城经济圈制造业高质量发展,该结论在经过一系列稳健性检验后依然成立。第二,数字经济对制造业高质量发展的推动效果在技术创新水平较高的地区表现得更为明显;此外,数字经济推动了流域地区制造业高质量发展,但现阶段并不利于非流域地区制造业的高质量发展。第三,数字经济显著提升了成渝地区双城经济圈制造业的创新能力和质量效益,但在促进制造业绿色发展和提升制造业产业基础能力方面并不明显。为此,应发挥成都、重庆双城辐射带动作用,促进成渝地区双城经济圈数字经济与制造业深度融合,增强成渝地区双城经济圈制造业区域协同发展力度,夯实成渝地区双城经济圈制造业高质量发展数字基础。
