Objective:To observe the effects of moxibustion at Shenshu(BL 23),Zusanli(ST 36)and Shenque(CV 8)on the energy metabolism and endocrine metabolism indicators of rats undergoing one-time exhaustive swimming,and to expl...Objective:To observe the effects of moxibustion at Shenshu(BL 23),Zusanli(ST 36)and Shenque(CV 8)on the energy metabolism and endocrine metabolism indicators of rats undergoing one-time exhaustive swimming,and to explore the differences between moxibustion at different points in the effects on anti-exercise fatigue.Methods:Forty-eight male SPF rats were randomly divided into a blank group,a model group,a non-meridian and non-acupoint group,a Shenshu(BL 23)group,a Zusanli(ST 36)group,and a Shenque(CV 8)group using random number table method,with eight rats in each group.Except for the blank group,rats in the other groups were subjected to replicating the one-time exhaustive model using the weight-bearing swimming experiment.Except for the model group,the other model rats received mild moxibustion immediately after swimming.Rats in the non-meridian and non-acupoint group received mild moxibustion at bilateral subcostal non-meridian and non-acupoint points,those in the Shenshu(BL 23)group received mild moxibustion at bilateral Shenshu(BL 23),those in the Zusanli(ST 36)group received mild moxibustion at bilateral Zusanli(ST 36),and those in the Shenque(CV 8)group received mild moxibustion at Shenque(CV 8)for 15 min.Four hours after the exhaustive swimming,femoral artery blood was collected to detect blood lactate(BLA),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase(CK),creatinine(CRE),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),cortisol(C)and testosterone(T)levels,and calculate the T/C ratio.Results:Compared with the blank group,rat's serum levels of BLA,LDH,CK,BUN and C in the model group and the non-meridian and non-acupoint group were increased,and serum levels of CRE and T,and T/C ratios were decreased(P<0.01 or P<0.05);compared with the model group and the non-meridian and non-acupoint group,the serum levels of BLA,LDH,CK,BUN and C in the Shenshu(BL 23)group,Zusanli(ST 36)group and Shenque(CV 8)group were decreased,and the serum CRE and T levels,and the T/C ratios were increased(all P<0.01);compared with the Shenshu(BL 23)group,the serum CK level was decreased in the Shenque(CV 8)group(P<0.01),the serum levels of T and C were decreased in the Zusanli(ST 36)group and Shenque(CV 8)group(P<0.01 or P<0.05),and the T/C ratio was increased in the Shenque(CV 8)group(P<0.01);compared with the Zusanli(ST 36)group,the serum CK and BUN levels were decreased(P<0.01,P<0.05),and the T/C ratio was increased in the Shenque(CV 8)group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion at Shenshu(BL 23),Zusanli(ST 36)and Shenque(CV 8)shows different anti-fatigue effects by regulating the energy metabolism and endocrine metabolism in rats undergoing one-time exhaustive swimming.Moxibustion at Shenshu(BL 23)is better in promoting energy synthesis.Moxibustion at Shenque(CV 8)is more effective in regulating synthesis and decomposition of the skeletal muscle proteins.展开更多

Methods: Eight-week-old adult male Sprague Dawley rats were randomly assigned into four groups(n=8). Myocardial injury was judged in accordance with serum levels of c Tn and NT-pro BNP as well as hematoxylin basicfuchsin picric acid staining of myocardium. Cx43 m RNA was detected by in situ hybridization and qualified by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Cx43 protein was localized by immunohistochemistry and its expression level was determined by western blotting. Results: The LEP obviously attenuated the myocardial ischemia/hypoxia injury caused by exhaustive exercise. There was no significant difference of Cx43 m RNA level between the four groups. Cx43 protein level was decreased significantly in group EE(P<0.05). However, LEP produced a significant increase in Cx43 protein level(P<0.05), and the decreased Cx43 protein level in exhaustive exercise was significantly up-regulated by LEP(P<0.05). Conclusions: LEP protects rat heart against exhaustive exercise-induced myocardial injury by up-regulating the expression of myocardial Cx43.展开更多
Cotton producers have substantially reduced their inputs(labor,nutrients,and management)mainly by adopting a shortseason cropping management that is characterized by late sowing,high density,and reduced fertilization ...Cotton producers have substantially reduced their inputs(labor,nutrients,and management)mainly by adopting a shortseason cropping management that is characterized by late sowing,high density,and reduced fertilization with one-time application at the first bloom stage without lint yield reduction.However,it has been hypothesized that one-time fertilization at an earlier growth stage could be a more effective and economic management practice.A two-year field experiment was conducted by applying five fertilizer one-time fertilization at 0(FT1),5(FT2),10(FT3),15(FT4),and 20(FT5)days after the first flower appeared in the field and one three-split fertilizer application taken as the conventional control(FT6),making six treatments altogether.Cotton growth period,biomass accumulation,yield,and its formation were quantified.The results showed that the one-time fertilization did not affect the cotton growth progress as compared to FT6,however,the total crop cycles for FT3–FT5 were 3 days shorter.FT1 produced the highest cotton lint yield(1396 kg ha–1),which was similar to the FT6 but higher than the other treatments,and could be attributed to more bolls per unit area and higher lint percentage.Cotton yield was positively correlated with cotton plant biomass accumulated.FT1 had both the highest average(VT)(193.7 kg ha–1 d–1)and the highest maximum(VM)(220.9 kg ha–1 d–1)rates during the fast biomass accumulation period.These results suggest that one-time fertilizer application at the first flower stage might be an adjustment that is more effective than at first bloom,and allowed for easier decision making for application date due to non counting of plants with flowers is needed.展开更多

The modified structural materials as lithium-ion cathodes present good structural stability and superior cycle performance in LIBs. The discharge capacity of the ZrO2-coated and Zr-doped hollow pristine is 220 mAh g-1 at the 20th cycle at 0.2 C(discharge capacity loss, 2.7%)and 150 m Ah g-1 at the 100 th cycle at 1 C(discharge capacity loss, 17.7%), respectively. However, hollow pristine electrode only delivers 203 m Ah g-1 at the 20 th cycle at 0.2 C and 124 mAh g-1 at the 100 th cycle at 1 C, respectively, and the corresponding to capacity retention is 92.2% and 72.8%, respectively.Diffusion coefficients of modified hollow pristine electrode are much higher than that of hollow pristine electrode after 100 cycles(approach to 1.4 times). In addition, we simulate the adsorption reaction of HF on the surface of ZrO2-coated layer by the first-principles theory. The calculations prove that the adsorption energy of HF on the surface of ZrO2-coated layer is about-1.699 e V, and the ZrO2-coated layer could protect the hollow spherical xLi2MnO3·(1–x)LiMO2 from erosion by HF. Our results would be applicable for systematic amelioration of high-performance lithium rich material for anode with the respect of practical application.展开更多

It is hypothesized that such chang...BACKGROUND: Exhaustive exercise can lead to apoptosis of skeletal muscle cells and myocardial cells as a result of pathological changes in the corresponding cellular ultrastructure. It is hypothesized that such changes could also occur in neurons. OBJECTIVE: To observe brain cell apoptosis and ultrastructural changes in hippocampal neurons in rats following endurance training and acute exhaustive exercise. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: A randomized, controlled, morphological analysis was performed at the Medical Laboratory Center of Zhengzhou University between July and November 2007. MATERIALS: Forty male, 8-week-old, Sprague Dawley rats were included in this study. METHODS: Endurance training consisted of treadmill running once a day, 6 days a week, for 4. weeks. For acute exhaustive exercise, graded treadmill running was conducted. Rats were exposed to exercise at an increasing speed (10 m/min, increasing to 20 and 36 m/min for moderate- and high-intensity exhaustive exercise, respectively, and then was continued until exhaustion). A total of 40 rats were evenly distributed into the following 4. groups: Group A rats were not exercised; Group B rats were not trained but sacrificed 24 hours after acute exhaustive treadmill running exercise; Group C-rats were subjected to endurance training and sacrificed immediately after acute exhaustive treadmill running exercise; Group D rats were subjected to endurance training and sacrificed 24 hours after acute exhaustive treadmill running exercise. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Apoptotic cell death was detected by the TUNEL method and hippocampal neuronal ultrastructural change was observed through using transmission electron microscopy. RESULTS: All 40 rats were included in the final analysis. Subsequent to exhaustive exercise, rat cerebral cortex and hippocampal neurons appeared contracted and degenerated. In addition, high amount of lipofuscin was visible in the hippocampal region, Necrotic neurons encased by glial cells appeared in the cerebral cortex and hippocampus. Glial cells exhibited different degrees of swelling. Subsequent to exhaustive exercise, brain cell apoptosis rate significantly increased, and reached over 30% in some regions, compared with group A (P 〈 0.05). No significant difference in apoptosis rate existed between groups B, C, and D (P 〈 0.05). CONCLUSION: Endurance training and acute exhaustive exercise cause, to some degree, injuries to glial cells, resulting in apoptosis of numerous brain cells. Subsequent to exhaustive exercise, high amounts of lipofuscin appear in the hippocampus, indicating that exhaustive exercise possibly contributes to neural cell aging or dysmetabolism.展开更多

On the basis of quaternary system of CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2, using DTA, XRD and SEM, the effects of different nucleating agents and mixing amounts as well as heat treatment on the crystallization of railings glass ceramics were studied. The experimental results show that, nucleating agent and heat treatment are two necessary conditions for one-time sintering preparation of tailings glass ceramics namely, only adding nucleating agent or experiencing heat treatment, the quaternary system can not crystallize. The composite nucleating agent consisting of Cr2O3 and TiO2 can further lead to the crystallization of the CaO-MgO-A1203-SiO2 quaternary system at the lower temperature, with the major phase of diopside. In the range of mass content, 0%-4%, crystal intensity and crystal content grow. But when mass content is more than 4%, the crystal size will become coarser and the crystal distribution will be less regular. Different heat treatment regimes do not change the composition of the crystalline major phase in the glass ceramics crystallization of CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 system. In the range of 30-60 minutes, with the extension of nucleation and crystallization, crystallization degree enhanced, but if the holding time surpasses 60 minutes, the crystallization is worse.展开更多

Objective:To clarify the effect of endurance training on the expression profile of circRNA-lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA in myocardial tissues of mice after exhaustive exercise.Methods:A total of 45 male C57BL/6 mice were randoml...Objective:To clarify the effect of endurance training on the expression profile of circRNA-lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA in myocardial tissues of mice after exhaustive exercise.Methods:A total of 45 male C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into control(C),low-strength endurance training(LSET)and high-strength endurance training(HSET)groups(n=15).The mice in the control group were not conducted to platform training.The mice in the LSET and HSET groups were conducted to platform training at 30%and 60%of exhaustive exercise once a day for 5 days a week,respectively.The exhaustion exercise was performed after 5 weeks of platform training.Total RNA was extracted from myocardial tissues,and the expression profile of circRNA-lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA in myocardial tissues was analyzed using Illimina transcriptome sequencing.Results:The distance and time of exhaustive exercise were longer in the LSET and HSET groups than in the control group,and the distance and time of exhaustive exercise were longer in the HSET group than in the LSET group(P<0.05).A total of 54 differentially expressed circRNAs(28 down-regulated and 26 up-regulated),7 differentially expressed lncRNAs(all down-regulated),3 differentially expressed miRNAs(1 down-regulated and 2 up-regulated)and 99 differentially expressed mRNAs(81 down-regulated and 18 up-regulated)were identified by transcriptome sequencing(P<0.05).Interaction network analysis revealed that ENSMUSG00000113041,MSTRG.79740,mmu-miR-374c-5p,18 down-regulated mRNAs and 3 up-regulated mRNAs formed a regulatory network.GO functional analysis revealed that the differentially expressed mRNAs were mainly enriched in primary metabolic processes and macromolecular synthesis and metabolic processes.KEGG pathway analysis revealed that the differentially expressed mRNAs were mainly enriched in complement and coagulation cascade pathways,estrogen signaling pathway and glucagon signaling pathway.Conclusion:Endurance training could alter the expression profile of circRNA-lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA in myocardial tissues of mice after exhaustive exercise,and these differentially expressed RNAs form a regulatory network that affects cardiomyocyte synthesis and metabolism and thus participates in the regulation of myocardial injury.展开更多

Recent strides in immunotherapy have demonstrated that Tpex cells expand and differentiate into responsive exhausted CD8^(+) T cells, thus underscoring their critical role in the immunotherapeutic retort. Clinical examinations have further clarified a robust positive correlation between the proportional abundance of Tpex cells and enhanced clinical prognosis. Tpex cells have found noteworthy applications in the formulation of inventive immunotherapeutic approaches against tumors. This review describes the functions of Tpex cells in the tumor milieu, particularly their potential utility in tumor immunotherapy. Experiments were conducted in this study to examine the thermal performance of a thermosyphon,made from Inconel alloy 625,could recover waste heat from automobile exhaust using a limited amount of fluid.The thermosyph...Experiments were conducted in this study to examine the thermal performance of a thermosyphon,made from Inconel alloy 625,could recover waste heat from automobile exhaust using a limited amount of fluid.The thermosyphon has an outer diameter of 27 mm,a thickness of 2.6 mm,and an overall length of 483 mm.The study involved directing exhaust gas onto the evaporator.This length includes a 180-mm evaporator,a 70-mm adiabatic section,a 223-mm condenser,and a 97-mm finned exchanger.The study examined the thermal performance of the thermosyphon under exhaust flow rates ranging from 0–10 g/sec and temperatures varying from 300℃–900℃.The influence of three parameters—inclination angle(5°–45°),water mass(2–5.3 g),and the quantity of non-condensable gas Argon(0–0.6 g)—was investigated to assess their impacts on the thermosyphon’s thermal efficiency.The experimental findings revealed that with 3 g of water and 0.0564 g of argon in the thermosyphon,the condenser reached its highest temperature at around 200℃.The ideal fuel loading rate for the thermosyphon falls between 0.2 and 0.7 g/s.Moreover,as inclination angles rise,outer wall temperatures of the thermosyphon increase.This is attributed to the explicit expansion of the effective heating area within the evaporation section,coupled with an amplified gravitational component of the water flux.Additionally,an upsurge in the quantity of non-condensable gas(NCG)can mitigate temperature gradients on the outer wall,resulting in a decline in the thermosyphon’s performance.The insulation applied to the adiabatic section demonstrated efficacy in augmenting temperature gradients on the outer wall,thereby improving the overall performance of the thermosyphon.As the water charge within the thermosyphon increases,there is a corresponding rise in heat transfer rates both from the exhaust to the thermosyphon and from the thermosyphon to the fuel.展开更多

Firstly, axisymmetric Navier Stokes equations incorporated with k ε two equation turbulence models were solved using time dependent approach to calculate the pressure of the near filed. Secondly, parabolized axisymmetric Navier Stokes equations incorporated with finite rate chemical kinetics models were marching on the detailed pressure map of the near field. The termination of the near field would yield the initial line for the far field. In addition, in the far field, the spatial marching method was directly used under the constant pressure condition, but considering more complicated chemically reacting process. Finally, the electromagnetic parameters of the whole plume were calculated with the electron conductive model. The calculated results of the overexpanded and underexpanded rocket exhaust plume were discussed. The predicted microwave attenuation accorded with the experimental results. This improved method is feasible for calculating the microwave attenuation characteristics of mildly non fully expanded rocket exhaust plumes.展开更多
文摘Objective:To observe the effects of moxibustion at Shenshu(BL 23),Zusanli(ST 36)and Shenque(CV 8)on the energy metabolism and endocrine metabolism indicators of rats undergoing one-time exhaustive swimming,and to explore the differences between moxibustion at different points in the effects on anti-exercise fatigue.Methods:Forty-eight male SPF rats were randomly divided into a blank group,a model group,a non-meridian and non-acupoint group,a Shenshu(BL 23)group,a Zusanli(ST 36)group,and a Shenque(CV 8)group using random number table method,with eight rats in each group.Except for the blank group,rats in the other groups were subjected to replicating the one-time exhaustive model using the weight-bearing swimming experiment.Except for the model group,the other model rats received mild moxibustion immediately after swimming.Rats in the non-meridian and non-acupoint group received mild moxibustion at bilateral subcostal non-meridian and non-acupoint points,those in the Shenshu(BL 23)group received mild moxibustion at bilateral Shenshu(BL 23),those in the Zusanli(ST 36)group received mild moxibustion at bilateral Zusanli(ST 36),and those in the Shenque(CV 8)group received mild moxibustion at Shenque(CV 8)for 15 min.Four hours after the exhaustive swimming,femoral artery blood was collected to detect blood lactate(BLA),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase(CK),creatinine(CRE),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),cortisol(C)and testosterone(T)levels,and calculate the T/C ratio.Results:Compared with the blank group,rat's serum levels of BLA,LDH,CK,BUN and C in the model group and the non-meridian and non-acupoint group were increased,and serum levels of CRE and T,and T/C ratios were decreased(P<0.01 or P<0.05);compared with the model group and the non-meridian and non-acupoint group,the serum levels of BLA,LDH,CK,BUN and C in the Shenshu(BL 23)group,Zusanli(ST 36)group and Shenque(CV 8)group were decreased,and the serum CRE and T levels,and the T/C ratios were increased(all P<0.01);compared with the Shenshu(BL 23)group,the serum CK level was decreased in the Shenque(CV 8)group(P<0.01),the serum levels of T and C were decreased in the Zusanli(ST 36)group and Shenque(CV 8)group(P<0.01 or P<0.05),and the T/C ratio was increased in the Shenque(CV 8)group(P<0.01);compared with the Zusanli(ST 36)group,the serum CK and BUN levels were decreased(P<0.01,P<0.05),and the T/C ratio was increased in the Shenque(CV 8)group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion at Shenshu(BL 23),Zusanli(ST 36)and Shenque(CV 8)shows different anti-fatigue effects by regulating the energy metabolism and endocrine metabolism in rats undergoing one-time exhaustive swimming.Moxibustion at Shenshu(BL 23)is better in promoting energy synthesis.Moxibustion at Shenque(CV 8)is more effective in regulating synthesis and decomposition of the skeletal muscle proteins.

文摘In this work,a novel one-time-programmable memory unit based on a Schottky-type p-GaN diode is proposed.During the programming process,the junction switches from a high-resistance state to a low-resistance state through Schottky junction breakdown,and the state is permanently preserved.The memory unit features a current ratio of more than 10^(3),a read voltage window of 6 V,a programming time of less than 10^(−4)s,a stability of more than 108 read cycles,and a lifetime of far more than 10 years.Besides,the fabrication of the device is fully compatible with commercial Si-based GaN process platforms,which is of great significance for the realization of low-cost read-only memory in all-GaN integration.
文摘Objective:To observe the effectiveness and safety of one-time endodontics in the treatment of chronic apical periodontitis with sinus tract in pediatric deciduous teeth.Methods:109 cases of children with chronic apical periodontitis with sinus tract in the deciduous teeth treated in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and grouped by the randomized numerical table method,with 54 cases in the experimental group and 55 cases in the control group.The experimental group was treated with one-time endodontics and the control group was treated with conventional endodontics.Results:After the treatment,the total effective rate of treatment was higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse events was lower in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the children's family members was higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05);the pain duration was lower in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the experimental group,children with chronic apical periodontitis with sinus tract of the deciduous teeth were given one-time endodontic treatment,and the results of its implementation were relatively good.

文摘Objective: To investigate the expression of myocardium connexin 43(Cx43) in late exercise preconditioning(LEP) cardioprotection. Methods: Eight-week-old adult male Sprague Dawley rats were randomly assigned into four groups(n=8). Myocardial injury was judged in accordance with serum levels of c Tn and NT-pro BNP as well as hematoxylin basicfuchsin picric acid staining of myocardium. Cx43 m RNA was detected by in situ hybridization and qualified by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Cx43 protein was localized by immunohistochemistry and its expression level was determined by western blotting. Results: The LEP obviously attenuated the myocardial ischemia/hypoxia injury caused by exhaustive exercise. There was no significant difference of Cx43 m RNA level between the four groups. Cx43 protein level was decreased significantly in group EE(P<0.05). However, LEP produced a significant increase in Cx43 protein level(P<0.05), and the decreased Cx43 protein level in exhaustive exercise was significantly up-regulated by LEP(P<0.05). Conclusions: LEP protects rat heart against exhaustive exercise-induced myocardial injury by up-regulating the expression of myocardial Cx43.

文摘Cotton producers have substantially reduced their inputs(labor,nutrients,and management)mainly by adopting a shortseason cropping management that is characterized by late sowing,high density,and reduced fertilization with one-time application at the first bloom stage without lint yield reduction.However,it has been hypothesized that one-time fertilization at an earlier growth stage could be a more effective and economic management practice.A two-year field experiment was conducted by applying five fertilizer one-time fertilization at 0(FT1),5(FT2),10(FT3),15(FT4),and 20(FT5)days after the first flower appeared in the field and one three-split fertilizer application taken as the conventional control(FT6),making six treatments altogether.Cotton growth period,biomass accumulation,yield,and its formation were quantified.The results showed that the one-time fertilization did not affect the cotton growth progress as compared to FT6,however,the total crop cycles for FT3–FT5 were 3 days shorter.FT1 produced the highest cotton lint yield(1396 kg ha–1),which was similar to the FT6 but higher than the other treatments,and could be attributed to more bolls per unit area and higher lint percentage.Cotton yield was positively correlated with cotton plant biomass accumulated.FT1 had both the highest average(VT)(193.7 kg ha–1 d–1)and the highest maximum(VM)(220.9 kg ha–1 d–1)rates during the fast biomass accumulation period.These results suggest that one-time fertilizer application at the first flower stage might be an adjustment that is more effective than at first bloom,and allowed for easier decision making for application date due to non counting of plants with flowers is needed.

文摘To solve the critical problems of lithium rich cathode materials, e.g., structure instability and short cycle life, we have successfully prepared a ZrO2-coated and Zr-doping xLi2MnO3·(1–x)LiMO2 hollow architecture via one-time sintering process. The modified structural materials as lithium-ion cathodes present good structural stability and superior cycle performance in LIBs. The discharge capacity of the ZrO2-coated and Zr-doped hollow pristine is 220 mAh g-1 at the 20th cycle at 0.2 C(discharge capacity loss, 2.7%)and 150 m Ah g-1 at the 100 th cycle at 1 C(discharge capacity loss, 17.7%), respectively. However, hollow pristine electrode only delivers 203 m Ah g-1 at the 20 th cycle at 0.2 C and 124 mAh g-1 at the 100 th cycle at 1 C, respectively, and the corresponding to capacity retention is 92.2% and 72.8%, respectively.Diffusion coefficients of modified hollow pristine electrode are much higher than that of hollow pristine electrode after 100 cycles(approach to 1.4 times). In addition, we simulate the adsorption reaction of HF on the surface of ZrO2-coated layer by the first-principles theory. The calculations prove that the adsorption energy of HF on the surface of ZrO2-coated layer is about-1.699 e V, and the ZrO2-coated layer could protect the hollow spherical xLi2MnO3·(1–x)LiMO2 from erosion by HF. Our results would be applicable for systematic amelioration of high-performance lithium rich material for anode with the respect of practical application.

文摘Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM) is an attractive technology to provide immense improvement in wireless transmission capacity but high peak-to-average power ratio(PAPR) is a major drawback of OFDM system.Selected mapping(SLM) scheme has good performance for PAPR reduction.It requires the transmitting data to be multiplied by random phase sequences.However,the sequences are pseudo-random which will decrease the method effectiveness.Exhaustive entropy is introduced in this paper which can identify the strength of random phase sequences property.Then an exhaustive entropy based on SLM method is proposed.The scheme improves the effectiveness of random phase sequences by selecting the larger exhaustive entropy of them.The simulation results show that the PAPR reduction performance is better than that of conventional SLM through this method.

文摘A 32 kbit OTP(one-time programmable)memory for MCUs(micro-controller units)used in remote controllers was designed.This OTP memory is used for program and data storage.It is required to apply 5.5V to BL(bit-line)and 11V to WL(word-line)for a OTP cell of 0.35μm ETOX(EEPROM tunnel oxide)type by MagnaChip.We use 5V transistors on column data paths to reduce the area of column data paths since they require small areas.In addition,we secure device reliability by using HV(high-voltage)transistors in the WL driver.Furthermore,we change from a static logic to a dynamic logic used for the WL driver in the core circuit.Also,we optimize the WD(write data)switch circuit.Thus,we can implement them with a small-area design.In addition,we implement the address predecoder with a small-area logic circuit.The area of the designed 32 kbit OTP with 5V and HV devices is 674.725μm×258.75μm(=0.1745mm2)and is 56.3% smaller than that using 3.3V devices.

文摘BACKGROUND: Exhaustive exercise can lead to apoptosis of skeletal muscle cells and myocardial cells as a result of pathological changes in the corresponding cellular ultrastructure. It is hypothesized that such changes could also occur in neurons. OBJECTIVE: To observe brain cell apoptosis and ultrastructural changes in hippocampal neurons in rats following endurance training and acute exhaustive exercise. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: A randomized, controlled, morphological analysis was performed at the Medical Laboratory Center of Zhengzhou University between July and November 2007. MATERIALS: Forty male, 8-week-old, Sprague Dawley rats were included in this study. METHODS: Endurance training consisted of treadmill running once a day, 6 days a week, for 4. weeks. For acute exhaustive exercise, graded treadmill running was conducted. Rats were exposed to exercise at an increasing speed (10 m/min, increasing to 20 and 36 m/min for moderate- and high-intensity exhaustive exercise, respectively, and then was continued until exhaustion). A total of 40 rats were evenly distributed into the following 4. groups: Group A rats were not exercised; Group B rats were not trained but sacrificed 24 hours after acute exhaustive treadmill running exercise; Group C-rats were subjected to endurance training and sacrificed immediately after acute exhaustive treadmill running exercise; Group D rats were subjected to endurance training and sacrificed 24 hours after acute exhaustive treadmill running exercise. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Apoptotic cell death was detected by the TUNEL method and hippocampal neuronal ultrastructural change was observed through using transmission electron microscopy. RESULTS: All 40 rats were included in the final analysis. Subsequent to exhaustive exercise, rat cerebral cortex and hippocampal neurons appeared contracted and degenerated. In addition, high amount of lipofuscin was visible in the hippocampal region, Necrotic neurons encased by glial cells appeared in the cerebral cortex and hippocampus. Glial cells exhibited different degrees of swelling. Subsequent to exhaustive exercise, brain cell apoptosis rate significantly increased, and reached over 30% in some regions, compared with group A (P 〈 0.05). No significant difference in apoptosis rate existed between groups B, C, and D (P 〈 0.05). CONCLUSION: Endurance training and acute exhaustive exercise cause, to some degree, injuries to glial cells, resulting in apoptosis of numerous brain cells. Subsequent to exhaustive exercise, high amounts of lipofuscin appear in the hippocampus, indicating that exhaustive exercise possibly contributes to neural cell aging or dysmetabolism.

文摘A sensitive method for the determination of ephedrine and codeine in human urine by capillary electrophoresis (CE) was described. In order to improve the sensitivity, two online concentration techniques including cation-selective exhaustive injection (CSEI) and sweeping micellar electrokinetic chromatography (sweeping-MEKC) were used. Under the optimum conditions, the detection limits (S/N = 3) were 0.10 μg/L for ephedrine and 0.80 μg/L for codeine. This method was successfully applied to real urine sample analysis.

文摘Glass ceramics was made by the one-time sintering method using the main raw material of iron tailings. On the basis of quaternary system of CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2, using DTA, XRD and SEM, the effects of different nucleating agents and mixing amounts as well as heat treatment on the crystallization of railings glass ceramics were studied. The experimental results show that, nucleating agent and heat treatment are two necessary conditions for one-time sintering preparation of tailings glass ceramics namely, only adding nucleating agent or experiencing heat treatment, the quaternary system can not crystallize. The composite nucleating agent consisting of Cr2O3 and TiO2 can further lead to the crystallization of the CaO-MgO-A1203-SiO2 quaternary system at the lower temperature, with the major phase of diopside. In the range of mass content, 0%-4%, crystal intensity and crystal content grow. But when mass content is more than 4%, the crystal size will become coarser and the crystal distribution will be less regular. Different heat treatment regimes do not change the composition of the crystalline major phase in the glass ceramics crystallization of CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 system. In the range of 30-60 minutes, with the extension of nucleation and crystallization, crystallization degree enhanced, but if the holding time surpasses 60 minutes, the crystallization is worse.

文摘The one-time pad(OTP)is an applicationlayer encryption technique to achieve the informationtheoretic security,and the physical-layer secret key generation(SKG)technique is a promising candidate to provide the random keys for OTP.In this paper,we propose a joint SKG and OTP encryption scheme with the aid of a reconfigurable intelligent surface(RIS)to boost secret key rate.To maximize the efficiency of secure communication,we divide the process of secure transmission into two stages:SKG and then encrypted packet transmission.Meanwhile,we design an optimal algorithm for allocating time slots for SKG to maximize SKG efficiency without security risk.Furthermore,we design a key updating protocol based on our SKG scheme for OTP encryption.Simulation results verify that our scheme can generate keys securely and efficiently,and significantly improve the secure communication performance in an intelligent IoT system.

文摘Objective:To clarify the effect of endurance training on the expression profile of circRNA-lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA in myocardial tissues of mice after exhaustive exercise.Methods:A total of 45 male C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into control(C),low-strength endurance training(LSET)and high-strength endurance training(HSET)groups(n=15).The mice in the control group were not conducted to platform training.The mice in the LSET and HSET groups were conducted to platform training at 30%and 60%of exhaustive exercise once a day for 5 days a week,respectively.The exhaustion exercise was performed after 5 weeks of platform training.Total RNA was extracted from myocardial tissues,and the expression profile of circRNA-lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA in myocardial tissues was analyzed using Illimina transcriptome sequencing.Results:The distance and time of exhaustive exercise were longer in the LSET and HSET groups than in the control group,and the distance and time of exhaustive exercise were longer in the HSET group than in the LSET group(P<0.05).A total of 54 differentially expressed circRNAs(28 down-regulated and 26 up-regulated),7 differentially expressed lncRNAs(all down-regulated),3 differentially expressed miRNAs(1 down-regulated and 2 up-regulated)and 99 differentially expressed mRNAs(81 down-regulated and 18 up-regulated)were identified by transcriptome sequencing(P<0.05).Interaction network analysis revealed that ENSMUSG00000113041,MSTRG.79740,mmu-miR-374c-5p,18 down-regulated mRNAs and 3 up-regulated mRNAs formed a regulatory network.GO functional analysis revealed that the differentially expressed mRNAs were mainly enriched in primary metabolic processes and macromolecular synthesis and metabolic processes.KEGG pathway analysis revealed that the differentially expressed mRNAs were mainly enriched in complement and coagulation cascade pathways,estrogen signaling pathway and glucagon signaling pathway.Conclusion:Endurance training could alter the expression profile of circRNA-lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA in myocardial tissues of mice after exhaustive exercise,and these differentially expressed RNAs form a regulatory network that affects cardiomyocyte synthesis and metabolism and thus participates in the regulation of myocardial injury.

文摘In exploring persistent infections and malignancies, a distinctive subgroup of CD8^(+) T cells, progenitor exhausted CD8^(+) T(Tpex) cells, has been identified. These Tpex cells are notable for their remarkable self-renewal and rapid proliferation abilities. Recent strides in immunotherapy have demonstrated that Tpex cells expand and differentiate into responsive exhausted CD8^(+) T cells, thus underscoring their critical role in the immunotherapeutic retort. Clinical examinations have further clarified a robust positive correlation between the proportional abundance of Tpex cells and enhanced clinical prognosis. Tpex cells have found noteworthy applications in the formulation of inventive immunotherapeutic approaches against tumors. This review describes the functions of Tpex cells in the tumor milieu, particularly their potential utility in tumor immunotherapy. Precisely directing Tpex cells may be essential to achieving successful outcomes in immunotherapy against tumors.
文摘Experiments were conducted in this study to examine the thermal performance of a thermosyphon,made from Inconel alloy 625,could recover waste heat from automobile exhaust using a limited amount of fluid.The thermosyphon has an outer diameter of 27 mm,a thickness of 2.6 mm,and an overall length of 483 mm.The study involved directing exhaust gas onto the evaporator.This length includes a 180-mm evaporator,a 70-mm adiabatic section,a 223-mm condenser,and a 97-mm finned exchanger.The study examined the thermal performance of the thermosyphon under exhaust flow rates ranging from 0–10 g/sec and temperatures varying from 300℃–900℃.The influence of three parameters—inclination angle(5°–45°),water mass(2–5.3 g),and the quantity of non-condensable gas Argon(0–0.6 g)—was investigated to assess their impacts on the thermosyphon’s thermal efficiency.The experimental findings revealed that with 3 g of water and 0.0564 g of argon in the thermosyphon,the condenser reached its highest temperature at around 200℃.The ideal fuel loading rate for the thermosyphon falls between 0.2 and 0.7 g/s.Moreover,as inclination angles rise,outer wall temperatures of the thermosyphon increase.This is attributed to the explicit expansion of the effective heating area within the evaporation section,coupled with an amplified gravitational component of the water flux.Additionally,an upsurge in the quantity of non-condensable gas(NCG)can mitigate temperature gradients on the outer wall,resulting in a decline in the thermosyphon’s performance.The insulation applied to the adiabatic section demonstrated efficacy in augmenting temperature gradients on the outer wall,thereby improving the overall performance of the thermosyphon.As the water charge within the thermosyphon increases,there is a corresponding rise in heat transfer rates both from the exhaust to the thermosyphon and from the thermosyphon to the fuel.
文摘Test results of reducing two stroke motorcycle emissions with new type carburettors and electronic fuel injection systems are presented. Analyses and comparison between different systems are discussed. The adoption of electronically controlled injection and corresponding electronic control technique is an effective measure of prolonged vitality to improve emissions from two stroke motorcycles. Suggestions about the strategic steps of China′s motorcycle emission control are proposed.
文摘An improved near far field divided coupled method was established to investigate the electromagnetic properties of mildly overexpanded and underexpanded rocket exhaust plumes. Firstly, axisymmetric Navier Stokes equations incorporated with k ε two equation turbulence models were solved using time dependent approach to calculate the pressure of the near filed. Secondly, parabolized axisymmetric Navier Stokes equations incorporated with finite rate chemical kinetics models were marching on the detailed pressure map of the near field. The termination of the near field would yield the initial line for the far field. In addition, in the far field, the spatial marching method was directly used under the constant pressure condition, but considering more complicated chemically reacting process. Finally, the electromagnetic parameters of the whole plume were calculated with the electron conductive model. The calculated results of the overexpanded and underexpanded rocket exhaust plume were discussed. The predicted microwave attenuation accorded with the experimental results. This improved method is feasible for calculating the microwave attenuation characteristics of mildly non fully expanded rocket exhaust plumes.
