Control-Relevant Identification Test Design for Open-Loop Experiment

An optimal experiment design (DED) with respect to the use of designing model-base controller was studied. The mean squared error at the setpoint is chosen as the performance criterion. Simple design formulas are derived based on the asymptotic theory. The signal is used for the open loop experiment. The design constraint is the power of the process signal or the process input signal. The results give guideline for identification application.

Reflection on the construction of the information sharing platform and the network open experiment

The construction of the computer network experimental platform can effectively solve the existing problems in the computer network teaching, and has the vital significance for promoting the quality education, and improving the students＇ practical skills. This article mainly discusses the construction of the open experimental platform of the computer network laboratory of the Shandong University, mainly introduces the software and hardware resources of the open experimental platform, and the teaching contents and teaching methods of the open experiment, and sums up the teaching effect of the open experimental platform.

The Impact of Dominant Predictors on University Students’Creativity through Creative Self-efficacy in Shaanxi China:The Moderating Role of Motivation

Studies on creativity have identified critical individual and contextual variables that contribute to individuals’creative performance.Ceative self-efficacy has also served as a critical mediating mechanism linking a variety of individual and contexual factors to people’s creative performance.However,the factors influence the relationship between creative selfefficacy and creativity have not yet been systematically investigated.In this study,the author explores potential processes that motivation moderate the relationship between creative self-efficacy and university students creativity under the effects of three dominant predictors like openness to experience,learning goal orientation and team learning behavior.

Antidepressant Effect of Shenwei Ningyu Tablets on Rat Chronic Stress Model and Mouse Tail Suspension Model

[Objectives]To explore the antidepressant effect of Shenwei Ningyu Tablet,a new antidepressant traditional Chinese medicine,on rat chronic stress depression model and mouse tail suspension models.[Methods]Rat chronic stress model:except for the normal group,the rats in other groups were given corresponding chronic stress,and administered by gavage 1 h before modeling,for a total of 21 d.The changes of each indicator before and after the experiment were observed through the body weight change,the sugar water test,and open field test.The relevant hormone levels were detected by radioimmunoassay.Mouse tail suspension depression model:after continuous administration for 7 d,the activity times was recorded with the mouse automatic recorder,and the mouse immobility time was recorded after tail suspension,to explore the effects of each administration group on the tail suspension immobility time of mice.[Results]Chronic stress depression model:21 d after modeling,compared with the normal group,rats in the model group exhibited significantly reduced body weight,sucrose preference index,and horizontal and vertical movement scores(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the low-dose Shenwei Ningyu Tablets group had significant differences in the sugar water test,horizontal and vertical movement scores(P<0.05).In addition,all three dose groups of Shenwei Ningyu Tablets could effectively reduce the content of CRF in chronic stress model rats,and the low dose group could significantly reduce the ACTH level in model rats(P<0.05).Mouse tail suspension depression model:the immobility time after tail suspension in each administration group was significantly different from that in the model group(P<0.05).[Conclusions]Shenwei Ningyu Tablets has a certain anti-depression effect on both the rat chronic stress depression model and the mouse tail suspension depression model.

The best quadrature formula based on Hermite information for the class KW^(2)[a,b]

The best quadrature formula has been found in the following sense: for a function whose norm of the second derivative is bounded by a given constant and the best quadrature formula for the approximate evaluation of integration of that function can minimize the worst possible error if the values of the function and its derivative at certain nodes are known.The best interpolation formula used to get the quadrature formula above is also found.Moreover,we compare the best quadrature formula with the open compound corrected trapezoidal formula by theoretical analysis and stochastic experiments.
