Strategic Exploration on the Popularization of Sexual Science Knowledge among Normal Students under the Opening-Up Background

Through the development of interdisciplinary public elective courses of sexuality in the whole school, systematic education of sexology knowledge is carried out for normal students, so that normal students can understand the sexual knowledge of male and female students, such as reproductive structure, function, reproductive health care, sex and sexual psychology, so as to reduce the premarital sexual behavior of normal students, avoid premarital pregnancy, reduce the incidence of reproductive tract infection and sexually transmitted diseases, improve the ability of self-protection of normal students, cultivate good sexual psychology of normal students, and promote the physical and mental health of normal students.

DEVELOPMENT THROUGH OPENING——Mr.Jiang Xingzhen on Shaanxi's Dual Opening Strategy

At the east-west economic and tradeexchange and cooperation conferencesponsored by the China Council forthe Promotion of International Trade, Shaanxi’sVice-Governor Jiang Xingzhen spoke aboutShaanxi’s investment environment and itsdual opening strategy. Firstly Mr. Jiang made a briefintroduction on Shaanxi. Shaanxi, located atthe junction of the middle and western areasof China, is one of the origins of China’ssplendid ancient civilization. Its rich mineralresources include 92 varieties of provenreserves, 28 of which, including molybdenum,rhenium, mercury, coal and natural gas havereserves ranking in the first three and 58ranking in the top ten in the country.

Defining an open access resource strategy for research libraries:Part Ⅲ—The strategies and practices of National Science Library

Purpose: This paper describes the strategies and practices of National Science Library(NSL),Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS) in promoting open access(OA) and developing OA resources.Design/methodology/approach: Multi-facet frameworks are devised to guide the development of OA strategies and practices. Key OA initiatives are briefly described along the main aspects of the strategies as they contribute to implementation of the OA strategies.Findings: NSL defined its role as the Chief OA Officer for CAS and a key OA promoter for China. Accordingly,NSL has engaged in multiple fronts of promoting OA,including development of OA strategies for CAS,establishment of itself as an OA knowledge &promotion center,development of the CAS IR system,and support for OA publishing by CAS authors.Research limitations: OA is still evolving,so are the strategies and practices as many actions are experimental and explorative in nature. Open books,open data,and open educational resources are yet to be covered. Comparative studies are needed,so is the evidence-based impact analysis.Practical implications: Institutions can adopt,adapt,or compare with examples and lessons learned are described here.Originality/value: The multi-faceted frameworks,working principles,and lessons learned are based on NSL's practices which can be valuable to the overall OA development.

On the Relationship of the Opening Strategy and the Imbalance of the Internal and External Trade in China

The imbalance of the internal and external trade of China has long been a problem; the external imbalance embodies itself as the long- term surplus of the international balance of payment caused by twin surpluses,and the internal imbalance is characterized by high investment,low consumption,high saving rate and the periodic inflation. This paper attempts to analyze the role of the opening strategy in the problem of the imbalance. Under the influence of the internal economic,political and social environment,the export- oriented,opening strategy of introduction of foreign capital and stabilization of exchange rate is established,which may increase the risk of inflation.

Defining an open access resource strategy for research libraries:Part Ⅰ—The coming main streamlization of open access resources?

Open access(OA) resources are becoming a main part of scholarly information. The paper summarizes the fast growth of OA journals and OA repositories, the outstanding OA journal impact increase, the rise of mega-OA journals like PLoS ONE, the overwhelming support of research communities to open access of publicly funded research, and the quick building up of OA support structures. These forces work together to push scholarly communications toward a turning point where OA resources occupy a major and increasing share of scholarly research resources and when management of OA resources becomes a strategic, yet unfamiliar, and potentially disruptive task for research libraries. This paper is composed of two parts. The first part will focus on the development of OA resources, while the second part will analyze the challenges in management of OA resources and develop an OA resource strategy exemplified by some of NSL's initiatives.

Open Access Strategy in Cloud Computing-Based Heterogenous Networks Constrained by Wireless Fronthaul

Cloud computing.based heterogeneous networks(C.Het Nets) have been considered as promising network architecture of future wireless communication systems. However, its performance is constrained by the capability of fronthaul. To study the performance limit of C.Het Nets, the coverage performance of the open access strategy in C.Het Nets is analyzed in this paper. In particular, the non.ideal condition of fronthaul in C.Het Nets is characterized by establishing a stochastic geometry.based model, and a tight lower bound on coverage probability is derived for downlink transmissions. Based on the derived results, the constraint of the fronthaul is given to ensure that open access strategy can achieve the best coverage performance. Finally, the simulation results are provided to verify the theoretical results and show the impact of fronthaul constrains.

基于OpenMDAO的BLISS-2000多学科设计优化:流程、策略与参数研究

[目的]旨在基于OpenMDAO研究BLISS-2000多学科设计优化方法的近似模型、一致性约束、边界更新策略对其收敛性能与优化效率的影响。[方法]首先,给出BLISS-2000方法优化流程和边界更新策略;然后,基于OpenMDAO建立BLISS-2000方法模型,结合数学算例和工程算例验证所建模型准确性;最后,研究近似模型准确度、一致性等式约束及约束松弛、边界更新策略对BLISS-2000方法收敛性能与优化效率的影响。[结果]结果表明,通过提高近似模型准确度、选取适当的约束松弛因子和边界更新因子,可显著提高BLISS-2000方法的收敛性能与优化效率,并得到基于约束松弛的BLISS-2000方法相关参数的建议取值。[结论]研究结果可对改进BLISS-2000方法及船舶与海洋工程装备概念设计阶段应用BLISS-2000方法提供参考。

Effect of Cowshed Design and Cooling Strategy on Welfare and Productivity of Dairy Cows

Nine cowsheds were used, the differences between each cowshed are orientation （east-west or north-south）, cooling （with or without）, and height （3 m, 5 m or 8 m height）. Dry-bulb temperature, relative humidity, dew point, shaded area, air velocity, and maximum temperature were measured beneath each shed. The temperature-humidity index （THI） and the shading efficiency were calculated for each cowshed. The trials were conducted using 180 lactating Holstein Friesian cows; twenty cows housed beneath each shade structure. Measurements performed on cows were respiration rate, skin temperature, and rectal temperature; moreover, the milk produced by each cow was recorded, and the feed intake. High air velocities were recorded under high shade structures which enhance the aeration; consequently, maximum temperatures, and THI recorded beneath high sheds were less than those recorded beneath low sheds; also, skin temperatures, and respiration rates for cows housed under high sheds were less than those measured for animals housed under low sheds（differences were found to be significant）. Thereby, increasing shed height enhances dairy cows＇ microclimate under Egyptian conditions （hot climate）; consequently, the milk production increases. The best orientation is the east-west orientation, which is preferable for hot climates. The exploitation of cooling has significant effect on microclimate, cooling enhances the ambient environment and provides comfortable zone for dairy cows within which cows reach high production levels.

The gap between SDA(Spatial Data Analysis)and GIS(Geographical Information Systems )existed for a long time.Presently this problem still remains in spite of a lot of theore tical and practical studies which tr y to find the solu-tion for it.The research background and current situation about how to in tegrate SDA and GIS are introduced at first.The main idea of this article is to make su re what is the best scheme to bridge th e gap between SDA and GIS and how to design it.There are a lot of factors to influ ence the standards to assess such a sc heme,for instance,the attitude of users and GIS developers,the framework and related functions of current available GI S software in the market and so on.But the two most important ones of them are effic iency and flexibility of the scheme i tself.Efficiency can be measured by the conve-nient extent and temporal length when it is used for carrying out SDA.Flex ibility means users can define their own SDA methods.The best integration schem e should satisfy the two standards at the same time.A group of functions,which can be combined to implement any SDA meth od,are defined in order to design such an integration scheme.The functio ns are divided into five classes according to their properties.

The sound and the fury is regarded as one of the greatest novels in the 20^th century and as a work of great brilliance, even genius. People have been studying it from the literary point of view or other disciplines, but not from the perspective of discourse analysis. This paper intends to make a tentative analysis of peculiar discourse strategies adopted by Faulkner in this novel from the discoursal point of view.

Legal Risks and Governance Strategies for Open Public Data in China

With advancements in information technology and the increasing demand for data-driven governance,the openness of public data has become essential for global governance and social innovation.However,legal risks related to privacy protection,data security,intellectual property,liability allocation,and legal adaptability pose significant challenges to data governance in China.This paper analyzes these risks and proposes three strategies:enhancing the legal framework through clear data classification and accountability mechanisms,establishing regulatory bodies to monitor data usage,and promoting public education on data privacy.These strategies aim to address gaps in legal discourse and guide effective data governance,contributing to the secure development of open data initiatives in China and beyond.

开放教育技能人才培养的困境与优化策略研究——以北京开放大学现代家政服务与管理专业为例

经济转型发展的关键时期,我国需要大量的高素质高技能专业人才。当前开放教育技能人才培养面临人才培养定位不能满足市场需求、课程体系重理论轻实践、师资队伍实践教学经验不足、教学中技能实操环节薄弱、教学质量难以科学地评价并监管等突出问题。开放教育与职业教育技能人才培养存在较大差距、开放教育缺少线下实操教学条件,其中社会传统观念影响是开放教育技能人才培养成为困境形成的主要原因。以北京开放大学的家政专业为例,通过文献分析和实践研究,探索开放教育技能人才培养的优化发展策略,可以为推进开放教育技能人才培养的专业化和规模化提供借鉴。

对外开放的“引进来”和“走出去”分别有八大领域,各领域的开放及各领域内的开放有水平层次之分,推进高水平对外开放不仅要扩大开放领域、提升开放层次,还要提高各领域开放水平、优化开放结构。战略意义上的开放不等于策略意义上的开放,后者更需要高度理性和专业化的决策。高水平对外开放须正确把握和顺应开放的基本规律,并对本国和世界各国发展及国际形势的现状和走势有准确的认知。目前存在的一些认知和判断偏差,比如,高估中国经济增长率、实力及在世界经济体系中的地位和影响力,误判他国对外经济战略取向,对国际关系、国际秩序和国际治理体系的规律认识不够等,需要得到纠正。应加强国际问题和国别、区域研究,不能简单地以“中国思维”思考和解决国际问题,通过竞争机制培育真正意义上的智库或思想市场,加快培养高水平对外开放的复合型人才,积极寻求与美国等主要国家建立长期稳定的战略合作关系,允许不同地区相机选择不同的开放策略、重点和节奏等。

川渝自贸试验区协同开放空间策略研究

川渝自贸试验区协同开放示范区是成渝地区双城经济圈和西部陆海新通道建设的重要支撑平台。从空间角度研究川渝自贸区协同开放的问题并提出规划策略,是优化配置成渝地区双城经济圈空间资源要素的重要手段。梳理相关政策,明确协同开放的空间内涵及空间要素,从平台要素、通道要素、产业要素入手,分析川渝自贸试验区空间发展现状,总结川渝自贸试验区空间要素存在的问题。以重庆自贸区为例,从优化区域协同布局、促进互联互通共享、增存联动差异引导、创新规划管控方法等方面提出协同开放的空间规划策略。

开放性眼外伤预后影响因素分析及应对策略探讨

目的分析开放性眼外伤患者预后的影响因素,为制定改善患者预后应对策略提供理论依据。方法回顾性分析2020年1月至2023年10月郑大一附院收治的125例单只眼开放性眼外伤患者的临床资料,依据预后视力(末次随访时最佳矫正视力)情况分为预后良好组(预后视力≥0.05,51例)、预后不佳组(预后视力<0.05,74例)。对开放性眼外伤患者的临床资料进行单因素、多因素Logistic回归分析,筛选开放性眼外伤患者预后不佳的危险因素。结果以单因素及多因素Logistic回归分析最终筛选出影响开放性眼外伤患者预后不佳的独立危险因素有就诊时间>24 h、眼内炎、破裂伤、入院视力<0.05、玻璃体积血、视网膜脱离、晶体损伤和(或)脱位、再次入院、损伤分区为Ⅲ区(OR=2.192、2.217、2.121、2.147、2.162、2.188、2.149、2.201、2.138,P<0.05)。结论影响开放性眼外伤患者预后不佳的独立危险因素有就诊时间>24 h、眼内炎、破裂伤、入院视力<0.05、玻璃体积血、视网膜脱离、晶体损伤和(或)脱位、再次入院、损伤分区为Ⅲ区,临床可据此制定预防措施,进而改善患者预后。
