Significance,Path and Typical Cases of Integration of Grassroots Party Construction and Targeted Poverty Alleviation Team Construction in Colleges and Universities

The integration of party construction and poverty alleviation and development is an important form of achieving poverty alleviation in China. Based on the actual case of the integration of the party branch construction of the Institute of Targeted Poverty Alleviation and Development of Yunnan University of Finance and Economics and the construction of a third-party evaluation team for targeted poverty alleviation,this paper elaborated the practical significance and integration path design of the grassroots party construction and targeted poverty alleviation thirdparty evaluation team construction in colleges and universities. Besides,it analyzed the typical case of the party branch in the process of building the party branch of the ' double leader' teachers in the national colleges and universities,and vigorously implementing the development of the party branch construction and the third-party evaluation team for targeted poverty alleviation,and promoting double integration and double promotion. Drilling in the Water by “Creating a Safe and Free Passage for the Movement of People and Equipment between the Surface and the Bottom”, Using Several Methods for Extracting Natural Resources and Scientific Research

The research develops a new plan that follows a precise system for drilling at the bottom of the water, by creating a “digging corridor” that allows people to move from the top of the surface of rivers or seas and oceans to the bottom, allowing all the huge mechanical equipment to be lowered to continue drilling at the bottom vertically, until reaching rocky soil;in order to change the drilling paths and “develop the attack”, and establish long corridors to obtain the dysfunctional economic wealth, the project can be used in scientific research and the establishment of cities in the future below the seabed. There are different characteristics of drilling in fresh and salt water, due to the difference in water quality, current speed and nature soil analysis, erosion power, and erosion. The research was divided between easy ways to reach simple depths (10 - 20 meters), using various cheap means, and strategies for establishing “drilling corridors” at medium (more than 20 - less than 100 meters) and large depths (from 100 meters - less than 1 kilometer), which depends on the construction of a concrete building with a large base, which enables it to successfully perform its role, and at great depths (more than 1 kilometer) require adding more supports to the building, and emergency plans have been taken care of. Understanding Trust Transfer in Construction Project Marketplace of China

Initial trust has been proved to be a crucial antecedent of Proper Risk Allocation(PRA)which benefits the improvement of construction project management.However,In the context of China,employer’s lack of trust in the unfamiliar contractor without prior trade experience is the main obstacle that prevents employer from using the RPA.The aim of this paper is to create a better understanding of a specific path of building trust named trust transfer.In this paper,we first reviews related literatures and sum up the main feature of the trust transfer from the other context(e.g.E-business),and proposed the conceptualization of trust transfer in construction project marketplace.And then,according the feature of the trust transfer,we describe the basic model of the trust transfer in the construction project marketplace including employer as the trustor,the third party(source)and the unfamiliar contractor as trustee(target),and the relationship between these three nodes.At last,we analyze the type of the third party and the relationship of the trust transfer in the context of construction project.

OFDI逆向技术溢出对地区技术创新的影响——基于基础吸收能力的调节作用

利用2002—2012年中国省际面板数据,通过对基于基础吸收能力调节的OFDI逆向技术溢出对以专利授权数量表示的技术创新影响的研究得到如下结论:加入经济发展水平、金融发展水平与基础设施建设水平各个指标的调节变量后,东部、中部和西部地区的OFDI逆向技术溢出效应对技术创新能力均产生了正面效应,但是与R&D经费投入和科研人员数量相比,这一促进效应依然较小;基础吸收能力调节变量的加入正向调节了OFDI逆向技术溢出对技术创新的影响;相对来说,基础吸收能力对西部地区OFDI逆向溢出与创新能力之间关系的调节效应更为重要。

On the Construction of World Poetics

Since ＂world literature＂ has in recent years become a topic of heated international discussion in the humanities, we need to formulate a concept of world poetics. This is for the following theoretical reasons. Firstly, world poetics is a natural theoretical sublation of research achievements in the field of world literature and comparative poetics. The current dominance of Western literary theories does not do justice to the experience of the literatures and literary theories of other countries and peoples. Secondly, to date, all influential literary interpretations and theories have been produced in a Western setting. However, due to the limitations of the linguistic and cultural background of such interpretations, they cannot simultaneously cover the categories and experiences of Eastern and Western literatures and literary theories. Thirdly, Chinese scholars have a long history of research in cutting-edge Western literary theories and abundant experience in indigenous Eastern literatures and critical theory. Formulating the concept of world poetics will improve world literary theories and concepts and will remap the scenario of existing world literatures and literary theories.

露天煤矿作为我国煤炭工业的重要组成部分,具有生产能力大、开采成本低、安全条件好等优势,近年来在建设规模、生产总量、开采工艺及技术装备等多方面均取得了跨越式的发展,有力保障了煤炭作为国家能源安全稳定供应的“压舱石”地位。首先回顾了新中国成立后我国露天煤矿70年来的发展历程,将其划分为起步恢复阶段(1949—1979年)、快速发展阶段(1980—1999年)、综合发展阶段(2000—2020年)和智能化初级发展阶段(2021年以后)4个时期;系统总结了每个时期的产量与数量规模、开采理论与技术、开采工艺与装备、资源开发与环境保护方面取得的突出成就。然后,探讨了现阶段露天煤矿发展面临的4个方面的主要问题,包括发展布局不均衡、可持续发展面临瓶颈、关键技术难题需深入攻关、人才短缺培养机制不完善。最后,提出构建以“安全、高效、绿色、低碳、智能”为总体目标的全链条、全周期、全要素露天煤矿高质量发展架构体系,其内涵特征包括以时效边坡理论、开采扰动指数理论、绿色开采理论、生态型开采理论、零碳负碳开采理论、智能化开采理论6种学术思想为理论基础,以灾害安全监测防控、复杂条件协同保障、生态源头减损开采、节能减污清洁利用、数字-自动-智能同建5类技术体系为核心支撑,以透明地质模型动态重构、边坡蠕滑全程精准预测、深大孔低扰动控制爆破、采空区超前探测与处置、粉尘抑制及煤自燃防治等30项关键技术为重点突破,以设计理念先进化、安全保障标准化、建设规模大型化、生产工艺综合化、开采装备智能化、核心制造国产化、矿区生态绿色化、煤炭利用清洁化、组织管理科学化、人才队伍国际化的“十化型”露天矿山为建设任务;同时给出了以规划引领为基础,以科技创新为驱动,以人才培育为保障的露天煤矿高质量发展实现路径。最终为推动我国露天煤矿向持续健康高质量方向发展提供指导。

Research on Prefabricated Open Caisson Construction Technology

With the continuous improvement of urban residents’lives,the demand for of urban infrastructure construction increases,requiring more and more advanced engineering technology.We should not only speed up the progress of the project,but also reduce the impact of the construction on the surrounding environment.Our company has had several achievements in this regard,and prefabricated open caisson construction process is one of them.In this paper,the application of prefabricated caisson construction method is analyzed in depth according to the actual situation of the rain sewage reconstruction treatment project of Minghe ecological water system in Dancheng County.Through practice,it is concluded that this construction method greatly improves the construction efficiency,shortens the overall construction process,reduces the construction cost,and effectively improves environmental quality of the construction site,which has good reference value.

高职“中药鉴定技术”在线精品课程规范化建设探索与实践

“中药鉴定技术”是高职高专中药、中药制药等专业学生的必修核心课程。本课程团队秉承知识传授、能力培养与价值引领三位一体的理念,依托省级“课程思政”示范课程建设项目,重新设定了在线开放课程建设的思路与目标,开发体现课程思政教育特点的教学资源,尝试进行“线上+线下”混合式教学模式。本文从在线精品课程的设计、课程建设、课程应用和课程思政建设及考核评价等方面介绍中药鉴定在线精品课程的规范化建设思路和内容,以期对同类职业院校的在线课程建设和专业课程教学提供一定的帮助与参考,也是对“课程思政”教学模式的有益探索。

数字党建赋能高校党建高质量发展实践探索——以沈阳农业大学为例

随着信息化、数字化时代的到来,高校党建工作需要顺应时代发展特征,实现党建工作的信息化、现代化。以沈阳农业大学数字党建平台实际应用为例,平台设计思路以减轻党务工作者负担、赋能党建成效为出发点,通过借助信息化手段将规章制度、程序要求和组织宣传等工作设计成不同的功能模块,满足党建工作需求。同时,平台具有标准化、信息化、数据化等特点,实现了对传统党建工作创新发展、提质增效;平台通过设计党建朋友圈、党建风采展示等专属党建阵地,加强党员和党组织之间联系互动,增强党建宣传的信息传播效果;发展党员、支部换届、三会一课、规章制度等模块,解决发展党员、组织生活等党建工作材料不规范问题,满足了管理员、党员、群众以及党委、党支部和不同人群、层级管理的党务需求。对数字党建平台应用效果和取得的实践经验进行归纳,指出推进数字党建平台建设是对传统党建工作的功能补充关系,而不是替代关系,要积极、渐进式推进而不要“一刀切”,要坚持信息标准一致、多样化推广、功能灵活的原则,积极运用数字技术,围绕务实需求开发升级数字党建平台,加强部门间协调合作和信息维护,深入推进校园数字化建设,增强基层党组织的组织力、凝聚力和战斗力。
