How to ensure the reliable operation of the complex and huge electrical system composed of a large number of electrical equipment in iron and steel enterprises?Combined with working experience,the author introduces four main factors affecting the normal operation of equipment,analyzes five main problems existing in the operation and management of electrical equipment,and puts forward corresponding improvement measures,so as to improve the management level of electrical equipment in iron and steel enterprises.

In this paper, we will study how Suning Appliance Chain changes her operations by using information technology and information system. In this paper, we conduct research on the logistics cost and enterprise operation efficiency with the influences on international trade. Competition in Marketing： Survival Yardstick for Small and Medium Enterprises （SMEs） in Nigeria

The topic investigated competition in marketing as a survival yardstick for small and medium enterprises （SMEs） in Nigeria. The objectives addressed by this study were： （1） identifying different types and intensity of competition that SMEs are exposed to along the life-cycle portfolio in Nigeria; （2） quantifying the strength of SMEs vis-a-vis some foreign enterprises in terms of market competition; and （3） proffering solutions on how best they could match competitively these foreign enterprises. Relevant models and theories were employed in literature to evolve detailed analysis of issues relating to the variables used in terms of competition in marketing and survival of juice-producing SMEs. Two hypotheses were investigated through the survey of 20 prominent Ikeja based SMEs using Cluster sampling, 5-points Likert summated rating scale was adopted, while Yard＇s formula with 95% confidence level and 5% error tolerance was used. Alternative form validity of the instrument was measured at 0.63 while its reliability was measured at Cronbach＇s alpha of 0.70. Pearson＇s product-moment correlation was used in testing hypothesis 1 while standard multiple regressions were used to test hypothesis 2. Findings revealed that there was strong relationship between survival of juice-producing SMEs with forms of competition on a firm＇s life-cycle; while competition had positive effects on survival components for the enterprises. It was concluded that since competition subsists in any firm＇s life-cycle, strategies to support operations for survival must be adopted. It was recommended that operators of SMEs have to monitor and manage competition as it affects their businesses positively and/or negatively.

Corporate Governance, Enterprise Risk Management, and Inter-temporal Risk Transfer

This work is an initial attempt to describe the interconnections among corporate governance,enterprise risk management,and the phenomena of inter-firm risk transfer that occurs in combination with firms’income smoothing.Corporate governance is conceived as a set of rules according to which a firm is managed and governed by its top managers.Extant literature on corporate governance has pointed out the benefits of the adoption,at a firm level,of a comprehensive enterprise risk management process.We note that,although such an adoption favors the smoothing of a firm’s income,in smoothing the income a firm,it also gives rise to an inter-temporal transfer of risk from the firm itself to its stakeholders,specifically to suppliers and employees.Such transfer of risk depends on the strength of a firm contractual power and on the structural relationships established by a firm with its stakeholders.We therefore argue that larger-sized organizations affiliated with a business group are likely to smooth income to a greater extent than smaller-sized organizations unaffiliated with a business group.The paper also offers some discussions of the findings and points out some important issues to be addressed in future studies.

Operations management of smart logistics: A literature review and future research

The global collaboration and integration of online and offline channels have brought new challenges to the logistics industry.Thus,smart logistics has become a promising solution for handling the increasing complexity and volume of logistics operations.Technologies,such as the Internet of Things,information communication technology,and artificial intelligence,enable more efficient functions into logistics operations.However,they also change the narrative of logistics management.Scholars in the areas of engineering,logistics,transportation,and management are attracted by this revolution.Operations management research on smart logistics mainly concerns the application of underlying technologies,business logic,operation framework,related management system,and optimization problems under specific scenarios.To explore these studies,the related literature has been systematically reviewed in this work.On the basis of the research gaps and the needs of industrial practices,future research directions in this field are also proposed.

企业数字化转型对组织韧性的影响研究——来自中国上市公司的经验数据

以2000~2023年沪深A股上市公司数据为研究对象,基于动态能力理论、资源基础理论和利益相关者理论,本文构建了企业数字化转型通过企业利润和企业规模影响组织韧性的双中介模型。研究发现:企业数字化转型显著提升了组织韧性,且该结论通过了多重稳健性检验;企业利润与企业规模通过部分中介效应赋能组织韧性的提升;企业数字化转型对组织韧性的影响程度在不同的企业性质、地理位置和企业年龄间呈现出显著差异。实证结论进一步诠释了企业数字化转型对组织韧性的作用路径,丰富了数字化转型的相关理论,同时也为企业在数字化转型过程中优化运营管理和决策制定提供有益参考。

社会治理视域下应急物流架构设计与运行机制体系构筑

在新时代背景下,应急物流发展是一项战略性系统工程。该文以应急物流为视角,利用调查研究、文献综述、案例比较、理论分析以及多学科交叉法,按照“响应→执行→作业→停止”的路线展开,分析应急物流发展现状与问题,建立应急物流架构设计原则及思路,探索应急物流运行模式,创新应急物流架构设计。通过着眼于时代变迁下应急管理,从响应、执行、作业、停止四个层面破解应急物流“响执融合”“执作精进”与“作停有序”难题,突破应急物流管理瓶颈,从而推动应急物流运行机制建设,确保突发事件区域的经济秩序有序恢复和实现社会高效治理。

Polluter-Pays Principle Applied to Construction and Demolition Debris

The research focused on the analysis of construction and demolition debris in a sample Brazilian city with the objective to propose a management scheme tailored to private initiative intervention. The debris was found to be produced at a rate of 1.55 kg per person per day for a total of 5177 tons per month. The composition report showed 75% material reusable for construction purposes, 15% material recyclable through reverse logistics and 10% refuse to be disposed of at landfills. The study developed legal and managerial instruments that stimulate private operators to achieve landfill diversions in the order of 90% of this waste. The arguments were supported by a flow diagram that indicates the correct destination of all waste items and an economic balance of private waste movement. Proactive legal scriptures were sketched out that can assist the local administration in setting the timeframe for reaching the diversion target.

Delivery Service Management System Using Google Maps for SMEs in Emerging Countries

This paper proposes a Delivery Service Management(DSM)system for Small and Medium Enterprises(SMEs)that own a delivery fleet of pickup trucks to manage Business-to-Business(B2B)delivery services.The proposed DSM system integrates four systems:Delivery Location Positioning(DLP),Delivery Route Planning(DRP),Arrival Time Prediction(ATP),and Communication and Data Sharing(CDS)systems.These systems are used to pinpoint the delivery locations of customers,plan the delivery route of each truck,predict arrival time(with an interval)at each delivery location,and communicate and share information among stakeholders,respectively.The DSM system deploys Google applications,a GPS tracking system,Google Map APIs,ATP algorithms(embedded in Excel Macros),Line,and Telegram as supporting tools.To improve the accuracy of the ATP system,three tech-niques are applied considering driver behaviors.The proposed DSM system has been implemented in a Thai SME.From the process perspective,the DSM system is a systematic procedure for end-to-end delivery services.It allows the interactions between planner-driver decisions and supporting tools.The supporting tools are simple,can be easily used with little training,and require low capital expenditure.The statistical analysis shows that the ATP algorithm with the three techniques provides high accuracy.Thus,the proposed DSM system is beneficial for practitioners to manage delivery services,especially for SMEs in emerging countries.

基于“一中心四平台”的公立医院后勤运营管理实践研究

目的探讨基于“一中心四平台”的医院后勤运营管理模式成效。方法以医院智慧管理分级评估标准为依据,依托大数据、物联网、互联网+、人工智能等技术运用,打造后勤智慧运维管理中心以及设备管控信息化平台、安全防范信息化平台、能耗监测信息化平台、运营管理信息化平台的“一中心四平台”运营管理模式。结果经过样本医院的管理实践证明:基于“智慧联动”的设备故障处置能力得到显著提升,2022年故障报警次数同比2021年下降28.63%,其中高级、普通报警次数同比2021年分别下降69.53%、33.15%;基于“一站式”的后勤服务保障能力得到显著提升,2022年同比2021年维修次数下降2.92%,维修质量有所提高,反复维修频次降低;基于“数据挖掘”的能耗管控能力得到显著提升,2022年万元收入能耗支出同比2021年下降8.71%。结论“一中心四平台”可以显著提高后勤运维管理水平。

产教融合共同体背景下高职院校校企协同育人模式构建与实践——以酒店管理与数字化运营专业为例

针对高职院校校企合作过程中存在的校企双元育人的突出问题,基于产教融合共同体,以酒店管理与数字化运营专业为例,构建校企双主体“价值融合、过程共培、实践互通、文化互融”的协同育人模式。在此基础上,从构建“双主体、多平台”的协同育人保障体系、“双主体、贯通式”的课程体系及“双主体、递进式”的实践教学体系三个方面提出实施路径,有效促进技术技能型人才培养和职业岗位需求的精准对接。
