The agricultural industrial cluster model constituted by core network and supporting network is constructed. Three operation models of this kind of supply chain is described: the model takes wholesale market of agricultural products as the core; the model take pillar industries of agricultural industrialization as core; model takes the chains of retail enterprises as core. The competitiveness of agricultural industrial cluster is researched. The research assumes that the competiveness of supply chain of agricultural industrial cluster is mainly represented to make the agricultural industrial cluster to acquire more capabilities in terms of innovation and knowledge sharing capability, resource allocation capability, agile market adaptability and distinct value creation capability. 展开更多

Second,plans for technology implementation and network deployment should be made after comprehensive consideration according to various development stages of the IPTV. Third,a reasonable profit allocation model may promote the growth of IPTV services. Last,market competitiveness will be improved by services bundling. Generally,IPTV will become a breakthrough point for the strategic transformation of telecom operators and meet their innovation demands. The human capital’s accounting could allow companies to better manage the acquired knowledge and the skills developed by the employees when they join the firm.An operational model,suitable for a business enterprise’s HR manager and validated by its headboard,needs to include the employees’expertise and skills relative to their“cost”for the employer—the wage bill—and an assessment of the commercial performance.The human capital’s valuation includes methodological issues.Besides,the notion of human capital seems hardly understandable as a whole:The human capital gathers nevertheless components,such as knowledge—skills for which a first valuation can be proposed to test an accounting evaluation model for the operational human capital.In a perspective of a responsible management and a good HR policy,the method used must be able to better manage the knowledge and the competences employees acquired by accompanying them with the appropriate human resource management practices.This paper aims to show that the accounting valuation of human capital can become a tool in order to manage the knowledge and skills acquired and able to support a company’s human resources policy while being useful to its commercial performance—here in the distribution sector.In a research-intervention frame led in a responsible group,we use a model based on a triptych—wage bill,knowledge,and skills—to evaluate the human capital’s accounting,with an analytical highlight on the components measurement of the used“knowledge”and“skills”indexes in particular.A reflection on the operational model’s enrichment is proposed. 展开更多

A CNC simulation system based on intemet for operation training of manufacturing facility and manufacturing process simulation is proposed. Firstly, the system framework and a rapid modeling method of CNC machine tool are studied under the virtual environment based on PolyTrans and CAD software. Then, a new method is proposed to enhance and expand the interactive ability of virtual reality modeling language(VRML) by attaining communication among VRML, JavaApplet, JavaScript and Html so as to realize the virtual operation for CNC machine tool. Moreover, the algorithm of material removed simulation based on VRML Z-map is presented. The advantages of this algorithm include less memory requirement and much higher computation. Lastly, the CNC milling machine is taken as an illustrative example for the prototype development in order to validate the feasibility of the proposed approach. 展开更多

The platform scheduling problem in battlefield is one of the important problems in military operational research.It needs to minimize mission completing time and meanwhile maximize the mission completing accuracy with a limited number of platforms.Though the traditional certain models obtain some good results,uncertain model is still needed to be introduced since the battlefield environment is complex and unstable.An uncertain model is prposed for the platform scheduling problem.Related parameters in this model are set to be fuzzy or stochastic.Due to the inherent disadvantage of the solving methods for traditional models,a new method is proposed to solve the uncertain model.Finally,the practicability and availability of the proposed method are demonstrated with a case of joint campaign. 展开更多

Atmospheric chemistry models usually perform badly in forecasting wintertime air pollution because of their uncertainties. Generally, such uncertainties can be decreased effectively by techniques such as data assimilation(DA) and model output statistics(MOS). However, the relative importance and combined effects of the two techniques have not been clarified. Here,a one-month air quality forecast with the Weather Research and Forecasting-Chemistry(WRF-Chem) model was carried out in a virtually operational setup focusing on Hebei Province, China. Meanwhile, three-dimensional variational(3 DVar) DA and MOS based on one-dimensional Kalman filtering were implemented separately and simultaneously to investigate their performance in improving the model forecast. Comparison with observations shows that the chemistry forecast with MOS outperforms that with 3 DVar DA, which could be seen in all the species tested over the whole 72 forecast hours. Combined use of both techniques does not guarantee a better forecast than MOS only, with the improvements and degradations being small and appearing rather randomly. Results indicate that the implementation of MOS is more suitable than 3 DVar DA in improving the operational forecasting ability of WRF-Chem. 展开更多

Projection models are commonly used to evaluate the impacts of fishing.However,previously developed projection tools were not suitable for China’s fisheries as they are either overly complex and data-demanding or too simple to reflect the realistic management measures.Herein,an intermediate-complexity projection model was developed that could adequately describe fish population dynamics and account for management measures including mesh size limits,summer closure,and spatial closure.A two-patch operating model was outlined for the projection model and applied to the heavily depleted but commercially important small yellow croaker(Larimichthys polyactis)fishery in the Haizhou Bay,China,as a case study.The model was calibrated to realistically capture the fisheries dynamics with hindcasting.Three simulation scenarios featuring different fishing intensities based on status quo and maximum sustainable yield(MSY)were proposed and evaluated with projections.Stochastic projections were additionally performed to investigate the influence of uncertainty associated with recruitment strengths and the implementation of control targets.It was found that fishing at FMSY level could effectively rebuild the depleted stock biomass,while the stock collapsed rapidly in the status quo scenario.Uncertainty in recruitment and implementation could result in variabilities in management effects;but they did not much alter the management effects of the FMSY scenario.These results indicate that the lack of science-based control targets in fishing mortality or catch limits has hindered the achievement of sustainable fisheries in China.Overall,the presented work highlights that the developed projection model can promote the understanding of the possible consequences of fishing under uncertainty and is applicable to other fisheries in China. 展开更多

BRep/CSFG/FRG hybrid scheme is used to describe FFBM, in which BRep explicitly defines the model, CSFG (Constructive solid feature geometry) tree records the feature based modelling procedure and FRG (Feature relation graph) reflects different knids of relationship among features. Topological operators with local retrievability are designed to implement feature addition, which is traced by topological operation list (TOL) in detail. As a result, FFBM can be modified directly in the system database. Related features' chain reactions and variable topologies are supported in design modification, after which the product information adhering on features will not be lost. Power-to-Gas(P2G)plays an important role in enhancing large-scale renewable energy integration in power systems.As an emerging inter-disciplinary subject,P2G technology requires knowledge in electrochemistry,electrical engineering,thermodynamic engineering,chemical engineering and system engineering.Aiming at P2G modeling and operational problems concerning the research field of power systems and the energy internet,this paper briefly reviews the main technologies and application potentials of the P2G system,and makes systematic summaries of major progresses related to P2G’s integration into the power grid in a bottom-top manner,including the modeling of high/room-temperature electrolysis cells,steady-state/dynamic optimization control of the P2G system,P2G’s integrated model and operational strategies at the grid level.In the final part of this paper,suggestions are put forward on future research directions of P2G systems from the aspects of modeling and operational optimization. 展开更多

In the present work,a new transient calculation method for parameters that can be used to evaluate the ability of oxygen control in a non-isothermal lead-bismuth eutectic(LBE)loop with solid-phase oxygen control was proposed.It incorporates the dissolution process of PbO particles and the oxygen mass transfer process,and an optimized method was used for finding out the optimized oxygen mass transfer coefficient.In numerical terms,three mass transfer models were simultaneously applied,and comparisons of calculated and experimental results from the CRAFT loop indicated that the optimized calculation method and these new oxygen mass transfer models were correct and applicable to other LBE loops.Through this calculation method,we aimed to optimize prediction of the distribution of oxygen and iron concentrations,time taken to establish the steady state of oxygen,and maximum dissolution/precipitation rates of corrosion products and corrosion depth across the entire LBE loop.We hope that this work will provide a potential reference for designing a more intelligent oxygen control system in the future. 展开更多

We describe the point spectrum of the operator which corresponds to the M/M/1 queueing model with vacations and multiple phases of operation.Then by using this result we prove that the essential growth bound of the C0-semigroup generated by the operator is 0,the C0-semigroup is not compact,not eventually compact,even not quasi-compact.Moreover,we verify that it is impossible that the time-dependent solution of the M/M/1 queueing model with vacations and multiple phases of operation exponentially converges to its steady-state solution.In addition,we obtain the spectral radius and essential spectral radius of the C0-semigroup.Lastly,we discuss other spectrum of the operator and obtain a set which belongs to the union of its continuous spectrum and residual spectrum. 展开更多
