The results showed that the solution treatment did not cause the growth of grains and the change of texture;however, the mechanical properties had been significantly improved, which was mainly attributed to the precipitation of 18R long period ordered stacking(LPSO) phase in the solution-treated alloys. In addition, the dissolution of β-Mg_(24)Y_(5)phase and the diffusion of solute atoms during the solution treatment were both beneficial to the mechanical properties. When the as-cast alloy was solution-treated at 540℃ for 4 h(T4-4h alloy), the mechanical properties of the alloy are optimal. Compared with the as-cast alloy, the ultimate tensile strength(UTS) and elongation of the T4-4h alloy are increased by ~23% and ~179%, respectively. The deformation of the T4-4h alloys was dominated by a combination of basal slip and non-basal slip, and the presence of the LPSO phase effectively inhibited the nucleation of extension twin. Besides, the LPSO phase can also hinder the activation of basal dislocations and the movement of non-basal dislocations. Therefore, the LPSO phase simultaneously improves the strength and plasticity of the alloy.展开更多

With the aids of Kevlar polyanionic chains, thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU) foams reinforced by aramid nanofibers(ANF) with adjustable pore-size distribution were successfully obtained via a nonsolvent-induced phase separation. In this regard, the most outstanding result is the in situ formation of ANF in TPU foams after protonation of Kevlar polyanion during the NIPS process. Furthermore, in situ growth of copper nanoparticles(Cu NPs) on TPU/ANF foams was performed according to the electroless deposition by using the tiny amount of pre-blended Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene as reducing agents. Particularly, the existence of Cu NPs layers significantly promoted the storage modulus in 2,932% increments, and the well-designed TPU/ANF/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene(PAM-Cu) composite foams showed distinguished compressive cycle stability. Taking virtues of the highly ordered and elastic porous architectures, the PAM-Cu foams were utilized as piezoresistive sensor exhibiting board compressive interval of 0–344.5 kPa(50% strain) with good sensitivity at 0.46 kPa^(-1). Meanwhile, the PAM-Cu foams displayed remarkable EMI shielding effectiveness at 79.09 dB in X band. This work provides an ideal strategy to fabricate highly ordered TPU foams with outstanding elastic recovery and excellent EMI shielding performance, which can be used as a promising candidate in integration of satisfactory piezoresistive sensor and EMI shielding applications for human–machine interfaces.展开更多

Therefore, the LPSO phase simultaneously improves the strength and plasticity of the alloy.

文摘The long-range periodically ordered atomic structures in intermetallic nanoparticles(INPs)can significantly enhance both the electrocatalytic activity and electrochemical stability toward the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)compared to the disordered atomic structures in ordinary solid-solution alloy NPs.Accordingly, through a facile and scalable synthetic method,a series of carbon-supported ultrafine Pt_3Co_(x)Mn_(1-x)ternary INPs are prepared in this work, which possess the"skin-like"ultrathin Pt shells, the ordered L1_(2) atomic structure, and the high-even dispersion on supports(L1_(2)-Pt_3Co_(x)Mn_(1-x)/~SPt INPs/C).Electrochemical results present that the composition-optimized L1_(2)-Pt_3Co_(0.7)Mn_(0.3)/~SPt INPs/C exhibits the highest electrocata lytic activity among the series, which are also much better than those of the pristine ultrafine Pt/C.Besides,it also has a greatly enhanced electrochemical stability. In addition, the effects of annealing temperature and time are further investigated.More importantly, such superior ORR electrocatalytic performance of L1_(2)-Pt_3Co_(0.7)Mn_(0.3)/~SPt INPs/C are also well demonstrated in practical fuel cells.Physicochemical characterization analyses further reveal the major origins of the greatly enhanced ORR electrocata lytic performance:the Pt-Co-Mn alloy-induced geometric and ligand effects as well as the extremely high L1_(2) atomic-ordering degree. This work not only successfully develops a highly active and stable ordered ternary intermetallic ORR electrocatalyst, but also elucidates the corresponding"structure-function"relationship,which can be further applied in designing other intermetallic(electro)catalysts.

文摘Achieving high strength in Mg alloys is usually accompanied by ductility loss. Here,a novel Mg97Y1Zn1Ho1 at.%alloy with a yield strength of 403 MPa and an elongation of 10%is developed. The strength-ductility synergy is obtained by a comprehensive strategy, including a lamella bimodal microstructure design and the introduction of nano-spaced solute-segregated 14H long-period stacking-ordered phase(14H LPSO phase)through rare-earth Ho alloying. The lamella bimodal microstructure consists of elongated un-recrystallized(un-DRXed)coarse grains and fine dynamically-recrystallized grains(DRXed regions). The nano-spaced solute-segregated 14H LPSO phase is distributed in DRXed regions. The outstanding yield strength is mainly contributed by grain-boundary strengthening,18R LPSO strengthening, and fiberlike reinforcement strengthening from the nano-spaced 14H LPSO phase. The high elongation is due primarily to the combined effects of the bimodal and lamellar microstructures through enhancing the work-hardening capability.

文摘Herein, the evolution of long-period stacking ordered(LPSO)phases in the as-cast Mg-6Gd-1Zn-0.6Zr(wt.%)alloy are investigated via transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and atom probe tomography(APT).The TEM results reveal that two types of LPSO phase(a bulky interdendritic phase and a plate-like matrix LPSO phase)are formed in the as-cast sample. Most of the LPSO phases are confirmed to be of the 14H type, with a smaller proportion being of the 18R LPSO.Further, the APT results reveal that the composition of the interdendritic LPSO phase is closer to that of the ideal 14H phase compared to the matrix LPSO phase, and both the interdendritic and matrix LPSO phases exhibit a Gd/Zn ratio of 2.5,thereby indicating a deficient Zn content compared to the ideal 14H phase(i.e.,1.3).In addition, the influence of the LPSO phases on the deformation behavior is investigated at different compressive plastic strains using electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)analysis to reveal twinning and slip behavior during deformation. The results indicate that the LPSO phase induces additional work hardening in the late stage of deformation via the suppression of{1011}compressive twinning and the activation of non-basal slip systems.

文摘The classical source-to-trap petroleum system concept only considers the migration and accumulation of conventional oil and gas in traps driven dominantly by buoyance in a basin, although revised and improved, even some new concepts as composite petroleum system, total petroleum system, total composite petroleum system, were proposed, but they do not account for the vast unconventional oil and gas reservoirs within the system, which is not formed and distributed in traps dominantly by buoyancedriven. Therefore, the petroleum system concept is no longer adequate in dealing with all the oil and gas accumulations in a basin where significant amount of the unconventional oil and gas resources are present in addition to the conventional oil and gas accumulations. This paper looked into and analyzed the distribution characteristics of conventional and unconventional oil/gas reservoirs and their differences and correlations in petroliferous basins in China and North America, and then proposed whole petroleum system(WPS)concept, the WPS is defined as a natural system that encompasses all the conventional and unconventional oil and gas, reservoirs and resources originated from organic matter in source rocks, the geological elements and processes involving the formation, evolution, and distribution of these oil and gas, reservoirs and resources. It is found in the WPS that there are three kinds of hydrocarbons dynamic fields, three kinds of original hydrocarbons, three kinds of reservoir rocks, and the coupling of these three essential elements lead to the basic ordered distribution model of shale oil/gas reservoirs contacting or interbeded with tight oil/gas reservoirs and separated conventional oil/gas reservoirs from source rocks upward, which is expressed as“S\T-C”.Abnormal conditions lead to other three special ordered distribution models:The first is that with shale oil/gas reservoirs separated from tight oil/gas reservoirs. The second is that with two direction ordered distributions from source upward and downward. The third is with lateral distribution from source outside.

文摘Highly ordered and uniformly porous structure of conductive foams is a vital issue for various functional purposes such as piezoresistive sensing and electromagnetic interference(EMI) shielding. This work provides an ideal strategy to fabricate highly ordered TPU foams with outstanding elastic recovery and excellent EMI shielding performance, which can be used as a promising candidate in integration of satisfactory piezoresistive sensor and EMI shielding applications for human–machine interfaces.
