Recent advances in perovskite/organic integrated solar cells

The integrated perovskite/organic solar cell(IPOSC) is widely concerned as an effective approach to broaden the spectrum of perovskite solar cell(PerSC) by utilizing near-infrared light of lower bandgap organic semiconductor. Compared to tandem solar cells, the IPOSCs eliminate the preparation of the intermediate layer and simplify the manufacturing process, but retain the advantages of wide light harvesting. Meanwhile, the IPOSCs can maintain the open-circuit voltage as high as PerSCs. This review summarizes the recent developments of perovskite materials and low-bandgap organic conjugated materials applied in solar cells. Then, the working mechanism of IPOSCs and the recent developments of IPOSCs based on low-bandgap donor and acceptor materials are highlighted. Besides, the study of charge dynamic in IPOSC is summarized. Finally, the potential of IPOSCs and approach to improve device performance are also envisaged.

Enhancement of electroluminescent properties of organic optoelectronic integrated device by doping phosphorescent dye

Organic optoelectronic integrated devices（OIDs） with ultraviolet（UV） photodetectivity and different color emitting were constructed by using a thermally activated delayed fluorescence（TADF） material 4, 5-bis（carbazol-9-yl）-1, 2-dicyanobenzene（2 CzPN） as host. The OIDs doping with typical red phosphorescent dye [tris（1-phenylisoquinoline）iridium（Ⅲ）, Ir（piq）3], orange phosphorescent dye {bis[2-（4-tertbutylphenyl）benzothiazolato-N,C-（2＇）]iridium（acetylacetonate）,（tbt）2 Ir（acac）}, and blue phosphorescent dye [bis（2, 4-di-fluorophenylpyridinato）-tetrakis（1-pyrazolyl）borate iridium（Ⅲ）, FIr6] were investigated and compared. The（tbt）2 Ir（acac）-doped orange device showed better performance than those of red and blue devices, which was ascribed to more effective energy transfer. Meanwhile, at a low dopant concentration of 3 wt.%, the（tbt）2 Ir（acac）-doped OIDs showed the maximum luminance, current efficiency, power efficiency of 70786 cd/m^2, 39.55 cd/A, and 23.92 lm/W, respectively, and a decent detectivity of 1.07 × 10^11 Jones at a bias of -2 V under the UV-350 nm illumination. This work may arouse widespread interest in constructing high efficiency and luminance OIDs based on doping phosphorescent dye.

Organic Integration of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicines—Future of Clinical Practice Guidelines of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicines

The transformation and implementation of clinical practice guidelines for integrated traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and Western medicine(WM)is crucial to the adoption of medical science and technological findings and is an important way for TCM to be made available to the world.First,clinical practice guidelines(CPGs)of TCM and WM integration in recent years was analyzed to clarify the current situation and problems in the existing guidelines according to the following four perspectives:(1)perspective of TCM and WM integration in guidelines,(2)diagnosis Using integrated TCM and WM,(3)integration of TCM and WM treatment,(4)promoting TCM and WM integration.Secondly,the information and quality evaluation of CPGs for integrated Chinese and Western medicine in 2020–2022 were analyzed to explore the degree and methods of integration of Chinese and Western medicine guidelines.And last this study aimed to lay a foundation for the further establishment of Chinese characteristic,repeatable,and calculable clinical practice guidelines of TCM and WM integration.

A Semantic-Sensitive Approach to Indoor and Outdoor 3D Data Organization

Building model data organization is often programmed to solve a specific problem,resulting in the inability to organize indoor and outdoor 3D scenes in an integrated manner.In this paper,existing building spatial data models are studied,and the characteristics of building information modeling standards(IFC),city geographic modeling language(CityGML),indoor modeling language(IndoorGML),and other models are compared and analyzed.CityGML and IndoorGML models face challenges in satisfying diverse application scenarios and requirements due to limitations in their expression capabilities.It is proposed to combine the semantic information of the model objects to effectively partition and organize the indoor and outdoor spatial 3D model data and to construct the indoor and outdoor data organization mechanism of“chunk-layer-subobject-entrances-area-detail object.”This method is verified by proposing a 3D data organization method for indoor and outdoor space and constructing a 3D visualization system based on it.

Impact of Labor Mobility and College Volunteers' Fixed-position Teaching Experience on Rural Households——Based on Survey Data about Teaching Sites and Volunteer Teachers

With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up,the gap between urban and rural areas continues to widen,and many farmers in rural areas have chosen to work in cities in order to get out of poverty. At the same time,in the context of the policy of precise poverty alleviation and rural rejuvenation,various helping and supporting measures for rural areas have also emerged. Supporting education in universities is one of the most important ones. With the Graduate Teaching Fellowship of Huazhong Agricultural University and the students and parents in the teaching sites as research objects,the impact of labor mobility and fixed-position supporting education in rural areas on rural families was explored in this paper using economics,sociology and other relevant theories and analytical methods. The results showed that labor mobility can promote the increase of rural household economic income. Outbound industries and regions have a major impact on the entire family development. However,the outflow of labor can also lead to various problems such as staying behind. The fixed-position supporting education in colleges and universities can,on the one hand,promote the improvement of the academic performance of the students in the teaching areas. On the other hand,it can help students develop good habits. Fixed-position supporting education of colleges and universities can be seen as a way to make up for the outflow of labor in rural areas. Combining the flow of labor force with the teaching support of colleges and universities can better promote the development of the entire family of farmers in rural areas.

Novel broad spectral response perovskite solar cells:A review of the current status and advanced strategies for breaking the theoretical limit efficiency

Perovskite solar cells(PSCs)have revolutionized photovoltaic research.The power conversion efficiency(PCE)of PSCs has now reached 25.7%,which is comparable to current state-of-the-art silicon-based cells.However,PSCs can only utilize light of 300-850 nm,resulting in wasted near-infrared(NIR)light,which occupies 45%-50%of entire solar spectrum,which is one of the main reasons limiting the development of efficiency.Related strategies to broaden NIR spectroscopy to break the theoretical limit efficiency of PSCs have recently attracted extensive attention.This review firstly outlines theoretical basis for improving the NIR spectroscopy,then systematically summarizes some key strategies and research progress to improve NIR spectroscopy of PSCs.We firstly provided a comprehensive overview of historical research experiments on narrow-gap perovskite absorber layers,rare earth up-conversion,tandem devices,and integrated perovskite/organic solar cells and given constructive suggestions for exceeding limit efficiency of PSCs.Finally,based on the development status of PSCs with NIR utilization,the current issues,solutions and future development directions of important aspects to improve NIR utilization of PSCs are systematically discussed.This review lays the foundation for the efficiency of PSCs beyond the Shockley-Queisser limit,and provides a certain development prospect.
